    One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The staff in not helpful, The staff asked for the deposit in cash when I asked for the receipt she said she will not give any receipt so I asked that I will do the card and she said she cant do that and an argument happened for an 20mins, there are no amenities for us to use. The bathroom is the worst ever, There are stains all over the bed. Drugs usage all over the building, we vacated the hotel and moved to a good hotel next door. I want my refund initiated now.

    The property wasn’t bad but they have long term residents and there leaving alot of trash In the hallways and there’s nobody to book you in you have to do it it through a kiosk which I don’t really like but other then that the room was clean and the beds was nice so no complaints there just a little noisy

    Room was good. Clean. The pathway to the room (outside room) was bit messy with snacks thrown by someone. Probably it was late night when we checkedin. I hope the cleaning would have done next day morning or so. Otherwise OK

    The bedroom was clean, however it looks like there had been water damage in the ceiling, slightly coming down. I was able to check in at 1:30 am and receive a key. The lobby was shabby looking, and was a little concerned if I would be safe. Hallways were dirty and smelly.

    I liked the location for my winter wonderland stay. It was easily accessible by the highway and close to my son and grandson. I was charged extra for early check-in I was given a handicap room that was not clean there was a smoking area established right outside my door they were noisy the staff didn't seem to be caring when I addressed my complaints they had dangerous people in the lobby I let them in because she was crying and he was trying to console her later I found out they had been physically asked to leave another room in the hotel but yet we're still hanging out in the lobby making me their second victim of the night - when I complained that there was a crack paraphernalia in my bath they said well you let them in it wasn't the first time that I found that kind of paraphernalia at a Motel 6. I have faith in the owners of these properties and know that they will make amends by making this property more safe and amicable for all of those that choose to travel and stay at Motel 6.

    Was hoping for a reasonably non-expensive sleep for an early morning flight out of Buffalo, but this place and possibly permanent residents are a bit sketchy. It didn’t feel safe and I would not recommend it even for a short time. Go elsewhere even if a bit more expensive. Check in took far too long over a video screen (possibly too risky to be even present behind glass). Will not return.

    Went to check out… no one at front desk at 9am as per their start time….. After the 1st night issues with towels… I could get towels… although I was charged a “incidental fee”…. Therefore… I took pictures of all the towels and things in room… that I may have been charged for..”incidentals”.. so I could get my $60 deposit back…. Rooms weren’t cleaned each day… just had to gather the trash and dump it in the hall by the elevator with all the other trash…. So enough said… won’t stay there again….!!!!

    Room was clean, very simple. Ceiling had spackling hanging down from water damage. Bathroom was huge, but shower head literally exploded apart when I turned the water on. Still able to take a good, hot shower with just the hose. Smelled like it may have been a smoking room before becoming non-smoking? Couldn’t tell, but something smelled off. Check-in and out was through a virtual kiosk - no problems, just first time doing that. Fine for me (older man) needing a quick, cheap, 1-night place to sleep, but wouldn’t go back if my wife was with me.

    After Day Shift no human available for any service/help. TV remote was missing and that’s only available after 10:00 am , that’s basic room service job to make sure. No tissue box. It’s really cheap for the price paid for. Cigarettes buts were on floor, even if facility is smoke free . Really really cheap, may be unbranded motel will do better than this.

    First of all, being checked in by a virtual person on a computer is not ideal. Secondly, we were told to stand to the side after checking in because there was a problem with the key card system. Then a random man (who informed us he lives there and does not work there) comes down the stairs yelling the room number at the person on the computer to confirm if we’re the ones for room and saying he will show us to our room because the keys don’t work. He proceeds to take us to the room which being propped open by the lock which Made us feel extremely unsafe. The two other occupants proceeded to go to the check in kiosk and say they want to cancel our stay as we felt extremely uncomfortable and the man said he have to call head office. They were closed at the time but we did not stay and decided to drive home. This morning when calling head office we were informed to contact the hotel for a refund as only they can do so, to which we were told we were liars and that this employee also lives in the motel, we’re not allowed to get a word in and proceeded to hang up on us. 0/10 experience. Do not stay at this “motel”. Cigarette butts everywhere, rooms trashed on the bottom floor.

    I have never experienced a virtual check in. It was difficult to understand the person helping me. She was nice, but I definitely felt a language barrier. I had to have both sides of my license scanned and trust at having my credit card charged. The lobby and elevator are sub par.

