    We asked the attendant for a second chair, but he said it's not allowed and there is no room for it - which is not true. Some rooms have 2 chairs, but others don't - you book double room and don't know what you get. It's a very small change that would make a big difference.

    The staff were nice, but there aren't many around. The rooms are what you'd expect and you'll get a good night's rest. The breakfast has good intentions but the space isn't big enough and not alot of seating. They had a hard time keeping it clean. You'll probably end up getting food elsewhere. Also, dont expect to get anywhere fast on the elevator.

    Additionally, the following morning, my shuttle was not recorded from prior night - luckily still had time to make my flight, and the GM did not respond to my question about reimbursing the $20 Uber. Beyond that, the room was good, bed comfortable, clean, bathroom cramped but good. Breakfast standard. But I won't stay there again with the lack of attention to my request.

    While generally acceptable, this place looks like an older hotel that had a half hearted refresh in the last few years. Some attention to details like cleaning room pictures, fixing wobbly TP holder, and doing a deeper clean in corners and such would go a long way. Also, this place is on a busy road and near the airport. There are no alarms clocks in the room but you likely won’t need one with all the noise.

    I honestly don't feel qualified to reply to this question in detail. I arrived, slept for about 4 hours due to my early flight out of Buffalo, NY. What little time spent there, I was very comfortable.

    I would like to request a partial refund for my recent stay at La Quinta Inn, which I booked through Hotels.com, due to several issues that significantly affected our comfort. The bathroom exhaust fan was completely non-functional throughout our stay. As a result, the bathroom quickly filled with hot steam during showers, making it feel very stuffy and uncomfortable. In addition, the bed frame/mattress made persistent squeaking noises with even minor movement. This caused repeated disturbances during the night and negatively impacted the quality of our sleep. While we appreciate the other aspects of the property, these maintenance issues detracted from what we expected based on the booking. Given the inconvenience and discomfort caused, I kindly request that Hotels.com consider providing a partial refund or appropriate compensation. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

    TV and remote combo didn't work all the time no channel displayed and no channel guide. The smallest elevator in the world. Towel rack at the sink was broken and not replaced. The breakfast was pretty good and 24 hour coffee was a good touch.

    They have people from the government living in the hotel next door , arguing and kids yelling and screaming all day , kids knocking on windows , kids running around practically naked , hair in the shower and in the sheets , vehicles parked up against the side of the building that people are doing repairs on and playing loud music and smoking check out after a few hrs still have t got my money back

    It was so hot in our room all night we didn’t sleep well at all would have been better off to just sleep in our car. The breakfast was okay. The elevator was so little I had a panic attack I would rather walk up stairs but when we told the person in the morning it was 78 degrees inside and the air conditioning wasn’t working he said he would have someone look at it but that was it nothing taken off our bill it was way overpriced for what I paid in my opinion

    The hotel steps and hallways were very, very filthy. I was there with my family who were in various rooms of the hotel and during 4 day stay hallways and steps were never vacuumed. I actually through a piece of candy wrapper that had been on the floor for day's, into a guest room that was being cleaned, and it got tossed back out into the hallway later that day. Very sad. Otherwise, breakfast was good as well as airport shuttle.

    I was screwed upon arrival I booked my stay specifically letting Expedia and LaQuinta know my plan was landing at Buffalo Niagara International Airport at midnight I also let them know I would need to check into my room at 1:00 a.m...when I arrived I was informed I couldn't check in until 3:00 pm they offered no assistance in helping me locate a different room I flew in from Phoenix Az was stranded with my daughter and am still disputing a refund.

    The hotel location is convenience to the airport and the Interstate. Short driving to a new Trader's Joe and a large number of well-known retail brands. The hot breakfast was nice though sitting spaces were a little tight. The room size is above average and have a recently renovated shower stall.

    Recently stayed here a couple prior to this stay, the door lock has been fixed. Safety is a bit more secure compared to before. The breakfast was ALOT better compared to a couple months ago. The only thing that was missing was milk. Facility was definitely prompt with refilling waffle maker when it was empty. Lobby is always clean. And parking is good.

