The location of this property on the river was amazing! The trail to take you down to walk along the river is right outside! Gorgeous!!!

Great place! Office staff was friendly and the breakfast was good too. Walking distance to a brewery and a short drive to downtown. Close access to the Deshutes River trail for a walk or run.
- 5/5
There didn't appear to be many visitors during my stay so they upgraded me to a suite, which was unexpected, and it was quite spacious and had a fireplace. Only grabbed a muffin from the breakfast offering but it was delicious. Property is well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great.

Unexpectedly good suite.
- 5/5
It was a beautiful hotel. We love that a deer came up to our door and it was so close to everywhere we need to go. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only issue we had was we asked for maid service and they didn’t show up up until almost 4 and we told her to come back tomorrow and put our sign on the door and she didn’t come so the next morning I got up and went to the front door desk and they had told them that we kept telling her no service. It was resolved and was cleaned tho.

Mediocre breakfast selections.

Our room was large and very comfortable where we had time to lounge before A wedding . Convenient parking . Very quiet for great sleep. Good bed . Good coffee at breakfast . Just the right distance from Riverfront commercial for a trail walk . 3.5 miles round trip On gorgeous trail system . This hotel was underrated . Will stay here again
- 5/5
I am definitely planning to stay here again. Rooms are huge! Very clean and tastefully decorated. It was so refreshing to stay in a boutique hotel. I’ll be back for sure.

Great little place. Room felt big and balcony had a great view of the city. Good proximity to the amphitheater. They warned me the keys were old school and deactivated easily. I tried to be careful but, sure enough, got back around 10:30 pm and the lobby was closed and we were locked out. They have a number to call and a security guy will come let you in.
- 3.5/5
I had a river view room but there were leaks in the ceiling during a thunderstorm. I reported it and was moved to a room without a view. I was offered a bottle of wine or some lotion for the inconvenience but wasn't given either. The front desk person suggested I might get some money back but I did not hear from management.

Lovely location, breakfast provided but also a breakfast restaurant across the street. We walked to 3 different breweries. Nice quiet area

Breakfast could have been a little more substantial
- 4/5
We had a very nice stay in a huge suite! The hotel is conveniently located. While everything was very clean, there is some wear and tear damage to the building as a whole. It would not keep me from staying there again! Beds were comfortable, the views of the river were great, and it was a quick walk (16 min?) to Hayden Homes Ampitheater. Be aware that there is no reception staff after 8 pm, so limited extra amenities at that time.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Even my dog loved it and she hates hotels!!
- 5/5
Charming inn close to downtown. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. I would stay here again!! Nice rooms! Spacious. And dog friendly!
- 5/5
Fireplace in room was cozy . Would love it in the winter. The tall ceiling made the room feel enormous. Breakfast was great. Will stay again
- 3/5
The breakfast was not good....packaged bacon, not even strips, little tiny pieces, pre boiled eggs, coffee, a rotating pastry (which was excellent) and sub par bagels...there was also yogurt, granola, and two juices....one day we missed breakfast because it was late....delivery problem they said. One day the desk was not staffed at all after 7:20 pm....emergency they said. We were there four nights....there was never any maid service....we needed to request it they said...it would have been nice if they told us...they didn't! So no clean towels, no changed linens, no coffee when we ran out....zilch. It is an older quiet hotel with a lovely location...we have enjoyed it very much in the past but will not be returning.
- 3/5
Also there is one front desk person there running most of the show. If you need any help after hours, it’s challenging. The staff went above and beyond when they were there so it felt more like an operations issue versus an employee issue. We would definitely stay here again based on the location but we might explore some other options first.

The convenience of being able to walk to the amphitheater in about 20 minutes. The size of the room and the patio overlooking the river
- 5/5
Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so we used a provided plug in heater. Would not have worked if we had needed a/c tho.
- 5/5
This place is just so quaint and comfortable. Views of the river , on a bike and walking path. Breakfast on site in the dining room , amazing staff .. I could go on and on. I’ve stayed a couple times , with pets. My room came with dog beds, blankets , towels , treats and poop bags!! I just love this place.
- 5/5
We had a great night here. Walked to the Hayden Amphitheater for a show. Easy 20 minute walk downhill to get there and uphill back. This place is a gem !

Large rooms and great amenties.

