Reviews
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, some guests have encountered issues with Wi-Fi, climate control, and the hotel's location.
- Exceptionally clean rooms and facilities
- Friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff
- Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity
- Issues with automatic climate control in rooms

The biggest issue was an interaction with a staff member who spoke to me in a way that I found disrespectful and unprofessional. Rather than feeling like a paying guest whose concerns were being addressed, I felt dismissed and intimidated. The situation escalated to the point that I was asked to leave, which was both upsetting and embarrassing. I understand that hotels have policies and that disagreements can happen, but there is a way to communicate with guests respectfully. Professionalism and customer service were lacking during this interaction. The property itself met basic needs, but the way I was treated by staff significantly impacted my overall experience. Because of that, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

Convenient Crazy noisy. Noise didn’t stop till 2am!!!
- 2/5
No room cleaning threw your whole stay front desk is very unfriendly ni dishes in suit no Icr machine work out room is a joke not a place I’d ever stay again
- 1/5
They don't honor the pet fee that their website shows. Upon arrival we were informed the price for our dog would almost be double the price posted on their website. This was well over the price for the one night we had booked for the room. No manager responded to the (very nice) desk clerk's call about the issue, so we ultimately canceled our room & found another hotel that allowed pets to stay for free. We would Not consider the Woodsprings Suites a pet friendly establishment.

Nikki was amazing and super helpful and all the staff for that matter was friendly and eager to help the place was super clean.

Absolute perfection! This is hands-down the CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed in. Honestly, it effortlessly outperforms several of the world’s leading top-tier hotel brands. It is incredibly clear that this property is deeply cared for, and the housekeeping team is nothing short of phenomenal. There was truly not a single strand of hair or a speck of dust anywhere. The sheets and towels were a brilliant, crisp white, and every chrome fixture and appliance was shining with pristine brilliance. If you value a spotless, immaculate stay, this is it. This place sets a whole new benchmark for hospitality! The staff is also very friendly and personable. Every person I’ve come in contact with has been kind and even engaged in conversation with my little humans to keep them entertained. The location is perfect, and it’s been super quiet. I didn’t get everyone’s name, but they are all amazing. Nikki is an absolute sweetheart, but they all are. There’s nothing we haven’t liked.

Nice amenities.

Super nice staff, good space, great price. Sometimes the water cooler in the gym was left empty, but staff were always quick to help with any issues
- 2/5
No iron/board/hair drier No swimming pool/spa No room service for anything even Uber eats can not access rooms. Last to say.. Squatters as stated by the front desk. They have priority over extended stays as for the state of Colorado.

Super clean room and brand new hotel, but ask for the last floor. All night you hear like a moving going on. So noisy. Stayed on 3rd floor. You will hear everything but super clean. Great location.

It was a good value. Don’t come expecting a luxury hotel. If you need a clean place to sleep and shower, this is for you.
- 4/5
I don't understand the negative reviews. This was the least expensive place to stay in the surrounding area, and it was very clean and comfortable. Yes, it is spartan without a lot of amenities, but it is brand-spanking new. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and it even included a refrigerator and kitchenette for those looking to save on eating out. I couldn't ask for more, personally.

Excellent value for money spent! Enjoyable scenic location! Proximity to public transportation line impeccable! My family and I truly enjoyed our time at Woodspring Suite Centennial. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The accessible room was just that, accessible, and the first room in the 1st floor hallway. Property seems new, very well maintained. There are several accessible parking spots close to the door. Property seems secure, with a passkey locked door off the lobby. There is no breakfast offered, and we were told we could NOT get extra towels (could only exchange). Convenient location, quiet area near a main road.
- 5/5
Very impressed Would stay there again!!!
- 4/5
It was really nice, however the only issue was the shower didn’t have conditioner nor did the bathroom have a hairdryer. Other than that it was a nice stay.

It’s nice and clean hotel, easy for traveling stop overnight. No breakfast and no facilities are available.

The gentleman at check-in was amazing. Super helpful, super positive, the ideal interaction you want to have. And especially considering that I arrived somewhere between 12:30 AM and 1 AM even speaks more to the positive experience I had and into his credit. bed squeeked a smidge. Not that bad actually...

