Helpful staff.

we were denied a room at check-in b/c of "overbooking" when our reservation was months old and had passed the cancel-by date, so we assumed the room would be waiting for us. The staff said that the overbooking happened "just a few moments" before we arrived which makes no sense since our reservation was made and confirmed and paid for. The staff handled getting us put up at a nearby hotel (actually a better one) and covered the cost, so the situation was handled well, but I am highly unlikely to stay at Hilton properties in the future if it's possible or likely that my reservation will simply not matter upon arrival at the hotel.

Loved the breakfast and the staff are always so nice especially the breakfast people and front desk. The only complaint is that the lotion and conditioner bottles were empty or blocked up so could not use those, other than that lovely stay and will be back for sure

The staff was extra helpful and friendly, especially Melissa, Patrick and Curtis. They definitely went above and beyond.

There was nothing That I couldn’t say that I didn’t like..Staff was warm and welcoming upon arrival and departure,The hotel and rooms are thoroughly clean with all the necessities that you can possibly need..Breakfast was decent,But there are variety of options to choose from..The bonus is the room with the refrigerator,microwave,dish washer,Toaster,coffee maker,dishes etc..This is Definitely a Home away from home stay😊

Great staff. I always stay at home2 and I am realkt happy with the hotel. This one seems a bit dated but the staff is amazing and I really can't complain about them. Wish the pillows were new and mattresses were better. I didn't sleep so well

Very comfortable room and amenities. Shower pressure was great. However, the walls between my room and the room with a connected door were very thin and could hear the next room's conversations and TV all night. Try to ensure you do not get a connected room unless needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed that there was a way to send a text to the staff when something was needed. The location was good. I didn't really utilize anything nearby, however, there was a great deal of restaurants and shopping near by. I loved the fridge, microwave and dishwasher in the room. The first night, I texted the staff for fresh sheets and a blanket as I found staining on the sheets and blanket (which I provided pictures of). I removed the stained sheets and blanket and placed them on the couch as I didn't want them to take up space on the floor. The thin blanket fell on the floor the night prior, which I left since we were not utilizing it. A few days later, housekeeping changed the room and when I returned, I checked to see if they added the stained blankets (including the thin blanket that was on the floor) back on the bed which they did. I removed the blankets again, and as I only had one night left and it was late, I did not want to cause any issues. However, since finding the stained sheets and blanket the first night and having the dirty blankets added back onto the bed, I felt that the amount of money I spent did not reflect in the facility we were staying in.

The location is close to the highway and many restaurants, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the included breakfast offered a variety of choices.

The property is very noisy. The hotel is adjacent to a freeway and you can hear the heavy trucks all night. The floors are very squeaky. We heard the person above us take every step. It was very annoying. We have stayed at other Home2Stay hotel. This one did not meet the standard.

The room was clean and the kitchen area had a great sized refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher. The bed was comfy and I liked the walk in shower. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion available for use. The breakfast was the standard fare with enough choices to satisfy all. I would definitely stay again.

Housekeeping opened the door for a DoorDash delivery driver. My partner was thankfully right there, about to open the door himself, but given the timing of the dasher's arrival, they could have seen some.. unexpected things if they'd been a minute or two sooner.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. I have no complaints about my stay at the hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at Home2. The hotel was extremely clean, had tons of amenities, great breakfast, and most important, friendly and efficient staff. Special thanks to Melissa at the front desk for assisting us frequently throughout our stay. We would absolutely book again.

Everything and everyone was great.

The room and staff were great. Especially the staff the one dude that was there a few times made it especially special by being nice and being "cool" with my son it was very welcoming the whole atmosphere was. The reason why i took off a star is because the dishwasher was backing up into the sink. They did try to come out and we were getting ready so asked for 20 more minutes but never came back we did let hotel know again upon checkout which it started a couple days before our check out. But overall i would stay here again the dishwasher and sink wasnt a big deal to us to where it hinder us im sure if we put more effort it would've been fixed sooner. Thank you home 2 suite will look for your hotels in future stays.

Suites are spacious, clean, and provide the comfortable amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Staff was pleasant, professional, and accommodating to our needs. Facility and grounds were clean While some breakfast items were provided daily, others changed to alllow for a variety of options. Property is located close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Because it's located on a busy roadway, it's best to drive to these venues. The rooms themselves were quiet and comfortable.