    This location has respectful and good old school service with a smile. I liked that they were a little older and mature, they understand great service. They were patient and helpful.     I liked how spacious the room was and i really appreciated how clean and organized everything was. I also like there was huge window that brought in alot of natural light. I do want to say that reason i would not a rate it a 5/5 is because the cleaning service was not there every morning to change the sheets and the other amenities. Also i found a little incovenient that the sink was out side of and seperate from the tiolet area.

    People with pets in and out at 5am . Workers loud in the hallway as well setting up for breakfast starting at 5am. Called the front desk only to be argued with that there was no noise coming from the kitchen area and unless I could identify the pet owners, it didn’t matter since he wasn’t the one that checked them in. not helpful at all.

    The staff member at check in was incredibly kind! He helped me get a room accommodation for me and my cat. Room was pretty clean, and the place overall smelled quite nice and somewhat perfumed (I didn’t mind!). Breakfast options were pretty standard for the size of the hotel. Plentiful parking, and they asked about my make/model so made me feel a bit safer in a way. Overall, pretty nice stay :)

    Breakfast is okay, my children enjoyed their waffles and baggle. The rooms are not bad, but needed some upgrade. The bed linens and sheets, are changing colors to brown, they look dirty,i suggest you get new sheets for the beds. The bathroom glass door did not close my husband had to use a plastic spoon handle to hold it together at the top to prevent water splashing out. Overall it is okay for a night or two stay. Accessible to stores and food outlets.

    The shower soap dispenser was empty, the shower door constructed so that the only door that opened was not near shower control, therefore scalding or freezing me when i had to step in to turn them on. Towels were as rough as sandpaper, there was no fan in the bathroom for odors or steam. That all being said, the bedroom was clean, the bed comfy and the breakfast was good and convenient.

    The AC also would not stay on even though we pushed the button that keeps fan on. It wouldn’t. So we were constantly going from being at a nice temp to sweating. And the lobby smelled terrible! I’m assuming it was cleaning products even though it was no cleaning product I’ve ever smelled. Thankfully the room didn’t smell like that so I’m unsure but whatever it was was strong and offensive. The room itself looked nice. Couch was a bit dirty but nothing terrible. Breakfast was decent with many options including fresh waffles which is always a bonus for my kids. The best part of the room/hotel was the shower. Never in my life have a had a shower at a hotel that had good pressure. This was excellent. Unfortunately the crappy sleep tore all the good things down so we likely wouldn’t stay here again. Has potential. Seriously though, keep the banging and clanging to a minimum at night. You should have your staff sleep in a near lobby room one night to hear what your guests hear.

    For the price, thus excellent. Very comparable to the Hampton Inn, Springhill Suites type places, but half the price. Hilton and Marriott need to reduce their prices and points to be competitive. I am Diamond Member and Platinum Member of each, but ut just isn't worth staying in those chains when you need to pay double the rate of a La Quinta.

    Decent breakfast likes the fact they had a little snack/needs spot but 7 dollars for boodles is nuts.     The breakfast was bad....not what is expected. The guy said they had had a problem with the food supplier for about a week and it showed. Orange juice was basically water. The warming trays were there but no food in them?? No packaged muffins, English muffins, just bagels. Also, no yogurt.

    I stayed at La Quinta Inn, 6619 Transit Rd, Williamsville. The room had cleanliness problems: the bed sheets had hair and even a grocery receipt, which was unacceptable and very disappointing. Breakfast was poor quality — waffles were gummy and rubbery, there was no cream cheese available, and the coffee tasted weak and watery. Overall the property needs to improve housekeeping and breakfast service. I reported these issues to management; I hope they address sanitation and food quality so future guests don’t have the same experience. The management may be Indian and from them you never expect good quality as they love money at any cost.

