Everything was great! For the breakfast we just recommend having the food items at a hot temperature. The eggs and bacon and potatoes etc weren't very warm in the morning. Or if there could be a microwave in the breakfast area that guests could use to warm up their items that would be helpful as well. Thank you.

This facility was very nice upon arrival. It looked inviting clean modern. The room was spacious with a small kitchenette and a love seat which made it very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean the bathroom was Modern and clean. One of the best days I've had for the money. The breakfast had so much variety and was good.

Inventory the items that are supposed to be in your room. The breakfast was a terrible experience. Wouldn't accommodate simple requests for bedding.

Practical hotel for attending a conference in Denver. It was conveniently located close to the conference venue and worked well for what I needed. Standard accommodations, similar to a typical business hotel. The breakfast was mostly processed food, so I ended up going having breakfast at another place instead.

Decor is also tired as there were holes in our sofa and carpet was dirty.

It was wonderful clean room breakfast etc. The only thing is the pool heater was broken our whole stay, and that was a driving factor of why we booked with this property that was close to the venue we were working at. We have 2 little ones and a hotel stay isn’t complete without pool days. So that was a big bummer everything else was great though

Wonderful staff yummy food

Large room with sofa and desk. Room comes with a kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, dishes) but no stove). Across the parking lot were restaurants. Great breakfast. Free parking. Noise from street especially when trying to sleep. Front desk charged us for the room even though I paid Booking.com.

Was able to check in early. Room was clean and bed confortable.

I do wish they would offer a discount for those of us here for medical procedures rather than for a vacation. It adds up quickly! But all in all, I am happy!

My mom & I stayed a week at the Home 2 Suites. The hotel is clean, well staffed, and the workout room and pool are top notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked. The staff were all friendly. We will plan to stay again!

I left in the middle of the night due to noise from other rooms.

During my 6 day stay my room was not refreshed / cleaned once. I had to get paper towels, bath towels, toilet paper, etc from the front desk.

I have stayed in various Home2 hotels and this one met all of my expectations. We had a great visit to the area.

The hotel and rooms are nice. The breakfast needs improvement. It's the same thing everyday, and the product and food seems like it gets reused over and over again. It's not appetizing.

When I asked for his name to include with the hotel review he was quick to include his coworkers names who were all awesome as well. This is a really great place to stay and the staff was all great at helping our stay amazing.

Our stay was great but room service never happened in our room the whole week we were there. Once because we had our do not disturb sign on but they never came the next day and because it was the 4th of July they didn’t have service at all one day. The hotel was great just wish we had room service one day. We will be back and next time will make sure we request room service. The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants.

Place was very conveniently located, clean plenty of amenities,friendly staff.

Breakfast options were good. The fitness center was open around the clock and wasn’t crowded when I wanted to go.

I love this hotel because it’s close to my work, and everything about it is convenient. The beds and rooms are comfortable. My only feedback, is Thursday morning I wanted coffee and a banana. The coffee was empty and the bananas were brown. I didn’t utilize the breakfast my 2 days I was there.

The third day in the water started coming out brown from the faucet, shower and toilet. The dog area was pretty toe up - I guess it starts to compound without maintenance. Other than that it wasn't bad.

Breakfast was very good - and the lobby atmosphere was also very cozy and nice The wifi was too weak for business use - I was on the conference call but several times it cut off. There is a microwave in the room but for electrec heating board you need to lend from reception - which was too heavy and not good use.

Lots of walkable options for dining, with a plaza directly next door offering a wine store and nail salon. I've stayed in over 5 Home 2 establishments in the past 2 months and I feel the rooms here were not as clean and maintained. The gym was lacking wipes, cups for water and alot of the little details were overlooked.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the morning staff didn't greet you or see if you needed anything unless you specifically got their attention. Then it felt like you were bothering them.

The cleanliness, excellent staff, great breakfast. On the first night my husband got up in the morning to go to the bathroom and got locked in. I had to pass a butter knife through the door so he could get out and no one was here to help except the lady at the front desk and she couldn't leave the desk thankfully he got out with a butter knife but I think that the housekeeper could have clearly seen that the latch was broken and could have told maintenance before we arrived and a metal light fixture was hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen that shouldn't have been and could have fallen and hit somebody in the head. There was also only 1 elevator for 1/2 our stay and the other half there was none...

Room was spacious and easy to work from. Suggest they may want to vary their breakfast selection occasionally. Samr selection over past 3 months

Very close to 25, so very easy and quick access to everything around, and on Denver, all shops, restaurants, museums, galleries etc.

We had a 5 night stay, The bed was very comfortable, good size room with kitchenette. the shower had great water pressure, but the exhaust fan was not working. Needed to do some laundry, but was not able to due to the gross scum in the washer. The location is great, overall, it was a good stay if you don’t need to do laundry.

