Staff was very nice , room was very large compared to anywhere else I’ve stayed, bathroom and bedroom were nice and clean, breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, for just one night it definitely exceeded my expectations.

When we arrived in our room we found that the ironing board was broken as well as the iron. The sink in the bathroom was plugged up and we were given a handicap room with no instructions on how to use the shower which was complicated and would not turn off. The bench in the shower was pulling away from the wall. The outside door was broken and would not work with a key.

Wonderful place to stay will definitely keep on staying here if a chance come by again

This property was very clean and modern. Parking was not a problem and it was not far from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was not having a coffee pot in the room but coffee was available in the lobby.

A real asset. The guys that drove the shuttle were also very nice and picked us up quickly. The front desk staff were also welcoming and friendly. Will be definitely be staying here whenever I visit Buffalo.

I didn’t realize the hotel had a shuttle bus. Would have liked if the shuttle bus could pick up from Amtrak or take guests to local places

Very nice new family and pet-friendly hotel close to the Buffalo airport. Rooms were well soundproofed so the noise level from flights was low. Breakfast had a lot of options, from granola and yogurt to waffles, pancakes or make your own egg sandwich. Location was convenient to major routes into the city or Thruway. Nice fitness room with ellipticals, bikes (including a Peloton) and treadmill plus weights, and plenty of room for yoga mat to stretch. There was also an indoor pool (popular with kids).

I regularly stay at this hotel. It’s always quiet, safe, a little bit away from the busy areas of the city. The staff are always so friendly, and the breakfast is exceptional.

Upper floor rooms are spartan. No microwave or coffee maker. Also very narrow walkway in the room

We thankfully only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We arrived after midnight and it took the woman at the front desk 20 mins to check me and my friend that we travelled with in. She kept taking calls and was moving at an exceptionally slow pace. When we got to our room it was pretty bare bones but given the price it was ok. The issue is that the floors were laminate and covered in a sticky film of some sort. It was terrible to walk through the room and have our socks and/or shoes stick to the floor with each step. Breakfast was fine. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles and pancakes but by that point we were so unimpressed we were just eager to leave.

Breakfast was great. Eggs, toast, great job on the bacon! These blueberry scones that were yummy! The staff was very friendly and fun, and my kids played pool in the lobby. The weight room had a nice setup, and we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The rooms were clean and comfy. We were there 4/8/26-4/12/26. Everything looked new. Would stay there again. Great short vacation to visit colleges. Thanks!

Breakfast was perfect, breakfast staff are SO nice!! There was a cute breakfast staff male that was so helpful and so cordial! Loved the hotel and pool!! Pool lady was amazing, she even gave us extra time in there! This was our second stay there and we LOVE it!!

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was clean and nicely located. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We really enjoyed the breakfast and other amenities at the hotel. The only thing that I would say needs to be improved were the pillows....they were in horrible shape. Very flat and very little filler.

Our recent stay at the Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport was an absolute delight, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful – truly going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. A special shoutout to Curtis, whose exceptional service truly stood out! The rooms were incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. What truly set this hotel apart for us was the incredible common area. It's huge, with a bunch of tables perfect for gathering and relaxing. We especially appreciated the pool table and foosball table, which were a lifesaver for keeping our kids happily occupied while the adults could unwind. The availability of board games, Connect 4, and Jenga was also a huge plus, offering even more entertainment options. The amenities continued to impress with a warm and clean pool, perfect for a refreshing dip, and a clean and generously sized gym for those looking to stay active. We stayed over before flying out of Buffalo. The real stars of the show were the incredible employees. We left before breakfast time, so I can't really say much, I did notice at 4 am there was coffee ready and I greatly appreciate that.

Had room closest to the expressway.. i think i heard or felt every one of the vehicles pass during the night and i wear ear plugs.

Came to town for the Bills game and it was great to be met with game day decor! Go Bills! Staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. A little smaller than expected, but it served its purpose. My husband is not a fan of hotel breakfasts but he actually ate this one. Having actual fried potatoes sold him. The area was very convenient.

Breakfast is OK, with understanding that McDonald breakfast can run more than 10 bucks per person. Only meat choice is over cooked bacon . Well, at least no turkey sausage. The only thing I want to complain is coffee runs out fast without quick refill of the tank. I ended up with de cafe.

We thought the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was always good. The room was small with no ventilation. Tried to sit outside but thier firepit wouldn't work and when we checked in our room card wasnt working, so we had to wait for them to charge the door. I think we would look for a different hotel our next visit.

Hallway was dirty, room was small and dirty. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. Pillows were flatter then pancakes. The breakfast provided was decent however the eggs tasted like water mixed with powder. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The staff is literally the only redeeming quality of this hotel and the only reason they didn't get one star. If this is what Hilton has become we won't be staying at anymore.

I thought everything was awesome. I wish they had better curtains on the windows because the see through shade still lets a lot of light in from outside and at night there was a bright moon and street/parking lot lamps that shined in the window. I also didn't rank highest on cleanliness even though it looked great because I spilled water on the bathroom floor and when I wiped it up with a towel, the towel was black...not sure if that's from the black tile or because it wasn't that clean? Otherwise everyone was very nice...super cool how the hotels were connected, and seemed very friendly over all.

