I booked the multi-bed suite with the wet bar. The room was spacious and comfortable which was important to me traveling with 6 of my grandchildren. We will definitely book this room again.

Rooms were clean & spacious (2 queen beds, queen pull out sofa bed, w/ wet bar suite). No bed bugs which is always a plus. If you're a light sleeper be aware that floors/ceilings are thin so if your upstairs neighbors are walking you could hear it. Didn't bother us, we were defeated after disneyland. Complimentary breakfast is always a win. Pool wasn't crowded & water was warm. Feet in the jacuzzi the day after disneyland..... yes. Gym had dbs & not just a treadmill so get that in when you can. Lastly, the receptionists were accommodating. I asked for a possible late check out so we had time to use the pool on our last morning before heading out & they were able to give us until 12:30pm which was okay we didn't need all day. Just enough time to swim & shower in the room before heading out. Experience it yourself. Book that trip ;) Sincerely, Mom & Dad of 5.

Upon arriving I was told my room was “upgraded”. The room we were moved to was a larger room with a shared door and an accesible roll in shower. The shower curtain does not fully close so after a long day, a steamy decompression shower was not in our cards. On top of that the shower drain was clogged and water spilled out into the bathroom. Some of my items got wet. Overall, it was an okay stay. I really wished they would have asked before making the change.

Clean room and hotel, great customer service, quiet location except when kids are jumping on floor above you or down the hallway. Or couples screaming and fighting at 3 am. Parking was easy, great location near restaurants and stores.

The pool was clean and in the morning it was heated the kids loved that part. We used the hot tub it was clean and enjoyable. Kids said they would of liked more coverage instead of the see through glass. Breakfast was amazing. The kids loved they were able to make there own walffle and egg sandwich. They had so many options and 6am to 10am. Room and bathroom was clean. Everything worked. Only "complaints" was the soap and lotion bottles were empty. And We were a little disappointed the outdoor "fire element" didn't work when we sat outside.

I asked twice for room service and they didn't service our room until I asked a second time.

Everything about the hotel was great except for one thing, the hot tub never got hot. The beds were comfortable enough, nice linens, clean rooms and helpful front desk staff. Again-only complaint was that my husband and father-in-law turned the hot tub on and waited for 30 minutes for it to never get hot.

The rooms were spacious. I loved the free parking and that breakfast was included. That is hard to find! We will be staying here again in the future. I loved that breakfast was served until 10 am. We didn't have to rush down. Checking out at 11 am is a plus! There is nothing that we did not like. Everything was great!

The AC was not working and no one came to fix it. I guess because it’s only 1 night stay so they didn’t bother to fix it

The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. The room was pretty standard though the cupboard doors were hanging off the hinges. The breakfast was standard fare but the fruits could have been more fresh.

Pool: It’s small but the kids had fun. Room: White linens, AC/heater worked, overall very clean and sanitary. NO BUGS!! Bathroom: Everything was clean and bright. No stains anywhere, the water pressure was good. They also provide complimentary shampoo+conditioner+body wash. Staff: They were very courteous and polite. Overall a good stay, considering the low cost. Nothing luxurious but has everything you need to have a safe and comfortable stay. We booked for Disneyland trip so we weren’t really there most of the day. Would and will book again, thank you!

Great stay and great staff. All were very accommodating to a mistake I had made with my reservations. Room was clean. Free parking which is hard to find nowadays. Parking spaces were fairly good even at night. Easy access to the freeway and a chevron across the street. About 15 minutes away from Disney - not bad at all! Pretty quiet area as well. We’ve started we’re on 2 occasions and will definitely continue to stay again in the future.

Very nice room and good buffet breakfast. However they only do room ever other day. No new sheets just towels and empty garabage ever other day. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t have any towels or anything done enemy though I called housekeeping to make sure there would be towels at least on the today. Got in late and NO towels. Called housekeeping and was told to pick them up myself! Poor service.

