I personally say that if you need a place to say and the money you have to spend was hard enough to get. Then this the spot for you. Not a problem with the traffic in and out. It quiet and stable people keep their eyes to them selves. The rooms clean enough to unpack for sure. I’ll be staying here each time I need a get away.

The price was cheap, but you get what you pay for, the doom had an old smell kind, there were roaches in the room, it was late and I just wanted a place to rest. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Microwave didn't work, restroom door didn't close, and many roaches thats what killed it, they possibly come out of the tub drain that has no drain cover. Very disappointed room 211. Eventhough seemed clean , the roach problem is a big issue to me! I will not book here again!

This motel is in a great location---only 1/2 mile from Knott's Berry Farm. We were always able to find a parking spot near our room. Nishant, the owner, was very accomodating and pleasant. The room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay there again.

The location At check in, the receptionist mentioned very clearly that there are NO guests and NO pets allowed. After 1 hour of checking in (and as I was falling asleep), I heard a dog running around in the room above me for 2 hours… During that time I went back and told the receptionist this disturbance of a dog upstairs and she responded with saying ‘Yes I know there is a dog..sorry.’ There were stains on the bedding and a creepy mirror on the ceiling as well. The pictures of this place online do NOT match the place in real life. This ruined my night as I have an early morning and would NEVER recommend this accommodation.

I had reservations but cancelled when I pulled up and got out then waited for someone to come to the window and it was so gross and unorganized I didn’t like one thing

The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. The parking is extremely tight so beware of that. My room was a bath tub but no option for a bath. Shower only. NO coffee make in the room (Hotels.com misinformed) The upstairs guest was very loud but thankful we were exhausted from our days that sleeping was not a problem. The bed is firm FYI. This was overall a good choice. The price was more than reasonable.

Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning. When I requested a refund they suggested I do it through my booking app.

Bug Problem. Do not come here if you want a room that doesn’t have roaches in it. Saw a few small bugs in the bathroom, decided it might be no big deal. Then I saw the roach, it was my first time seeing one in a hotel room, and I’m making sure it’s the last one too. Took a video of it, showed it to the front desk, and their first response was to offer us another room, followed by an apology and a refund. I wish I could have rated the staff higher but they gave no indication that they were going to actually solve the issue of the room having cockroaches in it. This place is most likely infested with cockroaches so unless you’re comfortable sleeping in a place like that don’t rent a room here.

I got a good deal on Hotels.com, But the front desk made me pay an extra to keep the room I'm already in. They wanted us to check out and come back a 3:00pm. Only reason I made the reservation here is so we don't have to check out and they wanted to charge us more than what I paid online for the whole night for the few hours before 3 o'clock we were in the room. So, they find some way to take away the good deal and get full price, if not more.

Small, clean, well maintained and updated, convenient to Target, Wendy's,and Denny's. Close to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. Free parking. An on-site maintenance person instantly came by to fix the TV after the office was notified. However, there was some noise from the street and from upstairs, and there were a few insects in the bathroom.

1. WiFi not available -> had to spend about the price of my stay elsewhere to get connected for work; caused my entire schedule to be behind 2. surprise deposit of $50 which they tried to upcharge to $60 3. Coffee from previous guest left in fridge 4. Towels had stains and hair that wasn’t mine

Expedia provided us with accommodation for such a low price, however, this accommodation is not worth the low price. We were landing into SNA earlier than intended and had called in to see if we could check in early and the man on the phone said we could. After arriving to the motel, the attendant at the window was giving us a hard time and threatening to charge us extra for trying to check in early, which is understandable, but their communication needs to be more transparent. Fast forward, later that night we arrived back to the motel and the parking lot was so tight and limited. There was a homeless person digging through their dumpster. Moreover, the bathroom had small roaches as well and cigarette burns on the blankets as well. On our last day, our car got hit in the parking lot and I had contacted the front desk for security footage and the attendant said management would contact me, but I have not received any calls. Overall the stay is poor, but Expedia did a great job with securing discounted stays like this, but Expedia needs to work on procuring quality stays.

The room was in horrible shape. There were cracks and stains on the walls, furniture that looked like it was bought at a garage sale, stains on the linens and on the mattress. The water pressure was practically nonexistent in the shower, and we saw a roach in it. The towels used to dry off after bathing were merely large hand towels. The soap and toiletries were not even worth using and small in size.

The following morning there was a roach in the tub. At that point I was just completely grossed out and wanted to run out of there.

They had a great time for their first trip from home. The motel was well lit, they felt safe and the manager/owner was very responsive to their questions. I have to apologize that they didn't ask for help when she stopped up the toilet. Thank you!

The room was in okay condition. You get what you pay for, unfortunately did find a bug. The bed was very comfortable. Bring your own pillows, the two provided were half a regular size pillow and not anything you’ll be able to lay your back on. For a nights rest it does the job. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating so thankful for that.

The girl that checked us in was nice but when we for to our room was something else. First of all there was a cockroach on the wall that my daughter got scared off. And there was only 2 almost flat pillow on a a king size bed. Then I didnt get the wifi info so I couldnt connect, I would call the front desk but theres no phone. I tried to watch TV but the remotes battery was almost dead so It was not working properly. They need better towels so I could not take a shower with the towels that they had. I like to keep the lights on but the lighta they have is sensor operated so it turns off on its on. There was a lamp but its not plugged in. The only good thing was that theres microwave and a fridge and chair and a desk to eat on. I dont think I would stay here again even if its cheap.

