Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its proximity to the airport and friendly staff, but criticized for outdated rooms and facilities, as well as inconsistent service. Some guests also reported issues with cleanliness and maintenance.
- Close to the airport
- Friendly staff
- Outdated rooms and facilities
- Inconsistent service and cleanliness issues

Enjoyed my stay there. Clean property and breakfast buffet was good
- 4/5
if there was a comp breakfast package l never knew about it or the shuttle until l went on Google. otherwise it was good
- 4/5
ok
- 4/5
The staff at the property are exceptionally nice and helpful. The property needs some urgent repairs and the internet never worked on the higher floors
- 1/5
Old hotel, service is terrible.
- 2/5
No Wifi in the rooms the entire time I was there. Old property that needs maintenance in many areas. Elevator sounded like it will fall apart any time. Lot of airport/ 101 traffic noise kept me up all night
- 2/5
Parking lot is in horrible condition, landscaping non existent. Room is very out-dated. Linens were real nice, that’s the one bright spot.
- 5/5
The shower handle was a bit tricky to figure out.
- 3/5
I said, "Okay, what's happening?" She replied, "Are you finished, Sir?" I was baffled because I was not being rude to her at all. She explained that for the last two nights, the Internet crashed and they are working on it. So only the lobby to the 2nd floor has service. So I can come down to the lobby to use the service. I asked her why wasn't that explained when I checked in. I could have been given a room on the 2bd floor. She said that my IHG gives my top floor access. Go figure. No apology was offered. I went downstairs and was placed in a room with many other guests using the room. No discount offered. Nothing. The shower and toilet bowl were very slow in water disposal. I was disappointed but left there without making a scene. Crowne Plaza SFO must be more courteous in situations like these as issues will happen from time to time I'm not being unreasonable.
- 3/5
However, as an international traveler, reliable internet access is essential for staying informed and connected. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi service was very poor in my room, and I was told I would need to go to a conference room to access a stronger signal. What was even more disappointing was the apparent lack of urgency in addressing the issue. I was also surprised to find that parking was an additional charge, yet there appeared to be little or no visible security presence in the parking area at any time during my stay. While the clean accommodations were a positive aspect of my experience, improvements in internet connectivity, customer responsiveness, and parking security would greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

- 2/5
Apart from the food all the staff are friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
Had a great stay. Only thing that needs improvement is the A/C, which gives off a very strong odor.
- 5/5
The staff were very kind and accomodating
- 5/5
The staff, each and every one of them were a pleasure to deal with. They accommodated 2 of my requests during check in and check out. It made my trip to San Francisco so much more fun.
- 4/5
It is an okay place, dated hotel, smells funky but the sheets were clean and the staff was nice. Close to the airport BUT Uber cost me $45 for a 3 mile ride just fyi
- 3/5
- 3/5
Great location but the pool/spa was not cleaned, hard to connect to wifi and our tv wasn't working.
- 2/5
After a long journey from Japan to China and then to San Francisco, I was really looking forward to resting at this hotel. Unfortunately, despite having paid for my stay two months in advance, I was asked to provide a $50 deposit at check-in. Right away, they charged me for both the two days plus the deposit, even though I had prepaid. The staff promised this would be corrected immediately, but when I asked again on Saturday, they said it would take two days to process. On top of that, the room was in awful condition: the curtains were stained, the carpet was dusty, the furniture was covered in dust, and the box mattress even had blood stains. Worse still, we woke up with bed bug bites all over. While the staff was surprised and we provided photos, the resolution was far too slow. I cannot recommend this hotel.”
- 3/5
There was this background smell on our floor and in the room like oil used in lanterns! I had some discomfort in my eyes. Putting the AC on to 66 degrees seemed to help slightly reduce the discomfort. I will not be booking this place again.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Great location, great value!
- 5/5
Great sevice
- 3/5
The hotel was acceptable but the room was very small, the toilet very very low to the floor and the bed was very small, it was listed as a Queen size but i think it was more like a double. Also charging $24 a night to park your car was ridicules after one night in a tiny room was $150+. The parking charge was never mentioned until you had booked in and paid the fees by credit card. Hotels.com usually does better than this!
- 4/5
Perfect for business travel
- 5/5
Enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel!
- 2.5/5
Noisy
- 5/5
My stay was overnight but the staff is great. I would stay again.
- 3/5
Staff wasn’t the nicest and at the end we didn’t like how they didn’t charge us until after we left which caused some issues. The lady at front desk had a major attitude.
- 5/5
First class stay here. Food at the restaurant was good but prices were high. Great stay overall!
- 4/5
Breakfast wasn’t great for the price but the room was clean and quiet and all of the staff were super friendly.
- 2.5/5
Toilet was clogged
- 3/5
Bad shower faucet, room cleaning had to be requested and wifi VERY slow. Stay there 15 20 times over past 20 years, next time a different place.

Nothing to brag about.

- 3.5/5
The price. The bed too small.
- 1/5
Staff there were terrible
- 5/5
Front desk were so helpful and a pleasure to check in with. Appreciate it.
- 5/5
Best Staff at any Hotel I’ve ever been to! I will be a Returning customers for sure!
- 1/5
The curtains were nasty. the parking lot asphalt was broken and is need to repair worthy of the hotel name.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, entrance and lobby are posh and fancy, great deal!
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and accommodating, gave me late checkout of 1:30pm.
- 1/5
Great bed and pillows. Freeway noise could be heard in room as a/c were individual per room and sound travelled thru ac. Elevator ls were cranky and noisy.
- 1/5
Sad to see such a well known brand be represented the way it is at this location. The elevators need to be serviced as they were going to floor all on their own which creates delays. The staff seemed uninterested in fixing this or acknowledging a safety concern for a 10 story building having elevator issues. Rooms are only cleaned by request and that doesn’t result in any price decrease for bypassing that. The restaurant has decent food but pushes the overpriced and underwhelming buffet. The prepaid breakfast is indeed cheaper but it doesn’t state that is the only option when purchased. Additionally, the restaurant was closed one more and getting any sort of refund was tedious. They removed a day of parking which was nice, although they told me when I checked in the parking lot is owned by different people so curious how that works out. And that gets to the parking. The parking lot needs refinishing and cars have been parked there for months without moving (I was there a few months back and reluctantly had to stay here again…I won’t make that mistake again). There is nowhere to park other than the $25 (or more) per night. I’m wondering how many other businesses get to charge a paying customer to arrive at their business and charge for staying. I know this isn’t unique to this hotel although they were unwilling to provide options or concessions to the price.
- 5/5
Nice place and good food at the restaurant.
- 5/5
Excellent price and value. Highly recommend
- 4/5
Great price and location near all the attractions
- 1/5
My room bad old the bathroom sink didn’t work and so is the toilet I took video to show the front desk clerk she’s didn’t do nothing about it I didn’t got no credit I lay down on my bed last night and I smell a bad smell all over the sheets like haven’t been change at all so next morning my whole body was itching and smelling I took a shower right away and change to new pjs I reported and all they said ok I’ll send the house keeper to give you clean sheets I will never stay there again I was going to stay extra day but what went though I went to stay in other hotel near buy the staff was ok not friendly at all what a terrible hotel. It was so old smelly, and dirty will never go there again I’m sorry.!😔
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful!
- 0.5/5
Bar The room was dirty The room was really small Drapes had stains on them The chair old and worn Pillows need to be a little firmer Bathroom was extremely little and no vent No good lighting to do make up No long mirror
- 4/5
A microwave in the room would have made my stay more enjoyable.
- 5/5
Bad bookkeeping on final bill and charge card attempts without contact
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable. The shower worked. It was not too far from the city no complaints.
- 4/5
Lack of towels at pool and snacks for purchase at front desk was a bit disappointing.
- 5/5
Hotel was good and comfy. Got a good deal on parking.
- 5/5

