    This is a an abomination. The hairdryer room didn’t work, and the desk could not seem to find one for us. There was junk dirt and filth in every single corner of the room. The bathroom has peeling paint. The shower curtain rod was falling off. Check-in was a relative who was about 14 years old and did not know what to do and it took us 40 minutes to get into our room. Do not stay here unless you want to catch a disease.

    Good the lady at the front desk deserves a raise! She was very nice. The Hotel is clean! The people and guests were very nice. I hate pot and it was strong in the halls but the room didn’t smell like it. The cleaning people were very nice also. The money was half off what other hotels were charging and it was a good stay. Everything in the room worked properly.

    The hotel had mold in the rooms and in the hallways of the hotel. The sheets look like they wash them after maybe 2 or more stays. The beds were small. The hotel smelled weird. The hotel doors that are operated by the room keys was broke so anybody could have entered the e hotel who wasn’t staying there. The free breakfast was offered to the construction crew working in the area, so they weren’t even guess there and they were getting breakfast before the actual guest staying at the hotel. The linen was just dirty looking.

    The hallway smells. Some of the staff need to go on training especially the front desk staff. I cannot imagine a worker sitting in a vehicle operating her cell phone, and watching customers wondering or looking for someone to help them. That kind of mind set does not help a business to grow. Of course with that kind of treatment, I am not coming back to that hotel neither will I recommend it for any one. Lack of kind word, so disrespectful. I almost recorded the scene with intent of sending it to the upper management, it was grossly below standard.

    The room appears clean but smells horribly like moth balls. The heating unit on the wall has no buttons. It blinks and refers to a wall thermostat but there is none so we can’t adjust the temperature of the room. The TV remote has 1 battery and requires 2. The bedding has been washed, but has darker stains on the white bed sheets. Thankfully, we will be leaving very early in the morning.

    This property was so filthy that I could not stay even one night. The stinch of Marijuana was overbearing upon walking in the hallway. The carpet was the most filthy, stinky and stained I have ever seen. The room had holes in the wall and the comforter had stains all over it.

    Terrible hotel. Reeks of cigarettes in all hallways and in room. Cigarette burns in bedding, furniture, and curtains. Baseboard was falling off, hole in wall patched with duct tape, outlet was coming out of the wall, shower diverter was broken, room just looked and felt unsanitary. Many loiterers outside. Staff was somewhat friendly and I didnt see any bugs were the only upside and thoae are really the very bare minimum. I know its cheap but spend the extra $10-20 a night to stay somewhere else and you will be much happier.

    This property was awful. My pillowcases were dirty! (I wrapped my coat around the pillow to sleep). I inly stayed because it was 3AM, prepaid and I had been driving non-stop for 40 hours. I had no choice that night but will never stay there again. It was disgusting.

    This has been a ok time but could be better with the conditions and the service because the majority of the people that work here don't speak English and don't understand the customers. Also some of the things don't work or are broken and some people things have been taken out their rooms. There also are a lot of scammers in the area that prey on the hotels in the area due to people being desperate for places to stay. I hope the prices of living and the quality of of living gets better!!!

    I’m not one to leave and look for another hotel, but we had no choice. The entire motel smells of weed, the rooms are really run down, the people working there are not so cordial. But what really made us leave was the feeling of insecurity. The people living there looked scary and to top it off there was always police presence. They have a uniformed police officer there at all times. For a family staying with two small children, it was a scary experience. Maybe the hotel is trying their best, but I know I would never stay there again with my family.

    The smell of smoke in the lobby was terrible. I was extremely inconvenienced because there was no tap to pay. I got up to the room and I could barely open the door. The room was a dump with stains on the sheets and dirt on the floor. The room reeked of smoke. I immediately went back down to the lobby and asked for a refund. She would not approve it. I then left and had to go find another hotel. It was a horrible experience. Terrible location, terrible hotel, terrible experience. I’ll never use hotels.com again, and I’ll never stay at a quality inn or choice hotels property again. Hilton has my business from this moment forward.

    Kind of smelled like smoke a bit (but not really that much of an issue). One of the elevators was on its last leg. My keycard stopped working halfway through my stay for some reason and it took a while to get it fixed because there was nobody present at the front desk for a bit. My room was decent. The bed was great. The shower curtain was falling apart, but the shower itself and the rest of the bathroom was in great shape. The AC worked beautifully, and there weren’t any other issues with the room itself. I loved the location of the hotel because it was really close to a metro stop, very convenient for me.

