Wish the rooms had bath tubs for younger kids and coffee in the lobby area always

We were traveling for the Hot Rod Power Tour. The staff was very accommodating and even hooked up a hose to let some of the cars rinse off the dust. The outside fire pit was nice and we noticed several people using the grill. All in all a nice stay.

This property was clean and updated. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Kids loved the pool, I would stay here again.

Breakfast was OK. I didn't like the sandwich bag food options for like an egg sandwich. But they there was variety but it was just OK.

The room was fantastic. Everything was extremely clean. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The pool and basketball courts were both nicely maintained and open pretty late. Breakfast had quite a few options. The gathering areas were very welcoming and comfortable. Super convenient location and had everything you needed right inside. We travel quite a bit lately and this was one of our best stays so far. Great facility.

Upon arrival, the front desk lady was so accommodating, nice, and very polite. We had great conversations. There is nothing to complain about, it was all really good!

I liked the separate bedroom and kitchenette space. The living room was big enough for us to not be on top of each other. The couch and pillow had a smell to them, the body soap pump didn’t work in The shower and the pool was freezing then closed!

This is our go to place whenever we’re traveling to visit friends and family in the area. It’s pet friendly and has a good setup for working remotely. The staff is very friendly and even extended our stay last minute to the same room when a family emergency came up. The hotel is near a couple of highways for easy access downtown or to head out of town. Nice lobby and fire pit area outside. We love this place and consider it our home away from home.

Second time staying with this hotel. The kitchenette, kitchen appliances, tools and utensils are very good condition and very convenient for that at-home feel.

This was the cleanest place I ever stayed at! Staff was very nice and convenient to every need loved this place. Inside Pool was nice and clean pool nice and cold and the covered by nice warm building. Right outside the pool was nice fire pit to dry off on stayed lit the whole time. :)

The fire place was a very good atmosphere to sit out there and relaxing enjoying a hlass of wine. Staff was very polite. The only thing was that housekeeping lady, all she when asked if she can refresh the room, all that was done was bed. We stayed for 3 nights

The staff was Amazing !! The hotel is top notch our family from out of state had an Amazing time and they really loved the hotel. The only issue was the young man that worked in the breakfast area both days he started shutting down at 9:50 am and the sign said close at 10am.

My favorite getaway!

This was neither quiet nor safe. There were 5 men in the room next to us. They were screaming and partying until 1 am. We asked them to be quiet twice and called the front desk twice. They argued with security until the police had to be called and they were evicted. The staff were responsive and polite but it was a very scary and upsetting experience. I would like my money refunded for that night.

Very clean and modern. Quiet rooms. Comfy beds. Large rooms. Free breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Lots of choices. The fire outside was nice to sit by. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very spacious, comfort, quiet? safe and clean environment. The only thing I was unhappy. With was the shower water was little pressure about half as normal.

I actually loved my stay. However, the front desk has ruined my entire experience. I checked in on the 21st the process was seamless. On the 25th Christmas day, I started receiving messages from my bank that the hotel was trying to put through charges for various amounts. I immediately thought someone had got my number and it was fraud. I went to the front desk and Bertha (black older lady with glasses) had a nasty because I was inquiring about MY CARD! She proceeded to tell me that "their" system had charged me $700 the day prior and was now charging me the remaining balance of $540. How when the initial charge 1420 is still pending and there is no charge of $700 on my card. It's now the 3rd and my card has a negative balance of $540. The initial charge from 21st is still pending. And my card is jacked up! Ms Mam, I'm a traveler, you my dear messed up the initial transaction. I've called corporate twice and will need to call again tomorrow. I left on the 28th and is staying at another Marriott and it's been almost a week and no problems at all.

There was only warm water in the shower and the bathroom sink was plugged. The worst part was the kitchen person got into an argument with one of the guests over the food availability. All in all the worst Marriott experience I have had in 22 years.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, there was more than enough room for the 3 of us to sleep comfortably without being on top of each other. I want to keep this hidden gem all to myself but I had to be honest with my review. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.