It was horrible. the elevator was unbearably loud. could not sleep at all It was horrible. the elevator was unbearably loud. could not sleep at all
- 5/5

- 5/5
I enjoy this place because it is right down the street from my place of work. I have a long commute and stay here frequently to avoid the commute (and crazy gas prices). If you have a pet, they are also welcome. Staff is friendly, helpful and I recommend this place as it is right near the airport, great & close shopping and restaurants in downtown Burlingame.
- 1/5
Horrible experience. Dirty rooms, no functioning pool, high prices for parking. Do not recommend
- 4/5
Friendly Front Desk Staff. Emily Always Greets Me Nicely At Check In.
- 1/5
Room was comfortable I was billed wrong. The front desk was clueless. It took days of calls to correct and finally I paid for the second room and my brother paid me back
- 3/5
The staff when we arrived wasn’t very nice. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. But the staff as we were checking out were great! The room was clean except there was a strange odor when we first walked in. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it said there was an indoor pool (I was staying with my kids) and the location. We went to check the pool out and it said out of service due to a boiler issue. The elevators are super wobbly and there’s signs posted in there stating that even though the permits that were posted in there were expired…. The elevators were up to code. There was also another sign in the elevator stating due to old mechanisms when going down from the 10th floor you had to hold the door close button and assist the doors to close before it starts going down. There was also a broken railing in the elevator when me and my kids got in and a maintenance guy who looked like he had no clue as to what he was doing… just holding the rail on the wall. The parking area in the back was not lit well which gave it kind of a creepy vibe and usually hotels besides the front door are key access but the back door to come into the hotel from the back lot wasn’t locked at all. I don’t think I’d book with this hotel again until they upgrade these issues
- 5/5
Clean, and service 100%
- 1/5
Everything is an extra charge and the AC was not working iether
- 5/5
Nice and affordable stay, thank you!
- 5/5
I was so happy with everything never the food was good. The staff was gonna be only a server. I don’t remember his name, but we went down to go buy some food. We wanted to take it upstairs and he was kind of rude. He was very rude they bother her everything we say to him and when he took our food, he just grabbed a bunch of bag and all the food on the tree that this is for all of you and walked away. I think that that was unprofessional. I don’t know if it was because we were taking it upstairs and we’re not gonna give him any tip but if you don’t, we’re gonna give him any tip no matter, we’re taking them upstairs and he was a little nicer towards us, but other than that, the staff in the front and all the other people that they’re amazing the place is beautiful. I recommended to everybody the server. I just don’t remember what his name is. We went like 5 o’clock at night on Saturday
- 4/5
Close to the airport, good price, simple enough to stay. Parking but expected in the area. The shower is a bit weak and can take a while to warm up if your first on the floor.
- 4/5
I would rate this as a two star hotel well it’s relatively clean and relatively maintained. There are some issues. For example our room had a big stain in the ceiling. Looks like maybe the bathroom upstairs was a problem at some point beds were comfortable furniture was worn.
- 4/5
Hotel slightly outdated but clean and we loved the location. Near the bay and their restaurant had a nice breakfast and the restaurant a block down was also delicious. We walked to the train and rode into SF for Giants FanFest which our kids enjoyed and saved us some parking fees in SF
- 5/5
Perfect hotel room for a quick stay before a flight! It was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, which was exactly what we needed. We especially appreciated that they are pet-friendly, allowing our dog to stay with us. Highly recommended!
- 4/5
Shuttle didn't start until 5 AM. Too late for a 6 AM flight.
- 2.5/5
It is very outdated
- 1.5/5
The bed and pillows were comfortable The hotel could be much much cleaner. Plumbing issues in my room and no microwave in the room is a downside to someone that was alone and had walking issues From a few months ago old surgery.
- 5/5
Great location for us. It literally took us 4 min to get to the airport the day we left. Hotel was quiet even with airport close. I liked using the bay trail right by the hotel.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok.
- 3/5
Rude front desk worker
- 5/5
I didn't eat the breakfast but the room was clean, the staff was nice and it was quiet, which is all I really needed
- 4/5
Website implies a FREE buffet. Its $25.
- 3/5
Older hotel, pricey for what it is.
- 3/5
The only good thing here was the breakfast. The first room they gave us smelled overwhelmingly of mold. They were friendly and accommodating and gave us a different room. That one smelled okay. There was a blood stain on the duvet in that room. The elevator shook and seemed like it was on its last leg. I would not stay here again.
- 3/5
The airport shuttle was supposed to run every 30 min, but did not come for more than 45 minutes. Only one person was dealing at the front desk, and it took long to complete check-in.
- 3/5
clean
- 3/5
Really — not even 1 bottle of water?!
- 5/5
Nothing
- 4/5
There is a free shuttle bus that caters to 3 hotels and takes you to San Francisco airport. From the airport you can get the bar train into San Francisco and then you have access to the city. The hotel seemed to be in a safe area. You can get an Uber into Burlingame and that has a lovely downtown.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, airport shuttle service a big plus.
- 5/5
Exceptional accommodations and service!
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly, the rooms and facilities were very clean when I used them. The hotel needs a bit of an update overall but it was good for the price. The free hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient and from the airport you can use the BART Train to access local attractions and the city
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Great hotel near the airport which was amazing. Staff are nice.
- 5/5
Double beds, not queen
- 4/5
Great location. Quiet , comfy beds. Nice staff.
- 2/5
The biggest issue was at reception — one of the front desk ladies was quite rude and not welcoming, which created a poor first impression. Customer service at check-in should feel friendly and helpful, but that was not our experience. Housekeeping and cleanliness also need improvement. The room had a noticeable bad smell, and the carpet did not appear clean. Overall cleaning standards were below what we expected from a hotel of this level. Breakfast was another disappointment, as the same items were served every day with very little variety. Additionally, no complimentary water was provided in the room. When I asked reception, I was told to purchase a small bottle from the vending machine for $3, which felt unreasonable for hotel guests. One positive point: the kitchen staff were excellent — polite, helpful, and hardworking. They were the highlight of our stay. Overall, the experience was average, and improvements in customer service, cleanliness, and guest amenities would make a big difference.
