Clean big rooms and nice location to Boulder , Denver , Colorado Springs. Breakfast first day was okay but lack of pancakes , oatmeal , waffles was a bit disappointing. H bar was cool at night and warm cookies at 4 were a bice touch

We like the layout of the room. It was very clean and the hotel had nice amenities. Breakfast was good and the staff was exceptional. The pool was nice and clean. Patrick who worked the bar and also the morning breakfast area was exceptional. This hotel experience was one of the better ones I’ve had in a long time.

All aspects of the experience were satisfactory, with the exception of the bathroom door and the air conditioning unit, which appeared to be somewhat obscured. I would be pleased to return should the opportunity arise to visit Denver in the future.

Everything was great, but the pillows were too soft. Staff was wonderful room very clean. We enjoyed their stay there.

The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice and soft, pillows were great too. I'd stay here again in a heart beat. The area around the hotel was clean and appeared to be safe, some options for food were near by and only a 10 minute drive for more options as well.

The pool was clean & it was close to Starbucks I felt as if it was overpriced. The room was cleaned but there was still stuff from the previous guest like socks and popcorn kernels. The breakfast was not the best. One day the pancakes and waffles were so hard I couldn’t eat them or one of the other people who stayed with us. Some of the staff was nice but then there were some rude people as well. Just felt overpriced for the service

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great spot to stay to explore the greater Denver area.

Weather was great first day but we had rain the next couple of days. On Sunday staff for the breakfast was excellent, on Monday not so great. The staff on Monday was nothing like the staff on Sunday. They ran out of food dishes piled upped. We should have just went out to eat that day. Other than that the rest of the staff was great.

The place had some updates done but there were still parts of our room that weren’t updated. Nightstands and bathroom cabinets were scratched. All of the sliding doors, which were closet sores and bathroom door, seemed to be broken and were hard to open and close. Breakfast wasn’t fresh. Pancakes were made the day before, so the edges were hard. Toaster didn’t toast well at all. The hallway of the 3rd floor smelled like feet and fart. Ended up going somewhere else.

We stayed in a studio. And there weren’t enough sheets for the pull out sofa bed. The kitchen light did not go on all the way. No pens in the room breakfast was fine. Eggs, sausages, biscuits, cereal, bread etc. the coffee was excellent.

Front desk staff were polite and jovial. Was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable.

One property description said there was a pool but when I arrived it was closed. The weather was hot enough to swim so I was disappointed. At least an outdoor spa/hottub would have been a welcome addition.

Pretty run down for a Hyatt House. Not like other Hyatt Houses, the breakfast was terrible and super small. Teh rooms are worn out. This property definetly should not be called a Hyatt House. More like a older Best Western.

Everything about the hotel felt well-kept, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Pat at the front desk and the hotel’s general manager went above and beyond to accommodate guests. I truly appreciated how the team made their best effort to make sure everyone’s needs were met.The gym was a decent size, the outdoor seating area was lovely, and the weather made it even more enjoyable. The guest laundry was also very accessible, which was a big plus. Their daily happy hour from 4:00 to 6:30 was a wonderful touch and gave guests a chance to relax after a long day. The location was amazing too close to restaurants and shopping, which made everything very convenient.I also loved the little extras they offered, like daily baked cookies, fresh water, and hibiscus tea for everyone to enjoy. What stood out to me the most was on our last night, when Pat and the general manager prepared a to-go breakfast for me and my son after I mentioned that we had an early 4:00 AM flight. That thoughtful gesture really showed how much they value their guests.I would definitely come back to this hotel and highly recommend it!!

Stayed 5 nights got room service once absolutely terrible when I asked the front desk lady she had a nasty attitude had to go down stairs mitople times to get clean towels they don’t even get the trash in the room. Like don’t advertise daily house keeping and then do it only 1/5 days terrible

I was very disappointed for V day weekend They advertised Netflix and Hulu with premium channels but we weren’t even able to access the apps on the TVs we had to buy a Roku stick just to watch tv. The free breakfast was hard and cold from food being left out too long.

We had a great visit at Hyatt House in Broomfield. Rooms were clean, breakfast every morning. I was able to use the gym the one day. We wish that we got a chance to grab a game of pool but we ran out of time. Definitely recommend!

I appreciate the catering and allowing me to setup battery candles in the room and then come back to surprise my significant other later in the evening. It was made super easy and there was a very nice lady at the front who gave me some more options on what I could do to make it even more special. I always love the kitchen setup in a hotel and it makes it easy to heat up what I want and make some good dinner options rather than just going out to eat every night I am there. Cost efficient and very friendly. Have been using this hotel for years and have never had a problem! Thank you!

