Tyler was awesome and made me feel welcome. I noticed it smelled really good when I entered the lobby. Everything was clean as expected. The location is perfect, quiet, and safe. My children and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was also really good. They had so many options, and the staff in the restaurant were friendly. I’d absolutely stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like was that I requested my burger to be well-done, and it was pink all over on the inside. I didn’t eat it and was sad because I was very hungry, and the restaurant was closing.

Yes, only ate breakfast once but it was good! Hot tub was great! Had issues with the shower late at night but it was remedied quickly! Definitely stay again!!

Staff was nice, check in was quick I called the night before when I was booking to see if the pool and hot tub were working they said yes. We booked and when we got there the pool wasn’t working the front desk said it had been down for days. The site said breakfast was included. It most definitely wasn’t we had to pay 14& per person and the breakfast was cold and eggs were old and crusty when we told them the girl said oh sorry. Never once replaced things on the breakfast buffet or offered a discount. This by far is the worker holiday inn I’ve stayed at and we stay at them often. invlu

We paid for a portion of the room at the time of booking and there was a balance due at check in plus deposit in case of charges, etc. A few days after check out we noticed deposit back on card was not correct. Called hotel and was told were were charged for entire stay and restaurant charges made to our room. We only ate breakfast and had pre purchased tickets for that. Told to call and talk to manager tomorrow.

Nothing at all People at the front desk were rude and dry. I asked a question and it seemed like I was bothering him. The elevator was broken. Had to walk upstairs. Breakfast was cold. Someone left the T.V on all night next door, didn't sleep at all. Definitely its not a 140 dollar room or stay. If I could give it a big fat 0, I would.

Appreciate the clean room & hotel. Medium Mattress firmness. Always friendly staff. Safe & plenty parking spaces right in front of Hotel. 2blocks east from Hotel, walking distance without much traffic, Chipotle/ burger place/ noodle company/ poke bowls right next to each other. Across from Hotel is a Nature grocery. 1block from Hotel maverick gas station. Minutes driving time to I-25. Upper floor west side you get Mountain View’s :) Breakfast is not included but available, extra $. This hotel has a bar & burger place. We always stay in this Hotel as it’s super clean, quiet and safe area. You are somewhat aware of small airplanes flying close by to the Centennial airport if you’re on the east side rooms of Hotel, not bad at all. Thank you for another restful stay.

Maverick Gas station one block down & minutes drive to I-25. It doesn’t include breakfast which is not a big deal for us, we rather stay here as it’s quiet, safe & superclean. Comfy bed’s - not too hard or soft, just right. Thank you for another restful stay!

The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. The bar/restaurant was ok. The fries were delicious. The burger was not what i ordered but i was too tired and in a rush so i just ate what was given to me.

Property is so clean, big and comfy room. Staffs are very helpful. I checked in midnight due to delayed flight and I requested if I can do late check out so i can still take a nap after my interview that time which is 8am coz i was exhausted from a trip. Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are spacious. Hotel is very clean. Lobby is spacious and comfortable. We stayed at the hotel with extended family and sat in the lobby both nights visiting and had dinner delivered after the kids were done swimming. Nice size hot tub and pool.

The pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were comfortable. It was quiet. The price was better than a majority of the area hotels. Breakfast is made to order and only free to 12 & under. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. The workout room was out of order but we hadn’t planned on using it. Top golf was nearby. Free coffee in the lobby with flavored creamers. Good assortment of snack foods/ microwave items for sale. Two elevators ran smoothly. The woman that greeted us and did the check in process was super friendly and made the process quick and simple.

Wade at the desk during check-in set the tone for our stay. He was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a place to eat and he obviously suggested Burger Theory. I was a bit skeptical, but I am glad that we took him up on his suggestion. The burger was fantastic and our server, Steven, was the ultimate host. Thanks for a memorable stay gentlemen!