- 3/5
I have stayed at Crowne plaza over the past 4 years look at my history , this was the first time it was just average , I still consider it my go to when I visit maybe it was just going through changes. It was not as comfortable from room to settling in, I ate breakfast that was great ,but all others just average . Crowne Plaza is still my top pick will be back in June
- 4/5
They need to upgrade the bathroom with walking showers. For disability, people .
- 2/5
I had to pay for breakfast a 30 dollar expense no coffee in the lobby on weekends no microwave in the room had to go to the lobby to heat something up my last day two staff members entered my room with out knocking just a average stay
- 4/5
Clean room, location convenient, staff very nice.
- 2/5
Advertised free shuttle. Thats why i stayed there. The shuttle did not operate when i arrived and i had to uber which they did not reimburse me for False advertising
- 2/5
The room curtains are moldy. Molds iare health hazards. Carpets are beat up.
- 4/5
Hotel near airport a little rundown, but clean
- 4/5
At check in, we asked for room service every day (you have to ask for it) but even though we requested daily room service, they still didn't provide it on one of our three nights. They also kept leaving us only two towels even though there were 4 of us, so we had to keep requesting more towels. The breakfast is good, and if you add it on at check in, it is a good value. Parking is convenient.
- 5/5
Had A Few mishaps but all in all I enjoyed my stay here thank you.
- 5/5
Clean rooms ,friendly people, good service ,they have shuttle
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was great but the restaurant staff was horrible in the evening, the lady at breakfast was the exception. The hotel is ran down and no housekeeping so no clean towels and washcloths. I tried to get washclothes only to be told I would have to wait until the next morning and was given extra towels
- 5/5
Crowne is amazing! Office staff is so nice! I have stayed there three times in the past 5 months . I love the text feature to have housekeeping come in . It’s worth the stay :) the room I booked had a beautiful view
- 5/5
Great location
- 2/5
No idea
- 5/5
Don't know
- 5/5
The property is older, but seemed clean. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant had really good food. The employees were exceptionally nice.
- 5/5
We were in and out so fast we didn't get to kick back. The bed was amazing and the shower followed suit. The shuttle got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We've stayed here three times now and it will be our go to when going through San Francisco in the future.
- 1/5
Very disappointing stay. We asked for a crib and never received it, and the staff was not helpful at all. Would not recommend.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and check in was super easy I was early, however was able to get a room and rest.
- 1/5
Elevator keeps broken down every single day, staffs are rude
- 5/5
The facility was very adequate with the exception that they charge for parking. And breakfast was not complementary.
- 3/5
Cracked sink and chair with broken handle and smalll low toilet.
- 4/5
Understaffed
- 5/5
The urinal was very low
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Room was clean but dated. Bed was comfortable but outside noise was bad with traffic and 4am garbage pick up. Gym was good, pool is old. Good location for airport.
- 3/5
The process could definitely be improved. Shoutout to Richard who was very communicative, helpful, respectful during my check in process compared to the morning crew. I arrived early in the morning and the room wasn’t ready so I asked to store my luggage but wasn’t really a welcoming way or approach. I had business meetings all day, went back later at night and Richard was the best person! He made it feel welcoming and more like home after a long day. I appreciate you for all your hard work!
- 5/5
Easy check in & check out
- 5/5
Thank you
- 3/5
The AC unit had clicking noise and kept me up all night. Bathroom was not working so well. Toilet clogged and water pressure on showet was low.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet room for the stay.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay ! It was well kept and clean the only thing I side eyed were the elevators other then that everything was great
- 5/5
The hotel room was phenomenal clean room I would probably stay there multiple times
- 3/5
The room was Okay, staff was curtious
- 5/5
Love it
- 3/5
I put "Do not disturb" tag on the front door. However, staff nevertheless entered and replenished some Keurig coffee pods. Front desk staff were very nice and courteous.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
They shouldn’t have sold the room with that noise.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean room, good amendments.
- 3/5
staff very unfriendly; hotel dated; restaurant disgusting and overpriced
- 2/5
Staff: Nice, welcoming. But at this level, it can be experienced at any other hotels. Rooms (I booked 2): mattresses are clean, restrooms are clean. But lights in room are so dark, old lamps, old carpets. Amenities are all old-fashioned stuff, not renovated. The common area (walking isle between rooms) is also out-of-date, old telephones, dated wallpapers. Elevators were even worse: making lots of noise. The common area near the reception was leaking from the ceiling, so the staff put a big garbage bin to collect the water. To summarize, I've experience quite alot hotels in the IHG and this one was far from the good expectation.
- 3/5
Solid.
- 4/5
Add vending machine for snacks The Westbay restaurant is not good
- 1/5
First room I received smelt horribly of cigarettes, staff was rude and slow to answer accommodations, next night my room roof collapsed ruining clothes and toiletries with the debris from the ceiling. Staff was horrible to me and my party throughout this process. DO NOT COME HERE.
- 2/5
Shower systems on the 8th floor were faulty. When we contacted the front desk, woman told us to wait 20 minutes for the water to warm up. Moved us to the room next door after I said that was unacceptable. Water not much better in the second room.
- 2/5
2. Parking is $24 a night 3. Breakfast is not included in your room rate . 4. Front desk staff are not the friendliest 5. Rooms are small 6. Elevators are old and makes a loud banging noise when they close
- 3/5
Old hotel, unfriend front desk personal, they charge us 80 USD to gave us the room so we can take a shower
- 2/5
The staff was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The shower did not work. I only had a cold water. The phone did not work to contact the front desk or room service. There were no blankets. There were hairs on the bed. Room service ends really early. It wasn’t clear if the water and snacks on the counter were complementary or to be charged. I appreciated the ability to check out from my room on the TV.
- 5/5
From the start the lobby felt cleaned and smelled very clean love it going over to the rooms the were spacious and super comfortable I love it and would recommend
- 2/5
Lamp on desk didn't turned on . Lamps swiches was so dirty that I didn't want to touch them