    Upon arrival at the property there was a distinct musty smell. We dismissed that hoping that things would be better once in the room. They WERE NOT! The paint in the bathhouse was peeling and the shooter curtain was dirty as was the duvet cover. We had to purchase it own pillows bc despite having a king sized bed we were given 4 throw sized pillows with the cases tucked to fit. We decided to stick it out for the night and then find somewhere else the next day. We reached out to Expedia who attempted to call the property which didn't respond. Breakfast was closed an hour before it was supposed to. When a check out really the staff was extremely dismissive of my concern. I do not plan to stay at another choice property as a result!

    Moved back to 152, where the AC worked, room had holes in walls, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, toilet wouldn’t fill with water, had to continually add water with ice bucket to tank. Will never stay again, doing a 2 week road trip & this was by far the worst hotel. I rarely do hotel reviews, but this one was bad. If renting, do a thorough check to make sure everything works. Did have breakfast, waffle station, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, juice/coffee, which was decent & ice machine worked.

    The room was disgusting! There was dirt/food all over the floor in front of the refrigerator. The bed sham had brown gooey stuff that has ran down onto the floor. The walk way to our room had a heavy smell of marijuana. We instantly decided not to stay there, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and wanted to put us in a different room but we stated we wanted a refund.     I ordered a non smoking room, only to get there and find out that people have been smoking in rooms and hall way. Smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. To make matter worse, the windows are sealed. Does not open and no ventilation. I had the worst experience.

    I didn't like it at all. The room had a cigarette lighter and a liquor bottle cap from the previous occupants left behind and the air didn't work. It was hot. I had driven all day and was extremely tired. I called down stairs with in five minutes of my arrival and was put on hold, then the call was disconnected. When I called back no answer.

    Room 343's toilet was missing the nut on the back of the flush handle, and you have to remove the tank lid to raise the flapper. There were scribbles on the floor from a kid playing with a magic marker that was not cleaned up. They have 4 half pillows on the bed that made it uncomfortable to sleep. Your head was in a valley when you turned over. The "Beakfast" was more or less continental. There was the typical waffle maker, but no eggs or meat. The only cereal was instant oatmeal packs, one apple, bagels, mini-muffins, coffee, tea, and juices. There was constant traffic noise all day and night at the front of the hotel.

    I needed a quick room for the night and my budget was stretched a bit thin so I went for this. The pictures do TOO much justice to this property. The good: The room, itself was clean. The staff that I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The bad: I did not feel safe on the hotel property. There were also some shady characters hanging out in the hallway, and it appeared that there were quite a few people who actually lived in the hotel--I parked where I could see my car from my hotel room and stayed in my room with every lock on the door bolted.

    This by far was the worse hotel stay ever. Not clean. Front desk was rude. Refrigerator in room was raggity. Front desk never and I mean never answers the phone. Wifi doesn’t work. Beds were broken down and rails sticking out from bottom into pathway. Elevator smelled like urine. Hallway floors were always wet and sticky and smelled of mildew. Strange characters walking around hotel grounds and inside. Front desk employee just sleeps all night and never attentive. Rooms smelled of old wet wood and mildew. If I could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. Horrible stay. In fact it was so horrible I left a day from my reservation and didn’t even get mad when they said I couldn’t get my money back. It was expected. Do yourself a favor and never stay here. You’ve been warned. Any site should be ashamed of themselves for even posting this hotel on their site. I don’t even know if you could even label this a hotel. It’s more like a homeless shelter you have to pay for. Stay away!!! Far away from this place!!

    The rooms were extremely dirty. There was hair on bedsheets and floors. The bedsheets had stains and we found cockroaches and other bugs crawling as well. The microwave didn’t work in one of the rooms and fridge didn’t work in the other room. Toilet in one of the room clogged the next morning as well. It is not worth the price and should be out of business.

    Hotel needs renovation; the room was dirty, no remote for the TV, towels were dirty and the elevator felt unsafe. Overall very poor condition.

    Service. Had to do key exchange twice and by the tine I got to breakfast they were out of hot water and tea. Breakfast offerings very limited.

    The floors in the room were dirty, the bed linen had stains on them, the walls in the room had plaster that was cracked and missing, the bathroom tub look unclean. The whole room just looked unclean. It was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. I didn't check the reviews for the hotel before I booked it but from now on any hotel I booked I will check reviews first. This Quality Inn was a DUMP!!

    My stay was great I had a wonderful time as always I just hate them high ass prices I think they should offer something such as a discount perhaps to those whom frequently visit they property like I do as a thank you to us they just grab our money put us where ever they want us to be and than have these hiddens fees and stuff not just here but in general. Again I likes dis spot but please consider my suggestion which y'all probably won't but since u asked 4 my feedback this is it.

    There were too many ladies of the night breeching the property. They would run pass tou when you scanned with the key. We felt quite unsafe.