The hotel offered a neat and comfortable environment. Staff were attentive and handled requests patiently.

The staff were awesome. Very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are old and dirty. The shower curtain was yellow with mold and the room smelled like cigarettes. I suppose you get what you pay for. I just needed a place to crash, and it served that purpose. If you are looking for luxury and all that , this is not your place. If you want a cheap place to crash, it’s cool and near lots of shops.

WiFi didn’t work, no only toilet paper provided in the bathroom. Face soap by the sink. I enjoyed that it came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. But bed cover had a cigarette burn on it. The room smelled of smoke. There were roaches in the room.

Location and place was great, specially for the place, I just think Expedia should let know in advance about a $50 cash deposit beforehand, but the rest was great, staff was kind and helped me with everything I needed, deposit was given back right at the checkout.

When we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. I encountered two live cockroaches in the room, one of which I photographed crawling on the door. I also found dead bugs in the corner near the outlet when plugging in my phone. Even the soap provided had a bug crawling on it, which raised serious concerns regarding cleanliness and basic sanitation standards. The towels provided were also unacceptable. One towel had visible stains on it, resembling old makeup. Fresh, clean towels should be a basic expectation in any hotel, and this was extremely disappointing and unsanitary. The shower water pressure was excessively harsh to the point that it was uncomfortable and even painful, especially for my child, who had to shower quickly as a result. The beds were also uncomfortable and made loud noises with any movement, making it difficult to rest. The pillows offered very little support and felt extremely low quality. We arrived late at night, otherwise we would have requested a different room or checked out entirely. However, due to the time, we stayed only long enough to rest and left the next morning. This experience was thoroughly unsatisfactory, and I will not be staying here again.

This place was good for the price. Our only complaint is that the bedding was stained and there was like burnt holes in the comforter and sheets. No bugs in site and bathroom and everything seemed clean. There was a microwave and mini fridge and tv.

10 dollars an hour to check in early? Iv never heard of it. 50 cash deposit? Check in is a security window outside almost like a deive up bank window. Parking was fine. The roo.. 1st huge gap at bottom of front door. One wall was half painted. Others were stained. Curtains ripped. TV did not work. Bathroom door had a head sized hole that had been patched.

Parking was limited but most likely because of the construction. Overall good stay, however there were little roaches that seemed to have came out of the shower drain. I personally don't have a problem with it but my partner was a little displeased because of it. Either way, it's a great place to stay if you just want to rest your head on a bed, watch tv, and shower. Not to mention it also has lots of good stores/fast food places that you can walk to which was definitely a plus for our stay. If I could rate it without using starts, I would give it a 7.6/10

What I liked about this motel is that they will clean your room every two days or upon request giving guests more privacy.

It needs to be updated. Door of the restroom was falling. Keep hitting the pole of the occurrence of the restroom overall didn’t like it, but customer service was good. His staff was good too.

Once I stepped in the room, I had regrets! No bar soap, one wash cloth and one hand towel; the bath towels were slightly bigger than the hand towels, but hey, I got two! One thin bed covering with holes --- and get this --- only one (1) sheet! YEP!!! In the entirety of my hotels staying years (over 50), I have NEVER see a bed with just one sheet! INCREDIBLE! So I tracked down the cleaning lady and I asked her, "Do you guys just put one sheet on the beds!?" Get ready for her answer --- are you ready!? "Yeah, we are short (of) sheets!" Well I saw two sheets on her cart and I told her . . . "Well I am taking this one!" And started walking to the ice machine . . . and this apparatus was another sign that this place was the Apocalypse! The machine looked like an air conditioner in the room. So I asked the "only one sheet lady" is this the ice machine! She walks over, opens this little lid/door and the ice comes out in TV Dinner-sized pieces. She reaches in with her had and breaks a piece off for me to put in my glass. I stop her and say, "No!" I ask her, "Where is the scooper and she doesn't know!" So I look in the little machine and it is at the bottom covered by ice. I reach down there and dig it out and the contraption looks like a tool from a grease monkey's repair shop. It had like finger smudge stains that looked like months in the making! No way --- and NO ice for me! Later on the remote for the TV didn't work; I got more but I am out of space!

There was roaches in the fridge and all over, the room they gave us someone kicked in the door and when asked to switch to a different room they said no! Had to leave our bags in the car so the roaches woukdnt get in our stuff and there is limited parking never again booking here

Solo traveler needed a room for one night bed covers looked dirty as well as floor i was in from 4pm till 9pm came back around 2am and my toilet no longer flushed i called them up no answer…theyre knowingly occupying rooms that lack of basic needs

Other than it was close to my work. The cable was good. Walk in and there was a roach on the bed. I had to go a buy my own bedding and a towel and bug spray. When checking in the old lady at the front had a bad attitude. I'll think twice before staying again. I did kill several baby roaches. And hot warter was more like warm water.

I guess its just your ordinary seedy motel. The power kept going out. I was on the 1st floor and the person up stairs walked very heavy. The price is a little to much. Won't come back.

I had a reservation for 3 nights. When I checked in I was told the deposit is $100 cash, no credit cards. I was given a bar of soap and a room with a mirror over the bed. When I asked for a different room the staff did not speak English. The TV and Wifi didn't work. I tried spraying lysol to cover the smell of the room. After that I left. I didn't spend 1 night at this hotel. Hotel.com was able to refund 2 of my 3 nights.
