Room we booked was not available as apparently website does not show correct information, however Niki on reception gave us two rooms for same price as room with lounge we had booked. She also offered us additional complimentary drinks vouchers if we could make use of them. This hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, movie theater and lots of other things in the area to explore. Enjoyed to food options in the hotel as well.

The room was clean an d spacious with all you need, nice that meals were included. The pool was smaller than we thought it would be from the picture which was a bit disappointing. The bed was comfortable and the food was better than average.

Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed here for every event we go to in Denver. The RTD light rail station is just a few minutes away and we use it frequently for going to Mile High and Coors Field.

For how good the reviews were, I expected it to be cleaner / more modern. But it’s pretty dated and sorta dingy. It was fine but I wouldn’t come back.

Have stayed at Drury many times, love the Happy Hour but area is way to small for the amount of people, hard to find a table, the flow of the room was off. The hot tub was dirty.

The asst. GM Bob or Rob was amazing! Breakfast exceeded my expectations in all areas! I went to compliment the hardest working staff member only to discover that it was the GM who had sent two ill staff members home while Rob was mobbing the floor! This was our first time staying at a Drury hotel, it will not be my last! In fact the entire staff was responsive to our ADA needs and made each guest feel welcome!!!

From the moment you checked out to turning the keys in at goodbye I felt like I was home and was treated like family. This probably was the best hotel day in my life and I have traveled the world. Thank you so much to such a wonderful and supportive staff.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights, the lobby, halls were clean and had no odors. Our room was pleasant, had a microwave and mini refrigerator. Our bathroom had a few strands of hair on the wall, which grossed me out, but I have a thing with other people's hair, so perhaps that's not a big deal for others. We were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub, however upon entering the indoor pool area there were 10 kids in the pool, 3 adults in the hot tub, and several adults sitting around. There were too many people for our liking and the jets did not work in the hot tub, so that was the absolute deal breaker for us. The door leading from the pool area to the outdoor pool had to be propped open to avoid getting locked out, another couple yelled at me and my husband for allowing the door to close, as we were unaware of this problem. Rude! The free breakfast was as expected and they had a lot of options. They serve free food and drinks (alcohol included!) at 530pm as well! We were pleased to find this out. We took advantage of the 3 free beverages and were allowed to take them to our room. Overall, take away the pool area experience and we would absolutely stay again. We will try and find another Drury location the next time we travel. Reasonably priced, free parking, free food and drinks, clean. You can't beat that. Definitely budget friendly.

Enjoyed our stay, but the property should not allow people to come into the eating area, directly from the swimming pool, with wet towels, wet hair, and wet swimming suits. Staff were excellent. Thanks, but please educate your clientele about appropriate wear in the eating area.

Rooms aren’t quite as nice as the public areas. The bed was just OK and the bathroom is no-frills. But for the price, it was very worthwhile. The front desk gentleman who checked me in was outstanding. Wish I knew his name.

Room was good, maybe a little small. The bed was comfortable probably a bit soft for some. They had those half size pillows. 5 on the king. Avoid rooms the overlook the lobby, It can get loud. First 4 floors rooms 01-05.

My vehicle was touched by somebody had proof of it. Staff did nothing about it didn’t even wanna cooperate with me felt my safety was jeopardized and staff didn’t even care.

This was one of the better hotels that I have stayed at in a while. The location was convenient, the beds were comfy, the room clean, and the breakfast and happy hour snacks were awesome. We really enjoyed the hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool too.

We were out in a room overlooking a six-lane boulevard, a freeway, and a freeway on ramp. The traffic noise made it really hard to sleep.

The breakfast was fine (same items offered daily), the coffee was good, the breakfast area was tidy, and the attendants were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff, for a budget hotel, was truly excellent. The location was conveniently located off the freeway, but there wasn't much around it.

We have stayed here every time (3 times) we have gone through Denver. We like the size of the rooms and staff has always been wonderful. We also like how close to the freeways it is.

Everything & Everyone was excellent. The only thing I would say is I wish we were in a room when no kids were running around and she put us right above the pool. We were there for medical purposes and we needed to relax.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Regan in particular was FANTASTIC as well as the general manager. We enjoyed seeing him helping with all facets of how the hotel ran from the kitchen, to the bar to check in and cleaning up. Everyone there was very kind and welcoming. The pool facilities were clean and we actually watched staff check the chemicals multiple times. The food was good. The only “dislike” would be the elevator was a little clunky when multiple people were on it.

