Commode made a real strange LOUD WHISTLING SOUND each time you flushed it.

It was a really pretty location that felt safe. The staff I spoke to were very kind and everything was really clean. As always the beds were AMAZING The breakfast could’ve been better

I don’t think there’s anything I liked about this hotel. I will never be staying there ever again. How rude the staff was, how I went to go use the business center, and I don’t know where started getting so aggravated and literally so angry for no reason and the second I walked out of the hotel. I was perfectly fine. The horrible coffee they had in the morning, and the fact that I had to pay $10 for breakfast which I’ve never had to pay $10 for breakfast at any Holiday Inn.

Parking can be challenging to find if you arrive after hours.

We will be back next week for another funeral, so hopefully, everything will be working properly.

They called me in the middle of the day, the day before check in, to tell me that they over booked and had to cancel our reservation! We had an event we had to be there for and we almost didn’t find another place! We had to just go with what we could get, which was not great at all! I’m glad they at least called me less than 12 hours before!

It was comfortable the one day I was able to stay there. But as for rest, it was horrible including the management bc they canceled reservation although I had talked to them 3 hrs prior to getting there while on the road with kids. The manager for canceling my reservation and lying to me when I had talked to them 3 hours before getting there. He also tried to double charge my card too. I had to go get another room somewhere else after driving almost 6 hours and working a 12 hour shift. So I was highly upset and disappointed.

The property was nice and clean. I didn’t like this hotel because we booked a handicap room. And only thing handicap in it was the rails in the bathroom. There was not a walk in shower. There was not a shower chair. This was in no way a handicap room, and I worry that it’ll make other handicap folks unsafe and uncomfortable.

Nothing. My reservation was cancelled. Will never stay at another Holiday Inn. The manager on duty at 9pm Friday, March 27th was absolutely useless.

The lobby floors and the elevators were always dirty. The staff seems short handed- the front desk was also working the restaurant side. Our room the first day was hardly cleaned and the second day it was missed completely. When telling the front attendant they seemed to be put off by our needs. For the price and the location it seemed fine. However there are areas that could be improved.

This Holiday Inn is super clean, friendly staff and a great location to many shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfy and the room has a fridge, microwave and Keurig. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to highway Dog fee is $60. Room was on fourth floor with multiple large stains on carpet. Requested and was granted room move. No dedicated dog area outdoors. No dedicated refuse bin or bags for dog waste. If facilities for dogs are less than adequate, why charge such a high fee

The elevator was 2 rooms away. It woke us up all night long. I can’t believe that no one else has complained about. Ear busting bath fan whenever you turned the light on. Stained carpet. Used coffee cup with the coffee maker. Good breakfast. I just wish that people of foreign origin would at least talk slower and try to conquer the English language. An Indian accent is one of the most difficult to understand. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here again.

Hotel hallways and rooms were in worn condition which made it feel dirty. Shower appeared clean and newer. Strong cooking smell upon entering the hotel.

When I booked three adjoining rooms online, it said that it was verified. When I arrived to the hotel, the girl said that they didn’t have adjoining rooms and that I couldn’t cancel the room that was initially for the kids. I also could not get 3 rooms on the same floor. We ended up paying for a room that nobody stayed in. Staff was unprofessional as well. Checkout time online as well as what was posted on the door was 11am. The cleaning crew was beating on our door at 10:20 telling us we had to get out.

The King room has a ton of space. You definitely will not be cramped in there. The AC and heater worked very well! The refrigerator and microwave were very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.The TV worked well. All I needed was good nights rest. And, that is what I got!

Foul smell in room, constant beeping noise coming from the phone all night, front door broken and not working and no staff to instruct us how to get in the first night - a person happened to drive us to tell us to pry the front door open to get it to work.

The hotel was pretty clean overall. We stayed for one night in a king room. We had our little yorkie with us. We specifically asked for a room away from any exit doors but did not get it. This resulted in our dog barking until midnight because others that were staying there kept coming and going out the exit door that was 2 doors from us. We did specifically ask to be away from the exits. The carpet in this room was not very clean looking. Other than that it was clean enough. I was impressed with the Dove products in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, etc was all Dove brand. We would definitely stay there again if they can honor our request to not be by an exit or the employee areas as they are very noisy.

Spent one night, and it was fine. The room was clean, but the bathroom needed an overhaul. The doors were very dirty and would obviously just need to be wiped down, and the ceilings were dirty. Not the end of the world, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again with so many other options in the area.