Very well thought out room. The view was amazing
- 4.5/5
We really liked how close it was to the Deshutes River Trail which we walked every day. It was only a 6 min drive to town. Our suite was very large and comfortable and had a nice balcony. Our room could use some updating but it wasn’t a big deal.

We absolutely loved our stay. We loved the fireplace, deck, outdoor sitting areas, bed was comfortable. Perfect location, beautiful, quiet, close to everything. We stayed 6 nights and never touched our car! We walked and biked everywhere. The staff was amazing especially Tammy! We will be back!

We had such a great relaxing time. My wife was so happy with the jacuzzi tub.
- 5/5
Nice property with good view of the river. Close walking to the Mill District and parks. Very nice staff and breakfast. Room was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Loved the fireplace. The staff was really kind, caring and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The facility was away from alot of the noise, but convenient to needs.
- 2/5
Beware, the front desk isn't staffed around the clock. I got a call a little before 9:00pm asking where I was, that was kind of odd. Once I got to the property a few minutes later to check in I realized why they called me, it's because they wanted to go home. The person helping was extremely friendly and courteous. They gave us our key cards and then the headed out the door, got in their car and took off. We walked up to our room and the keys didn't open the door. We went back to the front desk and called the number on the flyer for "entry/key problems" and the person I spoke to was horrible, very rude. They said they were sending someone to help, at 10:00pm no one had arrived so I left and stayed somewhere else. The property should revise the "entry/key problem" protocol so guests are taken care of quickly. It wasn't my fault the key didn't work.
- 5/5
The location of the hotel is great. It’s definitely a dated hotel. They could use to upgrade the rooms and the carpeting and such. Perhaps have bikes on site and shuttle service to old mill. Make It a little more cozy. Otherwise great stay.
- 3/5
Needs improvement: the desk clerk was aloof. When we return from the day and we went by the front desk, the ladies on her phone and didn’t even ask. “how was your day“? We reported to the front desk lady that the heater did not work. She replied that she would tell the people in the morning about it and told us that there were species in closet. But it would’ve been normal to offer to switch rooms since in the morning when I talked to, then she told me the thermostat had been broken for quite a while. Further, in the morning, we could not get hot water in either sink nor the shower. Even the night before we couldn’t get hot water in the sinks. When you put all this to the morning clerk, I didn’t even get an apologies. She wrote iPad paper. Just odd all the way around.

Breakfast I felt could have been more but it was a beautiful hotel.
- 2/5
I've stayed at the Pine Ridge Inn many times before, but it is going downhill. First, if you would like a refrigerator in your room, be sure to call ahead to confirm that your room has one. Even if you reserve a room that says it has a fridge, you might not get one. Apparently, they are replacing some of the fridges with "eco coolers" which shut off every two hours. Yes, you read that correctly. It looks like a hotel fridge, so I thought it was broken the first night. Ginny at the front desk tried to help me, but there were no other rooms available for my length of stay, so she said I could put my food in the room across the hall for that night, but I'd have to move it in the morning. When I went to move it as promised, it wasn't there. A different staff member had already moved it to the hotel kitchen fridge without my permission. And she told me that there was nothing wrong with my "fridge", I would just need to push the button EVERY TWO HOURS. But even when you do that, it's not a food safe temperature. It's more for if you have a few cans of soda or something. And, here's what I discovered, you could push the button at 11pm and get up at 5am to push it again, and your food will already not be safe to eat. It's ridiculous. I ended up having to throw away a bunch of food I had prepped for the trip. So, the moral of the story is, if you have food or medication you need to keep cold, get it in writing that you will have a room with an actual fridge. Also, if you want a hot shower, turn the water on at least 20 minutes before you actually want to shower, and by then the water might just be warm enough. I've always loved this place, but between the fridge and hot water and some attitude from a newer staff member, this was a very disappointing experience. Maybe it's because they're no longer locally owned and it's going to be torn down soon.: https://cascadebusnews.