I booked through a very popular website when I showed up at the property. I was told that my reservation was canceled. I should’ve got an email from them not Hotels.com, which I booked through. I was treated probably the worst I’ve ever been treated by a hospitality manager at a facility I would not recommend this place. They were rude. I asked two questions and at the end of the second question about who is responsible for the money I paid he told me to leave his hotel or face trespassing charges not only do I not recommend this hotel I have written a formal complaint not only to him to the hotel management to the hotel ownership and to the website that I booked through luckily the hotel website Hotels.com not only reimburse me immediately. They gave me $100 credit to the new hotel and help me book that new hotel, which ended up being a four-star hotel in Denver. I couldn’t be happier about that but this hotel and the manager was the worst I’ve ever been a part of.
- 1/5
Very noisy, paper thin walls and floors. Paid for room in advance, ask to move to higher floor due to noise issues. Staff moved to room that smelled very bad. Manager came up next day and said staff shouldnt have moved us, kicked us out of room. Was very rude and irate. We were already settled and stayed. Had a son that was handicapped and they forced us out of hotel because they made a mistake and assigned the room to someone else. Glad it all happened though because we stayed at a much better hotel Parks Residential. Low class people at this hotel. Do NOT waste your money!
- 2/5
Customer service is horrible. Had away over 20 minutes to check in because a front desk girl and some guy was somewhere else. The guiding worked there think she had her boyfriend there. Try to check out nobody could be found call multiple times so let him know I checked out no answer would not recommend.
- 1/5
Starting with when we checked in, the staff was unfriendly, they were discussing a customer that was forcibly removed from a room after a night of partying in the room. They discussed a woman breaking a window so she could smoke in the smoke free environment hotel. Our room was not ready at 4:30 PM. They gave us another room which had a heavy chemical smell. We directed concerns with the front desk. Within a half hour we received a call from the manager stating we could leave and they would give us a full refund. We chose the option to leave and go to another hotel. Before we left the the front desk told us the refund would go back to Expedia and we would need to contact them. When we returnd from our trip we contacted Expedia and we’re told that refund was never issued. When Expedia contacted the hotel they refused to issue the refund. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
On the positive side, the property itself is very new, and the room includes a kitchen. However, it was disappointing to find that there were no cooking utensils provided, which makes the kitchen essentially unusable. Another issue was the lack of basic amenities in the room. There were no face towels—only bath towels and hand towels were available. At night, the front desk closes and is secured with a rolling shutter, which makes the place feel more like an apartment building rather than a hotel, and it can be a bit unsettling. The most unacceptable part of the stay was that the entire hotel only has four hair dryers available for guests, which is extremely inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel is new, several important details need improvement to meet basic hospitality expectations.
- 4/5
Clean rooms & helpful staff. However, beds were just a bit uncomfortable, slight back pain after by stay. But other than that it’s good for the price. Parking is efficient too.
- 0.5/5
Location was great. To much noise from a dog above us. Staff wouldn’t do anything or move us.

Super clean and new room. Large refrigerator. Great stay.

The staff is very unprofessional here. I had a very outrageous experience at this location upon trying to check-in. As I pulled into the parking lot, a vehicle sped across the lot and cut me off, very close to my vehicle. I honked at that car and continued to park. After I did so, I noticed that prior vehicle circled back around and stopped in front of my vehicle and began yelling and flipping me off. We had a verbal altercation when she mentioned that she worked there! So, she ran inside and told the other front desk lady to not let me in or to check-in. She drove dangerously, I honked, she blocked me in and cussed at me, I cussed back, and then she didn’t allow me to stay. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel & I will happily take my money elsewhere.

It’s an extended stay hotel that has zero amenities. They charge you for pans and dishes, silverware and even dish soap. You get a little bottlle of shampoo, but no conditioner, bar of soap and a few mediocre towels. Cheaply built, cheap cheap.
- 5/5
Cooking utensils are not included, you would have to extra to use them. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

There is a small kitchen; like that of a redroof property(half range/ microwave) no utensils or cookware are provided. They do supply them for an additional fee. You can get all the basics provided (extra towels, coffeemaker, iron, etc) but they apply a fee to every item.
- 4/5
It is a very pet friendly environment which was new for me. There was a nice kitchen area but the dishes and pots needed to be rented for additional cost. This is a developing area. So at the time if our stay there was a lot of construction happening.