Stayed there with my family just for one night. The room was clean , plenty fresh towels, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was better than many free complimentary breakfast at other hotels I’ve had. Definitely stay there again. Thanks

I would stay again. It was clean and the breakfast was good. It was spring break so it was loud which wasn’t good for my infant. Didn’t get a chance to check out all amenities and the short interaction with staff was pleasant.

Worried about how clean the room is basic stuff wasn't clean. Hair on the walls of shower and toe nail clipping on floor in bathroom. Pillows and beds so bad and uncomfortable did not sleep at all.

The breakfast was good. Plenty to choose from. We needed an accessible shower room but was given a tub. Within 15mins of reporting I had a shower chair which we were able to utilize. Very accommodating.

Cons: small pool area, jacuzzi smelled bad and no communication during an emergency evacuation.

The WiFi didn’t work at all. Hot tub left you smelling like dirty feet. There was a fire and when we called front desk they said it was a false alarm. Once stepping out our room the hall was full of smoke and we ran downstairs. The guy that did all of the breakfast set up was AMAZING and very accommodating. The rooms were clean as well!

Overall great stay, rooms were clean and maintained, staff was quick to get me what I needed, good variety for breakfast every morning.

I was getting some herbal tea in the lobby, the hot water was very low, could only get half a cup from dispenser and I told the FD staff. Female staff came 5 minutes later with a cup of hot water, it was much appreciated.

I had a lot of issues. My door for the bathroom was broken. I told them they said they would fix it and they never did. Then I had the water turned off on me for 30 minutes. My hot water did not work for about 10 minutes this morning. The pool and the hot tub were not very clean

We could hear everything when people were talking next to our room @ 1130pm and it seemed as if there were having a construction on the room on above us.

Hot tub was not functional. Room was not cleaned even though it was planned to clean alternate days. Staff was also rude when requested late check out.

We loved the hot breakfast! But did wish they had more than sausage all 3 days we were there. Our room had an ant problem in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. We noticed the first day when my daughter left her empty applesauce pouch next to the sink and came back to them all enjoying a snack. Easy clean up and just kept food out of the room from that point on. Staff was decently friendly. Homeless guy was sleeping on the bench out back. But, Overall it was a pretty decent stay. I’d say 7/10

We enjoyed the spacious suite with a kitchenette. However our closet didn’t slide very well, the ground was a little dirty with crumbs upon arriving and it was a little noisy from other guests. We arrived late in the evening to our room so we didn’t comment on the lack of cleanliness in our room.

Hotel was an easy drive from a day at Knotts Berry Farm! The family suite was great for my family of 6 and the breakfast was a great addition before we drove home.

The noise, there was too much noise coming from upstairs room

Not a hotel to get a good nights rest. You can hear noises from the top floor, they got to the room like at midnight with kids who were running all over. The room next to us woke up at 5am, we heard their alarm. They also had two kids who were running around, crying and yelling for a whole hour until they finally left. I wish these rooms were more soundproof.

Everything was great definitely will come back to this hotel. Loved it .

I couldn’t sleep for more than 30 minutes. The room above me the kid kept crying till 1am and I called 3 times to the front desk complaining because the kid above was stomping and jumping up and down. I woke up to this once at midnight then again at 5am. It startled me, sounded like something heavy being dropped. I have stayed here many times without any problems before.

First off we were upgraded to a suite. That was our first surprise, next we were very impressed with the hotel in general. Our room was clean and very spacious, although the sofa was a bit frayed and tattered. The room was super clean, the layout was warm and inviting and the beds were so comfy’. Great gym, laundry and breakfast. Couldn’t ask for a nicer place.

The room was not what i expected, it didn’t have a separate sitting area like advertised, was smaller and had paper thin walls where I could hear the person in the next room talking and snoring.

The water running was brown, it was a decent room but pillows were small, the aircon was loud and it was hard to sleep and the noises from the pluming and fridge was hard to sleep through , the 2 day towel thing was a bit hard, wish we got more towels …. The breakfast on Saturday was amazing but Sunday was not enough we came a bit later but everyone was gone and they started to put things away even when they was 20 mins left which made it very hard ….

