The room was cleanish, hair in tub and needed sweeping. The staff was friendly and accommodating, it just seemed like there needed to be some better upkeep in a few places. Overall this wasn’t a bad place to stay and worked well in a pinch.

Halls were dirty room was not that clean last day I was there my truck window was broken into and management did not want to do nothing about it

No fridge, microwave, they put me in a handicapped accessible room, bathroom door didn't close, hallway way dirty, people were smoking directly infront of the entrance to the building.

The biggest problem was with both doors in my room. The bathroom door would not close and there was hardware missing. The door into the room was not installed properly and the deadbolt could not fully deploy. Finally, while parking was free, there were homeless prople in the parking lot and it didn't feel like a safe place to leave a vehicle.

The room was not in good condition and someone had a dog, that barked several times throughout the night.

The room was within my budget of under $100. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was looking forward to breakfast which was advertised to be open till 9:00 am. I came to get breakfast at 8:40 and the very last item was being whisked away. Very disappointing.

They ripped me off

The location is great! Really close to grocery, restaurants, shopping. To downtown wasn’t too bad of a drive. The breakfast always smelled great, though I never tried it. The hotel was super clean, I always love that. The one bed room is a pretty decent size for the price. The shower had great water pressure and enough space for my soaps. I appreciate a good hair dryer as well! I found myself stuck waiting at the desk for 10-20 min at a time on a few occasions. They should get a bell or something. I felt like some of the staff didn’t pay close enough attention to the desk. They did make checking in good and easy though.

This was the worst hotel stay my family has ever experienced. This place should not be open for service. Upon walking in and seeing patchwork walls, standard lobby items stacked on mobile shelving units and what looked like a temporary check-in station, we thought maybe they just set up for renovations. Then we walked into our room, #117 right off the lobby, and it's condition was absolutely shocking. Had we not been travelling with our kids and gotten there at about 11:30pm we would have refused to stay, but we needed sleep - which we didn't get until 2hrs later because the staff and a friend loudly conversed in the lobby until 1:45am. A place in this condition should not be allowed to serve, much less charge, people. The online ad photos for this location are not a true depiction. See my attached pics. Wall cracks, falling ceiling, old disgusting toilet, damaged walls, no door lock, stained couch with tears in it. I should be refunded every cent. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And, breakfast? Would you eat here? No thanks. Absolutely unacceptable on every level.

This was the absolute WORST hotel experience I have ever had. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke, the second room had what looked like tobacco leaves on the sheets and pubic hairs on the tub and toilet. The third room had just the tobacco leaves on the sheets, and the final room still had the previous guests used bath towel hanging behind the door. In addition, the bad frame in this room was not secured to the wall, and every time I got in or out of bed the bed would roll. My wife has some physical disabilities, so this was a huge safety concern. We went ahead and stayed because it was nearly midnight by the time we got into the final room. Nobody is willing to help compensate us for this piss poor experience because per the hotel, "it was booked through a 3rd party site." Hotel.com customer service can only give me a $25 credit towards my next booking. I have escalated this to the hotel customer relations team and am waiting for their investigation...not holding my breath.

Staff memebers smoked at front entrance to building. My clothes smell like an ashtray. The room was falling apart and black mold growing in the bathroom. Entire building smelled like cigarettes and weed. Drug paraphernalia in parking lot and bushes including needles and baggies. Only one outlet worked in the room so we had to take turns charging our phones. 0 out of 10. Do not recommend

Checked in to the motel got room 312 no hot water in the sink the doors had holes in them. Bed was uncomfortable and then my car gets towed and no one has any information on who when and where also why!!! Never stay again

Renovation and construction in the hallway and outside resulted in a lot of inconvenience.

Absolutely the worse hotel my and my family stayed at during our week long roadtrip. There were many bugs, centipedes, and other insects found all over the room; in the toilet, under the bed, in the main area. Walls had drywall mud patches all over that weren't finished. Toilet srat was cracked. Breakfast was terrible.

Went to breakfast at 7:30 they ran out of half and half and the mix for the waffles ☹️☹️the pull out couch had sheets that had not been changed in awhile the coffee maker in the room did not have the carafe but your 2 front desk guys were awesome

The 2 people at the front desk who checked us in and out we're very friendly. I also like that my deposit was back the next morning like promised instead of a week after the fact like other places.

