Room and halls were clean, and it was quiet. Would’ve been nice if the pool was clean, though.

My experience at this property was perfect. I believe her name was Lauren - she allowed me to check in a little earlier than she 3pm check in. I flew in early from Dallas. After exploring downtown Denver and getting totally lost in the city I was ready to settle down. She was very sweet and gave me the best room. I had a corner room on the 4th floor facing the mountains. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great, just wish they had bacon some mornings lol. Overall the property was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

The king room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean with the exception of the pool, which was greenish and too cloudy to see beyond the second step. I had looked forward to swimming, but I did not because it looked so dirty. The hot tub was out of order. There were good hot breakfast choices, including hot cinnamon rolls. Yum! The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with a wifi problem I had.

Appeared to be understaffed. One day I didn’t even get my bed made and room cleaned . I asked for a coffee pot . It did not work . I asked for someone to help one day one and no one ever did . Had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper. Was told they could not leave as they were the only one on the premises

The breakfast...the pancake machine wasn't working correctly and we, along with some other people, let the staff know but it didn't really still work. The second day my husband dropped a serving spoon and I went to give it to the ladies in the food area...one lady was eating straight off the tray, no gloves on, some of the potatoes. I was fine with her eating the potatoes, but straight from the tray that was then brought out to serve people did not seem very hygienic.

Room 113 was smelly, poorly cleaned, and had soiled pillows. There wasn’t a chair to sit in at the desk, so had to move the lounge and use that. A large light fixture over the lounge was not secured to the wall and looked as if it was about to fall. If it weren’t for other members of my party in other rooms at this hotel, I would’ve checked out and found another cleaner hotel to stay at. Pictures are available upon request.

Everything was awesome... super friendly and clean. Hot tub was not working during our visit. As professional athletes, this is an important recovery tool. We were in town for an event. This was one of the main reasons we booked here.

I love the location and the price point at the moment. The room is spacious and clean. The only downside is that they put me right next to a group of students traveling together. The group of students were exciting (as they should be). I just wish I was put in a room away from them. But other than that, everything is fine!

Clean facility with good a breakfast Pool area looks tiered and needs uplift look. The area needs a wall clock too. Finally the hot tub motor was burnt out and was therefore a bit disappointing. Please look into this.

Breakfast was fresh, pretty good variety. Easy access to Boulder and CU! Lots of food choices within 10-15 minutes of the hotel. It was a crazy busy weekend as CU’s Commencement was happening, our room wasn’t available until after 4:00 but staff were very apologetic for the wait. All in all, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious. All we needed was coffee pods in the room, they left only tea and decaf. Oh and my hubby really wanted firmer pillows, I thought they were fine!

I was in room 318 First and that was a very good room, the Internet worked well in the shower worked well. Two days into my stay I was moved to room 238 and the Internet did not work. It kept going in and out in the shower had poor water pressure.

Great hotel staff. I left some meds in the safe and they are aged to get them back to me (though I will say that the service they use was crazy expensive! I had three medication bottles and I had two service options: UPS $111.00 or USPS $36.00. Both of which I thought were overpriced but the UPS rate was disgusting (that’s the best word I can use to describe it). But the hotel doesn’t make those prices so I don’t blame them but I wanted to share the info just as a reminder to double check the dresser drawers the nightstands AND THE ROOM SAFE if you have one before you check out of the hotel 😎

Everything was great for a quick family getaway. The only thing is we were hoping to swim in the pool but the pool water was so cloudy. Didn’t look safe to swim in. The receptionist even said they refilled it but the water was still cloudy. Not sure if it needed shock or something was going on with the pool. Stayed 4 days and the kids didnt get to go in once.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we got fully into the system we had 0 issues with the wifi, which is great because we have a very temperamental almost two year old. This is the first time we’ve traveled with him and it didn’t go well sleep wise, so we didn’t get a chance to try out the pool sadly. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

The ONLY thing that could have been better was the quality of the pool water. The pool water was very green and it reeked of chlorine. NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!!!!! The lady and the front got our reservation incorrect, I booked a 2 queen room and was given a single king room, when asked for the room I reserved i was told they were booked and only had a kings suit with a sleeper sofa, then we went to pull the sleeper sofa out it had pee all over it and smelled really bad! Don't stay in room 210!!!!! Then when we got to our new room 212 the trash wasn't taken out from previous guests!!!!!!!