Front Desk Staff Was Nice And Super Helpful. My room was located on the first floor and was clean and ready to be used.

Everything was great for a quick overnight trip. Only thing that was negative was that the charging area by the beds wasn’t work for the USB cord or the regular outlets. I had To charge at a different outlet away from the bedside. Everyone was friendly and helpful with who i spoke with.

I was visiting the area for Knott's Berry Farm and the hotel was only about 10 minutes away and an easy drive! I had room 321, which was close to the elevator, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was upgraded from a standard 2 queen to one with a couch which was nice! Only negatives about room was the shower handle was a bit loose and some furniture was lightly damaged but was painted over. Otherwise everything was wonderful. You have to insert key card to have lights on to save electricity, a nice green initiative. My refrigerator was off on arrival however. After Knott's I returned around 9:30, and enjoyed the hot tub outside until it closed at 10pm. It was wonderful! The property was beautiful especially lobby and breakfast area! The breakfast was excellent and I loved the maple sliced sausage, like Kielbasa, by far the best I have had at any hotel! Plenty of items and friendly staff kept everything restocked! Lots of room to sit too and open 6am-10! I absolutely would stay here again and recommend to others, my room was a great value, and my stay was a wonderful experience!

This hotel is in a very good location. Very easy to get to Disneyland. The parking and amenities onsite were so awesome and most of all, it is well lit and extremely clean. Great place to stay. We will definitely be back and the price was very affordable.

The breakfast hours are great, this is the first hotel that has a four hour breakfast time. So convenient for all the families depending on their schedules, which doesn't make it crowded like some other hotels during their breakfast hours.

Liked - clean spacious room comfortable bed good amount of pillows, 4 large shower towels. Dark out curtains and cold AC. 10 minute drive to Knott’s 25 minutes to Disney parking lot. Hot breakfast options. Clean pool. Compliment Water coffee tea in lobby. Didn’t like - Room needed 1 more light slightly dark with all available lights on. Low shower pressure. Heard footsteps every time room above were walking around. Breakfast items were left to run out before replenishing and had to wait for most breakfast items. Long waits to get breakfast. Only one waffle machine for the whole hotel caused arguments between the hotel guests and staff. Parking spaces are tight nothing walkable around the hotel.

Staff was great! There was a large common area with plenty of seating and a good breakfast. I had a small issue with my hotel card key not working and staff helped out right away and followed up to ensure the issue was resolved. I would definitely stay again.

We were told to check in anytime after 3:00, but when we arrived we had to wait because the room was not ready. It was just about 4:00 when I asked if room was ready yet. I have never had to wait for a room to be ready. Especially when it was paid for in advance and we arrived about 25 minutes after check in time. Also we were told they had no early check in times. This room should have been ready to go, why was it not?

I wasn't happy with the fact that I had already picked a room before I arrived at the hotel, and when I arrived, my room was given away, and they gave me whatever room they wanted.

My one negative is that there are things seriously worn out and need to be replaced here. Desk in room had major chipped damage all over it, carpet was lifting in spots in the room, couch had seam tears and a bleach spot, lamp shades had broken spots, window blind was stained. The pool area was nice, but same story there. Wicker lounge chairs with big torn hole, cushions torn, etc. Overall, not bad for a quick overnight stay.

Our stay was an overall positive experience. The only "issue" we came across was the elevator smelled like cigarette when we arrived. We were afraid that our room and/or the rest of the hotel would smell that way too, but thankfully it did not. Free parking was definitely a plus, and it was anywhere between a 7-20 minute drive to Disneyland, depending on the morning traffic.

