Comfortable stay for a business trip

Woke up to prepare for a very important Business Meeting, to find that the Shower in my room was inoperative.

I’ve stayed at three of the other hotels on this island area near the airport and this was by far the best. Rooms were clean and quiet, the gym is spacious and open 24 hours, and they have Starbucks with à la carte breakfast options. Added bonus is the airport shuttle and friendly staff.

Never has a chance to eat as I left early morning but the accomodations were perfect for what we needed. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. It was late when we arrived and he took the time to tell us the kitchen was open for another hour if we were hungry. Room was clean and quiet. There was nothing that I didn't like as it was a one night stay and close to the airport. No complaints.

Very nice staff and lobby area. Rooms clean. Had trouble in daytime hours getting bask prompts and getting front desk when calling. Waiting for shuttle is a long wait if you “just miss it” 35 minutes. Multiple Courtyard buses require you to clarify your location with driver.

Would have appreciated a jacuzzi at the end of a long day of travel

Be careful, make sure that you read everything correctly. I wasn’t aware that there was parking charge and when I told the front person about it he told me you should have read and reviewed it on our website. He said that they had it on their website but I never got on their website to book it, it was second party. The front end people seemed like they didn’t care about their guests and were there for their pay check

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We were worried about the heavy doors closing near us in our first floor room, but it was not a problem. We wish the airport shuttle ran earlier, but I don’t think any hotels run them much before 5 AM. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food at the bistro was adequate but not overly tasty. We were very glad it was available, however!

The staff was great, but the facility and amenities were not. Constant issues with everything from accessing the building with broken key card readers to not being able to flush a single ply of TP

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, always willing to help. The facilities are well maintained, the food was very good, and everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend.

Lobby Check-in clerk was just rude with an attitude. Pretty upsetting after being on The road for so many hours. Had to pay for self parking $30 👎 no complimentary coffee for the morning. I’ve e stayed at much cheaper Hotel's with better services. Guess that’s San Francisco for you.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The receptionist was the nicest — super helpful, friendly, and answered all our questions. Wish we were staying longer.

Everything. From the moment you enter the bright, cheerful hotel lobby until you check out, you are comfortable, relaxed and well attended to. The room was spotless; the staff were friendly and accommodating and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The shuttle was clean and on time.

Clean, comfortable stay for the night before an early morning flight. Unfortunately, the shuttle to the airport only runs every 35 minutes and did not start in time for us to take it.

This hotel was perfect for our needs: a one-night stay with easy access to the airport after spending several days in the Bay Area. The lobby was open, sunny and inviting, and the desk agent was welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were exceptionally spacious and immaculately clean, and the in-room microwave, refrigerator and coffee-making area were added pluses. We enjoyed a light dinner and the relaxed atmosphere at The Bistro as we were traveling with a group which ranged in age from 3 to nearly 80. In all, our party reserved four rooms and everyone had a positive experience. Would definitely stay again.

It's been 5 days since and have not received a response form Hotel.com nor the Courtyard about my message/concern.

Otherwise the property is nice average and very nice.

Front desk staff were overly accommodating to our needs and very friendly.

Very nice property, nice staff and easy to get around!

The restaurant food was excellent and the hours for the restaurant was fantastic!! My son had surgery in the San Francisco area and having the restaurant to fulfill our meals after doctor appointments and surgery really reduced the stress of obtaining healthy meals.

It was a good clean place, quiet, and close to many area activities. I would have thought they would come in and make the bed, but I may have had my do not disturb sign out when they were cleaning that area of the floor. I would come back again.

The only negative would be the cost of food and drink.

It was a good room. The reason why I give it more poor reviews is because Expedia didn’t say that there was a 30.00 daily parking fee. Sucked big time.

Overall, stay served its purpose. The location was centrally located for my needs, to the airport and to downtown Burlingame. I wish the shuttle to the airport ran earlier due an early flight we had.

I also believe that $30 parking per day is too expensive. Clean facility, kind staff, nice rooms, close to airport, free shuttle to airport all a plus.

