La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville

Older property that has been well maintained but is showing its age. Like most other “breakfast included” hotels, the morning meal was adequate, but not impressive. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We were on the first floor and enjoyed that amenity. It was just a one night stay this trip but this LaQuinta location is our preferred hotel.

Refrigerator not cooling. They brought a new fridge in 5 minutes. Sound didn't work on TV. They fixed in one minute. I lost my glasses in the hallway... They had been turned in at the front desk. We needed a late check-out. No problem.

The bed was very comfortable. Front desk people were very nice. My only complaint would be the noise level. Lots of kids running and screaming in the hallways. I was going to call the front desk about the noise but the phone in our room didn’t work. 😐. Overall nice hotel though.

Breakfast Friendly staff

Fantastic hotel! It was our wedding anniversary. When we arrived the hotel upgraded our room, and one of the housekeepers made towel swans which were on the bed when we opened the door! We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel! The staff is phenomenal, and a compliemntary happy hour is also available for those staying in the hotel.

It is very clean. The bed and pillows are great.

Clean, comfortable, nice pool temp, good breakfast. Door was difficult to close, had to push very hard which made a lot of noise.

From the polite & cheerful greeting on our arrival to the smile & wishing of safe travels in our departure - we were treated first class! Every member of the staff was friendly & helpful - it was always easy to find someone when you needed and the facility is top notch.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. The room were nice and clean; the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room also. Emily, front staff was so welcoming. We loved the little shop with all the goodies.

Great little spot in the middle of everything! Staff was warm and welcoming, room was clean and we were upgraded at no cost. Breakfast was also super tasty with warm and cold breakfast options! Uber was easy to arrange to and from the venue for $12!

We did an overnight on our way to a family gathering and this place served our purpose. Will book again when in the area.

Need maid service every day to give more soap, coffee, General check on things.

Nice hotel that offered great value. Plenty of parking (we had a trailer). Upgraded to a King Suite which worked out well for us.

The breakfast used to be pretty good, this last trip it was pretty sad.

Check in went smoothly and quickly. We were given a room on the 1st floor. However, there happened to be young people on traveling sports team (unsupervised parents) making lound noises that disturbed our ability to sleep. Cedric attempted to quiet them, but other groups came around and did the same thing. He (Cedric) was very gracious and switched our rooms to another floor. We could tell he felt very bad over the inconvenience this caused for us. It wasn't his fault.

After check-in we went to our room. My wife had an immediate allergic reaction (probably from pet dander) and turned around and left the hotel. Clearly, it is a pet friendly hotel, which is ok, but there is no effort to differentiate which rooms have had pets in them and which not, and reception had no information. But, they were helpful in authorizing refund of initial payment.

I wasn’t expecting much but I was very impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of this hotel. I’ve never considered La Quinta as an extended stay location but this property changed my mind. The breakfast every morning was excellent and the staff was always polite and professional. If my future plan include Bentonville I will be sure to stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing. Location was fantastic less than 10 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go and the staff was very polite. The hotel was very dated and musty. It was "non smoking" but there was smoking everywhere. Some guests even opened all the windows and doors and we're smoking and drinking at the pool and courtyard just wafting into the hotel. The whole first floor smelled marijuana I don't know how the staff couldn't smell it. And they must not limit pets to certain rooms every room at pet hair on chairs and etc and our room even had fleas. I'm all for pets but my children are allergic maybe limit the pet rooms and treat them accordingly.

Great beds and pillows, very fresh towels, and all bathroom fixtures great! Breakfast and parking were free. Very hot water and AC was great. Decor was a bit old and worn but everything worked great.

They only clean the rooms every three days, and somehow one of those days did not fall on the weekend. So, we were there the entire weekend and the room wasn’t cleaned once. And, this fact is not clearly advertised. Also, this location is generally pretty run down and neglected. Staff was borderline rude, and generally seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. I would chalk this up to bad management.

Location was the best thing about this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean but dated. Needs upgrades. I didn’t care for the breakfast. WiFi seemed okay. It was great it had both a microwave and fridge but I didn’t make use of them. Bathrooms had only towels and soap - no cotton buds, shower cap or other little complimentary items

The pool was amazing. My kids met so many other kids from so many states all there for some type of sport tournament. So having the pool indoors and open latish was perfect! The only complaint I had was the TVs were not user friendly. But that was ok.

