I did a staycation with the grandkids, we loved the hotel and 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me, I definitely felt welcomed, the breakfast was excellent, also the parking was free. I DEFINITELY will stay here again.

The hotel is about a 10–12 minute drive from Disneyland, which was very convenient. Free parking was also a plus. The lobby is locked at night and requires a key, which made it feel safe. Breakfast was included with good options, and everything stayed well stocked even during busy times. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough for resting after long park days. Negatives: Before arrival, I called ahead to reserve a rollaway bed and was assured there would be one available, but it was not. We then requested to be moved to a room with two beds. While they accommodated us, we had originally paid for a suite, and the replacement room was a downgrade, yet we were still charged the suite rate. The shower in our room leaked badly and the curtain would not stay in place, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. I also could not connect to the WiFi during our stay. The most disappointing issue was after checkout. I accidentally left a couple items in the room, including a prescribed medical device. We called four times and were told nothing was found, despite being certain they were left there. At that point, it felt like the items had been taken rather than properly returned, especially since we received no follow-up after asking for another check. This was extremely upsetting. Overall, the location and basic amenities were convenient for Disneyland, but the service and handling of issues would make me hesitant to return.

There was a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and free breakfast. That's exactly what I needed for myself and kids. My room was great for the price.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 days while on a Disneyland vaction & the best part about the stay was how close it was to Disney. We had booked a king room but when checking in we were told they were out of king rooms even though we booked this over a month in advance, so check in was a long process before we eventually got out into a double Queen room. Also, nowhere in the details/description were we made aware that they charge a $350 incidental fee (basically a deposit) at check in. We’re used to paying between 50-100 for hotel deposits but 350 caught us off guard. The room wasn’t serviced at all until we asked for it to be, and the pool & jacuzzi area were underwhelming (no heated pool, dirty jacuzzi with the paint peeling off it, and locals using it at late hours of the night). Also, the AC unit in the room is very loud, and the thermostat light is very bright and stays on all night long (we had to get creative to cover it up). The fitness center was also extremely small. After checking out I got a credit card notification that I had been charged for the stay by the property again despite already paying for it on Expedia. The front desk was helpful after we brought it to their attention and showed them our Expedia receipt, but it was still inconvenient to have to go through that. Overall the amenities advertised (pool, fitness center, breakfast) were all very underwhelming.

Great location. Better quality of breakfast with more choices and healthier choices compared to similar hotels nearby. The drain was slow but the maintenance came and fixed it right away. The room I stayed had some noise coming from the utility room next to the elevator. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Breakfast is decent, enough varieties Just that the bathroom faucet was set too tight and won’t be able to fully shut off And our room keys keep getting out of function, initially we thought we were putting them too close to our phone but the situation condition continued after we intentionally keeping them. Our AC didn't work. It was an ordeal to get another room. Our fridge didn't work in another room and they couldn't do anything about it. They had no staff to fix things on site 'after hours'. So we were just stuck. They ran out of pool towels (which are the size of a hand towels), and the night manager had to call another manager to get approval to use a room towel for the pool. Everything felt so challenging to just get the bare minimum of help. It was frustrating to have multiple little things not work, and to not get it fixed. The staff seemed frustrated as well, like they don't have the ability to do much either. We overheard other people staying there complaining about their rooms, and stuff not working.

Oh my gosh, this place was amazing. The staff there we’re so friendly and helpful. From the time we walked in, I had two people trying to fight over who would help me because they were both ready and willing to help.

The TV was not working. When we checked out they told us the televisions were being worked on, but they did not mention this the day before when we checked in. The facilities seemed rundown. The swimming pool was dirty. A manager from your hotel may want to walk across the street to the Hilton to see a better quality hotel.

The concern was housekeeping attempting to come in the room while we were there and preparing to checkout. We had the “do not disturb” sign on the door. Checkout was not until 12pm, and they wanted to come in around 11:15am. I said we were not ready to leave and needed more time. I said we would like ten more minutes and they just waited in the hallway for us to leave.

The staff was so nice when checking in and out. The breakfast was so good. The rooms are designed a little strange and the beds are not comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was great. We will definitely stay there again!