- 4/5
We were in room 607 and there were tapping sounds in the middle of the night.
- 4/5
Great staff, room, airport shuttle.
- 3/5
Old hotel. Elevators off.
- 3/5
Room a but small, but fine amenities beyond that
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 2/5
Very outdated, elevators sounded like something from a horror movie, carpet was old and smelly in room, had to empty my own trash and had to request the room to be cleaned. Just overall old and dingy.
- 1/5
Tub would not drain when taking a shower. Since there were two of us, only one could shower in the morning. Since we needed to hurry and leave so early in the morning, I told desk on the way out about the tub. He asked if I called for someone to come fix it. Told him we couldn’t because we were leaving so fast. He didn’t say anything else after that. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed in his attitude!
- 5/5
the staff have excellent customer service and very courteous
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating, however our first room smelled like urine in the heater. Once upgraded for free the “better” room shower took a very long time to get warm- not hot. Acceptable but would try somewhere else before here again. Good location near some good food tho.
- 1/5
No ice, very weak wi-fi, no breakfast and extra charge $25/ day to park in the hotel parking lot. Added up to more than $200/ night, for the very basic room. Room service another 23%, with $2 for food delivery. Maybe bc closer to airport for conferences meetings.
- 3/5
Staff is not friendly. Amenities are getting dated. Overall, acceptable but would choose another hotel to stay next time.
- 5/5
Overall appearance of the room was good, clean, comfortable and well equipped. I was given a room on the 3rd floor with a significant downside, noise from the outside was a notable issue up until about midnight making it hard to fully enjoy my stay.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
So so hotel nice clean quite
- 5/5
The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind! We also enjoyed the INDOOR pool and hot tub!
- 3/5
Room was average.
- 2/5
Zero hot water in shower!
- 5/5
Room was clean and well appointed.

The people at the
- 3/5
They tried to charge me $440 for a 4 day stay when it should have been $304. (I paid $104 of the $440 stay ahead of time so I wasn’t very happy.) The shower water did not get very warm the whole time, and the restaurant in the hotel constantly had problems with their card machine, so it took too long to pay the first time I ate there. This hotel definitely needs work. The area around it is gorgeous but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
My daughter and I were guests on Jan 9, 10, 11 for a volleyball tournament. On Saturday when we returned to our hotel at 3pm, there was no parking. Mind you, I’m paying $25 a day to park. We drove around in circles for over 30 minutes, I was on the phone asking the front desk what to do, after saying nothing and just putting me on hold I was instructed to park in a red zone of double park in the loading dock. This is inanity. There was apparently a sports card thing happening so the parking lot was full of non paying guests. When we tried to leave we could not, because the line was around the building of cars that could not leave because they didn’t have a room key to raise the gate. Finally we parked . The next morning at 6 am I sent my daughter to take the first trip of luggage to the car. Every single door was locked. After not being able to get out to the parking lot she went to the lobby for help. The front desk told her it was still locked from the sports card show and that she needed to walk all the way around to the back of the building to access our vehicle . Cool, she’s 17 years old, it was dark. They did not care . The lady shrugged her shoulders and said “nothing I can do “ absolutely unsafe , and ridiculous . WE WILL NEVER BE BACK . NEVER

- 1/5
Overpriced and guests paying for parking is insane like a hidden resort fee in Vegas.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok. But they served the same food everyday!
- 2/5
Outdated
- 4/5
Hard to find hotel parking due to private events
- 4/5
Good value. Clean room.
- 3/5
There was drainage and plumbing problems in the entire hotel. Multiple rooms open drying out on multiple floors and then a homeless was sleeping on the floor outside my hotel door. Probably slept in the open room airing out the night before.
- 1/5
Parking was expensive. $24 USD And they deducted it from your deposit.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Little bit old
- 3/5
Airport side is noisy. Water leaked from room above inro my bathroom like 2am
- 3/5
The pool and hottub looked like a Legionairres nightmare. The room was small. There was no breakfast. It was in walking distance of downtown Burlingame.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!
- 2/5
The heating didn't work properly and they didn't fix it after I complained I was freezing. There were also hairs in the towels.
- 5/5
Good job

Enjoyed my stay

Staff was great

The room was very clean and the staff was courteous.
- 3/5
Did not have breakfast
- 4/5
Felt that there should be no charge for the overnight parking though.
- 4/5
Clean room, staff was helpful and friendly, okay amenities in the room
- 1/5
I didn’t even stay. I messaged a few days before to ask to change my reservation and didn’t hear back at all. Zero communication! I’ll never stay here
- 4/5
Absolutely needed a microwave in the room... Appreciated the refrigerator though.
- 5/5
The new TOP GOLF is nice and right around the corner.

- 1/5
Hotel itself was just basic. It had the most terrible parking lot, just very bad pavement. Also the fact you have to PAY $24 PER NIGHT. Definitely will never be staying here again.
- 3/5
Sound of jet all night through midnight
- 5/5
Perfect for a pre flight stop.
- 1/5
The customer service wasn't good
- 5/5
It’s an old building and parking lot probably need new pavement but for the convenience, location and price, it’s all worth it.
- 1/5
There is one member of the staff at the front desk who is polite ( This was my second stay at this hotel in three months ) The housekeeping staff is good and keep the room clean . The rooms are outdated and not renovated for ages . The breakfast is miserable and at $25 per head it is absolutely shocking . The food is un palatable . The only reason to stay at the hotel is the cheap price
- 5/5
Stayed for one night, room was clean, staff was nice
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean,safe, great service
- 3/5
They never cleaned the room. Had to pay for parking.
- 4/5
It is a good location even if it is a bit expenseive, good Ballroom, good Parking, and a good location to view Airport landing and takeoff in SFO.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
Clean room. Just remember that they will charge you additional parking fee around $25 per night.
- 5/5
Haven't slept yet, so far so good.
- 2/5
The bed was uncomfortable, dirty sheets, bathroom dirty, and pool has lots of chlorine.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
We stayed here with our 7 and 10 year old boys. They loved the pool at the rose and casa Blanca. The ocean is calm at here and they spent a lot of time playing in the waves. We went fishing and brought a Mahi Mahi back to the resort. One night we took half of the fish to Casa Blanca and they cooked it for us and the next night we took the other half to the Rose and they made it into Sushi, poke bowl, tacos and ceviche. It was amazing!! Our room was clean and we had a great stay.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and welcoming! I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.