I highly recommend this Hyatt House in Broomfield/Boulder location. From entering the lobby and being greeted with open friendliness to quickly being checked in by the front desk set the tone for a pleasant stay. The hotel is modern and very clean. The King Studio was perfect and roomy with the efficiency kitchen, living room area, desk, queen size bed and large bath/dressing area. Cleaning staff brought fresh towels daily. All kitchen amentiies provided. Area the hotel is located is close access to highways, convenience stores and restaurants. I will stay here again on my next visit as well as recommending to family and friends!! Also bar area great for meeting up as well as a fantastic outdoor lounge area!!

My suite was really nice but the only thing was that there were no available pods to charge your phone. Usually the lamps have an attachment so if one forgets the block to charge it’s available. I will definitely be staying there more often when I visit my son.

I have stayed here many times and I am always impressed by the staff. The suites are spacious and well appointed with anything I could need. This is where I will stay every time I am in the area!

The breakfast on day one of my stay was the worst continental breakfast I've ever had. Luckily they had muffins. The rest of the week was kind of edible but far from enjoyable. Chromecast on the TVs is great but the wifi is so bad it makes it really hard to use. Constantly disconnecting when watching through apps. Everything else was decent. Overall it was a good value.

Friendly staff, good hot breakfast, and the freshly baked cookies and tea was a delicious treat each day. Much better mattress than most hotels. Right next to a RTD bus stop, so very easy to get to and from Denver International Airport and to and from Boulder. Only negative is the TV sound quality.

What a great hotel. It was clean comfortable and the staff was great, especially Tiffany at the front desk. I will definitely stay there again.

Very sterile all the furniture was plastic uncomfortable rooms and lobby not enjoyable and relaxing to sit around in at all. Lotion and soaps smelled terrible and were poor quality. Complimentary breakfast was terrible no fresh ingredients or anything that looked appealing coffee hardly worth smelling let alone drinking and food looked like everything came out of a box was heated up and laid out. Left ate elsewhere. Sink in the bathroom was leaking all over the place was very cookie-cutter room/ we had the suite too. Nothing interesting or exciting to look at but flat lands. Location was good distance from Denver and Boulder. If you have a place you can’t take any kids and you know they can wipe everything down after you leave. This would be your place to stay and if you don’t care what you eat again great place to stay. Fairly inexpensive but understandable why. Shouldn’t even have the name Hyatt attached to it just ruins their brand. Staff friendly however.

The General Manager and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything you could need or want to relax and enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a very convenient location. It is close to restaurants, hiking trails and shopping.

The included breakfast was pretty bad, but the rooms were clean and quiet. Nice bathroom and the shower had reasonable water pressure.

We have stayed here year over year, but the place is getting run down. Rooms are not cleaned deeply, pictures missing from the walls leaving holes in the wall, ice maker not working. We like the location since it is half way between Boulder and Denver, but this is our last stay at this hotel.

AC way too loud. Called office to switch room at 2:30 am. Office didn't think charging rooms would help. Suggested opening windows, but I have allergies. Didn't sleep but a few hours and it was my birthday!

Hyatt House was fabulous! Very clean, nice amenities, including free breakfast. every staff member was so incredibly nice. The assistant manager or assistant general manager, checked us in absolutely the nicest lady I’ve ever met. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name! The bartender Makayla absolutely a joy! Super great service! the pool was so clean so enjoyable! breakfast was good. I can’t say enough good things! This place it’s is a 10 out of 10. Oh, the room was fantastic, again super clean and beautiful. Again, every employee there was so friendly! Recommend 100 percent!!

This was our third stay at this property. It is a very nice facility with a very accommodating staff. It is reasonably priced and convenient to Denver and Boulder. I am sure we will be back at a future date.

Nice hotel for price

In addition to the warm and welcoming staff, the facilities were clean, breakfast was among the better I’ve had while traveling and the pool was very well maintained. The fitness facilities were also great and I used them every day of my stay. AND, all f the fitness equipment was working, clean and in good repair.

Room was great and A/C worked great. Property is convenient. Would be staying this weekend, but rates more than doubled.

