Space was adequate. Check in and out was great. The pullout couch bed was terrible and always in the way for the door. Tight spots around beds, and unable to open/close closet. Pool was cold and pool room was chilly. Breakfast was subpar.

Updated, lobby beautiful and clean updated rm. And the complimentary breakfast The warm fresh waffles for breakfast. You guys took away the waffle maker this was one of the things my kids loved the last time we stayed her about 1 or 2 yrs ago

Nice clean room, very friendly staff. The only complaints I have ( and they would not keep me from staying there) it is VERY dark in the rooms & bathrooms more lighting is needed, and one hook in the bathroom so if more than one person is staying for multiple nights, nowhere to hang your towel

Good size and comfortable room, nice walk-in shower, friendly personnel Rooms are really noisy, first room I got, almost every 10 minutes the whole room started vibrating, apparently because of some sprinkler pump, then got a new room on the ground floor but since the floors are wooden, you can literally hear everything from the room above you, the floors are squeaking when someone walks around (I don't know what the person above me was doing but it seems like he was jumping around all night) and you can hear their phone conversation very loud. I had to wear earplugs every night. Breakfast is like most hotels in the US, all instant food, not very tasteful, at least there was some fruit every day (bananas and apples)

Hot breakfast that is included is very bland and could use improvement (flavor). The waffles were good and the cold option were good. Nice selection of fruit!

Nice hotel with spacious, pleasant rooms and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the shower in my room (209) was very disappointing and is the only thing that would stop me staying here again.

Breakfast was average at best. Bacon was terrible. Sausage not much better. Egg sandwich was really good. Bacon, Scrambled eggs ok.

Property is clean. Friendly staff. Pool area was clean closes at 10 pm. Parking was nice and close to Walmart, restaurants and gas stations.

A standard business chain hotel, with everything as expected, clean comfortable, spacious bathroom, etc. Incredible value for the price (BARGAIN). My room was huge with a sitting area, a desk area and the bedroom, bathroom was great, everything was spotless. Would definitely stay again The only room for improvement was the free breakfast... it was fine, pretty standard with limited selection. But boring breakfast is much better than no breakfast. This is really not a complaint, better than 90% of the hotel breakfasts out there.

The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, welcoming, and happy. Our travel plans were interrupted and the staff helped us check in so that we wouldn't have our reservation cancelled for nor arriving on our initial day. The beds were VERY comfortable and the type of sofa sleeper was so much more comfortable than a pull out couch/bed. There was plenty of extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed so it was nice not having to call for it. Everyone slept well. The room could be total blackout because of great shades. Very clean!!!! The air-conditioning worked well but would love continuous fan setting. It was quiet despite being in the middle of a large group. Loved the fridge AND microwave in each room. The shower products were nice. There was NO mold or mildew in the shower edges!!! Breakfast was great, but the set-up is very prohibitive to allowing the guests to eat in a timely fashion when crowded. It was so busy that we didn't even bother trying for breakfast on the second day or we wouldn't arrive to our event on time. The hotel was MUCH further from our destination than what the Booking.com app showed, no matter what route you drove. This was very frustrating and NOT the fault of the hotel.

The staff was simply amazing. They make me look for reasons to come back and stay there!!! Clean, organized, and they went up and beyond to accommodate not just me but every ding guest.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean. My only complaint is that there is barely any light at the vanity. A backlit mirror isn’t enough to be able to see what your makeup looks like. Other than that. Perfect experience.

Need friendly staff.... The Manager has to come and extend my stay with the same rates to keep me there... I thank God she was there.... If she wasn't, I would had to find a different hotel

Even though the property is a bit outdated it was clean for the most part. At check in I was told that there was some issue with my card even though I showed confirmation of payment. Then they confirmed they do see it and requested to run my card for incidentals. Prior to arrival I requested a quiet room because we travel with a baby and yet our room was next to ice machine. 227 is a suite with two queen beds, the one closer to the door has super squeaky mattress that has to be replaced and the bed next to the window is so close to the AC that it is not pleasant to sleep there. Pillows are not comfortable. There were some smears on the bathroom sink but overall the room seemed clean. During check out there was a stall again but Rose confirmed the booking was prepaid. The moment we left the hotel I got double charged for the room. When I called the hotel they told me they contacted booking.com and the latter claimed twice that they did not receive any payment from me which is incorrect because I have confirmation. In the end I had to contact booking and they did confirm that it was wrong on hotel’s side to charge me and that it will be disputed.

While getting breakfast I thought it was unprofessional for the front desk staff to speak negative on guest and say their room number's in a very loud manner. That was no one in the dinning areas business. That is my only dislike. They could have had those conversations in the back or in a lower voice. I was also charged $20 when i had paid in full. The women didn't tell me she just said they needed a card on file.

They are horrible customer service, they charged me for the even after a canceled the reservation do to the weather, heavy snow, flight canceled, they said they don't care about the weather, that's rip off, stealing, i requested to get credit to for another day, and they refused, very disrespectful manager, laughed at me for asking for credit, unbelievable to this during the holiday season, $156 down the drain, please book at a different hotel, they Not worth it

Friendly staff and very clean rooms made for a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing with limited options and below-average quality. If you're looking for a clean place with great service, this hotel fits the bill, but I’d recommend finding breakfast elsewhere for a better start to your day.

Only complaint I have is the front desk staff at check-in was a bit rude. Other than that very clean, very fresh, and the appliances were dust free!!

What an awesome staff. Kudos especially to Rose and Cassandra. Both were so kind and friendly in handling our accommodations and questions. There was not a single employee that did not acknowledge with a smile and greeting. Great variety for breakfast options. Pool very clean. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

We enjoyed our stay here. Room was very clean and set up was nice. Dining across the street, Golden Corral, Wendy’s and Starbucks just to name a few. Will most definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay with clean and updated room. Tons of functionality to the suite. Over 7 USB outlets in the room which is very convenient! Great stay!

Everything was very nice. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Only issues I had was housekeeping knocking on our door twice so they can clean it. Of course we were out the room before noon but they knocked two separate times and that was kind of annoying. Also, the bathroom has a piece of hair in the shower and leftover soap in the shower. Shows me that housekeeping is not cleaning how they should.

Staff and service is great only had an issue with a room having a cigarette smell throughout the room and bed sheets even though theyre a non smoking facility. Staff however addressed the issue and switched us rooms immediately.

When we checked in the person went out of her way to get our daughter a room close to us. Got her one across from us. Then our sink wasn’t draining & my husband mentioned it & they came right up & fixed it. The breakfast was delicious & good assortment. If we come this way again we will stay here.

Everything was fresh and clean.The breakfast was excellent,the woman taking care of and preparing the food was on top of everything and a great selection of foods and drinks. Service everywhere has been falling apart and subpar for the past couple years so this was an excellent refreshing experience so thank you very much.

Picture made hotel look like new but was a remodel, went from a motel 6 to a SpringHill suites. Just covered up an old hotel!!

Very nice, spacious and clean rooms! Breakfast is free and have a variety of things to choose from. Rooms are fully stocked with toiletries. We travel up north a few times a year for my kids wrestling and this is always my go to Hotel! Highly recommend! Friends paid twice the amount for their hotel room at the Hilton and breakfast wasn’t even included in their stay they had to pay an extra $12 per person just to eat breakfast at a hotel that is way overpriced. Springhill Suites is definitely a 10/10 and I highly recommend!
