    I was shocked when I arrived. Not what I was expecting. It looked run down and there was a taco truck in the parking lot. I was there for a concert and we didn't have time to do anything other than grab the key and head out. The room was surprisingly nice. LPV flooring, clean sheets and the shower was clean and nice. The walls were thin and we could hear the TV in the rooms on either side of us but fortunately they turned off around 10 so we could get some sleep. There was only one channel on the TV. A Spanish 24/7 soap-opera looking channel. Yes, I did try 100 different things to change the channel but it always went back to that program. It was on all the channels.Lastly, the grab-and-go breakfast was nice. Long story short, I probably would not stay there again.

    This hotel is nice, especially for the price. We needed an accessibility room for my husband. It was very usable for him except it had a bathtub instead of shower. It had a shower chair and plenty of handheld though. Beds were also comfortable.

    Location close to downtown and easy to get to. Very friendly front staff and helpful when we needed new sheets. Stain on sheets on one of the beds. Very thin walls. We got a room that adjoined someone else’s that we weren’t there with and could hear them talking very clearly. One of the beds frames was very loose and the whole bed moved around. Every time you got on that bed it was very noisy because of that problem. This was a pretty pricey hotel stay for what it was.

    NOTHING was HORRIBLE Our sheets had stains that looked like bodily functions, switches, walls, sinks, showers etc. were all dirty. Had a new set of sheets delivered to room and we had to change and remake the bed, horrible customer service, will NEVER stay with you again!

    Most staff were friendly, were good about my service dog. Nice area for dog relief. The staff member who checked us in was quite unfriendly. Beds were quite uncomfortable.

    The room was average. There were metal walls surrounding the base of the bed that I kept accidentally kicking and making a “gong” sound. Then when I went to take a shower before bed discovered that the pull to divert water to the shower head was gone, and the tub couldn’t even be plugged. The night front desk clerk was very apologetic, and got me a new room. Thankfully the shower worked, although worth noting that the shower head stayed on all the time, so you couldn’t take a bath if you wanted. Beyond that, the floors in the second room were sticky. No other amenities were used. I will not return here again.

    Customer service was awful, she couldn't find my second room and forced me to get another room and now I'm being charged for three rooms. The room was dirty, has gone downhill in the 10 years I've been coming to this establishment.

    ? Dread to check in we’re not accept my registration without my physical ID in hand. I had a digital copy, but that was not acceptable. Kept my money through Booking.com and wouldn’t refund it finally refunded it which I won’t see for another seven days.

    The bar on the west side of the property had their music beating until way past 11:30 where I could hear it clearly inside my room on the east side of the property. Evening shift was very helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Breakfast wasn't so much. They had a sign asking to not take too much to leave enough for the rest of the people staying. And promptly closed everything right at 9:00. It fine, it's just that on a holiday weekend you would think maybe hold off for a few minutes. Overall good time.

    Just not good. They tried to update, but it is lipstick on a pig. Bathtub would fill up with water when the next room showered. Dirty. A rave going on behind the hotel until 12:30am. Bed was comfy though and the guy working the front desk was nice.

    New management for this motel is really doing their best to make it a nice and comfortable place to stay. There are always challenges with older properties, but they seem to be really trying to address issues. Our room had some problems but the staff did a great job trying to make sure we had a good stay despite those things. For the price in Bend I would say it was above average. I look forward to seeing how this motel continues to improve.

    Refrigerator was missing the plastic door on the freezer so everything froze even with the fridge set to lowest setting. Internet didn't work at night. Was 0.1 mbps. TVs locked into cable mode only so leave your Roku sticks at home unless you have a universal remote for samsung. Shower was stuck in shower only mode for those weirdos that like a bath. Breakfast was fine but no longer hot breakfast. Just mini muffins and bars and fruit.(Google maps shows the yester-years). Low review is mostly for the horrible wifi. So easy to fix.

    I was there for one night for my grandson's game. It was clean, the staff were helpful and polite. We left right away the next morning and did not have the continental breakfast that was offered. At a quick glance the cases appeared full of a variety of foods and beverages.