    Heat did not work in the first room we were given. You could see day light coming in where the unit was in the wall. Staff did move us to a new room. In the 2nd room the prior guests had clearly been smoking in the bathroom as the stench lingered. The beds are on metal frames which squeaked loudly anytime you rolled over. I will say the bed was comfortable though. Road noise very loud in the front facing rooms. Would not recommend.

    Breakfast was decent, there were bagels, bread for toast, self serve condiments, cereal, defrosted breakfast sandwiches similar to jimmy dean’s sandwiches (didn’t know if its pork sausage) not labeled, waffle maker. On one day, there wasn’t any syrup for the waffles, but there was sugar free syrup self served cups, but they tasted old when I tried it. Another day, had muffins. no milk for cereal throughout my whole stay. The security door for one of the entrances were broken, you don’t need a key to swipe in, you can just come in. Felt a little uneasy about that because I had my little one with me. Other than that, the staff was nice. The room was clean. It was an ease to get a parking space.

    The room was SO dirty! There were cobwebs in all 4 corners. The AC unit was covered in dust. Panels on the bottom of the walls were broken and also covered in dust. The bed cover was inside out making me think if it was at all clean.

    I did not have breakfast so can not comment on that, I can however say that the staff (especially Antoine and the gentlemen that picked me up after taking my car to park and when I landed in Buffalo on 3/30 was so kind and very friendly (I wish I had gotten his name but I do know that he loved to fish) all of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great hotel rather flying out of Buffalo or vacationing in Buffalo a great place to stay.

    Hotel was in a great location near the airport, food and entertainment. The staff was friendly overall throughout the stay. The issue for us with the hotel were the guests. Verbal arguments, screaming kids throughout the evening, guest coming in a screaming, swearing down the hallway at 1:30am. Clearly no clue on how to act like an adult and responsible person. Breakfast on Sunday was not ready at 7:00am so we left early to get food outside of the property. Would consider staying again but think twice about those that are attracted to the hotel and perhaps book elsewhere.

    MASSIVE disruptions all night by rowdy people and was NEVER resolved by management. Call front desk twice to no avail. Had to deal with ourselves. Had ZERO sleep.     Breakfast ran out of bacon and eggs, so they substituted them with Jimmy Dean that I wouldn't eat. Transit Rd is very busy at times, so bring light ear plugs. The staff was very friendly. There are plenty of places to eat nearby within 10 min walk for fast food or a few places to sit and eat. Was budget friendly and my lower fair reviews are tolerable for most.

    Terrible hotel stay. I requested a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. The ceiling was falling apart, there was mold, and the room was filthy. The towel was disgusting — I didn’t notice until the smell hit me, and when I fully opened it, it had horrible stains. Using it gave me a rash. The general manager hid and refused to speak with me. Completely unsafe, unhygienic, and unacceptable. I will never stay here again.

    Worst La Quinta experience ever. Ice cold room due to ac unit having a gap letting 30 degree outside air in. Asked for a different room or upgrade and was told this was due to hotel being renovated and all rooms were the same condition. Used washrags to cover gaps. Was there 2 nights, no housekeeping.     The hotel was generally clean, which I appreciated, but there were several issues that affected my stay. It took an unusually long time for the room to heat up, which made it uncomfortable, especially upon arrival. Additionally, the room itself is in need of updates. The ceiling was peeling, and the walls looked poorly painted, giving the space a worn and neglected feel. With some maintenance and renovations, this could be a much better experience.

    The hall outside our room smelled like a mix of cigarettes/weed and air freshner. Breakfast was incredibly disappointing. 815 am, no sausages, eggs soggy slop bread was hard from being left open. No yogurt or fruit. My daughter is celiac and had limited options. I asked the attendant if there was any optionsnor more yogurt of fruit. He looked over and said. No. I suggested he check out back. He did. Came back and said no. Blamed there being no delivery. Not empathetic. He truly did not care and continued mopping spilked milk. It was truly disappointing.