I was in room 205 and on the floor above me it sounded like people were moving furniture to 930pm. It was so loud. Staff told me it was construction people on the 3 rd floor and they were moving their equipment around. No other open rooms for the night. Earplugs helped and the microwave fan . If your sensitive to sound don’t stay on second floor

Room and overall hotel was very clean, staff was attentive to all requests.
- 3/5
room was great, clean and updated. the guest experience was very strange. maybe I've never stayed at an extended stay hotel until now, but there were a few things that rubbed me the wrong way. they called us the day of checkout at 9am, we didn't answer so instead they knocked on our door to "remind" us the checkout time was 11, which I have never had a hotel do before as I am an adult who is aware that I signed a paper agreeing to a specific checkout time. we were required to provide an ID for every adult present, which was also strange and not something I've ever experienced. I don't think I'd stay at this specific location again, but had no complaints about the room.

Clean rooms and well-kept property. We checked in a bit late (around 6:30 PM) after a long drive and found the door locked and the front desk closed. A kind woman helped call someone to assist with check in. We weren’t aware of the policy requiring everyone over 18 to present an ID at check in— luckily, we all had our IDs with us, otherwise it could have been a real hassle. It would be helpful if this policy were mentioned on their website.

Super clean room. Great price and in the location we needed

Front desk associate was friendly and very helpful.
- 4/5
Very clean and staff was nice. This is no frills but a great value. If you just need a place to sleep and will be out sightseeing all day it’s a great pick. Only negative is there is no carpet in the rooms so you hear EVERYTHING in the room above you.
- 5/5
Clean and nice overall

Doors slamming all night. Children and family playing in the hallway all night long. Staff was nice, property was clean.
- 1/5
There was a domestic dispute with a ton of yelling and vulgar language while my kids and I were trying to sleep. People were slamming doors and banging on walls all night. 430am came real early when we couldn’t sleep at all.

The staff was very rude mostly the manager, all the ladies that work there were the only nice people. There’s always people in the parking lot blasting music and it’s usually in a different language
- 5/5
Amazing staff!!
- 1/5
Rude staff, noisy room, absolutely no facilities. Nothing provided in the room to use the kitchen facilities. No breakfast as advertised.
- 3/5
I liked the location. Our stay was just ok. Not much offering tbh. Please make housekeeping a priority. You cant have people carrying dirty towels and bringing them downstairs tpnswap pur dornfresh towels.
- 3/5
The room was OK. Some of the staff were helpful
- 5/5
Awesome experienexe. Great staff!
- 2/5
It was shocking that we had no housekeeping service for a weeks stay. No fresh towels, no pots, plates or utensils provided. It would have been nice to have a couple of dishes and maybe a pot. No one is ever at the front desk. We had to take out our own trash a couple of times. No extra tp provided. So much noise coming from above, especially at night. The beds are extremely squeaky. Our sleep was always interrupted by noisy kids and loud talking. There was police inside property for a couple of days due to a fight. Friendly staff. Good for a short term stay. They're one of the cheapest around the area. You get what you pay for. No breakfast provided, just coffee at the reception area. Would I stay again? For maybe a night or two. I won't recommend for a long stay.
- 2/5
Parking was safe and easy! Large dogs such as pit bulls in need of grooming on small elevators that was nonoperational for 3 days and the fire department had to come in and remove me! The manager and desk clerk assisted me u the stairs one time; so the fire department did not come back. Oh, am totally disabled and was not given a promised room. I was on the 3rd floor. The guest opened doors for me and assist me. Staff treated me as an inconvenience when I asked for assistance. I was oftener humiliated by staff when I needed assistance with my rolator thru the doors. NO MORE! Dogs barked all night! Exits smell of drugs.
- 2/5
Very hard to sleep because of the noise, it’s good for a very cheap and fast stay though.
- 4/5
Parking area is lit and has camera coverage
- 4/5
The place was clean and overall quiet. Only problem was the bed being too squeaky.
- 4/5
I was not provided fresh towels and I had to pay to get dishes and plates. No iron or Iron board had to request from front desk. I even had to take out my own garbarge out to the parking lot.
- 5/5
Over the top all around.
- 5/5
Super clean room and noticed that they keep a mattress protector for pest control, and that was very important to me. For everything you get with this room, the price was absolutely perfect.
- 3/5
It was a good stay for a quick stay
- 5/5
This hotel is very basic but provides all the essential amenities.
- 5/5
Had a great stay. Easy booking. Resturants near by, clean room.
- 5/5
Nice accommodation for a fair price.
- 4/5
The room was a good sized, spare and very clean. Full kitchen that we did not utilize. The staff was helpful and friendly. The parking good. It's in an isolated business area with some long-term renters. We didn't feel unsafe but were watchful. It was a good value for one night.
- 1/5
The beds are very uncomfortable, the tv never connected to the WiFi nor would our phones. The front desk told us we had to call a number to set up WiFi cause the previous guest weren’t taken off. So that was a waste of a “premium WiFi”. We were warned there was fentanyl and coke around property
- 5/5
As for the rest, the bed sorta reminds me of the cots that we slept on at Girl Scout camp. When I was 12 it was no thing, but I’d imagine that anyone over the age of 35 will feel every bit of it the next day. A little bit of comfort goes a long way. Combine comfort with the customer service? Y’all have it in the bag!
- 4/5
Somewhat Spartan decor, (think of Ikea) and exceptionally clean and pristine. Will stay here again!
- 5/5
Place was great
- 5/5
Cool
- 1/5
We expected to stay in a clean hotel and were shocked when we realized this was a long-term stay hotel. People were coming are going all hours of the night, kids, jumping on the bed above us and fights in the hall. It was extremely noisy and my feet were black just from walking on the new hardwood floors. The beds were hard and every time you rolled over, it was extremely noisy so to say the least we ended up leaving the hotel because it was not what we expected.
- 3/5
The thing I liked the most was the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is however an extended stay hotel. That being said, the property was very noisy and had its share of characters staying there. The door closers on every hotel door are extremely stiff and shut very loudly. The beds are very stiff and not to my liking. I will not be going back.
- 5/5
Very clean, new appearance.
- 3/5
Thin wallas and a squeaky bed but very affordable And gets the job done
- 3/5
Room was super clean. We got a suite specifically for having a kitchen, but no pot or dishes were supplied. Extra charge for certain amenities (toilet paper, fresh linens, regular housekeeping), and we kept getting a pot (Marijuana) smell from bathroom vent. You could also here everything through the walls.
- 5/5
Hotel was nice. Staff was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. Room was good, nothing too exceptional but it was a relaxing stay without issues.
- 5/5
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
- 5/5
I loved how big our room was and clean for the price.

