We expected the double bed room to be bigger. We used a rollaway bed for my 5-year old son and there was not much space to put it. We had to put it in between both beds leaving no room. Other than that it was good.

I love how the staff were super friendly, everything is so clean , excellent service . I would definitely recommend this hotel

It’s located in a convenient location. My room was located right next to the pool which opens until 10pm. It was very noisy and couldn’t sleep until after every one left the pool. Room carpet was dirty. Bathtub had a mold. AC is so loud. My room was adjoining accessible room and I could hear almost everything from the next door room which was so disturbing. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family

Spacious room size and plentiful parking space. My room had a really bad odor as I enter the room. Turning on the air-conditioning didn't help. After returning from all day of work to rest, I was smelling the order from the bathroom which was very strong sewer smell. Had to close the bathroom door overnight. Mattress was too soft.

I stayed for three nights, and the experience was unacceptable. For two days, there was no body wash in the room, forcing me to use shampoo as a substitute. On another day, my room was not cleaned at all. Additionally, I greeted a housekeeping staff member in the morning, and they completely ignored me and walked away without even acknowledging my greeting. This lack of basic courtesy and poor service is extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel.

This was a clean, friendly hotel- staff appeared mature (as in older), uber-polite and gracious. I rated 3 stars as there was no extra blanket in our room, about a half-roll of toilet paper (no new roll…but there was Kleenex), no wash cloths (but lots of towels), no water bottles for AM coffee in the Kuerig… We checked in very late, exhausted. We did not call for these items to be brought to our room.

Marilyn at the front desk was extremely helpful and a joy to interact with. No one read our room request for extra towels however, I called the front desk and they sent someone up that evening. Only major problem was the room location was close to the freeway and all I could hear were cars and motorcycles while I slept.

Nike was excellent and very kind when checking us in. The staff is general was fantastic! Very helpful and quick to respond when we had any issues. We particularly loved the pool and hot tub.

My daughter and I chose double tree because it was close to Knotts berry farm. We enjoyed our stay and she definitely enjoyed the warm complimentary cookies! Our room was clean, property was clean and pool area as well!

I love the free parking , rooms and hotel were super nice and in a convenient spot near everything. Staff could work on being friendly but the stay was good over all!

If you have kids that can’t sleep though noise maybe see about getting a different side of the building as the freeway is right next to it so it can get loud at times ( but I liked the out side noise my boyfriend and I are from the city so it didn’t really bother us to much) There isn’t free breakfast but there is a grab and go place and a Starbucks there too if needed and a 24 hour lil mini mart also My boyfriend and I just went to Denny’s across the street for food and down the way are so many more restaurants too! It was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom had great water pressure the only down side was that it’s the time of year and well those stupid pesky NATS are outside so we did find some in the room since they do DAILY housekeeping and the doors are left open but besides that overall will be put on our left to come back and stay! also the cookies checking in was always a plus ✨

Let’s start with location around the property they have many places to eat nearby. I was greeted when checked in and received complimentary cookies and they were nice and warm. The room was spacious. The only little detail on my end is limited tv channels but overall was a great stay.

This hotel was great! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. It was very clean and a great size property. All the amenities were great and useful, especially the microwave and in room fridge. It was also nice to have so much around the hotel, such as Target, restaurants, etc. I would definitely come back here and recommend this property.

From the beginning of our stay till the end , encountered excellent service from staff, a clean well equipped room, with all amenities required available. Excellent locations with plenty of restaurants and shopping facilities around us. I love this location! I will ask for a room next time that does not face the freeway as it is a bit noisy.

I was hoping for a breakfast meal included in our room. Additionally, I did not have a microwave in the room and I had to walk to another building to find one! This should be standard in every room!

One minor detail—I would have liked to have a microwave in the room, as we often need to reheat pizza and other food. One more serious complaint: we paid extra for a patio, but on the last night we had a chain-smoking neighbor. The place is supposed to be smoke-free. I asked three times for something to be done about it, but no luck. If it hadn’t been our last night, I would have been more insistent. Very disappointed with the staff’s response. But overall, it was still a great experience and might become our regular base for Disney visits.