The staff were what made this place special for us. We were in town to see family and it was also our anniversary. The staff helped my husband and sister get decorations to our room and even left us a little card. So sweet! Thank you for your help Sri :)

We had a horrible experience starting at check in. There were no carts for luggage. We went to dinner, still no available carts when we returned. At 10pm the toilet wouldnt flush. We finally fixed it ourselves. At 1am, people walked into our room. The desk checked them into our room. After the people left, about 10 minutes later, the front desk calls us and wants our name, asks several ID questions, said they were sorry for the confusion and that they would get back to us.Needless to say, we didnt sleep the rest of the night, and nobody ever got back to us. At 6am, we packed up to leave. At checkout, I explained everything that happened. He had no clue and said the manager would call us when he came in that morning. He handed me my receipt, tried to charge us for breakfast even though we told them we didnt want breakfast, then i realized the receipt was for another room and person when we left. I called, he said they would check into it and the manager would call us. I called two more times, was told the manager would call as soon as he came in, but no call. On Saturday night at 9:57pm the manager called and left us a message. We were in bed asleep and had our phones shut off. When i listened to the message, he didnt act like he knew what the call was for and asked us to call him. I called first thing Sunday morning. It was his day off, the girl I spoke to knew nothing about it and said she would have someone call us. I told her at this point we wanted a full refund. No word

The condition of the interior in our room was aged...the finish on the door handles were chipping or rubbed off, the carpet was dirty and sticky and there were silverfish and spiders in the bathroom. The lobby was nice but didnt have much available in the kiosk. We needed to use the public computer in the lobby to find a restaurant and it was incredibly slow. Great parking and our experience at this Holiday Inn was good, probably would not stay here again.

When checking in at the hotel, the receptionist stated that I had only paid for one breakfast, which was not even an option when reserving the room for 2 adults. I showed her the Hotels.com app showing “breakfast for 2” or “no extras” being the only options. She said I would have to contact Hotels.com about this. She went on to say if I wanted breakfast for 2 people, I would have to pay an additional fee. I will avoid this hotel.

The stay was comfortable and cozy despite the fact the concert I was in town for was postponed and I was unable to attend. Everything else was fine. I'm still waiting for my security deposit for the room to be refunded back as I left it in perfect conditon.

I really liked having the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand wash and body wash in pump bottles. So handy!

A decent place

We stayed on the 3rd floor. When we got off the elevator the smell of cigarettes and weed hit us hard. It was very strong and nasty. There were hairs in the tub. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

I was very disappointed with our stay. We have a small hairless dog and I hate being placed in a “pet room.” The room smelled like wet dog. It was on the end very close to the first floor door which slammed every time a person went in or out and shook our room. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

When I booked the room I requested handicap accessible but when we went to check in they had put us in another room. The employee fixed the issue and put us in a nice suite. Amazing service!

Sister thought the bed to much on top. I thought it was great for my hips. Hard for me to find a comfortable bed. Holiday In.n Express is my go-to hotel. Selection of pillow was nice as well.

The room had a strong musty odor and FOUR noticeably dirty towels were neatly folded and hung in the bathroom as if clean upon check in. There were yellow stains on the bed sheet, water in the ice bucket, and dried shampoo on the shower wall. Multiple barking dogs from 11:30p-11a checkout, no follow up from manager as promised and requested, no offer to relocate nor rectify wrongs despite my call to the front desk. My stay was for 3 nights and I could not wait to fly out. If I weren’t on crutches due to an injury and solo, I would’ve checked out early and gone elsewhere. I wish I could upload my videos. I will never stay here again!

The bad: We reserved a room with a roll in shower to suit our needs. However we did not get a room with a roll in shower. We did get a room that was "accessable", but it definitely did not meet ADA guidelines. The tub being the worst part. There was only one grab handle and the floor of the tub was v shaped, both making showering difficult.

The room was nice and floors were vacuumed. The bathtub faucet appears to need repair. The doors, woodwork and bathroom walls could use a good scrubbing. It was quiet—no noise from the hallway or outside. My husband liked the bed. The breakfast staff were very friendly as was the morning desk person. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage patties, bacon, thick gravy & biscuits. There was yogurt, fruit, some pastries. I didn’t find the premade oatmeal appetizing. Orange juice was good. I would stay there again but would opt to have breakfast some other place.