The suite was outstanding. I wish we’d had more time to use all the amenities. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint was from my daughter, who used the sofa bed the first night; the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. She ended up sleeping in my bed the next night. The fitness center was well stocked and clean. Breakfast was very good

In hindsight, I wouldn't recommend this property. We definitely overpaid. We booked through a popular 3rd party and the amenities that were listed were not available. There is no restaurant/ loungel bar. Was told they didn't have that since Covid. The doors to the workout room and pool were hit or miss when it comes to opening. Staff was nice but no one went above the general basics. Asked for a slight discount due to the misinterpretation. Was denied. You can get the same type of service for $250+ less.

This is a really nice hotel! VERY clean and well kept. The rooms are nice and have a full kitchen. The area around the hotel is also very nice. Lots of restaurants and a shopping mall.

Very disappointed. No housekeeping. Every “clean” towel has hair. Breakfast is poor. I guess “travelodge” has better breakfast for less money. Neighbor garbage left outside in the hall was untouched more than 24 hours-I guess Marriott can’t afford stuffing. Pool water-1% milk colored. Gross. So bad job Marriott. Not Bonvoy-badvoy!

Room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast wasn’t impressive.

There was one small pot in the kitchen, but not a single frying pan. When I asked for more pot and pans, I was told that someone would bring some, but no one ever did.

It is a very nice hotel, but there was no hot tub only a pool. We were hoping after long day of traveling and then long day of work to be able to come and relax in a hot tub. Only hotel I have been to that does not have one. The bed was also very uncomfortable. It felt like the springs were broken as I had one poking me in my side all night and there was a big hole in the center that left you in pain when you woke up. The pillows need to also be re-thought, they could be bigger and more comfortable.

Nice place with kitchenette in room, clean, quiet and breakfast options are good depending on what you like (we were hoping for bacon and scrambled eggs but not served the day we were there).

The evening check in at the Front Desk (Andy was very helpful and professional), the layout and cleanliness of the room and the property, and the helpfulness of the pre 5:00 AM checkout, were absolutely fantastic. I will utilize this Hotel on all of my upcoming trips to Bolingbrook IL.

We just needed a place to stay before flying out for a trip and we’re really only there for a few hours to sleep. Regardless, this hotel fit all of our needs, was clean, quiet and exactly as pictures. The staff was helpful and check in was quick. This was our second or third time staying at this hotel and we will be back if we’re in the area again. If you’re looking for a hotel to stay before a flight this worked out perfectly for us. We were only 30 minutes from Middway.

The fact that it will take 7-10 days to get my security deposit back is RIDICULOUS!!! And called the front office several times about the jumping and stumping all night from the room above me! Staff and faculty was Awesome

When you pay 130 plus dollars you would expect a PEACEFUL night! Made numerous of calls about the loud and rude noises all night and morning long! Won’t be back‼️

The staff was wonderful! Very nice and friendly. However, the bed was awful! It sagged in the middle and felt old and very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo and body wash in the bottles provided.

Stayed one night for a wedding. We were able to get into the room on time (a little early!) to get ready, the front desk attendant was very friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast area was very nicely decorated, and the free breakfast was nice. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. The only complaint was some of the guests must've been vaping or something - there was a slight whiff of "skunk" in the parking lot, elevators and hallways in the evening. But it was gone in the morning!

Welcoming and friendly staff throughout our stay made us feel relaxed and valued. The breakfasts were a great way to start our days and it was nice to see the other residents as they got ready for work, etc. Our room was quiet, clean, and had every amenity we needed for our stay. I appreciated the shower soap/shampoos in larger pump dispensers instead of the tiny ones that cannot be reused. We did not see anyplace to recycle plastic bottles, but hope that recycling is part of the practice--every bit helps.