Fabulous service. Great stay!
- 5/5
I liked the large grounds with plenty of room to roam, and having close access to the Bay Trail. I didn't try the restaurant, but hopefully next time. The room was clean and the clerks at the front desk were nice and pleasant.
- 3/5
Breakfast was pure grease, even the pastries were greasy. Dining room was nice but Breakfast was a 3
- 3/5
It was clean but there was nothing amazing about it. A little out dated. I think having to pay for parking as a guest is kind of ridiculous.
- 4/5
no
- 3/5
The restaurant menu was quite sad.
- 3/5
Its just a regular hotel.
- 3/5
To make matters worse, all but one of the elevators were down for a couple of days, leading to longer wait times; fortunately, we were only on the second floor. Despite these issues, the front desk staff provided outstanding service and deserves a five-star rating for their courtesy, politeness, and helpfulness in making things comfortable for the hotel guests.
- 5/5
Room was good.
- 3/5
The room was clean with updated USB ports for charging electronics. My complaints are the following. The Elevators were bizarre. The 2 days I was there the middle elevator was out of service, there were burnt out bulbs so you could not determine which floor you stopped at, the lights were white or yellow or none at all, one of the elevators only allowed upper floors to be accessed using the buttons on the right side of the elevator, one elevator had a loud and quick CLUNK when closing. The only good redeeming feature of the elevator was that they were fairly quick and I did not have to wait. My room was missing a knob to direct the water from the tap to the shower head and the hot/cold adjustment was busted. It just kept turning in circles. The good thing was that the water pressure was great in the shower and the tap. Breakfast was nothing compared to the Crowne Plaza hotels in Japan. At least the food appeared to be cooked fresh instead of just being warmed up. A hot chocolate option with the buffet breakfast would have been nice. I did like the English tea.
- 3/5
This is an older property that needs an update badly but "you get what you pay for" as the rates are lower than other hotels around. It was unacceptable that there was no free bottled water in the room for the first day of stay; we had to pay $5;00 a bottle from the check-in area.. The shower faucet needs fixing and the in house restaurant was average. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
- 5/5
Clean room with a view
- 2/5
Bed was hard. Worst was the airport shuttle. The contractor that provides shuttle services fails to even minimally train their drivers. Shuttle arrived on time, but incompetence of driver (no fault of his own)
- 5/5
The room was clean and the shuttle service was convenient.
- 3/5
I am having trouble trying to get my receipt
- 2/5
Room was good but two among three lifts did not work. No complementary breakfast. After paying overnight parking still day time they charge for parking. Overall it’s a ok hotel. For groups it’s ok but for family I don’t recommend.
- 2/5
My interaction with the reception staff, all three times - during check in, check out and while calling to enquire about the shuttle was very bad. The three different ladies were very rude to me. Since it was the first time that I stayed at theirproperty, I wanted to make sure that I had parked correctly and make sure that I don’t need to prepay for it, but
- 3/5
The room and staff were just fine so my only complaint is around the elevators. Two of the three elevators were out of order, and as we were leaving the only working elevator's doors wouldnt open without pressing the button. It was unfortunat
- 1/5
Very poor service
- 2/5
Room was great. I got the room for a red eye for my sister. My flight was at 7. We went to the bar to get a drink and waited for 15 minutes for a drink. I had a Coors light draft that was bad.My sister ordered a drink with cranberry and OJ. The bartender was gone 5 minutes to find the juice. I came down to catch the shuttle before the scheduled time. It never showed up. The front desk said it was at the other hotel and on its way . After speaking to a girl out front she said the shuttle had dropped her off from the airport minutes before I got there and was going to the other 2 hotels then to the airport. I ended up spending $20 for a rideshare.I was only there for 2 hours and was disappointed in the amenities that were provided.
- 4/5
Expensive parking $36 a day

Definitely a off the highway hotel

We checked in and had to wait awhile for the very slow elevator to make its rounds—this being the one functioning elevator out of three. Unfortunate, but no big deal. A bit past midnight, I took the stairs down to get some food I had ordered. I tried to take the elevator back up, but now the one remaining elevator had also stopped working. Went to ask where the stairs were, only to learn that there was no indoor staircase, and you can’t reenter the exterior stairwell. The doors to the two exterior stairwells AND the doors to each floor were all locked, and I guess no one had a key? So there was no way back up to my room, and I had no choice but to join the crowd of people also just sitting around, trapped and tired. I was told it would be about 20 minutes. I was stuck down there for two hours. Probably would’ve been longer. Only got back because I was walking around and happened to walk by one of the stairwells when someone was leaving, and the doors to most of the floors had been propped open. There was no communication from staff. No apology or compensation. I normally have great experiences with IHG properties, which just adds to my bewilderment. Why would you operate a hotel like this? Why have stairwells unenterable by guests? Knowing you do, how do you have three elevators ALL in terrible if not inoperable condition? Does this happen a lot? Staff seemed very nonplussed. How did they not have keys????
- 5/5
The staff was Amazing, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed

My wife had a 7 AM flight from SFO. It was the best thing ever for us to stay there and me and my three-year-old slept in while she took off on the Uber to the airport. We live an hour away, so this was the best decision to make, and the hotel was great.
- 4/5
The bar/restaurant evening crew are outstanding.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, The Crowne Plaza in Burlingame is sub optimal. At 3 AM, I woke up to a loud crashing noise. I thought someone was banging on my door, but it was actually the ceiling that caved in above the shower, exposing pipes and all the insides of the ceiling which fell into the bathtub! Do not stay here as it is a complete dump !
- 3/5
relatively clean but a little bit rundown especially the interiors of the room. But it was cheap. Staff were nice and no issue at check-in and check-out.
- 3/5
When I first got in the room, the toilet sit has a hair and the toilet bowl has a toilet paper so requested to clean the room the next day. Cleaner is by request. Shuttle takes forever. When I called the hotel I was advised that the driver is on break and will be available at 7PM. Been waiting at SFO airport for 45 mins so we end up sharing Uber with the couple also waiting for the Crowne Plaza shuttle bus. Outdated rooms. But the people there were nice.