    Said 24 hour fitness room was only open from 8am to 10pm. Said hot breakfast, only had mini muffins yogurt, cold cereal out of the dump bins a gallon of milk, elementary school juice boxes and hard boiled eggs. Oh I guess if you consider outmeal packs “ hot” breakfast…. Well used bed, kinda run down. But if the price is right.

    The hotel offered free breakfast for anyone. However, I was overcharged $52 for an option of all meals included. Upon arrival staff told me this wasnt an option and the hotel refused to refund my money. I asked for new rowels on day 3 of my stau and i was ignored by staff that didnt speak english. The room smelled of stale smoke that i couldnt get to go away. Every outlet was lose so i had a hard time being able to plug things in. The TV was fuzzy so very hard to watch. And the floor wasnt cleaned very well at all. Very poor expierience with this hotel

    Absolutely horrible. The front desk lady didn’t invite me she she didn’t ask me who I was. She just says hi and it doesn’t say anything like this is the hospitality is horrible there they said that there was people coming in my room all night and all day, which is absolutely wrong cause I don’t even have that many friends and so that’s what it is and I want to call corporate. I’m gonna call corporate. There’s no reason in the world. Anybody should be treated like that and rush me out of my room. It wasn’t even 11 o’clock and they’re in there trying to clean so I don’t know what kind of business you motherfuckers are running, but you need to get it straight cause I’m not playing. I’m calling corporate and it’s them. You know I’ll call right now.

    This place is not as advertised! Our room had multiple stains on the sheets and just an overall gross feel. There’s no way we could have stayed there comfortably. We told the staff, said we can’t stay in these conditions, and to please cancel and give us a refund. We then had to pay for a new hotel. We later found out that Days Inn was refusing to refund us. If I knew this place was so gross, I never would have booked in the first place! Zero stars. Do not book here!

    Was very disappointed the website said there was pool and hot tub but both were closed and the breakfast was the worst food choices Ive had at any hotel and the night worker was completely rude and overhearing his conversation with another guest I was appalled buy their conversation extremely vulgar and disgusting and extremely unprofessional I give this guy a fail in everything.

    The day before we were supposed to arrive, I called to ask about getting a recliner in our room for my husband to sleep in, because his pain had gotten so severe that he wasn’t sleeping in a bed. His hip replacement surgery was scheduled for the morning after our arrival at the hotel. The desk clerk immediately upgraded our room to a handicap room with ground floor access and a chair in the room, because they didn’t have any recliners. She was so accommodating and sweet!! Once we arrived, the check-in was simple because of early online check-in and our room was very clean!! The beds were very comfortable!! I was worried about staying there on my second night alone because Bend is such a large city, but the hotel is in a good spot, right off the main road. The parking lot was well lit and I felt very safe getting to and from my room after being at the hospital all day. We will definitely be staying here again in January when we come back for my husband’s second hip replacement. First the left, then the right hip! Thank you so much Days Inn staff for your kindness and cleanliness!!!

    This place is filthy and falling apart. When I told the night attendant that my room was disgusted and showed him the pictures, he couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia but he could show me a different room. I was given a seconds to look at the new room and it was better than the last one but still not nearly what it should be. I had no choice but to take it because I already paid and could not get a refund and it was almost midnight. I will be posting pics on my tik tok Lynnda Thompson. I didn’t stay the second night. I ended up staying at Bend inn a suits and it was very clean. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Look before you book!!

    The first night I was there, I forgot my shoes when I checked out . Didn’t realize it until next day. There was a change in plans and I needed a room for another night. Went back to same days inn. Asked about my shoes was told they would look into it. Had a different room. Went in and it looked like someone had been sleeping on the love seat. The fridge didn’t work . Went down to ask about my shoes again and inform about fridge. Was told nothing could be done about fridge until next day. Fine. We’re back to the room. Woke up next morning and from the bathroom you could see what looked to be hair under the bathroom counter. A lot of hair. As if someone cleaned their hairbrush and shoved it in there. The floor underneath the bathroom counters looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Gross. Went to check out and no shoes. $165.00 down the tubes and some maid is wearing my new Birkenstocks. Will never stay there again

    Room was nasty dirty, blood on walls and counter. When we tried to talk to the front desk about issues they weren’t willing to do anything. False advertising breakfast. Muffin and an egg with a sign that says don’t take much.