Was a little worn down
- 4/5
Coffee is mid. Half-n-half being the only option besides milk in a plastic bottle. Or honey in a to-go size squeeze packet! Breakfast here is very unremarkable. The rooms are big. The furniture and deco are old and worn. The tub and shower are old and worn. Shower water pressure is excellent. The tv’s here are an afterthought. 20yrs old atleast and tiny and only have cable television and terrible remotes. Hope you are not a stay in and watch a flick kinda type. The grounds are lovely and parking is convenient. But it’s Bend! It is all lovely! The Pine Ridge Inn is in need of a makeover and glow up. Otherwise, it is just a 25yr old or older apartment, condo building converted to an tiny, albeit cozy hotel. The main bed was comfortable. The murphy bed which was suitable for a teenager to sleep, was old and decrepit. Worn out, sloppy, soft, sunk in mattress junk. No adult could sleep here comfortable. This place is affordable and it works for a couple of nights.
- 5/5
The view from our balcony was fantastic. The room was so cozy and the bed was very comfortable. It was an easy walk to the trail around the Deschutes river. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We loved our stay and will be back! The breakfast did not have very many offerings, however The Pancake House is literally right across the street! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Gorgeous view on the patio that I enjoyed sitting and reading my book as I relaxed. It was so quiet. We NEVER heard any of the other guests. Complementary cold beverages upon our arrival was a nice surprise.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff, great location. Wish I could keep this place my secret.
- 5/5
The rooms have such a warm home away from home feel. This was our second time staying here, the staff are always friendly and it’s pretty central to lots of things to do. Will stay here again!

- 5/5
Charming accommodations. Big room with couch, chair and fireplace. Nice continental breakfast
- 3/5
I was meant to stay here 5 nights, but ended up leaving this hotel a few days early. My room was next to the breakfast room and I could hear clanks and scrapes through the walls starting around 6:30am. I was told that I could not be switched to a better room. There were only ever a few cars in the parking lot, so this did not seem to be true. Additionally, the wall heater was not working, but once I figured this out, the fireplace and space heater helped. The shower never got hot one day, and would fluctuate between cold and hot the next day.The onsite staff were very helpful and accommodating. The offsite manager was the one giving the orders that my room could not be changed, yet miraculously, a room became available when I told them I was cutting my stay short. By then the damage was done. I don't like to complain, and there were many great qualities about this hotel, including the onsite staff. The room is spacious and welcoming, the view is nice, and the location was great - very close to the trails by the beautiful Deschuttes River.
- 4/5
My room was a large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location is very good and close to dining, shopping and the road to Mt. Bachelor.

Really enjoyed our stay here, no complaints
- 5/5
The fireplace was very nice. The view was beautiful. The staff was very kind and warm. Excellent value.
- 5/5
Excellent value for the location and what's offered. The suite we stayed in was just like other lodges that we've stayed at on our journeys. The breakfast is continental but still substantial with protein available. And finally, the staff were always pleasant and willing to help with whatever questions I had.
- 5/5
The room was large and homey. There was a door to an outside terrace with table and chairs which made walking our dog easy. Very pet friendly. They provided a dog bed and food/water bowls and a couple treats for our dog. One morning they had an issue and breakfast was not available, otherwise a comfortable stay and friendly staff.
- 4/5
Location and view rooms are great!
- 5/5
Great staff, the personal touches are what made this hotel stand out to me. Continental breakfast was elevated by the addition of in-house made yogurt parfaits with home made granola & delicious croissant breakfast sandwiches. The room was very clean and had an amazing view of the river. The whole place was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The only downside was the hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot and this is an older property that shows its age a little bit. The positives more than make up for it and I’d stay here again!
- 5/5
Fantastic King Suite. Courteous staff. Great breakfast. We have already been recommending Pine Ridge Inn to our friends.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly, view was beautiful and location is great!
- 5/5
clean room, staff are great, room decor/layout is charming and relaxing. loved the in-room gas fire place!! unfortunately i didnt get to try the breakfast because i had to be at work really early, but thats not on them. nice and quiet place