It was exactly as it was described when I booked, it was clean, easy check in, the staff was great, they were all very helpful when needed. It is in a great location for sure. The only problem, if that, was the parking, all though a lot of it, the area that most wanted to use, close to the door was scarce, the rest of the parking was a distant and a bit sketchy but, other that that, a great hotel. Definitely recommend.

Foud a huge roach walking in my "recently" clean room!! The outside door would not open and had to come in through the pool door. Fridge was extremely noisy.

When we checked in, the front desk attendant was very rude, didn't tell me our room number, didn’t provide instructions on how to connect to wifi. We got to our room and there were ants. We let front desk know and they said they would send housekeeping, which they should’ve made a priority, however, we were gone from 10am-6/7pm and they still didn’t have anyone stop by. Didn't even replenish our towels until we had to ask them. Then the following day, we were gone all day again and they still didn’t have anyone stop by to check on our ant problem and decided they wanted to send someone from maintenance to spray the room with raid while my family and I were lying down in the room. I went to the pool at 7:20am when the pool was supposed to be open, yet there was a lock and chain on the gate preventing anyone from entering. Then the following day I tried to enter the pool around 7:30/7:40am and there was someone doing maintenance and cleaning the pool, overall it was a HORRIBLE experience and they did absolutely NOTHING to rectify the situation!! Never again!!

a hidden gem close to many restaurants and a quick and easy 12 minute drive to Disneyland. Room was clean and nice, the shower and bathroom sink could be better, both could be updated. Very nice pool area, wasn’t busy at all when we visited. Parking was free but difficult even on weekdays, that was prob the biggest negative. Had to park way in the back after nights out at Disneyland. Starbucks downstairs, but no free breakfast here. And no microwave in the rooms which we actually needed. But we knew that already and accepted that fact. And of course, the famous warm chocolate chip cookies on check in, a bonus!! Highly recommended.

The rooms were clean and updated. We had problems with our first room and toilet not flushing properly so they switched us to the last room available which wasn’t as updated as the first. The onsite restaurant was not very good. Very expensive and food was not worth it, even for the convenience of the restaurant. Wait staff didn’t speak English very well and messed up a salad order where we wanted dressing on the side. Which would have been not big deal and easy fix other than it took forever to receive the salad to begin with. Overall, the hotel was good staff Included, but go elsewhere for food if you’re wanting something quick and tasty.

Check-in was quick and easy, but I had booked a single bed and was given a room with two beds. There was also one big towel for two people and I found an opened safety pin on the carpet, luckily before stepping on it.

This was a great location! Good size room, plenty of parking, quiet and clean. It's also near a lot of restaurants and both Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. The only issue I had was the shower head was leaking a little when I'd turn on the regular bath faucet. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of management.

Staff all very courteous, kind & welcoming. Slept well, rooms are well kept. Breakfast was amazing! Parking feels safe. Lobby area and restaurant and lounge area were beautiful and clean. The easiness to use the shuttle was a great perk, unfortunately we weren’t able to use this time though!

It was average. Buena Park is ok. Someone kept taping the gate so it wouldn’t lock, I believe so they could keep going in and out without a keycard. It felt unsafe and I didn’t sleep well. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again.

The fan kept going on and off and it was super loud! We had to up the volume on the tv, but sometimes music would play in our show so we’d rush to turn it down to not bother the neighboring rooms. The Starbucks coffee downstairs has watered down iced coffee. Just tasted sugar, water, and a hint of coffee.

We loved this hotel! It had everything we wanted, was close to Disney, restaurants, etc. and was clean and quiet.

Balcony room was actually a patio room (expedia error it would seem) and had a few mosquitos dead/alive. The staff was very accommodating and we got a new room but, it had what looked like cat food on the floor and cobwebs near the window.

I stayed here recently, and unfortunately, it was one of the noisiest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There was an event going on, and the noise was so loud that it felt like it was happening right in my room. The hotel staff didn’t seem to care that paying guests were trying to rest—they completely forgot about us. If you’re looking for a quiet stay or any sense of comfort, I’d look elsewhere.

The stay was absolutely amazing Everything seemed clean. The staff was super nice. The only weird thing that did happen is we had a later checkout at 12:30 and we had the do not disturb sign on our door and a housekeeper came in our room at 12. I think it was more of a miscommunications Thing, but besides that the state was amazing.

