I absolutely enjoyed my stay. It was clean and the rooms were stocked with supplies. The set up was very nice and I was so happy with the kitchen. I would definitely come back here when I travel to Colorado.

Its a nice place to stay if you're working long term or on vacation. The staff are really nice and very accommodating, checked in and that night the elevator went down, i was on the 4th floor. They call the repair guy, he came fixed it, it went down again. Long story short, i asked for a room transfer to the 1st floor and they were very accommodating, got a first floor apt. and i am now going on my 3rd week here and going to extend again for idk how long. I reserved it for a month and they let me pay weekly since i could fly out at anytime. Definitely will stay here again if i ever come back to the Denver area to work. I would give it 5 stars but they dont have a pool, lol. Great place, definitely recommend!!!

Clean, spacious, comfortable

Great place, location, staff, and rooms. Its clean, affordable, quiet, spacious, has a well supplied kitchen, and room has a washer and dryer with supplies. The only negative was the small bed pillows. Highly recommend.

Straight trash, stayed there for a whole week unfortunately having a little bit of card problems you know make too much money spend too much money in a new city and they block it Inconsiderate **** were cure don't waste your time They literally had to make up something that we couldn't stay there again and just said we couldn't book single nights any longer. They'll get their karma but you shouldn't have to deal with it either

Everything was excellent

This is an amazing hotel to stay at if you are looking for an apartment-like experience. I stayed with my family; kids in one room, husband and I in another. It was perfect. I would take this over an Airbnb any day.

Room was clean. Enjoyed they layout. Enjoyed that it had dishes as well very convient. Only negative tjing is people above us made noise from 12am-4am . Let the staff know about the situation. Very great stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and we got a great price. Fancy coffee machine in the lobby was a plus. We would stay there again.

Staff is always great. I overslept by a few hoirs and didn't checkout until almost 4 oclock! The staff was persistent but also very lenient and they understood. I have stayed over 10 nights at different times. Everystaff member has always been very respectful

The stay was great, the rooms are spacious with a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable. They have one two and three bedroom. It is also a residential apartment complex so if you get room 1102 you'll want to move because they're up 5:30am and then till 11:30 at night stomping around, you won't be sleeping. Front desk took care of it right away and moved us to another apartment that had no residence above.

The gentleman staffing the front desk the evening of Thursday 10/16/25 was excellent. I had a very difficult travel situation, and had to change plans multiple times. Despite this he remained accessible, empathetic, and flexible. He represented the hotel very well, and should be commended. Upon finally reaching the hotel, I was able to get in, and found the room to be as-advertised and a great fit for my needs.

Laundry

The setup was perfect for our weekend. Clean and had everything we needed. The hotel even gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was super nice of them.

This was an excellent spot for our extended stay. Very clean, quiet and Pet Friendly. Only wish there was a king bed. We would definitely stay here again.

My family goes to Denver a couple of times a year and it's always tricky finding the perfect place to stay, until now! This place was amazing in every way! It has a great location and multi bedroom options so we don't all have to sleep in the same room. It has full kitchens and even a washer and dryer in your room for longer stays. I can't rave about this place enough and cannot wait to go back!

I enjoy staying at this place. The people at the front desk were the friendliest I have encountered and I travel a lot. They were very accommodating and I felt a little bit like being at home. I love the extra touch of having the coffee machine and tea in the lobby and a good work area as well.

I’d call this an2-star property. Our apartment had a super heavy cleaning product smell. The couch had a bad enough smell (maybe pet urine?) that we wouldn’t let our kids sit on it. Bedding and bathroom cleanliness was ok. Walls are thin and there was a lot of nighttime noise (barking dogs, car doors, talking in the parking lot).

Very clean. We have been travelling across country and this hotel was wonderful! We got two bedrooms and the unit had a washer and dryer inside. The price was amazing. Very happy and a nice change from the other hotels we have been staying in.

Very nice apartment style lodging. Staff was great and accommodating to our late arrival. Space was perfect for our needs. With a full kitchen available, more kitchen basics would have been nice. Salt, pepper, cooking oil etc. a few more basic cooking items and information about what is available as far as items to grill with. I would stay again. Great location

Staff and cleanliness

This was a fine place, very simple, IKEA style furniture. But overall, it was clean and served our need for the week. We like the full kitchen and we really appreciated the washer dryer in the room.

Clean room and friendly staff. Only complaint is the once a week cleaning. Should be on a as needed basis.

Accommodations and price were perfect for our stay. Close to light rail train station which took us right to Empower Stadium. The only negative; there were no parking spots on our last night there.

This was a great place to stay while I was in town for two weeks. The apartment was well-appointed. The kitchen had everything I needed to make my meals, and the nearby natural grocery store was well stocked with healthy food. The apartment's windows facing the open sky provided a pleasant environment for the extensive laptop work I needed to do on this trip. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Occasionally, there were no staff at the desk, which was a minor inconvenience. I wish the property had recycling. That's my major suggestion for improvement. I would stay here again!

Great place. Easy check in and out. Only down side was queen beds only. I’m a bigger guy and so is my girl.

Great place for family to stay. Roomy and all amenities you need. We stayed for baseball and having a washer and dryer in the room was perfect. They were a bit noisy but worth it.

Super convenient for a baseball tournament. Everyone was nice and courteous.

Whatever you do, try the burger joint downstairs. It was by far the best bacon cheeseburger I’ve put in my mouth in a very long time. Truffle fries are a must have side.

Overall nice stay for 5 nights, since this is a residential property sometimes you’ll hear kids running or being loud. Nice area where you can find anything so close. Staff super friendly and attentive.