Everything is great-location, room, staff, and amenities.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Everything is perfect.
- 5/5
We had a good experience at the Pine Ridge Inn. The atmosphere was wonderfully cozy, and the Christmas decorations added a lovely touch. The receptionist was incredibly kind during our check-in. However, I deducted one star due to the breakfast; there wasn't enough food available, and the items weren't replenished. My daughter and I went down at 8 AM, just an hour before breakfast ended, but many of the options had already run out. It was disappointing to find only a few items remaining. Overall, I recommended this Inn.
- 5/5
This place is great. The rooms are cozy, the staff is amazing, and the view of the Deschutes from the bluff is really nice. They’re also pet friendly.
- 5/5
Exceptionally nice service. Thank you!
- 5/5
Wow!! Can’t say enough about what an awesome arrival we had. Our room had the fireplace going, jazz music softly playing, a bottle of wine waiting to be opened. Perfect way to land!!!
- 5/5
I wish the toilet had been higher &/or there had been a bar next to the toilet to pull up with.
- 5/5
The room was more than expected. Well prepared for our pup withnice treats and bed. Staff is friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations. Great view too
- 3/5
The last time we stayed at Pine Ridge was top quality. This time we didn’t get any maid service. The refrigerator was broken. Breakfast food was very sparse. We ended up skipping it and went out for breakfast. Don’t know what the change was, but standards have dropped.
- 5/5
Delicious breakfast, incredible place, the fireplace was amazing and cozy.
- 5/5

If you are looking for a quiet restful spot, come to Pine Ridge Inn. The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room was great, clean, warm, it exceeded our expectations. Great view of the river, the room was warm and the breakfast was just fine. We will be back very soon, thank you Pine Ridge Inn for the great weekend. Just what we needed.
- 5/5
What a wonderful Inn! Our room was breathtaking and the accommodations for our pet were above and beyond! The suite was well appointed with very comfortable furnishings with just the right amount of extras. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the river as well as the fireplace. We will be back!
- 5/5
Wonderful clean spacious room with an excellent view.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the fireplace was lit and jazz was playing in the tv upon our arrival
- 5/5
The downsides: There was no gym or pool onsite. The breakfast selection was limited; there were no meat options, no sausages, and the only protein was boiled eggs, which were cold. The majority of the remaining food was bread and other carbohydrates. For those who only stay one night, the breakfast would be great, some are housemade and healthy. However, we stayed for 3 nights but the breakfast was the same food in a row. The sofa bed springs made noise every time my son turned over, which affected my sleep.
- 5/5
OMG….what a glorious place to stay! Between the fireplace going and the light jazz music going on you could not ask for a better way to start your stay!!
- 5/5
We loved our stay at the Pine Ridge Inn. We were surprised by the spacious room layout and it was very cozy.
- 4/5
Our stay was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was trying to find the place at night. There is no lighted signage and the driveway was a challenge to find.
- 5/5
Tammy at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. We had to leave before breakfast hours so she sent us on our way(at 6am) with hot coffee and delicious pumpkin bread. Unexpected and so welcome!
- 5/5
The Pine Ridge Inn was better than expected. Our 2 nights stay was very comfortable. It was clean and roomy; we chose a room with a view and a fireplace. We were provided with a welcome drink. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Could have had hottet water
- 5/5
The staff was very accommodating. We had a wedding before check in time and they were able to get us in 3 hours early while also upgrading us rooms! Free drink when you check in also. It was clean and roomy. The shower was just a little loud and the knob felt old and loose. Other than that, great.
- 5/5
Always excellent! Staff. Facilities. Ease of access to Bend.
- 4/5
Room was a fireplace suite that was wonderfully appointed looked like a ski chalet. The bathroom i would suggest a safety rail at the toilet, which was also extremely short. The breakfast servings were very limited, no fresh fruit, but they did have a breakfast which was nice. Our stay was lovely and would definitely return.

Everything about this property was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Room was very well decorated, clean, comfortable, and with great view of the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful! It's located within a short drive to the Old Mill District. I highly recommend this hotel!
- 5/5
truly a gem that has charm compared to all of the new hotels around. Service was exceptional and we absolutely loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the river! We will stay here every time we come to Bend.
- 4/5
Mattress didn’t fit the bed. Lighting was not very bright.
- 5/5
What an unexpected delight! Tammy called me to let me know my room would be ready for me if i wanted to arrive earlier than the check in time. When i arrived, i was greeted by a sweet lady at the front desk. My room was so inviting with the fireplace on and jazz misic on the tv. The bed was sooooo comfortable! The toiletries in the bathroom were so nice! The brand they brought in is great! I loved the lotion so much i had to get some to take with me! Breakfast was also great! A simple but delicious continental breakfast with a spinach and cheese egg bite, yogurt with house made berry compote, treats from a local bakery, among other things. Each staff member i encountered was kind and intent on ensuring their guests felt welcomed and comfortable. The property is situated above the deschutes river and i enjoyed the view from the dining room. The last little treat was a dear that came to the lawn in front of my patio! Next time i come to Bend, I'm definitely coming back to this property!