We flew in for the game and really appreciated all of the care and attention from each of the staff members. The front desk staff provided great recommendations and rides to/from the airport as well as hooking us up with a bus to the game. Aaron, from the kitchen, was welcoming and made us feel right at home during breakfast. Our thanks to all of you. Can’t wait to see you for future games! Go Bills!

I stayed four nights and can't sleep even one single night. As there was some noises like someone is walking on the roof. Complained and managers and staff were not compassionate. They were sorry but can't do anything. Can't provide a quite room.

So many cute little shops within walking area. Staff was so kind they even offered to pick us up if we went on a shopping spree. Location is close enough to a lot of things that a ride share was required but nothing felt out of the way.

Hotel was in a good location for our needs and we were able to walk along Transit Road to find something to eat. Hotel was clean and were staff friendly and helpful.

The floorboard creaked with every step and the walls are too thin. Overall it was noisy for us. Everything else was good. Room was clean and staff was attentive. They provided a crib for out baby to sleep.

The hotel is undergoing renovations to the entrance. While I had to walk around the corner of the building to enter, it was clean and the staff was very helpful at check in.

I loved everything about this location from the staff, to the food, to how clean the hotel was. The only thing that I was disappointed in was how cold the pool water was when I was told it was a heated pool.

I did not get the room I booked , I got 1 bed and a pull out couch instead of two beds that I otriginally booked. Overalll stay was horrible.would not recommend anyone to stay there.

It is beautiful and welcoming. It has a lot to offer. From a gym, swimming pool to rooms with kitchenettes that include plates, cup, silverware and even a dishwasher. They staff are very friendly and helpful. We will visit again!

The room has an smell that git me a cold

The pool room was warm, well stocked with towels, plenty of chairs and the water in the pool was comfortable to swim in. We stayed in February during a bitterly cold weekend and the pool room was like being outside on a warm summer day. The staff was outstanding. It will be our place to stay to help combat the extreme Buffalo winters.

Loved the staff. Property had some need for repair and the hot water took a bit longer to get to the faucets. Bed was comfortable

The room was clean, but the mattress was in bad condition. It was like sleeping on a hard hammock. The ice machine was directly across from our room, out in the open, not contained in a room like at other hotels. The noise from the ice machine through the night was pretty bad and so we requested a room change the next day. Staff were apologetic and accommodating. The second room mattress was just as bad unfortunately. You can hear the airplanes flying overhead but if you put the room fan on it helps. The place was bright and upbeat but comfort was lacking.

I came in town for my grandfathers funeral. It took a walk through of 5 rooms on different floors before I finally found a decently clean one. Then once I returned home I had an eye infection from an allergic reaction to something in the hotel. The staff was gracious about it but I requested compensation for the inconvenience and never received a response from management. Also there were children running through the halls and stomping upstairs while drink adults took up the entire lobby/breakfast area. Needless to say I didn’t get much rest.

People there are wonderful and it’s very clean. Only recommendation is to make the bed more comfy. Just a thin quilt and not even a blanket. Everything else was great.

You will not find a more friendly staff! They are there to make you happy. Safe area, convenient to airport( they have a shuttle), and some fun games for the kids. Breakfast was included and nice variety. Could not have done better!!

The staff informed me that since the property was booked through a third party they would not be able my Hilton honors membership to the reservation. This is the first time I have heard that but Hilton is actively promoting not booking with Expedia. Also we had to ask for room to be cleaned and it still wasn't done. For the last night we were there we had asked someone at the frontdesk for service and they had written it down and assured us that it would be taken care of. We come back later that night and find that no service was performed. The night staff changed towels etc while we waited and we were told contact the manager via email. I think they do this on the last night as they know you are checking out the next morning. The hotel does not charge you any less for a room for providing half or no service. I think the hotels are using this tactic after covid as tool to validate their inferior service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and welcoming. Our room had a queen bed that wasn't quite supportive enough for 2 people that prefer a firm mattress, but that's not the hotel's fault. We brought our small dog with us and felt right at home. The pool was clean, gym was nice and rates were reasonable for a Thursday. The included breakfast was nice and check in and out was a breeze. I absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again if we came back through.