    A late night weekend check-in was a little protracted as the check in clerk was obviously new but ultimately got it done. The continental breakfast was self serve, but nontheless one of the best continental breakfast offerings I've encountered. The room was clean, odor free. Bathroom needed a little more TLC but was otherwise OK. Staff was great, and did their best to accomodate any need. Just short of excellent for a room in it's price class.

    When i walked into the lobby it had a nice smell. Check-in was quick and easy.     1. The room was freezing cold when we entered.. 54F. Had to turn on the heat and wait for it to warm up whilst shivering. 2. The heater made a lot of noise all night.     I was charged by Expedia $XX.XX for the room. When I arrived to the Hotel, the clerk told me that the card I provided for additional consumption charges was declined.     The garbage in the lobby as soon as you walk in was over flowing and never got changed. I witnesses two employees argue about who was supposed to change it, and both refused to do it.     Staff are friendly, breakfast was average and the parking is very easy. I had requested a crib for our infant which the staff confirmed was available, however, it was my responsibility to bring the crib from reception up to the room. As well, the room was clean enough however the sheets were very worn and almost every towel had some yellow staining. Throughout our two day stay, the hallway had a consistent smell of weed perhaps from another guest not following the no smoking rule in the hotel.     Dirty room - sheets were stained, smelled of smoke and had hairs strewn about. Handprints and sweat stains on the headboard. Pieces of wall were damaged/repaired and not painted.     The property experience was so great. We end up checking in back to back. The rooms were comfy and spacious breakfast was on point. I especially loved that the juices, coffee, yoghurt and fruit were available 24–7. Everyone that we experienced at the front desk was amazing and helpful. Will definitely be back when in Buffalo.

    Super nice staff, clean room & I liked how they offer some of the breakfast items anytime. I’d only advise some people who are sensitive to scents to maybe not stay here…although a pleasant smell, the air freshener is a bit overpowering. Overall it was a nice stay!

    Lobby smelled funny. Sheets on the bed had black spots on them. I was finally given sheets to change off the black spots ones. They wouldn’t change themselves. I’ve machine was leaking. Definitely not worthy of LaQuinta name. I have stayed at many. Won’t go back. Will think twice about LaQuinta again.

    The room was adequate but there were a couple of issues in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The sliding glass doors on the shower were not installed correctly. The parking slots nearest the front door were mostly taken up by long term parked cars. They were covered with snow when we arrived and had not moved the next day.

    No, when I called to ask where to get it I was told past the #1 pole. Definitely not, it was before. As we checked in after midnight since flying from Grand Cayman and to get up with a short sleep and just took a little to have as a start to breakfast and then I went to get some more and it disappeared so quickly around 9 am that my sister didn't get a chance to have anything at 9 am and I couldn't even go back for that small muffin and a cup of coffee. When checking in guests should be informed - that was very poor for morning service. I will not recommend just for that lack of information being given.

    Airport pickup takes a bit but overall does the job. The rooms are very outdated with holes and broken furniture. The bed and shower (the important things) are top notch and nothing to complain about. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options. Decent stay for the price, went as a female solo traveler and it was safe.

    Front desk Antoine was excellent! Room was decent but not the mattress. Had an incident during last day eating breakfast when one guest decided to put in his mount the can with the whip cream in front of everyone and his brother scratched his arm with one of the tongues! The employee had n charge of the breakfast room was sitting and on the phone. He should be alert and present during breakfast to control this kind of behaviour. That incident ruined our breakfast and other guests breakfast as well

    Very clean room with a new big screen TV. Beds and variety of pillows were quite comfortable. Good selection of breakfast foods in clean space. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Good value near the airport and we decided to stay there again before a flight out. Not a fan of the heavy industrial bathroom doors with the light switches in the hallway behind the door - but no biggie. Wonder if they will fill in drapery rod holes after remodeling?