I use a wheelchair and had requested a room with a roll-in shower, but upon arrival on Tuesday evening, I was told none were available. The front desk agent was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room above the front desk, which was spacious and comfortable. However, starting at 9 p.m., there was constant loud banging from the room above. I called the front desk twice and was told the guests would be notified, but the noise continued throughout the night, and I was unable to sleep. The following night, I requested a different room. While this room was quiet, it had a very strong odor of old urine. Because it was late and I was exhausted, I did not request another change, but the smell made for another unpleasant night. Overall, my stay was not satisfactory and fell well below the standard I have come to expect from Hampton Inn. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I would like to continue staying at this location in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. It was so convenient that it was close to knotts. It had free parking free breakfast and the room is very clean. The only thing I would say is the staff wasnt two friendly they don’t greet you as you come and they just stare at you looking. But overall, the day was nice. The pool and Jacuzzi were beautiful.

I think its the best option in the area - clean, relatively new, free breakfast, and easy freeway access. We were there to see Biola and it was very convenient for that. There are many options for food just a short drive away.

Great stay this was our second time staying here great service we actually left a very expensive bracelet in our room I called the front desk cause we left and checked out already she was vey helpful took my number and told me she would call me back and she did in about an hour they found the bracelet we were so relief it’s nice to see there is still good people in the world!

The Hampton Inn was the perfect hotel for my family the rooms were big and spacious, the breakfast was awesome, you had everything that my grandkids eat. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous. Thank you. We would stay here again, no doubt.

This was an overall positive and typical Hampton stay. However, the breakfast did not meet the usual standard I’ve experienced at other locations. Additionally, the front desk did not have basic amenities such as a wine opener available, and the staff seemed to lack experience. While the stay itself was comfortable and enjoyable, I believe improvements could be made in both breakfast quality and staff training to enhance the guest experience.

Our stay was amazing! Very nice, newer hotel, very clean and smells good. Staff was all very nice! Enjoyed the pool, spa and fire pit! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Didn’t make it to breakfast. But will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

It was nice except for the jacuzzi. There was some type of chemical that made the water foamy and burned my skin and eyes. It seemed like maybe there was some type of biohazard in the hot tub and they just poured a bunch of chemicals in it instead of actually cleaning it and they didn’t warn or tell anyone and I got in and my partner turned it on and the foam started to rise and burn my skin and eyes. Both days I was there the jacuzzi was foamy and unable to use. I have a pool at home and specifically booked this property because of the hot tub access. They should have made a sign or told us about the chemicals and not to use it. Dangerous.

Hotel is ok!!! biggest issue we had was bathroom door/barn door did not shut all the way, very annoying when you have other guest.

It was a really nice area to stay at everyone was super nice. The beds were a little uncomfortable but they're not terrible. The water pressure was amazing.

Check-in was a breeze, facility was very nice and clean. The room was very clean and spacious. We absolutely loved the complimentary breakfast. The waffles were amazing and I was pleasantly surprised that the eggs had bacon in them. The kids loved it. I would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

Only 2 bottles of water can get at the beginning of reservation even in this hot summer. I have to take the trash out to throw outside all times since I found 2 mosquitoes on the first day of my stay in the room and the room cleaning is for 2 days. If you want each day, you need to request ahead.

Overall we had a great experience with wonderful amenities. The only negative thing I have to say is the bed was a little too firm for my comfort, otherwise wonderful stay and great staff.

The heated pool was amazing, we went in at 8 PM and it felt like swimming in bath water. Very close to Knott’s Berry Farm and the room was big enough for a family with 3 kids!!

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Breakfast was yummy. We brought our small pup and she was also very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only complaint is that the doors all seem to slam shut and the walls are thin, so we could hear doors closing all night long.

It’s was spacious and beautiful room

I had requested a certain room for the Elderly, but did NOT get what I specified upon booking the room. I was told by a staff member during CHECK-IN,that they CANNOT See certain request on their computers? WHY is this an issue? It is well appreciated when you are given what you've paid for in advance!

Everything was good except there was no bedding for the sofa bed. We did get it when we asked for it.

Everything was great with the exception of the paper thin walls. There is no insulation between floors and we could hear every step the person above us made.