I had to change rooms three times, due to the smell in the room, itchy sheets, curtains cut and no screen for the windows. Found a live cockroach in the hotel room. Hotel attendees leave a rock in the door to prop open door. Guests smokihg in rooms and can smell in rooms. Door within guest rooms have paint blocks on the doors. Carpet stains in the hallway. They need a renovation badly. It clearly looks like a motel on the inside and in guest rooms. The front desk clerks do not take complaints seriously. The rooms are over priced for you pay.

Bathroom tile and plumbing needs improvement

Some places require deposits and a physical card at check in, some don't. This needs to be posted very clearly at the time of booking. The receptionist was not kind but I ended up at a much nicer and friendlier place in the end, so oh well.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location. Bed was clean and comfy, and everything in the room worked, especially the air conditioner. No particular frills, but this was a comfortable stay. I like that the location is close to shopping options.

The location was the only reason we stayed at this site. The hotel looked older and unkempt. We were disappointed in the breakfast as it was just cereal and very little to choose from. We were overall disappointed.

I'll check in staff at night was very nice and accommodating however my room wasn't the best it had condensation stains brown stains on the walls I found two cockroaches my bed was horrible the baseboards were all carpet and ripped up there was a rip in the chair and it was just kind of dirty the next morning had breakfast the staff was very unwelcoming and try to turn everything off and close down breakfast early it was pretty rude I left a bottle of perfume there and I called the next day to see if they had found it and nobody seemed to find it it's very expensive bottle perfume I'm pretty sure someone found it and it is not being returned so their staff isn't very honest. There was people cooking inside of a U-Haul truck behind the building out right outside my window view I open up my curtains and there's a man cooking some food in the back of a U-Haul just wasn't very appealing the first time I stayed there they didn't even have a room that was ready cuz of the Reconstruction or remodeling conditions there wasn't a lock for the door so that the staff had to unlock it and lock it for us every time we came or gone yeah I think that there's a lot of areas that need to be worked on in this place other than that it could be a very nice facility

This was the absolute worst property I have ever stayed at. They allow people to live in the premises and pay a different daily rate (cheaper) than to rent a night. Free breakfast was a joke, only a single waffle maker that worked properly and you had to share that with the “residents” or homeless. The first morning there and the sheriff department had to evict renters from a room on my floor. There was 8 adults in a king room. The property was dirty and smelled bad. They had started a remodel and stopped so everything was old, walls peeling and higher stains everywhere!! Would never recommend and this place needs to be shut down!

Staff was excellent. I called around to different hotels in the area to ask for an early check in. The front desk here was kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again. The property is a bit run down but it was also one of the cheaper options. But the shower was really nice.

The bedroom was clean and besides a need frame that jutted out beyond the mattress like an accident waiting to happen, the amenities in the bedroom were ok. The hallways looked disgustingly dirty.

We did not get our reserved room and after waiting for 45 Mins on reception we got very uncomfortable room. We were tired otherwise we would have preferred to get refund and go someplace else. Do not come to this property. It does not deserve you as guests.

This is just an average hotel. Some cleaning and repairs are needed! Hallway carpets are a mess and my room had a cup behind the bathroom door and tons of long hair all over the room and floor. Breakfast could use more options.

The hair dryer didn't work due to the plug in not working. The breakfast was extremely minimal.

Staff interaction was professional and adequate. Cleanliness was OK. But the property has not been very well-maintained and what repairs have been done were amateurish. Breakfast was nothing special.

If you want a cheap stay in the city and don't care about much else other than a place to sleep it could be for you. The Good: Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, no bugs, and it was quiet. However, it was very tired with cracked/broken tiles and trim, needs repainting, worn everything, and some furnishings (sleeper in our room) looking dirty.

The property is very old, not clean, beyond need of renovation or complete tear down. We would not even shower there.

The hotel and rooms were dingy but clean. There was scrapes along every wall in the hallway, dings out of walls and floors. It looked like the carpets in the hallways and the rooms have never been washed since they were laid down. Traveling as a woman alone I did not feel safe. I will not go back.

Could paint the rooms. There are spots that were mudded but not painted. The couch cushion is stained. Bathroom walls look dirty. The rest of the room is excellent Otherwise. Very spacious, comfortable bed, great location.

Very friendly staff.