    Housekeeping needs improvement. Encountered bed bugs, notified staff, provided bugs found on bed as evidence; was told they'll bring it up management. Shower didn't drain properly. Room door mortise lock worn, door wouldn't close properly, had piece of black tape in order to work. Images and videos are available for bugs and mess under bed upon management request.

    Freaking filthy, room smelled, visible stains on the box spring. It looked like a family of bed bugs opened the door for us. The presentation of the front office was so unprofessional and clutter, from the layers of dirt on the floor and dirt stains on the front entrance to the family with their small kids behind the counter, eating a plate of hot wings. I canceled my reservation immediately, the only words spoken by the front desk was ,”ok”. Never again motel 6 can you leave the light on for me.

    The place is very bad. I reserved a king accessible room and they had none available. The virtue check in is a nightmare with unqualified staff. They tried to give me a double room that my wife's wheelchair could not get in the bathroom at all. Did not stay and they are supposed to give me a refund. Expedia should remove this hotel from their inventory. Reviews are horrible.

    The key to my room wouldn't work, so I was told that I would have to find another hotel. It was late at night and everything else was booked. Motel 6 refused to try to find another solution and just said "sorry, there's nothing we can do". The motel appeared very dirty anyway.

    The check in process which was virtual person which connected you to a real person on a Zoom like meeting. While I understand the need, this just didn't work for me. I have partial hearing loss and I simply could not understand his directions. The room they initially provided had water under the desk which apparently was from a burst pipe in the room above. They quickly moved me to another room and assisted me with my luggage, which was greatly appreciated being handicapped

    Got to hotel late and used a kiosk to get checked into our rooms. Honestly took longer than if someone was there. Check out was just as bad. No one at the front desk and the kiosk person had an empty chair for 15minutes before we just left the key on the desk. Rooms were ok, could have been cleaner. Hotel door lock did not work.

    Arrived here for our overnight stay and was immediately turned off by garbage all over the sidewalks outside…went inside and asked if we could see the rooms before we checked in and was told “No, the rooms are all dirty.” This was hard to believe as it was only an hour before check in. This seems to be a hotel that houses less fortunate families and/or recently released convicts. As we were leaving we spoke with a local police officer and he confirmed this. We decided to stay elsewhere and forfeit our stay with no refund of course.

    For the price it wasn't bad. That there wasn't a designated potty area for pets was inconvenient. There was a lot of uncleaned up pet poop in the grass areas. All of the doors in the building sound like they need to be re-hung as they have to be slammed to close properly. I wish the room had had a coffee pot or there was an easy way to get hot water for tea or instant soup.

    Upon arrival my boyfriend and I waited at the front desk for five minutes until someone talked to us. The whole place was freezing cold. We found dog hair in our bed and that was all you could smell was dog. I will never stay at a motel 6 again. The building was very run down and old and just seemed very sketchy.

    The room was extremely dirty. Housekeeping came only every two or three days, and even then, all they did was replace the towels. This motel desperately needs strong management that understands hospitality and properly trains its staff. The housekeeping team clearly has no training, and this was honestly the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was full of hair and filth, the bed, tables, and floor were dirty, and everything in the room felt disgusting. The hallways and the outside areas of the motel were also filthy. On top of that, police showed up almost every night because of fights and disturbances, which made the location feel unsafe. If the manager of this motel ever reads this review, I strongly recommend they take action—or even spend one night here themselves to experience just how terrible this place really is.

    Room is not at all the pictures we were shown the doorknob was falling off room was dirty with what looked like chew marks front desk was mostly unavailable with great difficulty to just receive a clothes iron check in process is a joke with the Indian man on a video console that doesn't speak the best english shower has no boundrys and with the incorrect slope of the tile water from the shower flows right into the bathroom there genuinely was family's having bonfire in the parking lot this motel is a dirty un maintained mess stay away

    The walls are tissue paper thin - you can hear your neighbors conversations and the showers sound like they’re in your room when being used. Outside sounds are prevalent due to proximity to highway and the walls do nothing to keep the sounds out. Guests who talk in the walkways also sound like they’re inside your room. Comfort wise, the room is spare as to be expected. However, the floor might have been more comfortable than the bed I had. I couldn’t sleep on my back or my side due to the discomfort. It also creaked with every movement. Also, the curtain for my window was shorter than it should have been so I had an outside light shining into my room all night, making it even more difficult to sleep. I ended up checking out a day early as I couldn’t handle the bed and the outside noise. I think this could be a good motel with a few changes - more comfortable mattress & pillows and blackout curtains that cover the window could make up for the outside noise and the paper thin walls. However, if you’re solely focused on price and not a modicum of comfort, then stay here.

