    This was the most nasty hotel that I ever stayed in. The tub filled up with water while I showered. The toilet broke, and they didn’t have no iron or ironing board for me to iron my clothes. Also, they had a phone in my room that didn’t work and I had to use my cell phone to reach the front desk. I only stayed one night and had to book a different hotel because I was disgusted and to top it off, the staff were very rude, hung up the phone when I requested a refund for the remainder of the 2 nights. Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS NASTY HOTEL AND STAFF. They are from a different country and think that they can come to our country and be disrespectful towards us. False advertisement because the room looked nothing like the photo on the website. I have a video but it will not allow me to upload it.

    First of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so overwhelming that it got into our clothes and even lingered on our bodies. The most unacceptable part was that I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when we arrived, we were told that all the two-bed rooms were gone and were given a room with only one king bed instead. Overall, it was a terrible experience. After this stay, I have decided that I will never book a budget hotel again.

    Outside looks fine. We arrived at 1am and was told the room is not available. Booked a room with 2 beds and got a king bed instead. On top of that, it was still cold out and there was no heat in room. Thermostat setting was to 75 and room temp was 61 the whole night. My kids got a bit sick the day after. Booked as its close to the airport. Big mistake, will not return.

    Really terrible experience, honestly. As a single woman I felt unsafe on the property and the room itself was clearly dirty. There was a dirty towel left behind on the floor and a pile of leaves and dirt behind the door upon entry. I could not stay here.

    The remote did not work, no blow dryers, no soap in shower, shampoo and conditioner not labeled, a couple of crusty beige things under the blanket. I didn't know what it was. Overall, very disappointing.

    The parking was very large, which was nice! However, when you were going to your room, everywhere smelled. There was a very dark brown stain on the terrace, which smelled like pee and poop, whixh was not nice! The room was clean, however, there were 2 insects in the room (which could come from outside). It’s also, not as new and fashionable as in the pictures! Prepare yourself!!

    I don't leave very many reviews and even fewer negative reviews...but here goes: if you have any other options spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else...or sleep in your car if that is a reasonable option for you. Gross room, unkept exterior, lumpy bed, weird people. I think this experience might have finally cured me of my frugality

    My room had some bugs due to it being on an open property (doors go out to the open). The door lock had issues so I would need to swipe multiple times for it to work. Otherwise as a budget motel it is excellent.

    There were ink stains on the bed and two beyond extremely thin pillows on each bed. One bed did not have a matching comforter and just looked dingy white (but it was clean). The AC unit had a broken panel but it worked and there was trash on the grounds outside my room. The staff were very friendly and personable.

    It's a average motel but the lady in the office is very nice and she makes everything pleasant when you arrive and getting checked in...the housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the tub but rather then that everything was okay and quiet

    I have stayed the last few nights here and the staff has been so kind. The gentleman that checked me in the first night was very kind and friendly. Very professional too. I am probably going to butcher her name but i think its amrosia is very friendly kind and enjoyable to talk with. The house keeping has also seemed very kind. Great staff and location to stay when you need a room.

    If you're a true non-smoker, this place is not for you. 🚭There's no masking it. Nothing short of an ozone machine plus a full wipe-down can solve this. Chewing the thickness of the second hand smoke was highly disappointing, for an advertised non-smoking hotel. I don't fully blame the staff as previous guests disrespect policies, and their brethren. If you're a light sleeper, the highway next door can be loud. Otherwise, you get what you paid for. Staff was friendly. Shower had decent pressure and drained well. Quick location to fast food options. Outdoor property was well maintained. The sink handle coming off was a bonus. 🙄

    Check in was good quick and easy but once I got to the room i noticed a few things so first old LG tv wasn’t working at all. All channels show static screen so basically tv is there for show not use. The room had no locking mechanism looks like it was torn off the door and the floor was super sticky and weird. It’s not a terrible stay but you get what you pay for.

