Great stay. Conveniently located.

We traveled with our pet and knew about the construction by reading other reviews. Did have some road noise but not terrible. I was pleased with how clean the room was. Couldn’t give 5 ⭐️because the room was missing towel bars and robe hooks. Also they have not replaced the headboard yet, which has a gouge in it. Good breakfast. They look like they are updating and we will consider booking again.

Hanging out by the poolside was relaxing. My only negative comment is that the bed was a bit too hard for me but that’s personal preference. I would likely stay there again.

Noise place, construction going on on rooms, woke me up at 8am, I am on vacation. Bus stop and noise street, windows do not block noises. Dirty floors. Breakfast ok, hot tub a plus.

The room was nice. The employees were lovely. It was close to the event I was attending. The only thing that annoyed me is that the “free wi-fi” requires you make an account with the hotel chain to use it and I didn’t want to do that. I just wanted a place to crash for the night with wi-fi. Not a huge deal, I used my cellular but it was off putting.

Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. The area around the motel is beautiful and quiet with fun and shops close by.

I got locked out of my room the last day the battery went dead on the door fob and i was stuck because the front desk stated there was no maintenance and she had to call to get guided through. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hot tub was great, clean, and warm. The hotel is under refurbishment and it does look like it needs it. The carpet is wearing/fraying in the room we stayed in and the furniture looks like it has been well worn. The hotel is close to the old mill district and we enjoyed a nice walk along the river after taking a short drive over to the river area.

The room set up was a bit odd and the room was a bit crowded with the furniture. Our room looked out into the parking lot, not the nicest but it was ok. I probably would have wanted to be situated a bit closer to downtown.

Room was squeaky clean, check in was easy and pleasant, and I loved the breakfast bar. Plenty of good amenities in the room and info in the entry about local events. It was really nice having snack options to purchase and hot drinks available all day. I appreciated that the selection of teas included a caffeine free option. I was in town for a race and chose this hotel for its walkability to the starting area, but I would definitely stay again to vacation.

The location was easy access to Mt Bachelor as well as Farewell Park for walking along the River. Our room had a kitchenette which was great as we stayed for the week and could pack lunches and heat dinners we brought with us. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay, although at 6:30 when it opened it was crowded. Room had lots of light. Kitchen was nice. Wifi was good. Staff was helpful, guiding me with a short cut to a grocery store.

Our room was very clean, nice and big. I will definitely stay here again and the front desk was very nice. The building looks very clean.

This is a terrible hotel. The manager Raul is a terrible human. I had a death in my family so I made the reservation to stay here while in town. Shortly after I made my reservation another family member rented a large home that our entire family could stay in. I attempted to cancel my reservation but I needed the managers approval. I called 7 days ahead of my reservation and everyday following attempting to reach the manager. He would not take my call or return my call. I never set foot in the hotel. Did not check in. Was not there at all. While trying to reach the manager a desk clerk I spoke to told me that my room was rented to another person. After I left the area then the manager called and left me a message that he would not issue a refund.

Room was clean and spacious. Hot coffee and tea was available all day and night.

The fitness center equipment was very limited, not well serviced: what are ya gonna do with one two-pound and one three-pound weight? And the elliptical machine was not working properly. The room had everything you'd need--including adequate lighting!!!--for an extended business stay. The bed was okay, although I've experienced better.

We've stayed here many times since it's a great dog friendly place centrally located. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the room needed some work. Specifically the Television which looked to be about 15 years old and was in a strange location to the side of the bed. Additionally the matress was probably older tha. The TV and was not comfortable and was in desperate need of changing.

Room was clean and had nice amenities. Staff was great! We went on a hike our last morning that was going to take us much longer than anticipated, so we called and were able to get nice grace period for check out. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast. Waffles, fruit, eggs, bacon, bagels, etc.

The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Location was walking distance to Mill District. We loved that it was pet friendly. The area was very safe.

Room was spacious and clean, but did feel a bit like we were in a basement than a comfortable room. Hotel does have EV charging, but will let any vehicle park in the space. We were needing to charge, however there was a large diesel truck in the space. We talked the the front desk staff, who said they wouldn't require the truck to move.