This hotel is centrally located for all things Bentonville. We were however disappointed that the hot tub apparently has not been functional for the past year. The pictures shown on La Quinta’s and Expedia’s websites did not accurately show that this amenity was not available. We had a very disappointed son who had hiked some hard terrain with the promise of a hot tub in his future. The rest of the stay was great, just wish we had known ahead of time that there was no hot tub…

The hotel was a bit outdated, but it was pet friendly as advertised.

We were moved to a new room, but then ran into more issues we couldn’t get the TV or the heat to work, so we ended up sleeping with the A/C fan on all night. The next morning, we contacted the front desk again. Maintenance came quickly and was very friendly and helpful, fixing the problem. Overall, the staff was polite and maintenance helpful, but the initial room condition and the issues with heating/TV made for a very stressful start to our stay.

We stayed in a suite and it was supper clean, one of the cleanest places I've stayed. The hotel itself is a little older, but again, super clean, the tub needed a coating as it had a rusted spot. Breakfast was ok, not the best, not the worst. Staff was great too. I would stay again.

Treadmill in the gym was broken, showerhead in our room needed replaced but overall nice hotel and very friendly staff.

Most importantly the room was clean, however it could use some TLC. Walls were scuffed and chipped paint. There was some mildew in the shower. The shower head fell off but was able to screw it back on.

Room above ours had music blasting and numerous people stomping around until after 3 am. We called the front desk at 1:15am and 3am and went upstairs prior to calling to confirm the exact room causing issues. Additionally, the front desk worker must have told them who was complaining as we then had two call and hang ups between 3 and 3:30 am on the room phone.

Breakfast was better than most with good sausage and the best biscuits I have ever seen in a hotel breakfast. The eggs were good but I prefer fresh cracked.

The heater came on every few minutes and stayed on a or about 3 seconds. All. Night. Long.

Our room was very clean. It was a little smaller than I expected and not well insulated from neighboring noise. I am pleased with the value for traveling with a pet, but we could very much hear the other neighboring dogs and our upstairs neighbors were very loud; both when they arrived late and left early. There is no fan in the bathroom. The beds only come with three pillows and when I requested an additional pillow, they had to take it from an unoccupied room. When I got back to my room I realized it was covered in hair. I just put it on the floor and gave up that idea. The hot tub is out of order which was very disappointing. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

Great hotel for the money. I was treated wonderfully by the front desk girl. Breakfast was great addition to the stay. My only complaint was the pool was closed. I booked through Expedia and this is the second time I have booked to have a pool but upon checking in the pool was not open. This should be updated on the sites so that people are aware of amenities that are not available at the time of booking.

This was a business trip for our company, Morgan Dual Controls. The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We did not have breakfast so I did not rate it. Two amazing employees stood out ... Abigail at the Happy Hour lounge and Cedric at the Front Desk. Both of these employees were extremely personable and a joy to talk with. Because of these two employees, if my husband and I ever travel through Bentonville again we will definitely book our stay at this La Quinta Inn & Suites. Room was fine, we thought we had booked a suite but was just a basic room. We booked this one because of the pool and hot tub, but the jets didn't work on the hot tub, so that was disappointing. The front desk person was very nice and had a great personality. Parking was fine, no issues. Only one elevator for the entire hotel. Breakfast was good.

Nicely furnished, clean hotel. We stayed in a suite, and it was spacious. The desk staff were very friendly. We had issues with climate control and television, but the staff was not helpful in figuring out solutions for them. The breakfast was marginal. The road that the hotel was on was extremely busy, but I think most hotels in Bentonville are probably located on that road

I did electronic check-in prior to arrival, so I was surprised when check in took longer than expected at the front desk. It seemed like it was a waste of time to check in online. The beds were super comfy, we rented 3 rooms double beds in each they were able to group us 2 side by side the other across the hall so worked out perfectly , nice pool and lovely hot tub , only down thing was the treadmill was out of service and the exercise area extremely small , but it have yoga mats , exercise bands , nice little selection of bar bells , had spin bike , elliptical machine. I did not get the type of room I paid for . I ended up getting moved to a room with a tub and shower chair I booked a room with a handicap shower that you didn’t have to step over a tub. The hotel staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. I don’t think hotels.com communicates with individual hotels very well

We had a good stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent. My only complaint was when I booked the room it showed handicap accessibility as a roll in shower but when we got there they only had a bathtub room available. I know this doesn’t apply to most peope but it made the room difficult for my wheelchair bound husband.