    Room smelled, no smoke detector, huge gap under door which left the room cold at night. Tv was not a large tv. Room was not as big as the pictures projected it to be for a deluxe room. Parking lot was not plowed and extremely slippery. A large white commercial truck was parked parallel to the building taking up a complete section of customer parking- making customers have to park far away from their rooms. A huge disappointment. Will not be coming back or recommending this hotel to anyone- not that they will care… but I said what I needed to say. Oh- and toilet would keep running if my husband wouldn’t have fixed the toilet. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT !

    Room was not clean. Literally had a piece of moldy food on a the nightstand. The shower was yellow. Super outdated and not clean! I stayed here 4 years ago and it was better than this time. I will not be returning! Also, the front desk people were rude! I called and asked to check in early and the lady said no, then let everyone else check in early!

    We stayed in room 201 Buffalo NY, we most likely will not stay at a red roof again. Upon arriving there was a large tick on the wall. The sweet lady bug was ok. Phone didn’t work, safe didn’t work, don’t look under the bed they don’t clean underneath. My husband had to dry off with a hand towel, no body towels in the room. No bath mat, no toiletries, heater covers looked like they were going to fall off the wall. Toilet backed up late at night had no way to plunge it or contact someone to provide a plunger. That was the final straw. Not only a fire hazard but health hazard as well. Stayed 3 days too many and not one housekeeping visit. We flew in from Las Vegas for a football game and their rates were not cheap as expected, the rooms are definitely not worth what they charged us.

    The property was great except for bathrooms. The bathroom door didn't lock and also it was not very clean.     Check in was the easy part. Sink faucet was broke when we got room. Maintenance tried to fix it, broke again after 1 use. Discovered toilet seat almost fell off. We were promised next day both items would be fixed. Neither were fixed when we returned & manager of the desk that night just laughed, very rude & said no other rooms, so too bad. That night the air conditioning unit never shut off so we had to unplug it. Needless to say our nights were a disaster.

    The hotel is close to Buffalo airport which makes it convenient, but it is in a poor condition I think needs more maintenance and be update it, the room was not too clean, also the hallways were dirty. It was not worth the money, if I knew I would it picked a better hotel for the same price, please do not believe the pictures posted because they are deciving.

    I really liked the location it was very convenient. Lot's of shopping and dinning options. The staff were friendly and polite. The only thing I could say it could improve it's the water in the bathtub took a while to go down. Overall, it was a great stay !

    The room was clean with some newer features such as the flooring and furniture. The soap and shampoo dispensers were falling off the wall, which made them difficult to use. The reason we didn’t enjoy our stay was the verty loud people back and forth outside our room for several hours in the night. It wasn't quiet until almost 1:00 am. Need to enforce sone quiet hours at this property.

    The motel was filthy, staff was terrible, unsanitary conditions, no clean linen, lack of staff, staff did not speak any English when you did find them, and they did not secure there mat in the main lobby after mopping and I had fallen. They did not even suggest I fill out an accident report or offer to accommodate my stay after staying several nights. They ask that my family not return (female manager). She stated that our family dog was urinating all over the property. That statement was untrue. The dog had one spot and one spot only to urinate. This is a FACT because the dog was on a leash when urinating and I would not let the dog urinate all over the property. She waited two weeks to say something finally “if that was the case”. She had personal problems that she disclosed to my family member and was upset when my family member chose not to befriend her due to what she disclosed. The staff should not be allowed to be at the front desk let alone a manager. She needs to take advantage of the company’s resources for dealing with her personal issues. The worst place that I ever stayed!!!

    I asked for a room downstairs as i have i hurt foot and knee. He stated they were none available. So, what could I do, but take what they had available. As I struggled carrying my bag stair by stair, he assigned us a dirty room! Not only did I struggle going up but now had to carry my bag down as well! I went to the office and asked for another room again he said only thing i have is upstairs. So i asked him for help carrying my suitcase upstairs, it was a flat out NO! No regard to my injury or the inconvenience he had already put us through. I even asked if i could use the restroom in the office area again denied me. Once we got to the clean room everything was fine, but slept with one eye open as the organ donor question lingered in my thoughts.

    2 minor negatives, which didn't concern us, was poor shower pressure and the fridge semi-froze our drinks. Didn't bother us, but something for future guests to see if needs adjusting. Checkout was quick and easy. There was some kind of love triangle fight going on in the lower back area, but it really wasn't the hotel's fault, and everyone else was calmly handling it. We stayed 2 nights, and no complaints.