I travel at least once a month for work. I stayed here for the space and it was nice. I felt at home. Unfortunately, now they require a 4 day or more stay. The person who checked me in asked if I heard what he told the people before or if I need him to repeat it, kind of odd. But overall, it was great.

The main reason I gave a lower score is because I believe a family lived directly above us, They were very loud with boots and maybe heels, and someone else (kid?) running around jumping off couches and beds when home and also at all hours of the night. The flooring is wood tiles so any jumping or running it is very loud. The 1st 2 of 3 nights I only got 4 hours of sleep each night, because of the very loud noises between 12:30-3:30am I was not able to sleep during that time. The 3rd night the noises stopped at 1:00am. Other than not having a full nights rest I thought the surrounding area has a lot of things to do and different restaurants all around. The staff and everyone was friendly. I could’ve complained but I really didn’t think there was anything they could do. I’m not the type to complain.. but I guess I am… I just wanted people to be aware of what floor you stay on.

stayed at Parks Residential in Denver for two nights and had a great overall experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and well-kept. The only downside for me was the bed and pillows—they weren’t the most comfortable. Other than that, everything was solid and I'd consider staying again.

Well they put me in a room with the deadbolt not working I told the girl working there that I didn’t really feel comfortable or safe with not being able to put the dead bolt on she said that the maintenance won’t be there till Monday ( mind you that was on Friday evening that I checked in ) but I asked her ok can you guys switch me rooms she then said that they wheee all sold out but immediately I went online just to see if there was rooms avail and sure enough there where so she lied to me not very good customer service very disappointed cause the time I stayed previously she was very kind but definitely the whole staff did a 180 on me

The only problem that I had was the two TVs did not have remote controls in the room only the DIRECTV remote, but the issue was all very quickly by me going down to management and then providing me one

The only con we saw was that the lobby was a little difficult to find in the dark. We passed by it twice without knowing it was there, as the sign was small and a car was blocking it from view. Definitely would stay again!!

Everything was great, but there was blood in the kitchen. Thankfully, I brought my disinfecting products to clean it up. There was also pee in the toilet when we got there. The beds are great, but the room claimed to be soundproof when it is not. We heard lots of banging from our next-door neighbor, which was kinda upsetting.

This property was like a home away from home. I loved everything about it. The staff was nice and the essentials provided were great. No complaints from me.

Parks Residential was the perfect place to stay for two families. We came for the State Dance Competition and were very comfortable having a two bedroom, two bath apartment. We will stay there again.

First off i really loved this place i was staying at the hyatt houe and saw this place decided to check it out and it was so much nicer than the hyatt house i had bad luck with some of the staff there so i slept in past my checkout time and was told they were calling the police if i didnt leave there in like 5 minutes which was absolutely ridiculous i was going to renew my room fir another week there abd decided i didnt care f for the service i recieved there so nonethe less i found this gem its been a blessing plus the coffee machine is so nice best vanilla cappuccino ive had yet thank you to all of the staff members there you guys were great!! I will be staying with this hotel for all of my needs in colorado!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

Had an apartment so like be home The restaurants nearby weren’t great - the food not the place or people We try to go to local places We weren’t impressed with the food or prices

2nd found hair in my bed also there floors are loud cant walk into the bathroom with out waking everyone in the room up i felt sorry to the ones under me 3rd the desk people need more training keys worked only for two days went got the key redone at desk then one day then went back and finally worked the rest of the time 4th i told two people while i was getting a key fixed that i wanted to extend no one did a thing just said ok your good the key will work till then the friday night i asked for paperwork of my stay was told because i used a 3rd party id have to get it from them ok i get it no worries but then after i left and came back you want to ask for a signature of the extend stay like come on you guys are either lazy or really forgetful idk why the ball was dropped or who had issues but come on i came back because i had a smooth time last time and then this happens

Well equipped, comfortable rooms with full kitchen, full baths, full size washer/dryer, etc…great for both short and long stays. Lots of storage and good selection of kitchen utensils and supplies. Excellent location near many restaurants, stores, sport facilities, etc. Great coffee machine in lobby. Housekeeping is only weekly, but staff is responsive and helpful. Very reasonable rates. Pet friendly.

Great value; property is located near auto dealerships, Walmart and several chain restaurants. Grounds are well kept, staff was great and overall very quiet building despite my initial concerns being close to elevator. Would definitely stay here again as it has everything you'd need for an extended stay.

We came in for the weekend for a wedding, the room was fine. The shower head was very bad and didn’t have a lot of pressure or a full stream. We didn’t use the kitchenette so I don’t know if any of that works. We booked this place out of location and price, we ended up getting it on a deal for ~$95/night. With taxes and fees it cost about $312 total. I think this place is typically a lot more expensive and I would never pay the full original price for this place.

Place was great, each room had its own bathroom which came as a surprise to us but much thankful. Conveniently located near tge highway. Plenty of restaurant choices and food was good. Would suggest a plunger in the bathrooms since we did have an experience where nothing was in tge toilet but it still started to overflow. Also a throw blanket or to in the living space. All and all great place and would definitely return.

Very nice and clean

We enjoyed the 8 nights that we stayed. The little apartment type room was comfortable. It was nice being able to do laundry with the laundry detergent being provided as well. The kitchen was nice to prepare meals. The only thing that was not that great was the small bed and it made noise everytime you rolled over in it during the night. The bar soap had no scent and dried our skin out, but no biggie we just went and bought some shower gel. Thank you for a great vacation and if we are ever back in the Denver area we would definitely stay again!