- 5/5
Clean, well cared for property
- 3/5
Overall property is clean. Only down side was very thin walls. Sounded like people were dragging furniture around every night and morning just above us. As stated by others, you get what you pay for. Very clean since it’s new but fairly empty. Beds were more like cots/futon. Just a bummer on it being so thin you can hear everything and especially if it’s above you it’s unbearable.
- 3/5
What I didn't expect was the noise. It was like being in an apartment with thin walls and ceilings. Throughout the night and early morning, I could hear people moving around in their rooms. A few times, I could hear people shouting and children crying. I ended up buying ear plugs to help me sleep through the night. The other issue I had was the wifi. It was very slow, and even when I paid for an upgrade, the service was subpar. Given I needed to plug in and work for the week, this was not good. Overall, I suppose I got what I paid for. I was on a budget, and the price was right for a week's stay.

It's a new build in a popular location for food and some shopping. The walls are very thin and I did not like how the beds were not stationary, they're more like fold out futon beds, the pillows were lumpy also. You can hear doors slamming, laundry being done, other rooms beds moving around and tvs going at all hours of the day and night. There was a small kitchen in our room which was a nice surprise. No ice machines in the building at all. The poor front dest staff had a "personal acquaintance" harassing her at the front desk wearing a hoodie and house slippers making me scared for her safety.

Still smells like new

The room was a two-bedroom suite with kitchenette. It was the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in; I could have eaten off the floor. The beds were spacious, and the bathroom was quite large. The only downsides were the noises the bedframes made when you sat on the matress and the lack of bathroom amenities. The hotel is located in a busy part of Centennial, but I didn't hear any loud traffic noises, nor were the neighboring businesses loud. The hotel is located very close to I-25 and I-225 and Parker Road, so it was easy to get anywhere in the state for daytrips. Check-in and checkout were easy and quick, and I had no problems with the room keys. I will definitely book my next trip with this hotel.