I didnt realize that the refrigerator wasnt working until the next morning. Food went bad that i had in there.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was great. I wish there was apple juice at the breakfast bar. Otherwise it was wonderful. However, we hadn’t even checked out when we went to breakfast and we came back to housekeeping, finishing the clean on our room. Must’ve been a miscommunication.

Check in lady was out front smoking when we go there and then promptly had us sign a no smoking pledge. Comical. For the price of the hotel, it was only okay. Stayed in just about every hotel in this area in the last two years and this is probably the least value for the cost. It was very noisy in the building as well.

The stay was marvelous but the only thing was that the pool opened at 10am and the floor I stayed on was teenagers running around for a bit.

The property is beginning to look worn. The furnishings look very old and dated. The first room we were assigned was OCCUPIED. The staff was shocked and worked hard to fix the problem. However, their computer system went down and they couldn’t make a key for the new room. They let us in but the new key wasn’t available for several hours. The street noise from the busy street outside was atrocious. The air conditioning system was very loud and banged when starting up and stopping which happened every few minutes. The room was a suite with a kitchenette but no utensils except one very large worn plastic spoon. The remotes to both tvs did not work due to battery failure. I had batteries which I installed in one of the remotes and requested more which never showed up. The breakfast buffet was about as non appealing as I’ve seen. (Don’t ever have very high expectations anyway).

We loved everything, but we had a problem getting our rooms cleaned. We did not have one service three nights. One of the days we contacted the front desk and told them we know we’re leaving late but please have a room cleaned And it didn’t happen.

We had to be e moved to a different room because the air conditioner was not working This happened at 10:30 pm and the staff was very good.

Great place to stay.

Stayed a few hours after a concert at the AMP. Friendly staff. Comfy room. Safe area. However trying to get out of the hotel parking lot on a weekday at 8 am was a complete nightmare. Traffic on this road is horrible for a smaller city imo. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

We stayed here when our son was graduating from the University of Arkansas. It was a great hotel!

The staff truly go above and beyond! My child threw their retainers away at breakfast and we were stressed trying to trace our movements trying to find them. The ladies in the kitchen- Jessica and Abigail asked us our room number and started going through the mornings trash to find the retainers for us. Unfortunately no retainers were to be found, but them allowing us to step back and take care of packing up while they looked meant so much to us. As far as the room, it was very clean. We enjoyed the courtyard games and the pool. We will definitely be back.

We always stay at this La Quinta when we're in NW Arkansas. Been staying here for the past +12 years. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

A nice hotel. Seemed relatively newish. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, etc. for breakfast. We stayed at the hotel a second time on our trip back because we were pleased with the place.

I only stayed for 2 nights and was surprised since I picked this hotel based on so many positive reviews, the staff was nice and accomodating but the place needs an update urgently, we also lost water for a few hours and when I cam back to brush my teeth the water was running brown

It was what I expected. Staff were accommodating.

Traffic was terrible, access in and out was horrible. But I was told that that is the area.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We will stay here again on our next trip to Bentonville

Awesome personnel!Thoughtful, helpful, always going above and beyond helping guests. Accommodations were clean, not worn looking, well cared for and very comfortable. Food was fresh, hot and plentiful. Seeing the parade of pets made my day. Location is excellent, next door to Starbucks, Zaxby’s, and a veterinarian for fur babies. Across the road are three contiguous upscale strip malls with everything from salons to a First Watch. Will definitely stay here again!

Disliked kids under 10 y/o in the hot tub knowing reason kids under 16 y/o should not be in hot tubs because the high heat can damage their heart valves. Don't let heart valves close all the way as they grow older. People ignore the no one under 16 in hot tub sign. More education is needed and people need to stop ignoring signs posted for good reason. These kids 4-5 y/o to 10 y/o. Young ones were wearing water goggles and going in/out of water putting their heads totally under water and using the bubbles to make beards & mustaches. The 4-5 y/o would get out and run and turn the hot tub timer on ignoring the 15 minute rule.

Noisy from loud vehicles

Nice location. The room is in good size, clean with comfortable beds. We like the microwave and two sinks, one sink is inside the bathroom, one is outside. It’s convenience. Hotel staffs are fantastic, always there to provide the best service to meet our needs. Special thank you to Kaitlyn and Paula. We forgot to print one of files for next day meeting. Kaitlyn and Paula helped us to figure it out and printed it for us at midnight. Greatly appreciated. Also wanted to say thank you to Irish (hope I spelled your name correctly). You answered our questions patiently during our check-out on 3/3. The Pizza restaurant you recommended is awesome. We love their pizza. You made our day with your great service!