On the bright side, the hotel's amenities and personnel were outstanding. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful treat after a long day, and it was great that the AC unit actually made our room genuinely cold. But the real standout of our trip was the staff. The breakfast staff, the cleaning team, and the general staff were all lovely and incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is also great for families looking to be active, and the room size and amenities were perfect for our family of three visiting Bend for a show at the Hayden Amphitheater. However, the room itself needed some love and updates. While it was clean overall, there were many signs of wear and tear that were hard to ignore. The carpet was in rough shape, torn, threadbare, dirty, and with noticeable holes. We also found a number of dings in the paint, small dents in the walls, and some broken outlet covers. A few lights in the room also didn't work. These were mainly cosmetic issues, but they did detract from the overall comfort of the room. TownePlace Suites Bend is a great choice if you value excellent service and amenities over a pristine room. The staff truly made our trip, but a little investment in updating the rooms would go a long way.

They are remodeling. We were charged $600 for an outdated room with uncomfortable beds. The pool was nice. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was great. Just outdated overpriced and a bit noisy.

Property overall was great. We were seeing a show at the amphitheatre near by so it was in a great location. They were doing a lot of construction on the property so noise, machines and debris in the parking lot.

Staff was absolutely lovely. The location and room set up were great. Walking distance to the Hayden Holms Amphitheater. Rooms were spacious and kitchenette was nicely stocked. There was some aging of the room visible but overall an excellent stay. Our whole group would staybl here again.

Room was freshly remodeled and clean. Breakfast was decent and the location was great. Just a 15 minute walk to Hayden Homes amphitheater. We will definitely consider this location when we attend concerts in the future.

This property is great for popping up to the Mt. B. It is older with paint peeling in bathrooms but it was very clean. They are set up for breakfast to go on your way to the hill. Not far from Old Mill or WestSide restaurants. The bed was good, and my kid said the sofa bed was decent. Great for price.

Great scenic views from the back deck. Clean and well maintained. Did have to wait an hour after check-in time due to cleaning staff still in the place. Overall great experience.

Lovely check in with Andrea. Very lovely hotel rooom. We had the renovated room. The little kitchen in the room was great. All supplies needed. Only complaint is the beed was super hard. It made it hard to get comfortable and sleep well. The temperature of the room was perfect. Thermostat on wall and it worked good. They had a wonderful breakfast with egg options. Pato fire was nice but only if no rain as its not covered. The hot tub was perfect and appreciated it being open toll 10pm.

Great staff and a surprisingly good breakfast (that was included with the room).

The dishwasher in our room was a bit old and you had to slam it shut to get it to run (I'm told we were in one of the non-renovated rooms). The bathroom in the parents room wasn't great, with a faucet that leaked unless you press real hard on the nozzle, and sometimes we wouldn't get hot water in the shower (and the shower nozzle was loose, so it was hard to adjust the temperature). Overall it was a good stay, with a few issues.

The staffs are friendly and the location is convenient.

Perfect setup! Full apt size fridge with actual freezer, microwave, stovetop, and even a dishwasher. Comfy bed (foam was a little warm for this hot sleeper) perfect options of pillows. Will stay again.

My husband and I were impressed. Continental breakfast was superior. Staff was amazing. I would give a five star but the jets on the hot tub. We’re not working the weekend we were there. Other than that we would stay again no matter what.

We have stayed here twice and we love it!! Our son goes to OSU Bend so it was conveniently located across from dorms but we enjoyed our stay!!

I really struggled between a 4 and 5, because it was really a great value, but some things could still have been better. I would recommend this as a great budget option that is just about as close to MtBachelor as you'll get, and close to lots of restaurants. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good for the price. I would stay there again. The room was surprisingly spacious and had lots of drawers and cabinets. Nitpicks are that the sofa bed was not super comfortable, but since it was just for a kid it was no big deal. The blankets were quite cheap - would like to have had a comforter. The jets in the hot tub didn't work, and it could have been hotter, but still great to have. Some of the high cabinets had some crumbs in them, and there weren't spatulas etc in the room - but I know you could get them from the front desk. Staff was great - we even left a cup my daughter got for Christmas and they are mailing it to me for the cost of shipping, and did so without complaint. Very friendly, which I like a lot. So overall exceeded expectations for such an inexpensive price.

We went to see family and the motel was right across from our son’s dorm. From stay to finish we were impressed. Great stay!!