Good stay. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. The shower had some rubber lining torn off, the handle to a bathroom slider was missing and there was some dust on the fridge. These were small things and overall it was a nice comfortable room with split AC temperature use for each bedroom and plenty of space. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

That did not happen. My 91 yo mother used the same towel for four days. I realize that’s not an issue for some people but it is for her. She’s such a nice and thoughtful person she left a tip for housekeeping ($5/day) even though they never entered her room once. Do better.

It's tucked away far enough off the highway to be very quiet. The Flatirons shopping mall is just down the road. As well as more shopping options in the area. The room was really clean. The kitchenette was well stocked with supplies.

We liked separate kitchen area are in room, friendly staff. Free cookies afternoon, breakfast. Didn’t like how cleaning service had to be asked once to clean room plus clean towels then next to last day they did not clean bathroom or leave clean towels while we were out.

We stay here every year for a weekend and it is always amazing! It is so close to everything and the rooms are so quiet we never hear any noise! The pool area and sitting area with a grill and fireplace outside are great. The lobby has cookies and tea and water, the breakfast was good and the bar area is also nice. We did notice things getting a little worn and the elevators seemed dirty this time but otherwise it's always a great experience! Parking is easy and free!

The breakfast was great for those who don’t have to be concerned with allergies. 1st day there was nothing I could enjoy that I was 100% certain it was safe from dairy, gluten, or added oils that I can not digest. I asked about boiled eggs but they were not prepared. Day 2 hard eggs and apples were my option. The afternoon complimentary tea was wonderful. The cookies were overdone and needed milk or coffee to soften per my husbands remarks.

First time no cleaning, 2nd time, made bed but didn’t empty trash or do dishes or re-supply towels.

Stayed at Hyatt House Broomfield for a week for softball tournament. Hotel was close to highway for easy access, great pool with outside large lounge area, bar, pool table too! Rooms were small but full kitchen and clean. Room service every few days (without ask) was nice. Lots of parking and free.

The staff at very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchenette was fairly well stocked with kitchen supplies if you planning a longer stay. large shopping district and mall are just down the road which was nice

The room was very large 2 bathroom. Quite area easy to get to things in North Denver and Boulder. Very friendly staff. Free coffee and cold drinks in the lobby.

Great property inside and out

Breakfast was good, except day two. Day two I went to workout and saw, as i quickly ran up to the room to get my teen, that there was BACON. Came back down not 10 minutes later and 40 minutes before end of breakfast time, no bacon, never brought anymore out. So sad and not a lot of protein to eat.

Being in the hotel construction business and actually constructing two Hyatt hotels at this time I will make sure to tell the owners of the hotels I am building NOT to hire a non personable front desk staff like the one that greeted us on 7/11/25. To pitch their over $300 a night hotel suits price tag I would assume the staff could at least acknowledge your presence . . The bubbly non food oriented front desk staff that checked us out on 7/13/25 after dropping $800 on our two day stay is more what I anticipated upon our arrival.

It was fine. Nice breakfast and very quiet. Staff was kind. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. Lots of hair. Bathroom had lots of splotches on walls of things that I don’t want to assume, but they could definitely be wiped off. I understand it won’t always be perfect and I am a bit of a germaphobe, but i haven’t been to a hotel this unclean.

Small simple pool with a gym. The only down side was there were no stores or parks in walking distance. The Hyatt House was surrounded by mainly apartments, dealerships and other hotels. There was one Starbucks and one pizza place across the street. Overall, If you’re looking for a place to just sleep like in a nice clean house and mainly explore elsewhere the Hyatt House is for you. I would recommend getting a rental car if you want to explore more. Just want to emphasize, staff were extremely friendly :)

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House. It is a great alternate to the high prices of Boulder besides you get a much larger room with a kitchen and a fold out sofa too. Close to shopping and restaurants. This is our second stay here. We are booked for our third in August.

I only gave 4 star for cleanliness because for some reason we never got our room serviced and we had to ask for clean towels and asked for them to take the garbage out. Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Clean. Great morning coffee & breakfast. Fresh baked cookies daily. Water always available. Quiet room. Can’t say enough nice things.

The hotel is really nice but our room had some things that did not work. We moved to another room and everything was great

Everything was pretty good and above average. The room was clean and my only complaint is the broken luggage rack that was in the room when we arrived. Other than that, everything was nice! It was really nice to have a “kitchen” in the room. Pricing was fair for what it was.

We had a great stay, room was clean and had plenty of room. Enjoyed the complimentary buffet.

Great location with easy access to dining and walking trails. Nice breakfast each morning with lots of options to choose from. Well stocked and kept clean. Rooms were nice and property was pretty quiet overall.