Unfortunately, it was raining the weekend I stayed here and the elevators took forever and would get stuck and the room was falling apart. The ac/heater was so loud, we had to turn it off to be able to sleep in please but I was so cold. The bathroom light sometimes wouldn’t turn on right away, the shower spout was coming apart, the toilet took forever to flush, and the sink didn’t drain. The room description said it came with a smart tv with Netflix and it wasn’t what was stated. It was an old and the picture wasn’t clear. When I tried to change rooms, they said there wasn’t anymore king beds available but they could move me into a double queen but couldn’t guarantee if there would be a smart tv in there and also had to check if any rooms had been cleaned. Also, the cleaning staff would be shouting down the hallways and their walkie talkies were so loud and doors would be slamming. It was just a mess and thankfully I had to endure it for only two nights.

Hotel was really nice and felt safe; self parking spaces were somewhat limited but super convenient- around the building with well lit entrances at the front and back. Staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was included which was really nice but not all of it was great, except for the coffee- so good. A/ C was working but so noisy. Some of my pillowcases looked worn out. The shower curtain does not fully stay close on both side. The curtain keeps sliding down towards the center exposing both sides. Water would spray out onto the floor or slippers and bath mat whenever you use the shower. The fridge was so unevenly leveled that it tilts a-lot whenever you open the fridge. The breakfast was simple and limited in the variety. The front desk staffs was always approachable. Thankful for all the coffee and hot waters!

My family and I stay here every year when we visit Knott's Berry Farm. This is the third year and the amenities are becoming a little bit older. In the room the heater / AC was very loud and the faucet in the shower would not turn off all the way. Staff was great however the rooms seem like they are becoming a bit outdated. Our room had two queen beds and it also felt very cramped with the wardrobe they had put in there

Stay was great, beds were a little on the harder side but nothing too bad. Water pressure in our room was the best I’ve had at any hotel in Anaheim so far but bathrooms need a HUGE remodel. There was not enough ventilation and curtains weren’t long enough to cover the entire shower so water kept coming out both ends. The first night was a difficult to find parking as a bus took up 4-5 spaces and almost every car in the back lot was over the line and we had to squeeze into a spot. The staff is always friendly here and the lobby is always clean. Please do a bathroom remodel!

We stayed for 2 nites in the King suits and everything was good. Having two bathrooms were so great. The only thing was towels. I think it would be much nicer if they replace the old , color changed towels with new ones.

This a very nice family friendly hotel close to Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park. It is convenient to the freeway and has lots of parking. It could use some updating but it was very clean and the staff were very nice and friendly.

Our flight was delayed so called and they saved a key for us for a late checkin.

They had a good breakfast. Several of the front desk staff were not helpful. They appeared very annoyed by questions. The rooms need updating. The beds weren’t the best. Overall a great location with easy freeway access.

Towels could be better

The hotel decor inside these rooms are definitely outdated. From the paint to the furnishings to the window shades; they need to be renovated. My wife and were getting bit by some unknown bugs. We weren’t sure if it was mosquitoes that somehow got in or bed bugs but we definitely did notice moths flying around inside the rooms.

Breakfast was good. AC worked really well. Overall cleanliness was pretty good for a hotel. Only complaint is trashcans in rooms arnt big enough and the hotel ran out of clean towels multiple times. Lots of things to do and eat at in the area

The amenities were top-notch: the pool was pristine, the fitness center well-equipped, and the on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve ever had while traveling. Every detail, from the lighting to the cleanliness, was clearly designed with care.

Check-in was greeted with a smile and hello ,basic room, to small welts not sure of reaction to food or bites ,have stayed here before .

My dislikes, room air conditioner very loud and I had to keep turning up volume of tv when it came on. Also door handle was hard for me to push down to open door

This hotel needs to be renovated. The air conditioning kept cutting off and it would get humid at night making it hard to sleep. The microwave didn’t work when I tried to use it made a loud noise and the lights flickered. The bathroom had hairs in random places. So I had to clean it. The soap scum on the shower head was really nasty and the stopper to the bath tub didn’t work. This make it difficult to bath my youngest. Also when I asked for towels they were short towels like twice for some reason. I was told house keeping would bring towels up but they didn’t so I had to go ask for towels again. So my stay was not the best . I also over heard a guess complaining about a bed in their room being dirty upon arrival.

Front desk was very helpful, however room was supposed to be serviced every other day & they missed a service & had to request it 2 additional days. Staff apologized & was very understanding. Also when room serviced no cups replaced so nothing to drink out of had to go get them downstairs.