    Television channels were very limited. We were very disappointed with the breakfast selection. I am a hot tea drinker, absolutely no selection, only black tea. It is a short distance to the hospital, that was a plus. We wont be staying there again tho. Much nicer places with better amenities.

    This hotel was right near 20 which was nice when we rolled in late at night. Parking was FULL which was an inconvenience and the walls were paper thin; heard every noise from all over. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we grabbed something quick before hopping on the road the next day.

    Hot breakfast not served, dining room no longer in service - just a lobby ‘grab & go’ breakfast of a few cold items and coffee; hot tub dirty; staff was nice but did not deliver fresh towels as promised; missing a night stand in my room (other queen room we rented had two, ours had one). Toilet clogged in one room, asked front desk for help - they said housekeeping would not be in for a few hours so my husband walked to Ace hardware nearby and purchased a plunger and fixed it himself. Worst was the nearby food court outdoor music blaring until midnight - it felt like a sub woofer was pushed up to the other side of the wall in our room. I will give them credit for a nice sized refrigerator and working air conditioning/heater unit plus convenient soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers.

    Pros: Location, super convenient and close to everything Staff were friendly, fast, and efficient Large and clean hot tub Comfortable pillows Plenty of towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper provided Basic to go breakfast is a good amount for your kids AC/Heat Suitcase stand, microwave, and mini fridge provided Cons: WiFi connection was almost non-existent Not very clean, upon walking to our hotel door, there was white stuff splattered on it near the door knob, that should have been cleaned, the room was dusty, and we found lots of splatters here and there, and plenty of dirt and grime The pool and hot tub were behind a short fenced area and people just look over and watch or park right next to it and can just sit and look in at people, it’s awkward, would be helpful in an enclosed area No smoking, yet people smoke right next to the hot tub/pool and keep cigarettes lit and the smell is everywhere The shower leaked which made a noise in the bathroom, by using it for awhile, I somehow got it to stop while we slept Sceptre tv channels were very blurry, like it could use an antenna but that wasn’t an option

    Price is low, and there’s a reason. The lady working when we first arrived was super unhelpful. Other staff were friendly. Floors in our room were sticky. We went out after check in and by the time we got back there were NO parking spots left in the lot. Had to park at a nearby lot and walk over. Breakfast is minimal at best.

    We stayed 1 night just to sleep so literally was there 11 hours. Bed was uncomfortable noisy squeaky there was 1 blanket on the bed that was very thin and no cover quilt or anything and no extra bedding front door stuck and you had to use force to pull or push open I was freezing all night

    It was an overall okay stay. I needed something cheap for one night and this was it. I was pretty disappointed come the morning of checkout. There was a loud knock on my door at 9 am while I was trying to rest and looked out and it was housekeeping. I had told them I wasn’t checking out until 11 so I was confused why they knocked. I let that one go but maybe 30 minutes later there was ANOTHER knock on the door for housekeeping. At this point I was pissed so I left early because I wasn’t going to be able to sleep if they kept coming around. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I was desperate.

    Shower water pressure was horrible, we called 2 days in a row, was told we would get a call back and never received call. Pressure issue was never addressed. Also, the room was not cleaned one time during our stay.

    I booked this stay for a family wedding about 1/2 hour south of Bend. I called and asked for an early check-in about 11:30-12 due to the fact that we were traveling from 3 hours away and needed to get dressed for the wedding. The front desk person informed me that it would be a $20 charge for that and I said, great, no problem. She said she would put a note for our room to be ready first thing in the morning. We arrived at the motel at 11:40 to check in. Tiffany at the front desk, informed me that there were no rooms ready and the earliest one would be ready was 1:00. I told her I talked with someone to get in early and explained the situation. All she had to say was, well it's not ready so there was nothing she could do. We discussed it for a minute and to be honest, she had NO customer service skills at all. In my opinion she was abrupt and matter of fact. Not even a " I'm sorry, I wish there was something I could do, nothing". At this point I was aggravated because I was told something totally to the contrary. We had 1 hour to get on the road and get to the wedding on time. She didn't offer any alternative until I said, well is there somewhere we could use to get ready, seems the least you could do for our inconvenience. She said, we do have a bathroom you could change in. It was gross, but it was our only option. In the end it was her attitude towards everything that put me off. I don't write reviews at all but had to because it put a bad taste in my mouth with Wyndham.