It was a nice place.
- 3/5
Cons: There were no hand towels in the bathroom, no dish towels or dish cloths in the kitchenette. There was bare minimum towels in the bath for 2 people. They did give us additional bath towels upon request. In the bathroom there was no hair dryer so if you stay here make sure to bring one. There were no utensils, pans or dishes in the kitchen. I didn't recall if that was in the info when booking but we would have cooked in if we had something to cook with. The biggest complaint was that it was noisy. You could hear people outside talking and inside we had the noise of children, dogs, families and doors opening and closing. I know this is an extended stay hotel but I would think the walls would be more soundproof. The first night was the worst for noise the second night was not so bad. It helped that we were able to set the mini split with the fan on to drown out the noise. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness but only if nothing else was available.

Very good And Quiet

Nice, clean and quiet

I liked the newness of the building and how clean it could be at times. I did not like the manager’s behavior to be honest. Whenever I asked questions the response was condescending. On the last day of my stay, my family and I were awoken by the manager knocking on the door at 9.00 a.m. last time I checked, checkout was at 11 a.m. Just some very odd behavior for someone that works in the hospitality industry.

Clean
- 5/5
Super clean. A little out of the way but the price was good. I would definitely stay again. It is extended stay so there are people who live there long term. Everyone was friendly. Great stay.
- 5/5
Had a great time with amazing people!! Staf was super amazing and

We stayed for seven nights. Our room (113) was the worst possible assigned room, as even an employee relayed to us. We could hear the door slam every time anyone walked in or out of the building, laundry room, or office. Signs posted “no smoking” within a certain number of feet of the building, no one complied. When I notified an employee of a man smoking (weed) outside my open window while my children and I were in the room, nothing was done. The employees were guilty of smoking in the same corner pocket, so they did nothing. It prevented me from having the window open for fresh air. For an extended stay with no housekeeping, cooking utensils in the room, and retrieving towels and toilet paper daily from the frequently unmanned front desk was a challenge. However, I guess this was the price we paid for the lack of amenities. Epic fail for my kids since I failed to realize there was no pool. The plus was the local Starbucks, and the parking was plentiful.