    My whole stay was less than 12 hours, but the wonderful young man at the front desk made my day. He was kind and helpful and interesting and efficient - and after 15 hours of driving, his welcome was just perfect. The very clean room was fantastic - bed, bedding, VERY large, soft bath towels, great lighting and good amount of charging outlets. Looked like a great breakfast area, but I didn't get to try it as I left at 3am. Would definitely return to this hotel (but I HATED the insanely busy road but was on - but it was 5p and rush hour)

    Hotel was generally clean. Beds were HORRIBLE. It had a metal base that creaked every time you moved. We also asked for extra pillows three times and never did receive them over our two night stay. Breakfast was ok. Not many tabes and guests had to sit in the lounge and had no tables to eat on. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay here again.

    Just a hotel. Nothing special. When we arrived the guy at the deak had just got done smoking a joint, it reaked of marijuana. He said it would be a minute, then asked for my ID. Had me sign and handed me a room key and saod have a good night. Nothing more. Asked for an extra pillow and he said they dont have extra pillows. He did not want to he bothered. Had to ask when check out was and what was around, again, he was quick to reply with, he didnt know. Had no customer service whatsoever, also loooed like he lived under the bridge. Wearing raggy street clothes. Hygiene was a disaster for him. Would not recommend. My kids got a contact high just walking into the lobby.

    We reserved three king bed rooms. One of the room had swampy roof where water was falling off the room. Other two rooms had bathroom doors not closing or locking. There were wires not concealed from the heating area. There was limited breakfast in a small dining area. One of the airport shuttle vans had jammed doors and seat belts not working. The shuttle driver even crossed a red line.

    The man who checked me in was terrific. My television only had five channels that worked. In the morning, I got a knock on my door at three minutes after eleven asking.If I was leaving. I said I would be about ten minutes. I immediately got a call from the front desk.Telling me I had to leave. I was only ten minutes behind, and I thought it was very rude to have to ask me twice.     We went down to the front desk to ask to change rooms and we’re told the hotel was fully booked. No cleaning staff on site and no managers present. The woman at the front desk wanted to see the issues so she came up and started pulling pillow cases off the pillows and said this was the best she could do because there was no housekeeping working. We asked her why this room was in such distress and she replied “it’s disgusting and she wouldn’t even stay there.” We ended leaving the hotel and we were not able to find another and Expedia didn’t offer to assist us now that we were stranded without a room so we drove 4 hours home to Canada that evening. This hotel offered no other room, no accommodation, no service and no refunds. Please avoid this property!!

    The hotel smelled amazing from the second we walked in. The lady checking us in was a very nice but true new yorker, the other staff we saw was very nice also. Plenty of parking. Plenty of food within walking distance. Only bad thing was the heavy door leading to each hallway on the 2nd floor. Our room was right beside it and it would slam every 10 minutes with people coming in and out. It was also very inconvenient packing stuff in to hall to your room. Hot coffee and hot chocolate always ready in the lobby.

    We knew we didn’t book the fanciest hotel, but we expected more for the cost and based on other reviews. The desk attendant who checked us in was very rude, to the point my 11 year old son noticed. The text messaging check in/check out apparently don’t work with their system. One of the two beds squeaked terribly every time you sat on it. The television was very small. The bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. The kitchen area is too small for the number of people that were there in the morning. Thankfully we were only here for a few nights and were out visiting family during the day. Positives: the beds were comfortable (despite the squeaking), and the room renovations were nice.

    Couldn’t stay there due to the hotel room door being broken. The staff member (yes they only had one person working there on a Saturday at prime check in) was unbelievably rude, tried to say it was OK that the door wouldn’t shut and that we’d still get charged for the room. Was combative and acted like it was an inconvenience to even ask for maintenance to look at it. Left the hotel and had to make several phone calls to try and get a refund. Was left to find a hotel last minute. Awful experience.