Peaceful and private stay along the river. Our river view was mostly trees, but was still a nice setting. Paved walking/ biking path right past the hotel. Comfortable bed, loved the fireplace and the private deck.

Fire place,River View great Staff 😄😄😄
- 5/5
Easy access to town & river. Quiet, comfortable.
- 5/5
Second time staying at the Pine Ridge with the wife. The hotel has a lot of charm and character and is a great spot for a romantic getaway. The rooms are spacious, the bed and pillows super comfy, and the fire place sets the mood just right. In addition the view of the river from the back patio is another highlight. The property is starting to show its age but overall nothing that will keep the wife and I from returning the next time we're in Bend.

Loved the large room. As clean as most hotels but not exceptional. Loved the location. Very quiet. Some nice food choices for breakfast. Free drink at check-in (alcoholic and non). Deer outside the room. But we literally had no hot water for our one night stay. The water at the sinks and the tub/shower were just warm.
- 5/5
Lovely property! Room was well appointed and everything was very clean. Staff were all so kind and I appreciated having gluten free options for breakfast.
- 5/5
Meticulously clean, comfortable inn located on hill overlooking Deschutes River. Great walking paths along river, delicious breakfast, quiet, friendly staff. Close to dining and shopping. Will definitely visit again!
- 5/5
The room was beautiful but the coffee maker didn't work.

Great location. Great experience!

We always love staying at this boutique hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.

Lovely, restful

We brought our dog and were delighted to have a ground-floor room with easy access to a very lush lawn for pet relief. Staff were very friendly, and breakfast featured local pastries and plenty of gluten-free options for dietary restrictions! The room was great overall and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. The only downside was the lighting was very dim, even in the bathroom. Other than that, we had a great stay and will happily return to this hotel again.
- 4/5
Great location, very cool place
- 5/5
We booked a ground level room but apparently got a vip upgrade to a king suite. Holy moly what a surprise. It was basically a furnished apartment minus the kitchen. The fridge had the previous guests food left in it. But you know stuff happens we just removed it and went on about our business. Its conveniently located to the Amphitheater, it was an easy 1 mile walk. The breakfast was filling & freshly prepared. We took it to our room and ate on our balcony overlooking the river. Best surprise was the jacuzzi tub. The jets were amazing. We will make this our place to stay when we go to bend for concerts in the future and have already recommended it to friends.
- 5/5
Excellent staff & location. Beautiful suite. We really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The hotel is located on a bluff above the
- 5/5
Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Delicious breakfast! Very comfy beds. Great experience.
- 5/5
Easily walkable to Hayden Homes Ampitheater. Roomy property with fireplace and spa tub in room! Came with a free bottle of vino, too!
- 5/5
Very kind and warm, welcoming. Really felt taken care of by the staff.
- 5/5
The staff were extremely nice. They helped us with the late check in. Very clean and beautiful rooms. We'll be back
- 3/5
Went in August and our room did not cool lower than 79°. The staff offered a swamp cooler that was huge, loud, and only made our room humid. We opened the patio door in the evening to cool the room and were invaded by bugs because there are no screens on the door. The room was at least spacious and in a great location.
- 5/5
We stayed here overnight while attending the Lainey Wilson concert at the amphitheater. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the room was very spacious. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river, and the short distance to the concert.
- 5/5
View of the river a total plus Nice breakfast
- 5/5
Beautiful accommodation on the Deschutes River with access to the gorgeous walking path.
- 5/5
The rooms were great size and very comfortable. The breakfast was okay.
- 4/5
Beautiful location, nice and helpful staff, bed very comfortable, bathtub great but not hot-hot water, no AC (heat pump down) in August but they had an in-room AC unit so this must happen time-to-time, lovely fireplace, I really like the decor, the fire alarm at 8am kinda wrecked the morning, breakast is continental. No elevator for second level, jacuzzi tubs ion second level to compensate, I liked the first level, fantastic location-views and restaurants! I could stay here again.
- 5/5
As always it is awesome customer service, great breakfast and a very enjoyable stay!