Always happy to come back and see that the standards are still consistently high. Excellent breakfast, although we wish it lasted a little later in the morning. Friendly, efficient, helpful staff from the front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. My only minor “complaint” about this this visit was that we were offered a room “on the first floor.” Because the hotel is built on a slope, part of that first floor is actually basement-like. We had problems with WiFi our entire stay. The staff were very responsive to our complaints and attempted to fix it several times. My understanding is that area is going to be remolded and upgraded, so this may not be an issue in the future. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Bend.

I was not aware the are doing major construction. They put me on the same floor with the construction going on..needless to say there was lots of noise, dust, etc...going on. Very disappointing.

Great breakfast options

The staff at the front desk was very friendly upon arrival, but that was the only nice thing about my stay. I was surprised that rooms are only serviced after the third day of your stay. I had to request a cleaning just to get the trash bins emptied. This was a room with a small kitchenette so one would assume if you are cooking, there would be food waste in the trash and before three days there would be definite smells. Also there was black mold between the back wall of the shower and the ceiling. I have stayed here in years past but I will not return. Not great quality of rooms and services for the price.

The breakfast was top notch with so much variety and many options even gluten free breads. Area was safe, nice, quiet, staff were super friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend and will return when in town.

This was our 4th trip to Bend to visit with family and enjoy the area. This is the best place for us! 5 adults and two small/medium dogs stayed for a week. Very clean rooms! Not particularly fancy but very functional and comfortable! We stayed in a suite that had two beds and a sofa bed along with a kitchenette and two bathrooms. The photos in the booking showed a large fridge but the small one ended up being enough, as we ate out most of the time. The sofa bed had an ottoman making it easy to relax before bedtime and doubled as a coffee table with the wooden cover. There was also an accent chair, and a large dining table with two chairs. The kitchenette was handy, as family wanted a couple of home-cooked meals (they are young adults now). Dishware provided as well as cookware and utensils. Dishwasher, dish soap and dishwasher detergent were provided, as well as dish towels and kitchen towels. The free breakfast was a good start to the day. But we ate a couple of times at the Original Pancake House sharing the same parking lot! It was amazingly good. The orange juice tasted fresh-squeezed. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby, but drip coffee makers only in the room. Prepared for this, we brought filters and ground coffee, but the hotel coffee was not actually bad. Beds are very comfortable, bedding was also comfy. Location was excellent! Did not use the pool, tubed the river, instead! Laundry room was good. Lots of dogs, pet friendly, and not one whiff of them!

Our bed was ok except it was under the window and the curtains were on our heads unless we scooted down or opened them. Could also hear everything in the room next door. The furniture didn't really fit the space and TV was the size of a computer monitor.

I really enjoyed this property and my room. Everything from the excellent service and friendly staff to the cleanliness of the room and property. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Mattresses wee bad, a lot of pocketing. Gave me a sore upper back. I had them rotate the mattress after the first night, but it was still bad after the next night.

It’s a very nice property the only thinks is I thought there was an indoor pool which didn’t go over very well with my 4 year old because he expected one. Other than that good property

The room was more than i expected. It has a kitchenette, great for longer stays. The bed is set back away from the door, which is nice. They have a nice breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items. Breakfast sandwiches, quiche, burrriros. All the amenities were great. There are walkable restaurants amd breweries. Overall a great spot.

This is a budget hotel similar to a Hampton Inn but with a kitchenette added to the entry way. We just stayed overnight but found the location to be conducive to a short drive to downtown in the evening and a walk the next morning to the Deschutes River. Breakfast may be the best I've had at a budget hotel: many oatmeal toppings including walnuts and jam, egg muffins, and packaged quiche-like egg dishes. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast attendant Sophie. Was quiet - location is on a two lane road in town.

TownePlace Suites is a quiet clean place to stay in Bend. It is walking distance to the river, Deschutes brewery and the Old Mill district. The breakfast included in the room rate was better than what we've found at similar hotels. A positive experience.

Great location. The downtown area, the parks, tubing, breweries, etc. are never more than a 15-30min walk. The room was clean & comfortable and having a kitchenette was great. There is a pool, a fitness center, and a shared grill.

On the way to our destination and then because we liked it so much also on the way back home. The rooms are very, very clean. In this trip we stayed in a few different hotels and you really get to see the level of pride and professionalism this property has towards it's customers. Free breakfast and an EV charging station in the parking lot. One minor thing I would suggest they'd do. Take the license plate of every customer's vehicle. So that when the EV charging station stops changing the owners car, the hotel can call customers to move the car to let others take advantage of this perk.