The shuttle offered onsite isn’t on a rotation schedule and you need to sign up for a time slot. This was almost impossible with toddlers. We also came back to our room around 2 everyday unknowing that the maid service didn’t come until much later in the afternoon so our room was untouched the entire trip. Small things add up.

There were bugs and a roach in our room. It did feel comfortable sleeping there.

The bathroom was fairly small and underwhelming. There was no pressure from the water and the second shower-head did not work. Plus, there was no iron in the room.

Negative: We lost 3 hours the first day of vacation waiting for the rooms to all be ready. We tried to check in 1 hour early, rooms were not ready. Fair enough. We went out and ate a huge lunch for an hour. When we returned, the rooms were not ready, and they were not ready for another 3 hours. Then, the first night the toilet was broken and kept runninduring the night. Also, our first night in a different room, the hot water was gone. It was fixed the next day with the toilet. The water pressure is low in all 3 rooms we had. There were little bugs in 2 of the 3 rooms that scared him.

It was a great stay until one day my room was not cleaned. So my opinion on this hotel is somewhat changed.

Staff promptly brought up body wash refills. Full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body lotion. Convenient location off 91 freeway but you couldn’t hear the highway. Rooms were updated and AC worked great! Bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. Would def stay here again!

Found 2 roaches in the room. Microwave is located in the front building very inconvenient. Purposely picked out balcony vs patio and still was assigned a patio that was super loud right by the pool. Had to turn the shower very hard to get the water off. Insulation in the room is horrible, as soon as the fan kicks off it’s automatically muggy.

i love this place

I liked that they offered shuttle service to nearby theme parks. They have a pool, gym, starbucks, and restaurant on the premises. It was conveniently situated off the freeway and easy to come and go from. It is walking distance to Dennys, Black Angus, and Target. I didn't like that there is no microwave in room and had no idea that was a communal one. They can maybe mention it at check in.

Beautiful property, great team and wonderful shuttle services. Special shout out to the team for all the birthday attention to our little man as he turned big 4! Dave was AMAZING definitely a keeper!! Only suggestion would be mattress replacement. That was incredibly hard on my back.

Meh. Room was okay, somehow I booked an accessible room? Love how there was no mention of a $150 deposit. Parking is space, so be ready to walk a bit away from your room. Found a dead roach in bathroom. No microwave BUT one can be provided for a fee. In room dining menu wouldn’t populate and front desk not much of a help. All and all; room served its purpose as we were out exploring most the time (3 night stay)

We just our stay and the staff are very nice people. They to upgrade on their cable channels for their standard.

Since I arrived, check-in was so easy and fast, the welcome cockies that we received were AMAZING! The personnel from the front desk to the bar attendant were really friendly and customer-oriented, ensuring the best hotel experience.

The property did the trick. It was nothing special but it was fine. Not quite as nice as the pics but staff were good.

The staff was very friendly especially the waiters in the restaurant. They were amazing. The only bummer was the pool closing at 10 for our boys on Labor Day weekend

Great a/c. Toilet ran off and on for 3 days. There is a rattle sound, off and on, as well. And the water from the bathroom sink smelled terrible. 213 was the room number.

Room was good... but I will say that when I got there the pull out couch was open with the couch cushions thrown everywhere. The shower had the drain/hair catcher grate removed with hair from the previous guest on the shower floor. Which threw me off a little. Even so, no biggie! I put the pull out away and cleaned up the hair with a tissue, put the grate back, ran some water down the drain and called it a day. Wasn't gonna let something minor ruin my trip. Pool was cool and refreshing. It was a holiday weekend so it was busy. Towels ran out faster than they were able to restock them! Not the hotels fault they were restocking as fast as they could but ppl were definitely grabbing more the one towel at a time :/ Luckily we brought our own beach towels which came in handy! Last but not least... Starbucks.They added a Starbucks to this hotel. It's not like a big coffee shop inside the hotel it's more of a branch. Limited menu. Which works for me because I like a regular black coffee with a little cream, venti sized. I don't do fancy coffees hehe All in all... I'd give my stay an 8 outta 10! Comfy bed, refreshing pool, ice cold A/C, hot Starbucks coffee to start my day sounds pretty good to me! Oh... and the cookies. Soo soo good. So nice I have to mention it twice! ;)

I booked this stay using Expedia and booked a room with a patio. Upon arrival i was informed that they were booked out of patio rooms. That it was an Expedia glitch. No very happy with the site. The hotel made things right but i will think twice about using Expedia again.