….
- 5/5
Beautiful property overlooking the river, large rooms with great patios.
- 4/5
The facilities were great! I wish it had a gym and pool/hot tub, but it was great for groups that wanted to hang out without being in someone’s room (summer only - outside space). The breakfast and staff were wonderful. Our view of the river was a bit limited by a chain link fence (needed since it is on a cliff over the river) but there was a lot of litter between our balcony and the fence. Possibly due to the construction next door - which was amazingly quiet! Overall, I would definitely stay there again during the summer. I am sure winter would be amazing too - we had a lovely fireplace but it was too hot to use it! A/C worked great though.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the river view private patio and the spacious room.
- 4/5
The location and views are what makes the place worth it. The staff is also wonderful and make the place special.
- 5/5
Nice location
- 5/5
The room was gorgeous with a view of the river.
- 5/5
While the hotel had an unexpected boiler outage during our stay, they treated us very well and addressed the problem by partnering with the local Athletic Club for hot showers, providing a discount on the stay, and being gracious, helpful hosts. Staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. They had jazz music playing for us upon entry. Breakfast was tasty as were the complimentary beverages.
- 5/5
Our experience at Pine Ridge Inn was excellent. The decor was classy, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable! After a good night’s sleep we were treated to a delicious breakfast filled with locally made food. We will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Nice property, enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Clean quiet and the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had! Continental breakfast was great. Just a great vibe!
- 5/5
Warm and welcoming. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
The room was beautiful, big, spacious, and quiet. But the most important thing that was lacking. Was air conditioning. It was so hot in the room. They gave us a fan, and they gave us an air conditioner that made so much noise. One could never sleep through it. It was a beautiful atmosphere, but with such heat outside and and no way to cool down sleep was poor..
- 4/5
This hotel was very centrally located with a lovely staff. The room was dated and hadn’t been maintained, but the layout was nice. Smallest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Great view!
- 5/5
Staff were wonderful and property was beautiful. Room was big and comfortable
- 5/5
We really enjoyed this hotel! Our room was amazing, and the patio off the back overlooking the river was wonderful.
- 5/5
Great location to the Old Mill District! Very comfortable room and breakfast was so much better than the typical hotel breakfast. We will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Ginny was wonderful and I appreciated her customer service during our stay.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent staff was friendly room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that they do not offer daily room service at the hotel. I think this should be included as part of the stay daily. I’m on a vacation and I don’t want to make my bed or clean the bathroom
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great customer service. Property a bit dated but clean
- 5/5
We had an amazing time and were walking distance to our concert venue. Service and the condition of the room were both excellent. We will definitely come back.
- 5/5
Very comfortable atmosphere; loved the room layout, especially with the view from the patio.
- 5/5
We had a great time! We appreciated their communication and the ability to do a late check in as we had to drive in after work
- 5/5
The room was amazing! Incredibly spacious, with a nice pato and views of the river.
- 5/5
Over all great stay, good location! Delightful staff, I wish we could have stayed longer.
- 5/5
We came to town for a concert, and our 1 night stay was absolutely wonderful! It was also so nice to be walking distance to Hayden Homes! The area is super safe, and our room was beautiful! Cannot recommend this place enough!
- 5/5
Great place to stay. View of the river is so peaceful, breakfast was lovely, and it was SO clean. Fantastic overall
- 3/5
It was not a good experience that I expected. They charge $10.00 PER DAY for parking totally Unexpected, the room I ordered and expected was not the room received. I chose a river view room with balcony for quiet and privacy, as I am working 9pm to 7am on a local project, and got a room over the swimming pool area. On a return trip to bend I would definitely reconsider, in closing house cleaning arrived at 9am to ask what time I was leaving. Very rude. Not a fan. I travel for busines and was surprised that they do this at this location where it is posted all over about checkout time being 11am with no late checkout. I like to leave tips for the cleaning crew because of the services they provide, however when they interupt my privacy wanting to know when I am leaving, I am less likely to be so kind as to leave a generous one for the hard working personel that support your establishment. I left with a bitter taste at my decision to stay at this place. I dont normally leave comments because I am generally very pleased with the places I stay at. But when I feel as though I was sold a bill of goods not ordered then I will speak out at my dissatisfaction. Not happy!
- 3/5
Good location for concert. Close to downtown. Liked having a living room.
- 4/5
We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was in the perfect location to easily get to the fields. Love the morning breakfast options (included!) and easy access to other places to eat nearby.
- 5/5
Great spot, beautiful view of the river
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Clean and friendly staff
- 3/5
The breakfast was just coffee and toasted bread or yogurt cups. No proteins really. The tile shower had no shower curtain when we arrived. The worst was the shower itself. The grout was coated in red slime. The stuff that builds up over weeks without being cleaned. I wiped off a bit just to be sure it was not just stained. So gross.
- 5/5
We are treated very well when staying there . The staff is always ready to assist us with any questions or information. We always stay there when traveling or doing business in Bend.
- 5/5
Everything is always great!
- 4/5
This is a gorgeous location with views of the river and trees all around. The room is large, and we loved the fireplace. Service was great, although not available 24/7. Carpets and furnishings could use refreshing, but we still love this hotel.
- 5/5
Great place to stay and honored upgrades. Employees were very nice and provided great information about the area.
- 5/5
Everyone was so nice here. The room has 2 levels with a fireplace… was perfect
- 4/5
Loved our room, cozy, nice view, fireplace, roomy, easy access. Dislikes, water was only luke warm could barely take a shower without freezing and thus absolutely no bath was possible. Didn’t like the lightweight duvet & blankets, they need to be heavier especially in cold weather. We don’t like to sleep with the heat on thus they were not sufficient & we were cold sleeping.
- 5/5
Great property! Comfortable room and just-enough delicious breakfast. Fiendlt and welcoming staff. Enjoyed the walking paths along the river too!
- 5/5
Sweetest spot in Bend! Perfect location. Rooms were huge and clean! Coming back for sure! Highly recommend to everyone! Even dog friendly, we didn’t have a dog but they were there but not intrusive. Try this sweet Inn!
- 4/5
Worked well for a nice stay in Bend and ski Mt Bachelor each day!
- 5/5

