The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and roomy.

We chose this hotel because it was minutes from the airport and had a shuttle. What was absolutely fantastic was the staff - we asked for recommendations for food, advice about returning a rental, shuttle to the airport, where to see Niagara Falls the best - and the advice was great, clear and concise. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are flying in and out of Buffalo, and even if you want to see Niagara falls (we made a short detour there, less than 2 hours with plenty of time to sightsee), the hotel prices are much higher as you are near the falls, this hotel was reasonable and had a touch of class!

The airport shuttle was on time and great to work with. No delays or long wait times. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with many options, including hot and ready options. Clean and kind.

When my son and some of his teammates wanted to stay together during one of their tournaments Springhill Suites came through in a big way. They were sensitive to put them on the same floor and the breakfast was just what they needed to start the day off right before their games.

Rear entrance didn’t work. Room was located back there but had to continuously walk around to the front in order to gain entrance. Also, needed to book for 2 extra days but couldn’t be accommodated even though I asked them on the first day. I ended up going across the street to the SpringHill by Marriott for the last 2 days. My total stay in Buffalo was 9 days. I only spent a week there but the stay was stressful due to the door being broken and my dad’s funeral. I was very disappointed about having to switch hotels and no accommodations were even tried to keep us there. I just got “I’m sorry but that room is unavailable” I understand that but to not even try to accommodate us in another room or connecting rooms because of the children. Smh

My stay was absolutely perfect. I only stayed one night with an early morning departure the next day and the room was clean, comfortable, and well adorned. The breakfast in the morning was very good and I made my flight on time.

Great place to stay, it is about 50 min to an hour to get to Niagara Falls State Park New York side to see the Waterfall.

LOVED this location. The room layout is perfect! It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast options were plenty, including gluten free stuff. Close to many restaurants and stores but set back from the main road. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel, room was quite large and quite nice.

I rented a Jacuzzi room when I got there I found out that somebody bumped me and got the room which ruined my valentines. The room was constantly cold and never got hot. It was a fire drill. We all had to evacuate the building. I was told the property manager will call me. Nobody call me.

Heater in room was not working

The staff remembered us from our previous stay and were friendly. helpful and efficient. Our room was clean, quiet and safe. Parking area was well lit and safe. Breakfast was very good with a nice healthy variety. The shuttle driver Saturday morning was on time as scheduled. She is friendly, and a good safe driver, It was good to see the shuttle roof had apparently been repaired because it didn't leak this time, We could see water stains on the roof, but no leaks, Thank you!

The hotel and staff were excellent. Food was good. Shuttle driver was courteous and a good safe driver. The shuttle itself was horrible! We arrived on Oct 7 in the rain and EVERY seat in the shuttle was wet from a leaky roof!!! That’s a very bad reflection on your hotel. Trade it in!!!

Lobby area and exercise room where under construction

The hotel was conveniently located in an area with a good variety of restaurants. The room.was stellar, down comforter and soft pillows. The cleanliness as above and beyond. I stayed at several other places during this trip and none could compare. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is currently under exterior construction. This was felt in my room. In addition, the vehicles occupied a lot of parking. I arrived back late, had to park in the back, my key card would not work in door. Walked alone in the dark and hit by the sprinklers. Just keep in mind

We reserved a double bed room for 5 of us. Instead were given a King bed and were told we don't commit the room. Neither Expedia, nor hotel took the responsibility. No crib or extra mattress were peovided either.

Was charged full rate!

We were put on the floor where they were renovating. There was wet paint and drywall dust everywhere. Our kids had paint on their shoes from the carpet.

The curtains are to short in the room which allows cars from the parking lot that have lights to shine directly into the room making it hard to sleep

The rooms are spacious, which is nice. The thing I found super annoying is the bathroom being the center of the room, with a big glass sliding door - so there is not way for hte light from it not to flood the room. When traveling with a family this is a real pain. Also - all the bathroom floors have a slippery residue on them - even the accessable room. Also - the accessable room had a low toilet, there were bars next to it, but still, that low squat is worth noting for those who have hip or knee issues. The bathrooms floors are very slippry - even with shoes on. I would never go barefoot in them.

A front desk clerk here was one of the most unprofessional persons I have ever dealt with. It was so bad. I thought that she was gonna physically attack me. I was uncomfortable here the whole time. She argued with me in front of customers screaming at me across the room because she overheard me asking someone else for help who I thought could help me. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Marriott. And I am a Marriott Bonvoy customer. Most of them are very nice and very professional. I could not believe what I walked into on this particular night.

The hotel lobby smelled of strong perfume, chemicals from pool and cleaner. It was an instant headache. Terrible. Front desk wasn’t that helpful either.

Not a good experience. At breakfast many things weren’t refilled, even though there were hours left. Water jug was usually empty. Was charged daily by an error even though I pre-payed (they eventually fixed it after 3 phone calls).

Big rooms with comfortable beds and a walk in closet. Breakfast spread was great with lots of options to take a snack to go. For example, oatmeal, muffins and waffles in individualized packages. Parking free for the week when staying the night- perfect for a family that is flying out of Buffalo airport.

Very comfortable and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was okay, hot food was great but the breads and pastry was mediocre at best, milk was sour not rotating the inventory is the problem. I will return as the room and bed was very comfortable and staff very friendly but I will go elsewhere for breakfast. This is not the fault of the breakfast staff , the hotel manager needs to budget more for quality food amenities , I’m sure most customers wouldn’t mind paying a bit more on the room rate.

One drawback was the bathroom door emitting the brightness of the bathroom light if being used in the middle of the night. This hotel will be our go-to when we return when we visit our western New York relatives.

Very cold room at night. Heat would not come on. Breakfast was terrible. Runny eegs. Stale pastries. No hot chocolate. And way over prices. This hotel should never charge more than $119/night.

My overall stay was amazing. The only small minor minor downfall was I called for airport pickup roughly two weeks before my stay and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes at the airport. It was mentioned that it wasn’t place in the system after the receptionist confirmed with me initially. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend.

Our room was over the lobby and across from the elevators. It seemed like the hotel was pretty full but we never noticed any sound from the hallway or lobby. They did a good job with the sound insulation. Overall the place was very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool, I would stay here again.

I reserved a queen suite and checked in. But upon arrival they had no room for us that we booked. They called the sister hotel and took us there but when we got there they had a smaller room. We called back. They picked us up and we took the smaller room. So why give a room away when you reserve the room.

Ease to get to and nice and affordable to see Niagara Falls

Check-in was ok. Staff said hello, but not as welcoming as our stays at Marriott Bonvoy. Also, no clean towels at pool which was super convenient for the kids. Finally, when we first arrived and were unloading our car, a man kept mingering around, and then wanted to follow us into the hotel after using our key to unlock the outside door. Made the experience super uncomfortable, and didn't feel as safe as we have at other hotels.

I also enjoy the breakfast - so many choices! Highly recommend to stay in this hotel!