Finishes and furniture are worn and in need of repair. Equipment in the gym needs maintenance. My requested housekeeing never occured.
- 5/5
It was good
- 4/5
All of the above
- 5/5
Everything was greag i am looking forward to stay there next time the only thing i didn't like was the housekeeper kept on knocking early knowing we had the do not disturb sign and she kept knocking and trying to open the door that day we was so tired we just didn't want to get bothered but everything else was really great
- 1/5
Not clean. Room smells moldy. There was trash at the entrance after a party.
- 2/5
Room was old. Bathroom is really small. Hotel needs to be remolded
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
Not supportive staff, elevator stopped working one day, phone service from room wasn’t working. Room services houses keeping was good though
- 1/5
Run down
- 1/5
I found the staff to be very rude. Our stay was unpleasant — there was no hot water, and the toilet was clogged. We had to call maintenance three times to fix the issues. I would never recommend this place to my friends or family.
- 1/5
Too dirty Definitely not coming back.
- 4/5
Good restaurant. Clean room, good airport shuttle service
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
They were great
- 4/5
Was fine for an overnight stay
- 2/5
Filthy everywhere. The place is not taken care of, curtains didn’t close well. Toilet is child size. Do not recommend at all.
- 4/5
The staffs are welcoming! The bathroom is a little outdated but the beds are very comfortable.
- 5/5
Nice. Good price.
- 3/5
Room was clean but had dampness odour. 1 out of 3 Elevators not working on 1st day. 2 out of 3 not working on 2nd day. 3 out of 3 elevators not working. Hadon day 3. From 10th floor luggage had 5o be carried down stairs. No room service.
- 3/5
Felt really dated inside. Room was clean. Washroom showed it's age. Used the Gym facilities and the equipment was dusty. But overall clean and safe place to stay
- 5/5
Easy check in.
- 5/5
Crown plaza rocks
- 4/5
*HOWEVER,* HOLY SH*T--the shuttle took FOREVER to get to the airport (evening arrival). Also, paid extra (11$) for breakfast--not worth it. Pretty disappointing, and less than what you'd get complimentary at a Hampton or Holiday Inn.
- 5/5
Clean room, secured
- 4/5
No breakfast
- 1/5
Never again!!! So sad how badly they’ve let this hotel get so rundown!! Moldy curtains and an elevator that wasn’t working. No emergency stairs to use. What a disaster
- 2/5
Hotel is old and needs updating. The staff was okay. For the money there are many better options.
- 1/5
Z
- 3/5
Breakfast in Saturday was only available in form of buffet, you couldn't order from.menu, and the elevators were all defective, without signs on the doors, causing people not know what was going on.
- 1/5
Staff was not friendly. Not one smile from any of them. On the day i arrived, two out of three elevators worked, the second day, 1 out of 3 elevators worked and on the last day, none of the elevators worked. My disabled uncle had to go down 4 flights of stairs. Mind you, there are 10 floors in this hotel. Terrible. Do not recommend. Will never stay here again.
- 1/5
Elevator is not working during our stay. We decided to stay at crown hotel for a couple of hours instead of waiting our lay over at the airport but it turn out disaster. we got stranded in the lobby for more than 2 hours and need to go back to the airport after a couple of hours.
- 2/5
Everything was right, but the beds were to solid and I get terrible sore in my back and i couldn't sleep 2 nights consecutively, and the elevators aren't working. That's why i give just 2 star.
- 1/5
Elevators didn’t work charging above average rate per night. I was on 6th floor asked for a discount at least they said no
- 1/5
The Hotel is falling apart. All 4 elevators were broken.
- 5/5
Nice room and efficient staff.
- 1/5
Elevator is not working ..late night check in it’s worst