While the bathroom was large the toilet area was jammed into a small space. And that was not an ADA approved toilet. The room was a good size but the bed took up a lot of room leaving a very narrow space for a wheelchair to pass. And the bed was very high. I could not sit on it. I had to lean against the mattress and fall back while my husband lifted my legs. I’m sure an abe bodied person would have been very comfortable but I would tell any disabled person to stay in a different hotel.

Great stay, beautiful area. Room clean and sunny. Closet and clothes smelled bad of cigarette smoke. Food services seemed lacking so walked to local restaurants. Overhead planes were not that noticeable.

Our room was okay, but dated. Nice lobby area and restaurant, but our morning breakfast cost $11 each per day, but the breakfast buffet was lacking a lot of amenities found in many other hotels at no extra charge. No Waffle maker, no biscuits and gravy. It has a nice bar and happy hour 4-6pm. Really liked the bartender. Nice guy with great disposition.

Staff were great, but we booked this place for the pool and hot tub to take my Nebraska boys there for Spring Break.6 night stay. Hot tub was closed for the first 2 nights (the only 2 nights my friend friend Grand Junction was staying in her own room there too), then the pool was closed the 3rd day. Also on this day, a truck crashed into the patio just outside the hot tub, coming to rest inches from the glass patio door into the area. This happened JUST prior to me and my boys coming down to sit in the hot tub. I went to my car, came, back in and cops were pulling up and there was a huge commotion. Very scary, and no one's fault at the hotel.A housekeeper was extremely shaken up, as I understood, she had her hand on the door to go out when this happened. Long story short(ish), I did not feel safe there any longer, and the pool and hot tub were clearly closed indefinitely. The staff let me cancel my last 3 days, thankfully, but did not offer any compensation for the 3 lame and frightening days we did stay.

One unfortunate thing was the smell of Marijuana like excessively. Otherwise it was great!

It was an okay stay. Defined not worth the price. Almost $300 for one night and it wasn’t super clean nor was it in very good condition. As well as I paid extra for a high floor and their high floor was on renovation

It’s perfectly positioned off the main road and it’s also near the flight path of the airport. I love hearing the aircraft overhead because it is not loud. The hotel has an aviation theme. The staff is by far the best I have encountered.

Nice spacious rooms! Comfy bed! Refrig in room! Friendly staff/quick ckin! Did not like their breakfast-order from menu-food cold- small portions-but free! Used 2 having yummy waffle makers/or pancake machine and hot eggs & yogurt/pastries! They might b changing over in 2025-hope so! Parking safe & free!!

The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the Cory was having problems at check in and all of the water was brown. You pups bath or use water for eating/drinking. I know the hotel couldn’t control that and did the best they could with it. All of the staff was friendly and nice.

I really enjoyed the breakfast included with my stay for another $15 dollars buy too bad it didnt completely cover my breakdfast it did howrver cover my wifes malted waffles which got two thumbs up in quality and taste but my steak and eggs just wasnt covered with the coupon only complaint but it was still a great service alongsidethe free three beverages that wete also included with the stay all in all e cellent services provided by all staff and housekeeping everyone got 5 stars from m e thanks again to all employees of this hotel yall were great at what you dothanks for the wonderful stay i will definitely be staying here again soon!!

Room was refreshed every day, restaurant on site was a nice bonus, staff was pleasant. Location was great for places I wanted to go, but the view pretty much non-existent. Again, out of the hotel's current control. All in all, a good stay for my purposes and I would stay here again.

The breakfast was good and the waitress was great. We travel to Denver frequently and stay in the tech center area. This was one of the nicest I have stayed at in the tech center area.

This place is one of the best Holiday Inn's that I have ever stayed at. The lady that checked me in was so helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was professional and friendly.

No towel racks to hang towels to dry. All bathroom lights on one switch and no fan on bathroom desk was in the bedroom of the suite negating the idea that one could work in the living room kitchen breakfast bar area while their partner slept in the bedroom. Poor design.
