    Clean, with a great location. A little out dated in the rooms. Bathroom needs to be updated, toilets were to low, counters were peeling. Plus showers need to be walk in's with more room.

We chose that hotel because it was close to the Golden Corral , & a few other places she was interested in visiting while here for the weekend celebrating her 65! The rooms we paid for had breakfast including in the price (each room) , however we were not allowed breakfast. The hotel staff claims that breakfast is an extra charged & was not included. When I pulled up the email receipts to show the lady that we did infact pay for breakfast in the room rate , she stated that only 2 ppl from each room could eat breakfast despite it being 4 ppl in each room .. we also had small children with us who was turned away . This is by FAR the worst hotel anyone could stay. The jacuzzi was not working as well & the pool was filthy. Staff is rude , & just want your money. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!

    I was pleased with the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. Housekeeping came to the room prematurely, and opened the door while we were relaxing in the room. No harm was done, but when I checked out, the front desk person was quick to apologize for the action without any prompt from me. It was nice to experience that accountability.

    Called the day before specifically about the hot tub. When we arrived it was under maintenance so was unable to be used. Went to use it the next day after it got fixed and the water was cold. Unfortunately, we stayed here for this perk but never got to use it.

    Parking was easy, the staff were always on their phones every time we walked up to them. The hot tub wasn’t in use (one of the reasons we booked), our “do not disturb” sign was ignored TWICE. Check out was at 12pm, they knocked at 9am and again at 11am. Additionally, they placed us in a room on the first floor, the staff was incredibly loud in the mornings going up and down the hallway starting at 6am. It was supposed to be a staycation for one night for my husband and I, and honestly we came back to this place because we had such a great experience the first time. The second time did disappoint… we will not be returning

    The room is ok. Clean and decent. Bed is comfy. Shower water is almost like raindrops so it took us forever to shower. We stayed for 2 nights I asked to change the towels and clean the room on our second day, no one came in. Pool was not heated but my kids still went for a swim. Ice dispenser on our floor wasnt working.

    The room it self was amazing. I loved the pricing and that it had a jetted soaking tub. It was exactly what I was looking for. The down side was the shower did have a lot of hair in it. The room service supervisor came and took care it. I ask for some tea bags and they never came. All and all it was a great room.

    Holy crap was this room dirty and in poor condition. Hair in the shower. Hair balls in the bathroom and in the corners. Lamimate gone from the furniture, holes in the lamp fabric, what a mess. The only thing keeping us from complaining and changing was a 8hr flight from Ansterdam and a couple hours of clearing customs and baggage...and travel. Wow we were exhausted. On the other hand the street tacos were sublime which were ordered at the in house resturant.

    I was checking in and arrived at 2:45 chancing the 3pm checkin time. I had an event at the next town over at 5pm which I needed to dress for so was hoping to get a shower after flight etc. after MULTIPLE excuses about late checkouts prior I did not get in my room until 5pm. Unacceptable!! I literally used the lobby bathroom to change and curl my hair! Very hot day and there was n9 water in the lobby infused container the entire two hour wait and when I asked for a Hilton honors bag as I know they always have water bottles in them and was told I don’t get one because I booked on Expedia! Ridiculous. At least fill up the lobby water then or spring for one because you made me wait over two hours past check in! Finally one of the clerks went to the back and got me one anyway after the mgr or whomever told me no I will never stay there again!!!

    They were rude about our service dog. They over charged us and still hasn’t fixed it. Double charge on $3.19 and made up $16.81. My husband has called serval time. They tried to fix. Then man in acccount recharged a third time. They don’t have any manners at all when it comes to service dogs. I would not stay there because the staff is rude Tina is the only nice one there to deal with. But don’t give them money for partial payment in full.

    Came to hotel primarily to use the Jacuzzi for back discomfort but the jets were not working. Also, front desk staff was hard to reach when checking out, beds were very uncomfortable and called front desk for extra pillows and I was told that I had to come down myself to get them from front desk. Went down and had to wait until someone came up front. I frequent the Marriott and and occasion have called for pillows and never had to go down to retrieve them myself. Thought I would try Hilton and was disappointed.

    I had a few concerns. When we checked in we should have been told there was no daily room service. This was not an issue but it would have been nice to know. We always make our own bed. What do you do with your trash? We noticed there was a lot of trash by the ice machine as if this was the storage location for trash. The primary issue we had was the bathtub. There were safety bars but there were no anti-slip strips in the tub. Because of that, we held onto the bars while we showered. This was not a comfortable feeling. If those things can be corrected it would be a great location. Let me know if you make these modifications as I will be going back to Bolingbrook nest year.

    My husband and I stayed the weekend for a wedding in town. The hotel was very clean and the service was great. The service and food at the grill was exceptional. My only disappointment was the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. Taking a shower felt like a cool sprinkle from a water gun. After a day out in the heat , I would not stay here again

    Overall pleased with our stay, but guest accommodations need improved. I booked a room with a couch and ended up getting a room with a chair, therefore our 3rd adult with us didn’t have a good place to sleep. When asking the manager at the front desk for extra pillows, we were told there was no pillows. Room is smaller than in picture, but very clean.

    The hotel is conveniently located right off of I55. My room was spacious, but i was disappointed to see the carpet had not been vacuumed ( green candy and orange gold fish cracker by the bed) and the toilet did not have the just cleaned signage, instead the seat was up, as if someone had recently used it. Breakfast was good.

    According to Management, this hote was short staffed and House Keeping was not available to clean your rooms. If you required clean towels, you had to go downstairs to the desk to pick them up yourself. You had to pay for breakfast. There was no free coffee ever available and some hotel guest were no happy. The water pressure was extremely low when taking a shower. I rate this hotel a 2 stars

    At first seemed nice, lobby smelled great and welcome was nice. And it ended there. Room was filthy! Food crumbs on floor, toe nail clippings on floor. Coffee spilled not cleaned up. Hand marks on mirrors and windows. Beard clippings around sink, public hairs by toilet and hair in towels. Used lotion containers. Neighboting room up partying loudly until 430 am. Talked to manager and he said that the stay is non refundable as i used this app (found out this was a lie) if i contacted app right away. He tried to give us a bottle of wine, offered us a free stay or food at the resteraunt. I will not come back to this place again!

    The facility overall was fine, but the bathroom needed updating. The toilet was leaking. Keurig in room did not work. When checking in we were told the breakfast we paid for in Expedia was not included in our rate. Were told to book through their hotel app to ensure breakfast was included.

    Will never stsy there again. Twice on first day with do not disturb sign up. A housekeeper bothered us to get personal items out of drawers in our room. A toy car and a cell phone. Front desk kept telling us they would get us an answer but each time nothing.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was fairly priced but the bartender was friendly if unskilled.The big problem for me was the lobby had a Febreeze fog machine that the hotel felt was an asset to the air quality. The whole first floor reeked of fake vanilla scent. It was unnecessary and offensive. You could smell it on the glassware at the bar. Bad!