We especially liked the 24/7 fresh coffee machines in the lobby. Additionally, on our arrival in the afternoon there was a refreshment station with cold, drink container, and cookies.

5 nights gave us backaches

The pool and hot tub looked gross… it looked green. There was never any soap in the main bathroom on the first floor. The air in our room didn’t work properly even though they said it was fixed. Everything else was great. The breakfast was excellent each day. The main beds are very comfortable. The pull out sofa bed is ok.

Hotel was beautiful. I enjoy staying at Holiday Inns because of how cleanly they are. Staff was wonderful and helpful. My only complaint is the room was not as cleanly compared to my stays at other Holiday Inns. Pool was way too hot for a pool. Felt like a giant hot tub. Breakfast was ok. It’s what is to be expected at a hotel. Coffee machines were wonderful :)

The room was great and clean! The hot tub wasn’t working! The girl that checked us in actually didn’t check us in! I had to wait forever for my check out because the girl had to call her manager, because it showed that we were a no call no show even though we were in the hotel all night!

Our room was very well cleaned. The staff were super from front desk, house keepers and breakfast. Our Mountain View was breathtaking. The room was the perfect Temperature and controlled with a thermostat. The options for breakfast were great.

This hotel was mediocre. The woman who checked us in was very pleasant! However, our room had several black hairs throughout - on bedding, towels, the floor and the shower. I asked my daughter to sit on the toilet with the lid closed, so I could fix her hair. As soon as she sat down, the toilet seat cover cracked into two pieces. It had different colored attachment pieces remaining on the seat, telling me it had been repaired before. I notified the attendant when I checked out and apologized, and he said they’d look into it. Without any further communication, they have charged my card for $150 - for a toilet seat cover!!! I called their corporate office and made a report and received a reference number, saying management would call me back within 48 hours. I haven’t gotten any further communication and was asked to leave a voicemail for management when I tried to call back. I’ll keep calling and hopefully resolve this matter. However, I would not recommend staying here and will not return.

Although we couldn't see the mountains from our room, the accessible room was very clean and spacious enough for a wheelchair. The only issues that I had with it were, the sheets were too cold for a snowy winter night — I would have preferred flannel sheets and a warmer blanket. The bed was too high, and I would have liked to have had a step stool to get in and out of it easier. But aside from those things I loved to stay and I will be staying there again. The staff was so nice and accommodating that they made us feel so welcomed we can't wait to return.

A very nice spot for us to stay it served its purpose fabulous location and the property was very clean and a pleasant surprise. Had some issues with the room the TV wouldn't function so we moved next door that was easily fixed otherwise it was a good experience nice little breakfast in the morning was very handy. The rooms were spacious i had to change rooms 2 times either because the air conditioning wasnt working properly and also because they were letting kids run around ding dong ditching my room not once, not twice, but three times.

My stay was great! It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a great treat in the mornings. And the cookies in the evening. The hot tub wasn't working while I was there. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay again.

We arrived late, 3am, due to flights. I was worried because I had not alerted the hotel of our late arrival. They had no problem checking us in. The girl at the desk was so sweet and friendly even at 3am. It was a nice greeting. The breakfast and coffee was great as well!

Staff was so nice! There were a few things in the bathroom, it did look like the walls needed to be wiped down. There were some brown spots in the wall that really threw me off so I waited to shower until we got home but the rest of the room was spotless and smelled so good!

The bathroom had some plaster from the ceiling that was starting to come down. We thought it was a bit loud at night, the people above us were very rude. They were running around, dropping things late in the evening.

I was overcharged by $140. I reserved the room with Expedia for $180 and when I checked in, they billed me another $140. I don't know how to get this back.

Good location -- convenient to CU Boulder. Hotel feels a bit tired: breakfast is spotty, the comforter on the bed was the wrong size for the comforter cover, the beds were not made up in the 4 days that we were there, the trashbins were emptied only once, and the liners were just left in the bottom of the trashcan. Nothing terrible, but I had better hopes of Holiday Inn

The only complaint I have is that the TV's are not Smart TV's and you cannot stream your services. Other than that everything was great!

Last time we stayed they had water in the lobby area along with the coffee. This time they didn't have the water. That is the only suggestion I would make is to bring the water back.