Property appears to be new - has not been around long enough to get run down. There is NO WAY there is even a speck of insulation in any of the walls, floors, or ceilings. A LOT of noise. Great place for someone to stay - ONLY - if they can function on NO sleep. Will never stay again & will not recommend.
- 3/5
Ultimately it was a clean room although I did wake up that first morning with four bites on my feet. Spider I guess. I appreciate the fact it was brand new and that's why I chose it but because of everything mentioned above I have no intention of staying there in future.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly, property appeared to be a new structure in a nice area. First time I’ve stayed at a place where I had to get a blow dryer from the front desk. Apparently they don’t put them in the room because guests take them…. Interesting.
- 1/5
I reserved a 2 queen bed room and they put me in a room with one double and acted like I was a problem when I expected to have 2 queens….. I am 6”5” not a smalls man and I had my father with me …..The front desk lady said it “ it still sleeps 2 people” I just grab my bags and turn and walk out.
- 4/5
It’s brand new and well maintained. Very clean and quiet.
- 4/5
This was a good value. New property and basic accommodations. No frills.
- 5/5
Excellent, clean hotel. Great parking and stores and restaurants nearby.
- 2/5
The walls are thin and difficulty falling asleep. Kids roaming around without supervision and knocking on doors, random calls by other guests. I don’t think I’ll book this place for my family, again. The price is decent but the comfort was awful.
- 5/5
I suggested that they install handicap button to open front entrance and going to elevator. It is hard coming in with the luggage cart
- 5/5
No frills good clean stay.
- 5/5
Very very clean which we really appreciated since we stayed nearly two weeks. Staff were helpful and provided broom and mop to clean with when needed, as well as fresh linens. Laundry facilities were well maintained. Work out area was also clean and well maintained.
- 3/5
A relatively new property in good condition. The room was comfortable and everything worked fine. I liked the full-size refrigerator. There was little road noise, but unfortunately the people in the room above me must have had a small herd of elephants with them -- they stomped around until usually 11 p.m. The biggest drawback for this hotel is the fact that the rooms are only cleaned every 14 days -- I stayed for 12. They will loan you a broom and mop if you want to clean your own room... And apparently they charge a fee if you want to exchange your bed linens more often than every 2 weeks.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly. We had a wonderful stay.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly hotel
- 1/5
This “hotel” has the thinnest walls ever. Don’t be fooled because it’s new. They placed me next to the laundry room and they literally did laundry all night long. At 1 in the morning they finally allowed me to switch rooms, after hours of my kids and me not being able to sleep from the door slamming. The next day, when I attempted to leave due to the noisiness the manager attempted to FINE me for not staying the “3 day minimum”, even though my reservation was for only 2 days to begin with. It was a joke!!! He was so aggressive and intimidating, completely trying to throw around his power as a manager. I felt like I was staying in a homeless shelter. The other guests appeared homeless, and the beds were really more like cots than actual beds. Metal frames only, no box springs.
- 5/5
I've stayed here twice in the past few months and would stay again. My only complaint is that the walls are VERY THIN. I know there's nothing they can do about thin walls but it would be helpful if other people would be mindful of the noise they make.
- 4/5
Very basic, but clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Nice an clean. Simple without extras. Efficient.
- 1/5
The front desk closes after 10pm, we had to ring the bell for service but no one answered , we then tried use the phone to contact someone to check in but to our surprise the phone wasn't working...fortunately there was a couple already there that helped to find a clerk and a again to our surprise the clerk informed us that the reservation had been canceled supervisor was on-site to assist with the situation
- 2/5
The beds are hard, and move every time you move. No push buttons for handicap to open doors. No ramps by back entrance for handicap. They ask you to not throw your trash in the trash cans. You have to rent an iron.
- 5/5
Very clean, staff friendly
- 3/5
The rooms were clean, no bugs or any type of dirtiness. The issue was trying to get some sleep, the walls was very thin that you can hear about anything that goes on outside the room like loud bangin, people talking loud, etc. other than that it was a good stay.
- 4/5
Basic hotel with full kitchen but no utensils. Had to go buy spoons to eat with. They had pots and pans packages to buy but all we needed was a few utensils. On check out the manage said we could have asked for that and he would give it for free. 24 hour coffee was free. Caters to hostel clients. Very comfortable
- 2/5
If you are a business person and looking to use this hotel you may want to think again. The primary crowd at this place live permanently and tend to make a lot of noise. There are dogs barking at all times of night in all different places in the hotel and as a matter of fact it would not call this a hotel. I would call it a living residence. If you want to use the kitchen you better bring a pan because otherwise they charge you for a pan. They do not provide any kitchen utensils eating utensils pans or anything else for the kitchen. Overall, this place is clean but lacks a lot of things that a business person staying overnight and want wanting to cook their own food could ask for.
- 5/5
I loved how everything was spotless and up to date it made the experience even more enjoyable.
- 2/5
Amenities (eg hair dryer) were lacking or not there. Kitchenette but no dishes, utensils, etc. front desk had hair dryer and when asked why not in room, they said they get stolen. Who knew this place attracted that kind of clientele
- 2/5
The toilet had black hair all over the seat and there was more hair in the sink area. Luckily, i always travel with Chlorox wipes. In the morning, i went to shower and I put out the towel for the shower mat and once again discovered a long black hair. I definitely will never return to this hotel despite it being fairly new. Also, since its an extended stay, there are quite a few people "living" in the hotel.
- 5/5
The room location was perfect for a disabled veteran like myself. Near the exit and on the first floor.
- 3/5
Light sleepers beware- this location is VERY NOISEY!!! Thin walls and cheap bed furniture make for a long sleepless night. Very clean, so it's a shame- but I won't be staying there again.
- 3/5
Very noisy upstairs
- 4/5
We would have liked new towels each day w/o having to pay.
- 2/5
Nothing was set for hotel to make you feel comfortable or safe
- 5/5
I loved that you had to use your room key to get into the elevators, it made me feel safe
- 3/5
Very clean.
- 3/5
Clean and quiet, could upgrade the mattress, towels and keep an iron and iron board in the room
- 5/5
This was a great and convenient stay.
- 4/5
Very hard to sleep, it was noisy, we could hear people walking above us, it sounded like furniture was being moved around all night.
- 5/5
Safe...clean...quiet
- 4/5
It is a low-cost cost extended-stay hotel that offers the very basics. It is new and clean. The air conditioner is a little noisy as expected for a stand alone system. Make sure you thing your own toiletries and food. The staff is very friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing even if they charged twice as much!
- 3/5
Clean, but absolutely no amenities. Rooms very dorm like
- 4/5
It is new and modern.

