    The hotel staff was amazing to help us get settled in to the perfect room for our 2 night stay. Will definitely stay here again when in town and hopefully the rooftop bar will be open and ready to enjoy.

    What a disaster! The hotel couldn’t give us the room we booked, had no apologies, blamed it on their roomsystem that had recently been changed. Reception staff was not helpful, had a stoic attitude and at the end unfriendly and charged us even too much.

    There was a rather long line of people trying to check and only one clerk which made for long wait.I made the reservation through Hotels.com and prepaid. When I got there, the clerk couldn’t find that I had paid and didn’t confirm it until we were going out later. He also took my drivers license and didn’t return it. I realized I didn’t have it and thought I had dropped it. When we left about 45 minutes later he had it at the desk and had not tried to get in touch with me to let me know it was at the desk.

    The location was perfect and the hotel was super accommodating with any special requests we had. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and was impressed with their efforts. The elevators were out of service for half of our stay without and idea of when they would be back on. Staying on the 4th floor made this incredibly inconvenient. We did not receive any accommodations because of this or reimbursement either.

    Staff at check in. I had already paid for my 2 night stay through Hofels.com and the front desk charged me $20 per room for incidentals which was fine but another $210. He said “his computer told him I owed”. I never understood him to say he was charging me $210 when I swiped my card and it didn’t appear on the screen either

    This hotel has large rooms, very good breakfast, tiny pool and free parking. The guest experience could be much better if air conditioner could be turned off. The control panel on the wall actually has "off" position, but the conditioner is never off. In the "off" position, the conditioner is still blowing air to the room neutral temperature, but it is so noisy!!! It was hard sleeping at night in such noise, ear plugs did not help. Front desk receptionists told that all conditioners in all rooms work this way blowing air even if the controller set to off. I stayed in many other Mariott hotels, but never had such weird problem with air conditioners.

    There was a youth hockey tournament in town and a team stayed at this hotel and ran up and down the halls and in the room above us and made it unpleasant to relax and get the rest we went there to get . We always stay at this hotel 2 or 3 tines a year and never have an issue but my wife always requested a top floor but this time i reserved the only room left and didnt work out for us this time

    Parking was easy. I was over charged to what my reservation cost / quote. My total cost was supposed to be $421.55 and instead I was billed $480. We also reserved rooms with queen beds but were given two rooms with full beds instead.

    Breakfast was great. The lady working there was exceptional- very friendly and helpful. She obviously takes great pride in her job she deserves recognition! The sheets were scratchy. The bathroom just seemed so sparse- more washcloths, toilet paper, soap etc would have been appreciated.

    When I booked the rooms, I requested a handicapped room because we had a wheelchair assisted person with us and I just had back surgery on Thursday, so, I myself and somewhat handicapped. I also requested adjoining rooms at the time of booking. When we arrived, only 1 of the rooms were ready, which wasn't a problem, however, none of the special request I requested we met and after over an hour of rearranging with the desk clerk, we were finally able to get the handicapped room with the adjoining room (still not ready), even though I had already prepaid on 11/6 for both rooms it still took over an hour to get this much done. Once we came back to the hotel around 8 pm, I went to sign in for our second room. We were given keys for the 2nd room and when were went to the 3rd floor to use the keys, they would not work. Keep in mind I just had back surgery and am moving very slow, our other handicapped guest is in need of a shower and bed, so I went back down to the desk and the clerk did not believe the keys would not work, so we went back up to the 3rd floor to check them for himself (they did NOT work), back down we go again!! once we got back down he wanted to run my credit card again for incidentals of $20 for each room, total $40, that would be credited upon our checkout. I asked him at this time if he was sure it would not charge me again for the rooms rates and he assured me it would not, so now we are over an hours again trying to get checked into a room that was supposed t

    I gave only 4 stars for safety because we had a problem with check in. We were given key cards to our room. When we got to the room (pretend it is room #810) the key cards did not work. The keypad on the door of room 810 flashed yellow. We returned to the front desk and told the staff who had checked us in that these keys did not open the door to that room. She reprogrammed the cards. We were able to open the door to room 810 and discovered the room was OCCUPIED. Thankfully no one was in the room but we saw their luggage and shopping bags. We returned to the front desk and explained the problem. We were given key cards to room 812, next door to the room we had just accessed. You can bet I deadlocked the door to our room as soon as we entered. I felt bad for entering the room next door. If someone did that to my room, well, you can imagine the feeling of violation. Not good, Fairfield Inn!