    The "virtual" check-in and out felt very impersonal (and the gentleman was very hard to understand, impacted even more talking through a machine. The grounds were very noisy just from other guests. Someone dumped a small charcoal barbecue at the curb in the parking lot. It was there from the time I checked in to checkout the next day. The only service in the morning was coffee or tea. They ran out of coffee and nobody was around to brew more. You have the wrong date of my stay showing on this survey. I was there Wed. 08/27-Th 08/28.

    decieded not to stay. reminded me of something you would see in a crime drama movie where people end up unalived. the big guy at the counter is the only thing positive about the place. smelled like stale cigarette smoke and urine, it seems people live there. felt unsafe. when I called expidea to see about a refund expidea custumer service said they wouldn't even answer the phone. so looks like i'm out 276 dollars. website very miss leading.

    What a dump! The hotel is in bad shape. The walls are thin and every outside noise can be heard. The room was minimally clean. No shampoo. No coffee service in or out of the hotel. There was no one on duty when I checked out. Instead there was a robo machine with poor sound quality.

    Some of the staff were exceptional, while others I felt I was bothering if I asked a question. The tub would not drain, and the mini refrigerator was plugged in, but the inside was not cold. It just felt like people were indifferent to the upkeep of the room. The room was clean; it had more to do with the maintenance of the place.

    This hotel is in on a shady side of town. I would not stay there with myself or my children and I’m surprised they were trying to charge me the initial balance of 102 I will not be returning at all.     Room was decent, except the fact we had no blanket. By the time we got back from our date and realized this, there was not a single person working on site who could help us. So spent the night freezing bc we only had a sheet. Was woken up at 12:30 a.m by lots of slamming and pounding. Continued on for hours throughout the night. People outside yelling and being super loud during this time as well. Again not a single person on site to complain to or get help from. Will never stay here again.

    This was the most disgusting and unsanitary motel I have ever stayed in. There were no fire alarms or sprinklers in the hotel room, it looked like there was blood on the curtains. There were missing ceiling tiles in the hallway. There was no one available when we arrived to check in. Large chunck of porcelin out of the bath tub. Seemed like a very unsafe area. I would like a full refund for this stay.

    They charged a $60 deposit that isn’t mentioned until arrival. The pool was closed the entire stay-they should tell you that ahead of time. The entire place was filthy, garbage and cobwebs everywhere. Feces wiped on bathroom wall, not a lot but still gross. Beds were really uncomfortable- we checked thinking it was a cardboard base. TV wouldn’t work - turns out it was unplugged from the back and we couldn’t move the tv to fix it. Staff never even greeted us. There were several unattended kids- some still in diapers going up and down the elevator. Vending machines didn’t work. Only positive was that the keycard worked on the first try.

    I booked in adcance and noticed that the dates i choose were incorrect (booked online). I changed to the correct date's and it cost 25 dollars more for a total of 149. The room was nothing special and 90-110 would have been a more appropriate charge. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner available. I would not recommend for the price.

    Made reservations in March, arrived at 4:30 pm, was told overbooked and only rooms left were on the 3rd floor - and elevator out of order!.I am handicapped! While the young man at the desk was apologetic, patient, and helped me upstairs (name was Nick - he deserves a bonus), the room was extremely unsatisfying - stark, no frig, no microwave, no cups, no shampoo, - not even any artwork on the walls! It looked more like a prison cell. None of the basics of even low-end motel. And to top it off, I had to climb to the 3rd floor to use it!

    The staff were really friendly and nice. I wasn’t expecting a lot from a motel but the door to the lobby was shattered glass, the property itself was not really cared for and the room itself was dirty. My feet were sticking to the floor, I wouldn’t take a shower because it didn’t look clean and there were cockroaches and other bugs in the room. We were only there for one night and almost left. I would not stay there again.

    I am handicapped, but there was no room available on first floor and the elevator didn’t work - and hadn’t been for quite some time Hotels.com gave no indication of this. The receptionist (Nick) was kind and understanding, canceled the reservation and said I should not be charged for the room. However, hotels.com charged me anyway. Though I’ve been using the service for many years, I don’t know the process for correcting this (if I can). I don’t think I’ll book through hotels.com again.