The front desk sent a man up to clean with some spray; however, it did not fix the problem, and I was offered no compensation. Also, the finish work on the room was poor. peeling wallpaper stains on the carpet as well.

This hotel has become my default place to stay when visiting Buena Park. From check in to check out, it's always a pleasant stay from all services offered. We usually really only stay one to two nights. I've been a few times and been lucky enough to get upgraded too! Breakfast is on the nicer end as well. Would definitely recommend!

Compared to others fairfield locations this one needs to be updated, also i had a reservation and the receptionist charge me again for new reservation I find out when i check my bank statement.

Warren was great when I checked in. I forgot my ID but he made things easy at check in.

Was a okay hotel but not some place I would come back. Rooms are aged. Having a stainless steel sink was weird for bathroom. Bathrooms were small. Otherwise, it was roomy and working area was sufficient. Chair at desk was not comfortable. If I was with kids, the King Suite would fit the bill for whole family stay.

Room was clean, but small. There was a heavy odor coming from the sink and clog sink, I reached out to front desk, and they sent someone right away and unclog it. Everything was fine after that. I've stayed at this place at least 3 times prior to this visit and I feel like the service has gone downhill. First check in took long and the front desk worker was not every friendly or customer service oriented. She asked for our card for a $20 incidental fee when we already gave her the card for the $50 deposit/incidental fee. I asked why do we have to pay another $20 and she didn't seem to know why just that since I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). I told her i always use hotels.com and never had to pay this fee. She replied "they're always changing things". Then I asked not to be roomed by the elevator or stairs where the doors will be constantly opening and closing and she replied well the elevator isn't working so you will have to take the stairs and your room is by the stairs. Wow. who wants to lug up luggage flights of stairs after a long travel day? I had called earlier in the day to let them know we would be doing late check in and would have appreciated the heads up that the elevator isn't working. I've seen other reviews that the elevator wasn't working but thought nothing of it. Maybe it was just that day kinda thing but I guess not. We were so tired we were not able to get up to make it to breakfast so not sure how good that was. In the past it was ok. They used to offer water and coffee in the lobby and that wasn't there. When we asked about it they said they don't do that anymore 😔. Bed was thin and hard. AC was super loud, had to turn it off.

The elevator was old. It has a delayed opening door. The property seemed very worn out. The room door was heavy, and when it slammed, it made a huge noise. I had to wake up a couple of times because of the neighbor's room door shutting sound. The shower is also old, and the water leaked... not a "Marriot" quality hotel.

No conditioner in the refillable container in shower. Extremely old TV that couldn't handle streaming Netfilx. Remote Control not functioning even after getting new batteries. Then realized they put old batteries again. Pool is NOT heated. Jacuzzi is barely warm. Overall a bummer.

This was our second stay here and the check in is always top notch. Lelani took time to get to know us and even hooked it up with an upgrade! As I was passing through the lobby, I noticed she took care of every sing guest and made their stay work for them as best she could. What a great start to a stay. Will be coming back again!

Bathrooms very unclean dated. Toilet was stained, tub looked dirty where the dranage was. Hall way looked like very unwelcoming and dark. Sheets had red staines. Dust on furniture and around windows. Carpet looked unclean. Breafast area looked clean but the ladies working there do not let you make your own waffles??? Feels like they are watching you constantly. I have pics of the bathrooms. Checked out the next day although paid for 6 days. Expedia charged as per hotel for 2 nights although i checked in at 1.30am and keft next day. This was unreasonable on both Expedia and hotel but at the time just wanted to get out of there. Overall the hotel beeds a make over badly. Pics and reviews dosent match a Marriott Bonvoy. Marriott should not attach their name to these kinds of properties. If i have not stayed in clean good hotels, then this is great. Morning checkout person on duty was great. He had great customer service.

We stay here often. Always clean, customer service is always outstanding. Location is great! Breakfast is good! Best hotel in Buena Park! Warren always give us top notch service!! Cleaning service does a great job!

Non daily rooom service

Room does not look like the pictures. It was old and unclean. There was a rotting door frame in the bathroom and has termites crawling out of the bottom.

The Fairfield Inn exceeded our expectations..The property was clean and staff was outstanding…whatever we needed they accommodated…. The room was amazing..The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly….Looking forward to the next visit down here…WE KNOW where we are staying the next time the FAIRFIELD INN!!!!

Place is very clean and staff very helpful. Rooms were very clean and nice. Free breakfast and parking a plus. Would book again.