    Even though I checked in prior to arrival I had to provide drivers license and credit card information again once I got there. Check in was also delayed because there were 3 women waiting to get direction on how the hotel would deal with their cancelation because their door would not close. There was no maintenance person available so the lady on the front desk was gone to see what she could do. Once that was settled and I got checked in I went to the room and initially it looked fine. After we settled in I sat down and noticed all the hair on my socks. The floor was filthy and I actually threw my socks out. Through the night we were constantly awakened by the sounds from other rooms as the walls are made from very thin paper it would seem. In the morning when we got up I noticed that the here was blood on the bed sheets. Normally I do not pull the sheets all the way down but I will be from now on. This was disgusting. I felt it was pointless at that point to complain to the staff but I did send the management an email with no response as of yet.

    Usually i have no complaints but this time was frustrating. My mom had an emergency and needed to make a change to to reservation and i got mixed information i got expedia dont want to make the change when i spoke to the hotel and the hotel dont want to make tje change from expedia . Bad business cause i use this service often and its not cheap and its sad that we lost almost $150 for a night and got no help

    We had issues with the beds being too high and difficult to get into. We had to fold towels to make a little step up for my mother to be able to get in. We were told we could be moved to a handicapped room and pay for another room, but still not sure if the bed was lower. Unfortunately, they told us the handicapped rooms only have a king size bed and there were 3 of us. You certainly would think you could have a handicapped room with 2 beds in it.

    Room was clean but the remodel that took place was poorly done. Toilet was not not installed properly, the flooring was cracked & had sharp edges exposed right in the middle of the main walkway between the bathroom and bed area, towel bar was hanging off of the wall, a big piece of the floor modeling was lose and hanging off the wall about a foot or so and the air conditioning unit made some pretty weird noises when the condenser would kick on so it was hard to sleep. The metal frame that was under the mattress was very high and made a metal-on-metal rubbing sound when you moved. The breakfast was good but the young man restocking the food was not wearing gloves all of the time and had a terrible body odor that was very strong and unpleasant. The hotel was sold out, so he was very busy but the odor was so bad, that we took our food back to our room to eat.

    Great location, a bit smaller than other hotels, relatively small breakfast area with smaller selection of items (but adequate), grounds a bit smaller also...but balanced by relatively lower price

    The hotel was very nice, the room was clean, however the a/c was loud when it turn on and that kind of disrupt my sleep, the bed was comfortable, they had popcorn in the evening which was good and breakfast. A restaurant was next door. More eating place less than a half mile from hotel. Lots of stores also. The airports is 7 to 8 minutes away.

    There was hairs on the bottom sheet, clearly dirty, & the duvet was grey, especially at the edges were people touch it. If you can't present a clean room, didn't bother opening. Staff was doing all they could. Huge issue is the lock on the side(parking lot) door...clearly damaged bc of breakin attempt, tried i fix it but door didn't shut& latch, posing more risk bc then anyone can walk in!!! Will not be returning with out major repairs on your part. Just not clean or safe! These are BASIC to hotel operations

    Staff was lacking in experience. Door did not work. Gave us another room. Then booked the room again with a family entering our room at midnight. Housekeeping banging on door at 0700. Then tried to open door and left it ajair. Went down to complain and key didnt work again.

    The breakfast items were a lot and we liked the number of options available. But the breakfast space gets crowded especially at the last couple of hours. We were allowed to take food to the room which was cool. Some things that could be improved 1. Bathroom did not lock but it was ok for us 2. The bathroom exhaust was not working. Toilet (upper band) had some spots from previous users but the management took care of this issue when I mentioned this.

    1) No USB chargers. We came from a long distance and could not charge our phones expecting USB chargers on the room. 2) The toilet was shaky in room 235. It might need tightening. 3) The toilet paper was in the reversed direction.

    Everything was nice and clean, Kim was very tentative and detail oriented! Michelle our shuttle driver was amazing as well! The breakfast was ok but the guy in charge of breakfast who’s name I forgot was very courteous and pay close attn to when things were getting low such the bread the eggs the juice! Overall we enjoy our stay!!

    The staff was great, ample coffee in room but overall needed a little updating. Don’t like the sink out in the room as everyone gets bothered by light and noise early in the morning. No privacy.