Everything was great, huge bathroom & shower. Comfy bed. The room is smaller than others we have stayed in but we had sufficient room. Staff was great and we appreciated the timely airport shuttle and the driver. Will definitely stay here again.

First what we liked: the room was clean, the continental breakfast food was fine, and the parking was good. The shower was nice and hot, too. However, there was peeling paint on the ceiling above the shower, two spiders in the bathroom, and our TV didn't work. When I called the front desk to see if we could get a replacement TV or if something could be done about the error message that said it was weak signal, we were told that there was only one person there and they couldn't do anything or adjust our bill at all for it

Love this place for the clean rooms and excellent breakfasts. That, and the proximity to shopping has kept us coming back, but the sound insulation is very poor. Unless you stay on the top floor, the thumping footsteps from the floor above are very annoying, especially if those guests have children.

I travel a lot, and this was the best hotel accommodations I have experienced in a long time. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom amenities were very good. Property was very well kept, staff was professional, kind, and caring. The salt water pool was good temperature. There was a 24 hour coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar. The complimentary breakfast bar was absolutely the best I have had. There were fresh milk bottles, farm fresh yogurt, granola, oatmeal, lots of cereal, fresh omelets, fried potatos, sausage, pancakes with various toppings, fruit, bagels, bread, and more. I give this hotel the highest rating and would definitely stay here again!

Super staff on the night shift checked us in at 2am and were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern and clean and the AC worked really well. One issue was that the checkout time is midday and despite having the do not disturb on the door the cleaning team was knocking and opening the door as early as 11am, then they came back around 11.50am as we were almost ready to leave. Understanding that they want to complete their job, it was still inconvenient to keep asking them to wait when it wasn’t check-out time yet.

My family and I arrived around 10:00PM for a one night stay after visiting Niagara Falls. It was a smooth check in process, the staff were attentive, informative, and kind. The hotel was also clean and quiet. The rooms were also clean and stocked. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location for our stay, easy to get on the NY State thruway (route 90) to get to downtown Buffalo and further east towards Genesee County. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked very modern and well maintained.

Reading the descriptions, googling the area made me decide on this property. The staff was friendly, The gym was very clean and accessible, The pool looked nice even though we did not get to use it. Still it was a comfortable stay.

Staff was very friendly. Moderately priced. There was an unsettling amount of crumbs underneath the mattresses but at least no sign of bugs or rodents. Definitely could have been cleaner but wasn’t disgusting. Most upsetting thing was my car was keyed in the parking lot and apparently no cameras were able to catch it even though I was parked next to the building.

The property was colorful and clean. What I didn’t like about this hotel, is that they didn’t cater for people who don’t eat pork. The breakfast was good but my friend was unable to anything much. Add turkey and chicken bacon.

Terrible Experience. First, called the Tru hotel to ask for the shuttle. They said it was going to arrive in 15 minutes and we ended up having to wait 50 minutes in the rain. When we called again, they literally said that they had taken a flight crew to a private airport ant that they were their priority. And to make things a lot worse the power went off around 7pm and did not return until 11pm or so. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. We were not able unpack and we could not shower either as we were in complete darkness. How's that a Hilton hotel does not have a generator? It is beyond my comprehension. Needless to say, please do yourselves a favor and stay somewhere else.

The only real issue was that the bed was very uncomfortable! I did not get any good sleep. Continental breakfast was good but staff didn't keep up with keeping floor spills cleaned up.

1st day breakfast was great. I left a tip. 2nd day breakfast was disappointing. Juice was watery, orange juice and cranberry, especially. Pancake maker was not working. Only protein items were pork. I do not eat pork. There was chicken sausage the previous day.

We stayed here for the weekend for a weekend getaway for my husbands birthday. The hotel was extremely booked and extremely loud! Filled with children’s sports teams. If you do not like kids or the loud noise this hotel is not for you.

It's uniqueness and family friendly atmosphere. My niece loved the waiting area where you can hang around like a college campus lounge. It had that vibe and friendly staff put us at ease all the time.

This hotel gave us everything we needed from easy access to everything. We've stayed at many hotels and this by far was one of the most enjoyable experiences. We will use this hotel again when visiting.

We stayed over to catch a 5:30 am flight out of the airport. The staff was super friendly, a nice bonus to keep the car at the hotel and shuttle over to the airport and coming back shuttle was there to pick us up. The night auditor was very sweet and drove us right to our car and made sure it started in the winter weather (1am). We would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel was absolutely amazing. Clean, Friendly, the staff as great! Only down fall was the beds were not all that comfortable, but since we were there for a Buffalo Bills game, and literally crashed as soon as we got back to the room, it wasn't a huge deal. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights this time and are always amazed at how efficient, friendly, and accommodating all of the staff is. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and was well-stocked and delicious. The kids loved the variety of snacks available for purchase in the lobby. The room was clean and well-appointed. We didn't use the pool or workout areas but they looked very clean and appealing. This is the third or fourth time we've stayed here while in the area. Honestly, we don't bother looking at other hotels anymore because we know we won't be disappointed if we stay here.

There's no curtains in the room - made the room cold and had to turn the heat up to 80. Also, the lights from the parking lot and the hotel next door shine right into the room - the room did not get dark during the night making it impossible for both me and my husband to sleep.