- 1/5

- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff and a great nights sleep.
- 3/5
People would knock on door
- 5/5
Everything was as expected and acceptable.
- 5/5
I normally stay at the San Francisco airport international hotel, but because of a convention or other activities in the area, I was unable to book a room, so I stayed Ihg and was pleasantly surprised. That Business Center was very convenient, and as a handicap person, the handicap room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and even though it was a very busy weekend (the Hilton and the Marriotts were booked, the IHG had room for me, and I was even able to extend my stay, and even though they were short staffed, they were able to accommodate, pushing my wheelchair get, getting my meals, and accommodating my room requests. Excellent excellent service and a very kind staff.
- 5/5
Clean, stay went smoothly and close to all our destinations.
- 2/5
I was originally out in a room next to barking dogs. Next room had 1 or 4 light sources that worked. Shower head barely sputtering any water. Luckily was only there 1 night
- 3/5
room is old. curtain is dirty.
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 3/5
Disappointing to be at the Crowne Plaza and have them serve powdered coffee creamer in the lobby. I don’t eat breakfast so I wasn’t that interested in that but I think for name recognition hotel like Crowne Plaza. They should be the class act that they pretend they are. I should’ve stayed at a comfort Inn.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
An excellent stay at an excellent price.
- 3/5
Rooms were old looking and needed upgrade. Elevator was broken at the timd so we have to wait.time
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed was comfortable
- 2/5
It was alright. Though the elevators sound like a death trap. And there was no hot water for showers! Not even a little warm which was rough after traveling. I personally won’t stay there again.
- 2/5
Bed was comfortable,room was clean
- 4/5
Don't waste my time asking for feedback if you want a plug and not a review.
- 3/5
good
- 5/5
Hotel is good, got breakfast in the morning. I knew it was $25 but I just wanted to see how good it would be. For $25 the breakfast was average. Some hotels include something similar or better. I come to the area for business, next time i will skip the breakfast here.
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
clean room. decent breakfast. just what I was looking for.
- 4/5
Only one elevator was working
- 5/5
Easy walk across footbridge to Burlingame Village with lots of dining options. The best value and hotel in Burlingame.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 1/5
We had a bad experience once we pulled the bed covers back there was maybe blood stains on the top right corner of the sheets. They never offered a discount on our room stay just changed the sheets and that was it.
- 5/5
I liked that it was a clean room and had a great view. The gym, pool and hot tub were nice. It is a fancy place. However, 2 of 3 elevators were broken and this made getting to breakfast slow. The LARGE tv in the dining room was a plus. It is a short (10 minute) ride to SFO. It's a bit expensive. I missed the free breakfast too.
- 2/5
Room had water stains in the ceiling. Visible mold on the shower curtain. Gym was humid and hot; an employee said “Oh you have to call the desk and tell them you want to use it so they can turn the AC on”. Carpet in the hallways was coming up presenting a tripping hazard.
- 5/5
Super comfortable beds and helpful staff.
- 3/5
We were here for an event for our youth. Front desk agents were so busy and I can understand they were so stressed so not so welcoming.
- 5/5
The shuttle was there when I got downstairs. There are two other hotel stops, but it took less than 15 minutes to get to the airport.
- 5/5
Did not have breakfast
- 5/5
Great to hear from you
- 3/5
No breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room. Appropriate temperature.
- 5/5
Friendly staff , checking in is easy and fast
- 4/5
The shuttle was good and simple on time
- 4/5
The room was very clean and comfortable, but there is a very funny smell in the bathroom that is possibly related to the plumbing. I couldn’t figure it out, but it’s unpleasant.
- 3/5
Fair stay in a great location. Shuttle only runs every 35 minutes. Rooms are a bit dated and could be cleaner.
- 4/5
Good Rooms with greate view
- 5/5
Loved the amenities in my room. Lotion, hair products.
- 3/5
There's nothing really bad about this hotel, but it's a little tired. It's not quite the level that I was expecting for a Crown Plaza. I think it's just a heavily used facility, and it shows.
- 4/5
Staff Friendly. Clean rooms.
- 2/5
Parking is terrible, there aren't enough spaces for the number of rooms. If you arrive too late, you will have to park in the back lot, which isn't necessarily a big deal, except there is minimal lighting. Also, the website I booked through said parking was free, but in fact is $24/day. It’s a reasonable price for the Bay Area, but something to be aware of. Separately, and my biggest point of contention, plan to arrive for the hotel breakfast BEFORE 10am. Yes, the website and signs all say they seve breakfast until 10:30am, but my group and I arrived at 10:10 to find everything cleaned up and a surprised/abnoted wait staff. The woman who I'm guessing is the restaurant manager was curt, bordering on rude to both my party and the 2 other guests that arrived at the same time as us. We were told we could only have ONE thing because the kitchen was already closed, which also didn't make much sense, because room service was supposed to still be available as well. If this was a complimentary breakfast I wouldn't even mention it, but to pay $20 extra per person, on top of $170/night, the least they can do is leave out the spread for the breakfast window. The elevators are terrifying, but the rooms were quiet, and the water pressure was amazing.
- 5/5
The staff are excellent!!!
- 2/5
Every time I got into one of the two working elevators I felt like I was gambling with my life. I was on the 10th floor and had no choice, the elevators don't close completely and are filthy (see grime corners in the pictures). The carpet throughout the hotel is a hazzard with it buckling everywhere (See photos). Rooms are average, equal to a very cheap holiday inn. Basically you get what you pay for, it's cheap which is why I tried it, but next time I'll pay a few more dollars and get a place that's safe, clean and has a comfy bed. OHHHHH AND THE VERY FEW TV CHANNELS ARE HORRIBLE!
- 2/5
Dirty curtains, carpet, and hair on bedding. The floor was wet in one spot and you could feel the water up the wall. The carpet in the hallways was coming up causing ripples and a tripping hazard. Elevators sometimes worked and there were only two available for a 10 story hotel. Parking lot wasn’t “actually” secure, as anyone could push the button to come in and get a parking ticket, you only needed your key card to get out. Short staffed, called front desk several times over the three nights and never once did they answer. Had to go up to the front desk to ask for toilet paper. Staff was friendly and location was convenient, however, we won’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Hotel is average, im sure once it opened it was creme of the crop. Pool was okay, they have a hut tub. Room key never worked to get out of the sorting lot
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Everything on check in was fast and smooth.
- 3/5
The furniture in the room is
- 5/5
Very friendly staff
- 4/5
The sink in bathroom and tub/shower were sluggish to draintook forever to drain the water. The AC/heat unit couldn’t get the right temperature was too hot or too cold maybe the thermostat I don’t know.
- 3/5
One of elevator was broken during my stay which was annoying. The room they gave me was not clean, and I had to change to a different one. Overall not a good experience
- 4/5
Nice moderate hotel with semi-dated furnishings, but clean and super comfortable bed!
- 5/5
Some always available to answer questions
- 3/5
Staff was very kind. Air Conditioning and shower could be better.
- 3/5
Hotel is dated. Mattress very uncomfortable.
- 3/5
Have car park fee.
- 3/5
Didn’t not get the opportunity to see the gym but the room was well kept and was very quite and the climate was great not too hot or too cold perfect
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
For an older property, the rooms were clean, the food was good and it was inexpensive and convenient!
- 5/5
Nice bathroom
- 5/5
Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel located close to freeway and lots of dining within minutes. Also very close to the airport.
- 3/5
I would not stay here again unless absolutely necessary. Airport to hotel shuttle was about a 45 minute wait but that could be due to traffic. At check-in, the front desk did not explain any amenities. The room felt outdated; while the AC worked fine, the shower had strong pressure but drained poorly. At checkout, no staff were present to assist with adding my rewards number, and there was no option to purchase water or snacks. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
- 4/5
Front desk staff can be warm in greeting any guests.
- 2/5
Hotel was nice. The television wasn't working. I called the front desk no one ever showed up.
- 5/5
It was nice having pleasant conversation while checking in.
- 4/5
The only complaint I have is that there was only one person at the counter and a crazy rush came through. The counter person did a great Job of managing all of us, but he shouldn't have had to do that all by himself!
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Delayed flight brought 2am check in, while front desk systems were being updated yet he almost immediately gave us a room manually rather than make us wait. Very nice room
- 4/5
Convenient place to stay!
- 5/5
Place was fine. It's a quick stop place either heading to the city or heading back home. VERY convenient for SFO. Property is old and needs upgrades but fir one or two nights it's fine. Staff was GREAT
- 3/5
No microwave in room.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean and very convenient
- 5/5
Our room was ready upon arrival and was clean and the bed comfy. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed the cheeseburger/fries and chicken quesadilla and wine & beer.
- 4/5
Easy access to the airport. Great price for a quick trip. Close to top golf and some restaurants. Not too far from downtown with train station in walking distance. Rooms are clean with some signs of aging.
- 3/5
Price was pretty good. However, there was trash under the bed and the hotel was dated-so a good chance other things (rug, furniture etc) were dirty. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Very nice staff.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Rooms are fine if you're on a budget. Room was clean. The popcorn ceiling is kinda gross. Shower took a looong time to get warm. They didn't let me know that housekeeping is by request, but refilled my towels when I asked. The sheets are plasticy and not very comfortable. And the restaurant is insanely overpriced.
- 5/5
Had a great trip great hotel to stay at close and convient to everything great drive to the city and east access to the airport right next to top golf great hotel great service definitely will be back
- 4/5
The hotel was good for what we needed it for. It was quiet when we went to bed. The biggest plus was the shuttle to the airport
- 2/5
Not even close to photos. Old property. Everything is totally outdated. Could barely turn on the shower because of old worn out handle. Popcorn ceilings. Felt very dirty and not safe
- 4/5
Didn't use
- 3/5
It's an ok property if it's a layover for SFO
- 4/5
Nice staff. Very accommodating
- 5/5
Great place

It was just an overnight stay to get to early flight. I am disabled, and I reported that a car was illegally parked in the handicapped spot. I was told that car would be gone by morning. It should have been reported and fined. Or at least moved.

Nice staff. Reliable shuttle to airport. Good bed

We were booked for a king room but was given a queen bed ,request a refund for the difference

Good experience
- 4/5
The staff they have are courteous. However, they need more staff at the front desk. They have wayyyy too many tourists for only one person to man-handle the front. It’s not fair to the staff or guests waiting.
- 4/5
Food in the Only restaurant at the hotel a little expensive and I had to go to get the food during breakfast time.
- 5/5
Close to freeway. Convenient & great amenities . Enjoyed our stay. Highly Recommend 👍

Broken shower, caught drainage,”they gave us another room wasn’t clean and finally we got into another room, in between we lost all morning when we got to the breakfast an Asian server was very rude and said that breakfast was served until 10;30am , but the Chef a Philipino Heard the story and he prepaid a nice breakfast. On top of everything you paid a daily parking, overall few nice people and others bad bad experience, due to the delay we didn’t make it to a tour and they didn’t reimburse the tour money. BAD EXPERIENCE

The lady that covered the front desk was extremely rude and couldn’t answer anyone’s questions without an attitude.