    Was disappointed in The Days Inn in Bend. Pictures of the facility were either old or else doctored as the place was very dated and run down. The room was dark and airless, the beds sitting on some kind of metal base that rang like a Chinese gong when bumped. The shower faucet was broken and difficult to turn, the bathroom fan did not work, no carpets made people on second floor above us sound like Paso Finos on a sounding board….all night (very noisy, non-English speaking housekeeping staff. The front office was dirty and the registrar woman while friendly, was unkempt and loud and had “ongoing problems” with computer connections. Beds were worn and uncomfortable…will never stay at another Days Inn!

    I did the precheck in on my phone with vehicle info, card info, etc.. I had nowhere in the parking lot to park after dinner, and had to park my on the street around the block. The worse part was, 8 am having a manager knock on our room door asking if I drove a red mustang or black SUV. What is the point of giving my vehicle info if you don't us it. Should have someone patrol the parking lot occasionally. You need designated parking spots numbered for each room so paying customers will have a guaranteed parking spot. Worse experience ever

    The bathtub has an apparent non-skid texture, but it has been scrubbed so many times it is no longer non-skid. It is dangerously slippery when wet, but it does not look like it will be. It is a bad accident waiting to happen. There is mold around the bathroom window that the maids have not bothered to clean off. When I complained to the staff when I checked out (morning of Sept 3), the staff responded with a hostile attitude. I was told that the "Wyndham corporation does not require the hotel to have rubber mats to make the shower less slippery," as if the absence of such a requirement is a fine reason to allow a dangerous situation to continue Regarding the extremely noisy bed, I was told that no one had complained before, which I think is a lie because no one could sleep well in that bed. When I suggested to the staff that she should come and sit on the bed right now to see for herself, she said, "I don't care to do that," and then walked away. If this is standard Wyndham Corporation practice regarding guest safety and staff interactions with guests, I will not choose to stay in any Wyndham hotel again.

    During check-in their staff didn't know their own system. The system kept trying to add taxes and they kept having to override it. I had done the online pre-check in but their system didn't show that and I had to go through it again. I had been sent several emails offering upgrades to my room package. One offering was an upgrade to have a late checkout. I chose 1:00pm checkout for a $20 charge. I got numerous texts and emails asking the same things over and over so I started to ignore them. Starting at 10:00am housekeeping kept trying to enter the room even with the do not disturb sign out. Again they opened the door while we were not dressed. I told the person again that I paid for a late checkout and she insisted we leave immediately. I assumed that because of the problems they were having during check in it caused a mix up. When I went to the office I was told the same thing rudely, that they didn't offer a late checkout and I needed to vacate the room now. We thought we had an additional two hours so we had just gotten out of the shower. My wife had to throw he clothes on and toss everything in our bags and rush out the door with a wet head. When I checked out I tried to pay cash I was told she already charged my credit card with a blank stare and offered no option to charge back and pay cash. In addition there is not enough parking and they don't patrol their lot for outsiders parking there. Needless to say I will never stay in that property again or would I recommend it

    we arrived in Bend around 12:30 in the afternoon and asked if we could possibly get into our room. We were told anytime before 3 o’clock we had to pay $20 to access a room that was ready. I have never experienced that before I’ve always had great hotel customer service if the room is ready, they let you in obviously I will never stay at that Days Inn again. In comparison when we arrived in Medford, Oregon, we were allowed in our room at noon with no mention of additional payment.

    This was a decent stay at a reasonable price. The property seemed well maintained as well as the pool. It was easy to check in and out and an ok selection for a light breakfast. We booked a queen sized bed but we are fairly certain it was a full, it was very tight with 2 of us. There was also mold growing in the grout on the shower wall but the water pressure and warmth was nice.

    As for the room itself, lighting was limited and made the room dark and dingy looking. The metal frames under the beds were very loud and hard to avoid kicking when walking close to them. The AC/heater unit was very noisy when running and made sleeping with it on difficult. The walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors voices and television.