Love the location, staff was amazing!!!

We have stayed at this property many times. This stay we had to move rooms due to ant on the bed and the end table. The next room we found an ant right away, but after not seeing any others, we decided to stay. At checkout before leaving the room, we found a much bigger ant on the bed. We did report this to the front desk and got a thank you for telling us about this. I felt maybe more should have been done for us.

Horrible experience. Prepaid for 2 weeks, we previously stayed at this location in April, thought it was safe. We experienced a graffiti hate crime, someone probably a staff member wrote the word "Ni$$3r$" on a wall near the pool inside the property. You need a key to access this area. A racist term towards a black family and other black guest staying at this location. We checked out early, showed the photos to the front desk. They didn't file an incident report, and attempted to keep me checked in for the reminder of the 2 weeks. They tried not give me a refund! I had to contact Hilton Corporate to get my money back, which I did! I never even got an apology from the property. This location is close to Disney and Knott's Berry Farm. If you are a POC, definitely steer clear.

Excellent service

Needed a couple of bath towels and called guest services asking a couple to be brought over but never came. Had to go to front desk to ask for the. Ran out of body soap in shower since it was never refilled so had to use shampoo to complete shower. Less than 1 roll of toilet paper in barbroom. I dont think stuff gets restocked in there rooms. You have to wonder what else is skimped out on.

Lobby and hotel exterior/ common areas are great. BUT. Sink pipes smell like rotten animal in our room :( have to wash hands by holding breath. No toiletries - just a tiny bar of soap and giant bottle of body lotion attached to the wall. The room smells, clearly poor ventilation. Dust in many places - I used wet wipes to clean up everything. For a Hilton this is embarrassing to be honest as I stay 99% at Hilton hotels when traveling and this is nowhere near Hilton standards.

When coming to the area, this is our top choice to stay. The pool and hot tub are always clean. Occupants are chill. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean... for the most part. Hard floors are clean, but carpeted areas are not thoroughly vacuumed.

Great value and hotel for Breakfast options included in the stay were exceptional for a hotel stay.

When it comes down to it, what makes all the difference is a solid management team...and Alex was the all-star to provide such an experience! Under unique circumstances which had us fleeing another hotel, Alex and his staff were quick to exercise sympathy tor our situation and went out of their way to expedite an early checkin, saving us from an otherwise unpleasant series of events that would've tollowed! Some tssty cookies were provided and some water options too, and at the end of our checkout, he comped us for a pre-departure breakfast we enjoyed at their same attached restaurant (Ventanas Grill). Overall, if you're honna be in the general area, it's got the amenities and the staff to help make the most of your stay! Thank You Alex, and staff as well! Enjoy your stay my friends!

Staff was exceedingly helpful from the restaurant, to housekeeping, to the front desk, to those working around the area.

Stayed 3 nights (family of 4) on the 3rd floor. Room was located in the second building away from the freeway which we liked. Everything was great, but I wish the water pressure in the shower was higher. Beds were firm, but after long days I couldn’t really tell. Great stay overall for the price and location.

The night shift staff that checked me in was not friendly. The older part of hotel looked dirty. However the morning staff was very nice, helpful, and professional.

Property was clean. Parking was a little hard during the nights due to Knotts/Disneyland goers and a small conference happening during the weekend. Our room was nice overall, but had a bit of a vomit smell into carpet or ventilation.

Easy, quick check in for just one night. Walkable and close to lots of restaurants and stores.

The noise level of you are place on the side closest to the highway is unmatched. Definitely not a good nights rest. The bathtub needed some attention- stained. Even the cookies at check in weren’t the best and that is so unlike a Doubletree.

The beds were so comfortable—we all slept great! And I can’t say enough about the bathroom amenities. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled amazing and were truly a lifesaver since we forgot to bring ours. We’d absolutely stay here again. Loved our stay

The washer broke room for we to do or laundry becaus of it. The property was kind of run down. Good pool , no perks at all. No breakfast you have to pay to add that. The rooms are clean but just ok. For the price of this hotel. I was expecting much more. The man who shuttled us back and forth to Knotts berry farm. Best customer service EVER super great personality. Was joking with my son , showed him manic tricks. Said he worked for the company for 14 years. That man needs a raise , and he should train the staff to have such good people skills as him.