This hotel is great I can’t wait to come back!
- 5/5
Checking easy, parking easy, restaurant food good, event food excellent, facility clean. Room very nice clan and quiet.
- 2/5
Coffee maker not working , no convenient store closed, there is no supply for coke zero or any snacks, room smells, elavator very scary the way it door closes
- 3/5
Room door broken #531, would not close properly. Shower pressure absolutely too low and not acceptable. Bed side electrical oulet totally broken, no outlets available to charge cell phones.
- 2/5
Original room was not clean. We had hairs and dirty spots on the bed. They moved us to another room, but the TV didn't even allow us to sign into applications or anything. It kept saying press menu button, but if you did nothing happened. Overall, property was ok, but elevators need some repair and TLC. Included breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular but definitely not terrible.
- 3/5
My experience was ok, I didn’t know they have parking fees. It was not that far from the airport, the staff was friendly and the room was ok.
- 3/5
It was fine. Expensive for what it was, it’s quite
- 3/5
Staff was great. Hotel and furnishings were tired
- 4/5
Front desk staff not very friendly.
- 2/5
We did not like the parking area. Seemed unsafe (needs more lighting), a lot of old cars that you can tell have been inoperable for a while plus the daily charge was ridiculous. The older man at the counter was unfriendly on our way out (last day) - not a people person. We will not select this hotel next time we are in town.

I had told the service desk the night before that we will stay until 1pm check out, that way we wont get bother. The next morning we had 3 knocks at the door 🚪 and woke me and my wife up. Terrible experience and we couldn't rest fully.

Pretty decent. I had a connecting room, and the idiot next door decided to try the lock around 3 AM (not the hotel's fault obviously). Very close to the bay. There's a neighborhood ballpark and community garden between the hotel and bay, and a paved path along the water. And only a couple of miles from the airport, and they have a free shuttle. Pretty nice.

Ok stay. Room on the small size. Comfy bed clean.

Recommendation for stay and enjoy part of sanfrancisco

Had a great experience. Even though it was for only 1 night, my room was really clean.bed was comfy, and staff was very sweet. Shuttle Driver was very nice too.
- 3/5
Tried to call for shuttle and was put on hold each time, we called A LOT at 12am in the cold. Called headquarters and the front desk didn’t same thing to headquarters. They said they would report him but I don’t know. Bottom line don’t rely on this particular front desk.

Fast check in. Clean room, silky sheets

Room.was dirty and hotel looked old

I would say that the quality of the hotel chain has declined over the years. I chose it because it was close to the airport, had a good rating and airport shuttle service. I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle while 2 shuttle services for Marriott, Doubletree and aLoft were at least 3x more frequent. I got to the hotel, there was a shoddy reception desk and limited staff. I was given the last room nearest the stairs on a low floor (which is typical for a woman traveling alone). The room was clean, ample towels, bedding was reasonable, AC worked, but no complementary water. I would give it a 7 out of 10. I won’t stay again however.
- 5/5
I stayed here for a one-night layover. Everything was clean, and the restaurant was decent enough for a quick meal. The shuttle to the airport was prompt. However, my only downside was the pickup at the airport. Nobody seemed to know when the shuttle would arrive, and I waited over 35 minutes for it, but it never came. I ended up taking a $35 Uber for just a mile and a half.
- 4/5
The hotel was old, the room was clean but very outdated. I stayed here for a night with my kids. There’s a lot of places to eat around the neighborhood. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. You have to pay for parking and it’s not cheap.

lack of parking near check in

Bad service

You can easily access Publix transportation. If you want to eat out, everything closes fairly early, after 830pm you may as well order on Uber eat.
- 4/5
Front desk female staff isn't friendly - no eye contact, doesn't offer essential information such as elevators, gym, etc. When asked about shuttles, I was just given a schedule without much explanation or pointing out where to wait.
- 3/5
The staff was very cold and not helpful at all. And they were so cheap with towels and cleaning room ,had to ask or schedule to have my room cleaned. And there is no shuttle service for an early flight.

West bay restaurant give my daughter cold fries and half dun bacon and for Me cold soup. The Philly cheese steak had a warmth to it. The Caesar salad was good and after he bring Me my 2nd bowl of soup it was hot and a good taste. Also, the fries were good and hot.

Good value and overall a nice place to stay. My dissatisfaction stemmed from having to wait 1:30 for the van pickup. Called after the first :30 and was told he was dropping off at 2 more hotels, had to get gas and would pick me up at the airport after that. As it’s only a 5 min drive I thought approximately 20 mins longer. After another 30, I called again and was told the driver was on his break! He wouldn’t be there for another 30 mins! He did show up after that and 5 mins later I was at the Hotel. There I saw the van schedule and saw that I had just missed his last pickup before his break. My frustration wasn’t with the driver, it was with the front desk staff whom I called. The lady was absolutely non-plussed at my frustration and didn’t even apologize. Just mumbled something about his schedule. She was very robotic anyhow without much of a customer oriented attitude. If I had been given good info in the first place I would have just Ubered it. During my wait I saw other hotel vans come and go 4 times! Because of my work, I stay near the airport many, many times per year and know the area well. I feel they should get another van or at least publish their pickup schedule on their website.

My stay was great, needed to be near the airport for work reasons, the shuttle was convenient, the property could use a refresh but was clean. The staff friendly and professional. Nice area.
- 5/5
The hotel is perfect for the price point – clean room, excellent location, all the amenities you need. Excellent service!
- 3/5
Things outside were not in good repair. Damaged support walls near front door. Hardly any of the outside bushes and trees were taken care of. The bathroom in our room had mold and damaged areas on the walls. The shower water was very slow in coming out. I witnessed another customer complaining about her room. Not a pleasant experience. We will not stay at this location again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to airport, reasonable rates.

Its an older hotel. The elevators need some TLC. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you want your room cleaned you need to submit a request. I removed my dirty linen from the room and placed outside the door only to cone back to my room with no bedding. They front desk clerk moved me to another room down the hall which was great.

- Very dirty and not cleaned bathtub upon check in, had to pack up again after realizing at 10:30 at night and changing the room due to no available housekeeping - Very confusing and wrongly signed cold/ hot faucet in the bathtub - Poor service at breakfast time, only 2 breakfast coupons for 3 people - Too far from San Francisco and the tourists attractions - Located outside the Way Mo service and had to walk about 10 minutes from Way Mo dropping off location to the hotel