Some things could be double checked. We rented two rooms and the tv remote in one room didnt work...and the batteries were corroded. Also the hair dryer cord was frayed. The pool was nice, and the hot tub worked. However, the pool bathroom had no toilet paper, and the door did not lock. The pool shower was broken as well, and there werent any towels. Overall, these were small details that should be double checked

Our stay was worth the money; quiet and comfortable and overall clean, with welcoming and helpful staff. We slept fine and were able to make an early morning stop at the Starbucks across the way. Only thing negative was when I moved the Kleenex holder on the bathroom sink, it was clear the counter hadn’t been wiped down behind it (some hair and residue hiding back there). We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or try breakfast, so can’t weigh in on that. Overall fine stay.

The bathtub / shower floor bottom was very slippery. I actually almost fell getting into it, but was able to catch myself thanks to the handicap handle in the bathtub. We were only given 2 large bath towels, even though there were 3 of us on the reservation. When I called the service desk, I was told I could come get another… but it was already evening and I was “tucked in” for the night. They made more cookies for us because they had ran out! The breakfast was very good. All employees / staff that we had contact with were very nice!

Took our grandkids aged 6 and 4 for a fun overnight stay. Close to a pizza restaurant to bring back to the hotel. Used the pool and hot tub. Got a thumbs up from both kids! Breakfast was very good…pancakes, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, omelettes, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit, etc.

Everything was great EXCEPT I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it was cold. It was full of water but the “hot” tub water was colder than the pool!

The employee at check-in was not very knowledgeable in regard to checking in going through Hotels.com. He stated it was complicated, so it took a little longer than I had anticipated. We have not ever had an issue checking in by using Hotels.com. We were looking forward to using the hot tub. However, it was not working. That was partly why we chose the hotel. We also chose the hotel because of the reviews, the experience we had did not coincide with the reviews that we read, unfortunately! We did ask for a late check out, that they did grant us, however the fire alarm, which was next our room was triggered twice!! They said it was pulled accidentally! So we ended up leaving close to the checkout time anyway. The experience we had was far from great. We will not be returning to this hotel. We were very disappointed as we look at the reviews, and make a decision on where to stay. P.S. the breakfast was mediocre.

Hotel was clean and most staff was very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the fresh baked cookies upon check in. One of our rooms had the pull out couch, you have to go to the front desk for linens for it. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable!! Pool area was nice and warm and the hot tub was actually HOT! Great for relaxing after traveling and and exploring for a couple days. This is a huge perk for me and I usually pick my hotels based off of having a hot tub. Nice breakfast with several options of hot and cold items. Only real complaint is that one of the toilets didn't flush properly. When I called the desk they informed me they have water saving toilets and it just takes a little bit for the tank to fill. After about an hour we had to remove the lid to the tank to manually fill it in order for it to flush, not the most convenient situation at a hotel but the gal was young and I believe she was basing off the information she had. Overall, very nice hotel. Not far from several dining areas and shopping opportunities.

Everything was set up. Clean. Friendly, helpful and honest staff. I lost my AirPods and case, I told hotel staff that they were most likely left in the sheets. Jessie was able to find them and called me back to let me know they found them. Just before my needing to get to my flight out!

The hotel is currently in a construction zone which is not particularly scenic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. my only criticism is of the bedding, a duvet. I find them too hot for comfort so did not have a good night's sleep.

Throughout my stay, I was truly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained in all areas of the hotel, from the lobby to the guest rooms. It was evident that great care and attention to detail were given to ensure a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests.

We stayed in a king bedroom suite and it was very clean. The cleaning staff was very good and made sure to change out towels and linens daily. There was a minor leak in the main lobby but overall our stay was amazing.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, breakfast was quite good. Great jumping off point for our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, and also to take in a Rockies game. Only issue was that our room on the top floor did not have good Wifi reception, and I had to bring my laptop to the lobby, where the reception was fine. They also had two computers in the lobby that were available for use. Would stay here again.

Ppace is super nice and clean. Breakfast was great too. But the power went out during the trip for over 3 hours and were told nothing to a compensation. Even a sorry that it happened would have sufficed.

Plenty parking, convenient location to surrounding areas. Decent breakfast in mornings.

There was dirt on the mattress sheet, but we were so tired, we didn’t want to wait to have it changed. So we slept on the flat sheet. The bed was not comfortable. But other than that, very clean. Typical breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating!

We had a quick stay, the staff was great. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious. And the complimentary bkfst was more than expected. Recommend this hotel!