Amazing staff and renovated rooms. Smart TV is big!

We showed up before midnight. We walked in, a bit noisy due to kids up and running around. Then we walked to check in, a lady barely looked at us & said someone would be with us to help. Then a staff member came out, checked us in, but really gave us no info on the hotel. 1st time staying at a doubletree. He just told us where we could park and take elevator. We got off elevator, walkjng to our room and 2 teenage kids just walking the hallway...smh. well we went inside room, seemed a bit old. Room was smaller than i expected. In the morning, we walked around trying to find the gym and itvwas on the 2nd floor(smh). I tried looking on app for a map but didn't show the gym. We worked out and were hoping for bkfst but again we weren't told anything about bkfst. We walked down and saw a restaurant went in and asked if they had bkfst, they did..luckily. it was good. Overall the stay was ok. Just for 1 night but probably wouldn't stay there longer than that. That's just us.

Patio by the pool

The elevators were out on our end of the building and were never repaired during our stay. On our first night, the people in the room next door were partying well past 3 am. The first time I called the front desk around 1, the guy who answered the phone basically told me there was nothing he could do. The second time I called around 2:55, I had to get a little indignant with him and the party stopped a few minutes later. Going to be some serious soul searching for us to stay here again.

The bathroom could use an upgrade like a fan and more towels but of was great Overall

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with Assistant Manager Tommy and also met with dismissive, rude, and frankly unprofessional behavior. Due to an unexpected event, there was complications but he gave me no apology, and the tone used made it seem as though I had done something wrong, even though I had paid for a full night and followed the prior instructions I was given by phone. To be treated with such disrespect at the front desk was not only disappointing but also entirely unacceptable—especially from a hospitality brand with Hilton’s reputation.

The first room they put us in was atrocious. There was gum matted into the carpet, the bathroom sink was clogged, the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, and the mattress protecter had stains. To top it off they put us in a room with a bathtub/shower combo when I’d specifically asked for a walk-in shower. To their credit they immediately moved us when I called the front desk to inform them of the poor conditions of this room. And surprise surprise, it was a room with a walk-in shower, which tells me they completely disregarded my request for a room with one. This room was actually clean and the plumbing worked. Would’ve been nice to have a microwave but didn’t need one after all. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best but it got the job done. The bed had one of those annoying pillow tops, which made it really soft, so I was concerned I’d wake up with a sore back. Fortunately it was barely firm enough that I only did after the first night. The hotel overall looks old, one of the two elevators was out of order, and it still has this nasty-looking carpet in the rooms. Too cheap for wood flooring, Hilton? Get with the times. The Double Tree Hotel used to be an experience and prestigious. Not anymore. No way I’m staying at another one. To top it off they’re known for giving guests a chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. Well we didn’t get ours that night. Instead we received four disgusting walnut chocolate chip cookies on checkout 3 days later. Walnut…

They hotel was fine. One item to mention is the hotel does have a large outdoor area pool and seating areas. When we were there guests with out there drinking and making a lot of noise well into the night. I finally called the front desk after being woke up at 1:42am. The front desk just said yes, we are aware of the problem and our employee has spoken to them. They will be going back to their rooms soon. Just allowing them to party up until 2am is not acceptable as it disturbed me and plenty of other guest.

Rooms are decently clean. Tubs are questionable. Beds are on the harder side. Starbucks in lobby. Not full menu though. Close to knotts. Close liquor store.

The hotel is located 5 minute walk from the Source which is an area where you can shop korean goods or eat korean food. In addition, parking around the hotel was relatively easy, check in/check out was organized and easy and we were very happy with our recent stay.

Stayed at this property for 3 days for a Knott’s trip. Overall check in was easy and room was ready at 11:30am. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Bed was too soft for me but I managed to sleep well. Housekeeping staff were very nice and attentive.

Good hotel

The customer service here was terrible. We felt unsafe in our room and they refused to let us switch rooms. We came a long way for this vacation and not having a comfortable place to stay was a big issue.

If I come here again. I will still choose to live here.