Enjoyed our river view room with a fireplace.
- 5/5
Beautiful location and site. Staff were very friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again.
- 5/5
Quiet comfortable motel with fireplace and view of Deschutes River. Miles of hiking along the Deschutes River trail. Near Old Mill Town, and centrally located by shopping, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Mt Bachelor skiing.
- 5/5
Happy to stay here!
- 5/5
We loved our stay - comfortable clean and quiet!
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay at the Pine Ridge Inn!! The room was quiet, everything was clean, the tub was huge, and the overall room was much bigger than we expected! The complimentary drink upon check in was a nice touch, as well. There were many places in the lobby, hallways and room that are starting to look a little tired, but nothing that affected our stay. We had a wonderful time, will definitely be back and will certainly recommend this hotel to others!
- 5/5
A real gem of a hotel. Perfect for our family stay In Bend.
- 5/5
Cute little place with friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was much classier than your typical continental hotel breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff was great and the location fantastic
- 5/5
Beautiful place, check in was easy and person at desk was awesome.
- 5/5
Lovely room and view; I am a loyal guest of almost 30 years and I appreciated the upgrade without even having to ask! The staff here are always so kind and thoughtful and it's nice to stay a bit out of town but still right between Bend and the hill. Plan to return!
- 5/5
From the minute you walk in the door this place is welcoming. A drink awaits and the fireplace was going when we walked in the room. Spacious and cozy accommodations, quiet soft carpeted hallways, and some personalized attention at the morning breakfast. Easy access to the river walk and tucked itself in the pines. Would definitely recommend and return for another stay!!
- 4/5
Everything was absolutely awesome! Couldn’t be better!
- 5/5
This is an older property which means the rooms are large and comfy. We had views of the river and a lovely fireplace plus a plush bed. Breakfast was delicious, pastries from a local bakery! We will be back. What a lovely and quiet location.
- 5/5
Front desk check-in was fast and easy. We also received a room upgrade (with a view!) as well as a free delicious bottle of Oregon pinot noir! Our room was spacious, beautiful, well-appointed, and our 4 poster bed was comfy. We loved the extra touches, such as the gas fireplace, which was lit when we arrived, the large carafe of water, and the jazz music playing lightly from the tv. Theres a beautiful 2.5 mile walk along the Deschutes River that we took after dinner, that was super close.Breakfast was also lovely, which included greek yogurt with a compote, and delicious pastries from a local cake shop! Coffee was tasty and staff were fabulous. We will most definitely return to Pine Ridge Inn again and again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Pine Ridge Inn. It’s within walking distance to the river (approx. 1/2 mile). Highlights included the continental breakfast, amenities, and cozy atmosphere