When I arrived and opened the door to my room, it smelt full of weed. I was very disappointed. This staff did change my room however, I found that I was killing many bugs, both spiders and roaches. The cloth on the furniture was very dirty. Both single chair and sofa bed. Also, I did not know that this location serves only waffles for breakfast. I assumed when I booked the room at quality Inn that they would have more hot items not just waffles.

Staff was nice Lots of shady people hanging around parking lot, weed and tobacco smell was way to pungent in my own room from others smoking in nearby rooms, way way too noisy during quiet hours. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Curtains torn and off track, doors let in light from hallway, furniture terribly stained (couch and chair), holes in the wall, elevator made weird noise and wasn’t clean, just a very basic run down hotel with people repairing their cars and flats and with their belongings spread out in the lot. If you want a cheap price, well, you get a cheap product. It served its purpose but please fix it up and take some pride in what you offer. Staff was great, housekeeping was great, just professionally clean your furniture and repair the drapes and doors and walls. It looks forgotten.

The room i was on needed some basic repairs. The hallways smelled of smoke. I had to leave my bathroom fan on else the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke in the morning.

The stay was really good. They showed me to check in early. I'm so grateful to the team there.

Interior room was very worn down with cracks in the wall, ceiling repair needed. Very loud in hall way and upstairs, broken down cars in parking lot. The smell of pot in the hall way. I would never stay there again!

The bed was comfortable & had clean sheets linen. The only good thing could say about the stay & property. The owners of this property don't care. Why is there an industrial washer in the entrance front doors?? We checked in for 1 night(you also only get 1 key), quickly dropped off our things then came back at about 11:30pm, then truly saw what we had gotten ourselves into, definitely ???? thumbs down. From the landscape on the outside, abandoned and/or living in vehicles parked in lot, a key locked ice machine room(you have to get ice before 8pm & you still can't get any at 8am that's when we left) dim lighting in the room so you can't see just how dirty the carpet(all the carpet in the hallway/rooms need to be pulled up thrown away),walls, popcorn stained ceiling, furniture,tub, towels had stains, refrigerator, just about everything (the bed linen sheets were clean we checked with our phone flashlights) was. You could smell Marijuana on the 1st floor and the hallway & room had a weird unpleasant smell all the way on the 3rd floor. No the morning at 8am and check out wasn't any better. The lack of uniform the front desk wasn't wearing & conducting personal calls on speaker(no talking to your kid about grandparents taking you to see the Northern lights is cute but doesn't make it okay when you're at work & it's on speaker) We skipped stopping in to grab ANYTHING, including coffee & that's all we wanted, from the Continental breakfast items since it was literally scattered all over the counter top, floor, tables. Couldn't risk any type of food poisoning since we were headed to a business event. I could go on and on however I'm sure this isn't the first negative review. Perhaps the owners should visit and conduct a mystery shop and regular inspections to the property, and Clean it up inside and out! We would NEVER stay at this property again or recommend anyone there as well. I thought Booking.com only listed good properties on their website.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. Literally couldn’t get to sleep all night because of the noise. Everything was not very clean either and staff was not helpful. Highly do not recommend spending any money on this location. Even given the more affordable price. Definitely not worth it. Go somewhere at least semi nice for $100.

The room was very nice, But Lobby needs a Facelift, I felt like I walked into a cheap hotel. I have always thought of a clean bathroom and clearier kitchen,, Put it this way I wouldn’t have even drank the coffee. My experience left me thinking, did I pick the best to stay. The police were on patrol every couple hours, because of people breaking into cars that have been abandoned on property for months. I was told management is trying to do things the legal way, to resolve this issue. Thank you for cleaning up this issue.

It's not clean and they really don't seem to try very hard to spruce it up. Overall, it was ok. The bed and pillows were awesome and that's what mattered to us. The price was also a huge sellung point.

Well first off our room was broken into by somebody, so upon check-in someone was already in there and jumped out the window as we entered the room. So the manager then moved us to a different room on the 3rd floor, which we had to take because of circumstances.

It was a good value, and met my expectations.

This was not a good experience. The room was dirty, the bathroom had tiles loose and missing, and the breakfast was not very good at all. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Everything was very nicely organized and put in a way that didn't feel congested nice furniturn too.

Its a budget hotel but the rooms I stayed in a large TV and was clean on entry. Staff was always friendly and willing to assist with any issues I had. Place was quiet, no issues.