Great location! Loved walking over to Top Golf. Great and comfortable stay.

They offer transportation from the airport to the hotel, but the service is very poor. The shuttle runs only once every hour—or in our case, even less frequently. We had to wait a long time for it.

Close to Bay walk path.

On the other hand, it was not practical to walk to any stores in Burlingame. Moreover, the wind was constantly howling. I do not remember wind noise being a problem the last time I stayed at an SFO airport hotel.

Outstanding for the price, located close to a fancy place I "USE TO STAY AT" This is now my new spot for a lot less money. Only thing is there is no pool.

The water flow in the wash basin was too low and the hair dryer did not have cold air. Other than that it was very good

The front desk person was super polite with someone on the phone who ended up threatening to slap him if he was lying about the line at 9pm at the desk. I felt for him. The lady was super rude and kept saying I’m nice but I have limits and yelled at him for asking what I needed as we thought she was done. He kept saying that is something I the manager will have to help you with. They got me hot water and were super nice at the coffee stand too!

Staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The location is convenient to the airport and the center of town (Burlingame).

I was assigned an accessible room due to almost full which is fine for me but when I went to my room there were a few ants in the bathroom.. I did advise front desk and they said they would take care of it right away. Hotel bed is very comfy but if you have a really early morning flight, do not take the shuttle, almost missed my flight at 6am since shuttle starts at 445am. But all in all everything was ok 3 out of 5

Well, we only stayed one night to be near the airport, all was good. Shuttle was packed in the morning to go to the airport because he made 3 stops to pick up people. Hardly room for our luggage but other than that, no issues at all!

A weekend getaway to San Francisco because my husband and I had never been to SF before. Picked hotel because it was close to airport. Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and service.

This hotel was recently updated and the lobby and room felt clean and fresh. The small cafe adjacent to the lobby has a decent menu, good seating area, and friendly staff. However the shuttle service from the airport was really frustrating with the driver pulling in and out as we arrived without stopping for passengers and no shuttle for another hour even though the schedule showed pickup times every half hour. The phone number on the webpage for the schedule took you to a frustrating phone tree and when you did get a live person they appeared to be working from their home. They were barely engaged in the conversation with children screaming in the background and knew nothing about the shuttle busses. After an hour wait, we finally got to the hotel and let the front desk staff know of the issue which they clearly wanted nothing to do with except to say that we should have made a reservation for the shuttle which isn’t stated during the room reservation process. Too bad, as not sure we would risk staying at this location again if we had to rely on a shuttle service.

Newly renovated and great quiet location.

This was just an overnight stay because I had to take my wife and daughter to the airport the next morning. It was a nice looking hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

when we checked in - I had lost my purse - he seemed so unsure what to do. We had the other person offer theirs but they seemed like they didn't understand what we were asking. Had to spell it out. When checking out - the person handed us a folio with $30 of food/bar charges. We hadn't used either service. When I said this clearly isn't ours and perhaps the wrong room, the person just looked completely clueless and was like "well that's what it says." I had to ask her to check several times as I insisted we never even got near the bar nor ate anything in the hotel. She finally realized it was the wrong room. Obviously both worked out, but both seemed completely freaked out that something out of the norm happened, and the responses were not guest friendly. Would still return. Lovely place over all.

The heating/air conditioner fan is very loud and I was unable to turn it off and it would come on every 30 minutes for five minutes while trying to sleep.

A beautiful new hotel - the best in Burlingame. Clean, modern design, well-appointed rooms, great bathrooms, friendly & helpful front desk. Nice setting and accessible location.

The gentleman at the breakfast was so friendly and professional. I believe his name was Rene.We didn't know that they stopped serving breakfast at 10am and we arrived 5 minutes before that, and he was happy to serve us. He also said that he hoped to see us again soon. He knows how to make the guests feel welcome. thank you!

Good bed. Very pleasant room. Staff was responsive to request for a view. I requested a bathtub advertised on the website) but not available when we got there.

Our toilet made a very loud noise whenever we flushed it & also the shower door scraped along the bottom loudly when opening & closing it. Both need to be fixed