    Several things were wrong with our room. The sink was leaking onto the floor and they had to disconnect that sink totally luckily there was another sink we could use. TV did not work so they had to go and swap out with another TV. The lock going into a room Was very finicky and difficult at times to get in. The Hotel even had an issue with gas that they had to call the police to come and resolve. The only thing good to say is the staff was very friendly and tried to resolve all issues but will not stay there again.

    The assistant manager, Ambrosia (sp), was very kind and helpful. We had a couple hiccups at first with our room, but she and one other front desk staff member whose name I cant remember, did everything they could ensuring our stay as comfortable as possible. We ended up getting a different room and she made sure everything was up to par before she let us switch. Definitely appreciate them rectifying our issues and concerns.

    Room extremely dated and lights only occasionally worked. Key card would work once and one time only. Had to get card rescanned every time we came back to room. Housekeeping left door open after cleaning. In room safe did not work either. Nothing good to say other than it is convenient to the highway.

    The cabinet was filled with saw dust , not a small amount the entire shelf was covered. The remote would only change the tv when about 2 feet away. The pillows were stained. I actually went and purchased 2 pillows, a blanket and a sheet to cover the bed completely

    The property feels quite dated and in need of better upkeep. The room lacked basic amenities—no coffee maker, no body lotion, and not even hand soap in the bathroom. The AC unit was very noisy, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. In the lobby, the coffee was not hot and the hot water dispenser was empty. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and below expectations. With a few improvements in maintenance and attention to guest comfort, this place could be much better.

    For what you pay overall I guess it was the ok. We had issues getting towels and the first time our room was cleaned the next morning after arriving late the night before and crashing we noticed our bedding was covered in dry urine stains. It was fixed immediately but still the fact that it happened was alarming. Several trips needed to be made to the lobby for things that they were unable to provide like simple toiletries.

    The hotel cancelled our booking without prior information, that too the cancellation was done past the check-in time while we were on the way to the hotel, citing overbooked concern. They hung up the phone on us when we said they could not cancel in such fashion, and refused to answer the call thereafter. Unprofessional and rude.

    They don't have trash bins in toilet. Paper rolls in toilets are almost over and they are not replaced. And overall it can be still much cleaner. During check-in we got a room which was already occupied and later they changed our room. It's hard to stand outside with family waiting for another room during middle of the night.

    Very noisy. People outside until 11-12 at night. Motorcycle revving engine at midnight and then returning at 2:30 am. Hair all over the shower curtain. No ice bucket or cups. Would not recommend this hotel. Young lady at check-in was very friendly.

    I looked at reviews before we booked, and most of the ratings were decent. I'm not sure if we just got unlucky, but we will never stay here again. We checked in quickly at check in time, then went to help a family member move, which was the purpose of our stay. We got back late that night to find that we had no remote control for the TV. While looking for the remote, we saw that the underneath of the beds were very dirty and unswept. There were no assessible outlets near the bed to allow for device charging. The light in the bathroom was connected to a fan that was extremely loud. We had 3 bars of soap, but no other toiletries. We were just looking for a decent room to spend the night after helping our family member move, and it was terrible.

    Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was pretty dirty. Bathtub was filthy and wouldn’t drain, the main floors were not swept there was dirt and hair everywhere. Says no smoking allowed but our room wreaked of smoke and couldn’t even sleep as someone was smoking in the other rooms and the smoke filled into our room. Only spent one night, bed was the only thing clean thank goodness

    In one word: DISGUSTING. Used to stay frequently due to proximity to airport but no more. Door handle loose and difficult to work. Floor was filthy. Pillows flat as pancakes. Mattresses thin and worn. Sink drain stopper stuck closed, didn't drain. Pieces missing from TV remote, did not work. Bathtub drain backed up after shower. People fighting loudly at 6:30 am outside our room, almost had to call the police. And finally, two freshly used condoms in the parking lot right next to our vehicle. They now offer "weekly rates" so they attract gross clientele. GROSS. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!