    The location was central to Nashville (only about 15-20 min away) and Franklin. One of the managers, Venus Mancera, went out of her way to make sure our Memorial Weekend was the BEST and it was! Our room was great - spacious, clean and comfortable! We had 2 queen beds and the pullout sofa which was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 grown teenagers. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had enough choices for my hungry teenagers. Not to mention never ending coffee which we indeed needed! Loved having this hotel as home base for a few days and would stay again in a heartbeat!

    When I walked into the room, the temperature setting was at 61° AC. I tried to turn it up, but it was taking forever so I turned it off then when I went to bed, it was so cold that I had to turn on the heat.

    This is the worst Fairfield we have ever been to. Housekeeping removed items out of our room in Early Nov.. We made numerous in-person and phone reports, not one person at Fairfield would even investigate. We requested calls back from managers, never received them or any messages back. Sent emails requesting the monetary value of what was taken, which pictures of the the items I had to replace. You could still call us, but of course you never will. We have voice mail that gets translated into text so that we never miss a message. 5 calls and messages over 3 weeks yielded no response. Would still like a personal response at [email protected], but I bet this is highly unlikely. We will probably never stay at a Fairfield again, although we have been generally pleased in the past. The only person that showed any care or concern was the person at the front desk that took the initial report.. But her guarantees this would be forwarded to a manager were completely ignored by (1) housekeeping (2) asst mgr (3) mgr.

    The heat did not work very well. You could hear it constantly clicking on and off. And to get it to actually turn on you needed to turn the temp up to 80. We justbwanted the room around 70, so after it ran for a bit if you turn the temp back down to 75 it would shut off again. I think the heat was blowing directly on the thermostat. Besides this, it was a really nice place and we enjoyed staying there. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

    We just stopped here for one night but it was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with variety. My only complaint would be the door in room 201 wouldnt open or close easily, nor could we lock it. But we felt very safe here so we didnt really worry about it. We will stay here in the future.

Myself and another person in our party called before booking and again the day before our stay to make sure the pool would be open and we were assured it would be. It was not. We weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience either. Luckily another hotel in the area was kind enough to let us come over with our 4 broken hearted kids so they could swim. Other than that, it was a very nice stay. Comfy beds, clean, and the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.

    The elevator was not functioning, I'm handicapped and we were on the 4th floor. Front desk clerk was indifferent and rude. We should get a discount!

    I also loved the layout of the various areas to visit if I didn’t want to stay in my room. The icing on the cake was the complimentary breakfast!!! Such a variety to choose from. I posted pics on google maps just in case anyone else wanted to enjoy this beautiful place. I know I will make Fairfield Inn my hotel of choice from now on.

    I have stayed at several different hotels, but this is my first time ever staying at a Fairfield Inn. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed and in awe of this wonderful place. Spacious and modern room, complimentary delicious breakfast, so many areas to explore outside of your room without leaving the hotel. The view from every window was awesome, and I didn’t miss trekking through the snowy streets to check out the surrounding area. Thank you Fairfield Inn and All of the many people who worked so hard to make my stay so enjoyable. 💜💜💜

    The hotel does not allow each guest to adjust their own air conditioning in the room that the guest paid for. We called maintenance twice and they did nothing. They told us that due to Covid protocols, the air conditioning always had to be on and at a very low temperature. I ended up getting sick with my throat, in those days we were at -2 degrees Celsius and we were never able to turn off the cold air conditioning inside our room. I had a second reservation and I decided to change it to a better hotel. I changed to the holiday inn Express Berry Farms in Franklin. At the Holiday Inn Berry Farms hotel it was a wonderful experience.

    We were in town for a work conference in Franklin. This hotel was a convenient location and just a short drive away. The hotel was very clean and still had a “new” feeling. The staff was pleasant and helpful with any requests. We would definitely stay here again!

    Our bathroom floor was dirty where it needed a mop. The tub was stopped up. My sister woke up in hives. I told the guy at checkout. He didnt offer a discount or anything. He said, ill let housekeeping know. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk. Someone came out about 5 minutes later.

    It was an awful experience and left us nearly stranded out of state when they charged us for a room when we had prepaid. They were rude from the very first interaction we had and more than once insinuated that we were lying despite having proof. They were unwilling to work towards a solution or ask for help from higher management without us basically having a meltdown. It was very upsetting on a trip that was meant to be a celebration.

    Posted signs said breakfast open til 930 weekends and 9 am weekdays. Down before that time and staff had already cleared away breakfast items. Disappointed. Pool was small. Like large jacuzzi- temp of water was tepid, not cool and refreshing and not warm and relaxing. Somewhere in middle like someone had just peed in it