Our room was nice, modern, and spacious. The in-room kitchenette is great for a longer visit, allowing us to buy food and eat in our room. We have stayed in both the studio and one-bedroom suites and the one-bedroom is our preference if we're staying more than a night or two.

overall enjoyed it but there was an issue w/the plumbing in the shower which we pointed out to the staff to get fixed. we were on our way out so hopefully they'll fix it otherwise they will have mold issues.

This property was a wonderful surprise. The room was basically a small, comfortable apartment. Welcoming staff and quiet accommodations. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Nothing comes to mind.

Excellent staff! We arrived late after midnight and the check in process was very quick and easy. The breakfast had a lot of fresh and tasty choices. Everything was great!

We usually know what to expect when we book and no surprises.We had a good stay except for the brown water in all areas where water was accessible. We were not happy about having brown water.

We've stayed at this property when we come into town to visit family. In the past, it was great. This time around not so great. Our room had an unpleasant odor, so strong we didn't use the living room area. Water of money. Carpet was dirty with multiple stains. Gross. Common areas also had a lot of noticeable dirt and worn out, stained carpet. In need of updates for sure. We'll probably look to stay elsewhere for our next trip. Disappointed.

The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The in-room kitchen was fully stocked with any kitchen item I needed. The only issue was my shower only went to luke warm water, that was not pleasant.

The rooms were clean and safe, the property is quiet and within easy driving distance of the southern Denver suburbs. We spend a lot of time in the Denver area, this hotel will be a first choice from now on.

This is a really good property to stay if you are an adult travelling and want a clean, quiet, and safe hotel to stay in. My room was comfortable and it has a pool and workout room. There was even food options that were right across the parking lot. Very convenient.

Our stay was great. After getting to our room we decided to get food which we were able to walk to get when we came back. We got a phone call from the front desk asking us to make sure everything was up to our standards, and if not, they would fix it, but everything was great

This hotel advertise itself with Full Kitchen setup. The fact is that they do not provide Cooktop in the kitchen. When we inquired about that the lady at the reception said it's available at first come first server basis and we don't have any left. We were there for 4 days and did not get cooktop for any day. Also when we requested housekeeping for the room they came up with another rule that you have to tell us 24hrs in advance in order to get room clean. Its no where mentioned of this rule and all is just verbal. Further breakfast is bad here and you have to constantly ask to refill the stuff multiple times.

in the dishwasher, shower was awful; difficult to regulate the water temp, variable water flow. The small coffee pot had 1 packet of caffeinated coffee, no creamer. When the room is left like this makes me wonder how it actually was cleaned. Showerheads carry bacteria etc and should be cleaned also. I have done this job and know it could be better.

Cleanliness was 7/10. Recycling options could be better labeled & more prevalent. Breakfast was pretty good 7.5/10. Pool only, no hot tub. Good location. Staff was friendly. Over all 8/10

Staff was excellent and accomodating..Breakfast selection was top notch..Rooms were clean and included all we needed..Only downside was water pressure and temp in the shower.

The front desk receptionist were all so kind, the hotel was nice, clean and the beds(futon) were super comfortable. The breakfast had great options and overall I would stay at this location again.

My family stayed here while on a road trip and enjoyed our time here. The room was a good amount of space for a family of 4. It was clean and updated. I would stay here again if in town.

We stayed a week for a softball tournament. We were pleased with the spaciousness of our room, but we had booked through Expedia, and the pictures did not match what the listing showed on the Expedia app. This was frustrating, but it was not the hotel’s fault. The front desk felt bad and still tried to make it right with us! It was nice to see good people running this hotel, they all were kind and helpful. The staff was awesome. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location was clean and safe with lots of food choices, gas stations, target, movie theater, Nike outlet, and anything you might need while traveling, especially for sports. We’ll stay again when playing in Colorado!

Unfortunately, this hotel needed a good cleaning throughout. Hallways, and stairs were covered and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Towel in bathroom was dirty on counter.

The only problem I had was that the street near the hotel is pretty noisy.

I found you can bring your dog. And there were so many things that made life on the road convenient. Such as the free laundry, the kitchenette and even a dishwasher. Wow.

A very good hotel. Our only problem was the sliding door to the bathroom. It was difficult for my wife to slide back and forth. The breakfast was very good and the staff was courteous.

A very nice property - clean, newer and well managed. Had a bit of an issue early in the morning of the first night - not a problem with the property, but an issue with a guest directly above me. Management moved me into a different room and even moved my stuff while I was gone. They went above and beyond.

The staff was excellent and very friendly and accomadating, the location was great, the only thing I did not like was it is ALL pet friendly and I have bad allergies. I could not find anywhere that says it was ALL pet friendly. But they did let me vacuum my own room my way.

Location is good, staff/employees are helpful and professional. Cleanliness is major. Liked the layout of our room. Appreciate the items included in room like hand towel, paper towels, dishware and utensils in the kitchenette. Having the curtain between the bed and seating area was great for blocking out the lights from the a/c panel and other electronics.

The room was supper clean other than they just did the carpets and they were still wet and smelled.

The staff couldn't have been more accomodating. Very pleased with our stay.