Clean and quiet. Enough parking. Close to shopping and restaurants

New, clean hotel in a safe and quiet location
- 3/5
Good, just far from things to do. No breakfast
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable. Everything works as it should. Definitely worth the extra 20 bucks over the dingy extended stay place on geddes
- 1/5
Waiting for refund so bad did not stay. The manager to issue credit.
- 5/5
Two night stay for a training for work, really clean room, friendly front desk lady. Close to a lot of restaurants and reasonably priced.
- 4/5
The Internet was so bad I was unable to use it
- 5/5
Good but can improve-no cutleries, no pots and pans, no free breakfast, no pool, can hear footsteps above room, no free toothbrush
- 4/5
Very clean. Staff was helpful
- 5/5
Con: only con I can think of is just related to the building itself, walls are super thin, I could hear full conversations from people in another room while laying in bed.
- 5/5
Very easy check in very friendly staff clean rooms
- 4/5
It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a bathtub and a full size frig. Parking was free. It was spartan and did not have a coffee maker, hair dryer, dishes, kitchen supplies or any mirror other than the large one in the bathroom. Dishes were an added fee.
- 5/5
We were there for just one night, and weve stayed there bedore..this time, allll my problems, big or small, ZACH solved them...honestly, I cant remember a time someone took so much time to make sure 'all was right' in my world, but this caring, hardworking young man was such a huge help and it did my heart good to see the care he puts into his job..Please give him 5 stars, a raise and a promotion!
- 3/5
To much noise
- 5/5
All of the above. We will be staying there on all of our trips to Denver, CO . Thank you
- 4/5
Although credit cards are acceptable at washing machine but there is no credit card acess to the laudry detergent machine and no quaters availaible at the front desk either so that we have to drive out to buy detergent in store. The kitchen is nice and clean. The hotel ad should include that kitchen utensils are only available for purchase so that customer know what they get there.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very clean
- 5/5
A very good & Quite environment
- 1/5
Bed frame was poor, no cooking utensils or dining set, internet was crawling, late check in was inconvenient, receptionist was rude, road work inside the premises made entry exit difficult.
- 2/5
It's clean, very stark in decor. Just gives you the essential basics for a place to eat & sleep. No carpeting. Queen bed is on stilts, but comfortable. It does have a partial kitchen (full sized Frig, microwave, 2 burner electric flat top). But no dishes or cookware (those are in kits for purchase @ $30 a piece). The walls are VERY thin and I heard EVERYTHING from the ceiling dwellers. The female I could hear her very well. I don't know which 1 of them has "duck" feet & stomping all the time (I heard all of this without my hearing aids in). If they weren't stomping. "Humper and Thumper we're b@!nking constantly. Plenty of sleepless days & nights being woke up to these sounds. I'm so glad to be out of there. I don't see myself ever coming back to this hotel.

Very friendly staff

- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful even offer to unload my bags I don't see anything here I don't like
- 5/5
Amazing property will come back absolutely worth it
- 5/5
Its kind of out in the middle of nowhere but that has nothing to do with the service. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely do it again.
- 3/5
In fairness, I have to say again that it is clean and new but I won’t be back. Lots of shady characters and activity at all hours of the day, and there was definitely some stuff happening in the parking lot at least twice that I didn’t want to know about. I’ll just say that I found it interesting that it’s immediately next to the public defender’s office, so I suppose it’s strategically located.
- 2/5
Comfortable and clean. But this is an extended stay hotel. They do not supply any silverware, pots and pans, etc. even though they have a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, and microwave. No coffee machines in the room, no hairdryer, and no ironing board and iron. It’s bare bones but it served its purpose.
- 4/5
Quietest place, kinda errie. The internet was horrible & you were only allowed 3 devices which still never connected& had to call cust service daily even after paying extra for it. No automatic doors which made it difficult to push a teolley/cart thru. And no business center, kinda sucks.or breakfast or any dishes in the room.
- 4/5
I liked the kitchen area inside the room. Found a water bottle full of some yellow stuff in the bathroom but was clean with clean towels. Disliked the bed frame was real wobbly I sat on the bed and kind of bounced once like this frame is weird than the people in the next room started banging on the wall. So I don’t know if the walls are super thin but I literally had just sat on the bed
- 5/5
Notes: This was a great value, but it is on the bare-bones side; there are extra charges for cookware, dining ware and utensils, use of an ironing board, linen service, etc. The internet is VERY slow, even after getting the upgrade to 6Mbps. There are signs asking guests to not let the doors slam. I think they should replace the door closing mechanisms with ones that don't slam the doors by design...