I've never refused to sleep somewhere, until this hotel. I walked out by 2am Sunday morning and found a different room with somebody else. Front desk worker, Blayke was helpful trying to make it easier for us to get our refund.

The reservation was not available. Somehow it got canceled by an outside source?? OVERBOOKED AND NOTHING AVAILABLE. i SLEPT IN MY TRUCK...

Rooms are not very clean either.

First room they gave us had food and the floors were dirty the bed had brown stuff stuck to the sheets their breakfest was limited to waffles that fell apart because the stuck to the maker and cereal

Rooms where nice, comfortable beds, clean and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was very limited and just ok. Waffle's are always a bonus.

Room wasn't good lots of blood stains in the room there was a hole in bathroom door wallpaper was coming off. Trash was left in the room. Trash also was in the hallways and elevators. Few Other people wouldn't stop staring at us. People were also loitering outside and more where were smoking when it's a smoke free place. saff was ok but morning staff didn't seem friendly. Waffle maker didn't work like they told us. And juices were watered down.

I was expecting a little more from this place. They advertised breakfast but when I went down during the final hour of service, everything (and I mean everything - utensils, plates, food) was wiped out with no hope of being restocked. It’s obviously a place that folks are using for transitional housing and there are a lot of people hanging around all day (although I never once felt unsafe). Check in was super easy and the beds were comfortable.

The building a run down but decent.

The couch, the floor,and the refrigerator wete very nasty and dirty and there was roaches in the room not very happy with the stay my husband and i couldn't even sleep. The service was horrible.

Bed was so comfortable

I don’t usually leave a review unless someone or something happens that really sticks out. Today, for my husband and I, it was the customer service provided by the lady who was handling everything. She had her hands full with a line and little things needing to be handled, plus me asking for favors. And, really, it was the watch for me. Thank you!

Overall I had a good experience pleased with the room everything was what I paid for. When you don't pay a lot you don't get a lot so I was very cool with everything until I went to the desk today. Not sure who the female was working the desk but she was beyond rude completely unreasonable with a different customer and just had an overall crappy attitude. That kind of spoils it for all the people that were really nice and helpful there's always that one person that ruins it for everybody so if you hate your job that much where you going to treat people like crap Maybe you need to get a different job that's all I've got to say about that. I'm out Forrest Gump.

Punch holes in the walls, stains everywhere (carpets, curtains, walls), drawers left open, doors and walls worn down. Dog poop, weeds, trash in the parking lot. I've stayed at a fair amount of Quality Inns and this was by far the worst. The owner of this location seems to have no pride, whatsoever.

The first room we were given smelled like a mixture of chemicals and smoke. Second room had no lights upon entry. Pillows had black hairs in the case, luckily we had pillowing our truck. Floor was filthy with stains and it hadn’t been vacuumed. Just a total disappointment.

Property shows worn & needed upgrades. Lobby & breakfast area needs cleaning. Rooms were clean & beds were comfortable. Location was just ok, but stores or restaurants were not in walking distance.

This was the filthiest accommodation that I have ever stayed in. The carpet and sofa were dirty, the counter was not wiped down from coffee and the pod was still in the coffee maker. There were no garbage cans. Wallpaper was ripped off and peeling in places. Caulking was terrible - such a bad presentation. There were wood bracings left from where the pictures should have been and the room and hallways smelled like smoke. The window was open when we entered the room. There were burn holes in the couch and comforter. I could go on and on. What a huge disappointment in your company.

This property was not maintained. There was paint peeling from the walls and the tub/shower and toliet were dirty. In addition the clientele staying there was questionable we were told they were doing long term rentals which is not good for the traveling family. U might want to consider how u rate this hotel in the future. We are not real picky but want a clean and be safe place to stay.

Room needed updating.

The property was dirty and rundown. The whole night I smelled pot smoke from another room coming in from the bathroom vent, and got no sleep. I called the staff and they told me well this is Colorado. Nothing was done about it and they would not even let me move my room or give any kind of compensation. The halls were noisy as well.

Bad quality

The beds were very old. The breakfast was minimal: waffles, plain oatmeal, and cereal. The front desk would not allow us to have any milk and I saw that she had a full gallon of it. My son asked her and she lied and said there was none and this was 1 hour before breakfast was over. He was upset.