The evening social is a free dinner & drinks every night of your stay. This is a meal, not just snack mix. Kids love it and it'll save you a bit on food & leftovers while you travel. Staff has always been incredible, friendly, knowledgeable and you don't feel like you're bothering them if you request something!

Drury properties are always consistently clean, friendly, and a great value for what you get. Pool/hot tub were clean and the evening reception with a light meal was delicious as well as the hot buffet breakfast.

The convenience to the interstate There were several Drury Inn’s in close proximity and we first went to one where we did not have a reservation. The front desk rep was very friendly and gave us the info to get us to the Drury Inn where we had the reservation.

They had an afternoon snack time with popcorn and soda. Had a dinner with meatballs and potatoes and 3 complimentary drinks. Hard to beat all this for $120 a night.

Not only was this inn very clean and comfortable but the staff were friendly and helpful and kind. We were here for a medical emergency and these people made us feel like family. They serve an evening meal that is included in the motel price. I would not only recommend this inn but it will always be my preferred stay.

When we arrived the staff was super friendly and informative. Olena checked us in very quickly. The room was clean and the sheets were fresh. My kids loved the pool and got tub and spent hours swimming. The dinner they provide was yummy and there was plenty to choose from. Overall we had a very wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Our stay (although short) was very enjoyable. The staff was very limited in the entire hotel due to the Christmas holiday. However, they were most efficient and helpful immediately upon need. There were absolutely NO DELAYS when requesting their help. The breakfast was fresh, hot and fully available. The thing we appreciated the most was the fact that the breakfast hours were extended an extra hour due to it being a holiday, and we did not have to wake up early just to take advantage of their buffet. We will definitely stay at the Drury Inn again.

This was a fantastic stay, except the hot tub broke the day we got there and they couldn’t get the part to fix it until the day we left. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. I was really disappointed. I also booked for the breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast but it wasn’t bad. The dinner was an added bonus. The first night we had pulled pork with slider buns, Mac n cheese, and nacho fixings. The second night meatballs w/gravy & mashed potatoes. Both nights were pretty good. Plus you got free soda and popcorn. At dinner time they had free cocktails also. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The hotel seemed to be pretty clean. I felt like it was a safe area also. Overall I would give it 9/10 only because of the hot tub.

It was decent. Entrance & lobby was not inviting and it was confusing

The breakfast was the same each day, but had a variety of options. The evening reception was not your typical crackers and cheese or pretzels. This was the best menu for a reception out of any place I've stayed. It was a full meal and different each night of our stay. Popcorn, hotdogs, nachos were the daily but there were bbq sliders, meatballs & mashed potatoes, salad option and of course 3 adult drinks each night for those of age. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern.

Only issue we saw this time was in the TV channel offerings. Many channels were -- "No Signal", however on flipping back to the channel, it would broadcast the station. This was very annoying especially on a few nights where we were just relaxing after a long day in our room attempting to watch TV. We didn't reach out to mgmt given we felt it was an annoyance but not to the extent that someone had to be called...

At first we were given a that already had some one in it then we got a new room but it had a red stain on our floor in the bedroom the looked like blood and it was still wet. We met the front desk know he came and looked at it. They could not offer us another room they said due to being full. So we stayed in the room with the wet stain and they said they were going to comp the room but i believe we still got billed for it. We also stayed at the same hotel earlier in the week with no issue. The staff is very friendly but i believe they were under staffed due to people not showing up but over all other then the stain it was good

Staff is great, the hot breakfast has great variety. The only issue I had is that the spa isn't being monitored in any way. Our first night there, we wanted to sit in the hot tub but there were 8 children in there and they would not move. Max capacity is 7 at a time. We did end up being able to get in, but more kids were going in and out of it, so we eventually gave up trying to relax in there. This did not affect my feelings about the hotel in general and we will likely be returning anyway.

Overall great experience. There had been an odd smell in our room but staff handled it perfectly. They febreezed the room for us and when that didnt solve the problem , they graciously moved us to a different room and that room was great. The front desk staff and the assistant GM get high praise

The room was very clean. I was impressed that the hotel not only has free breakfast, but also provides dinner each evening. Though we already had plans and could not take advantage of this, I have not stayed at any other hotel that provides dinner for free. This was our first time to stay at a Drury Inn. We will look for others in our travels, and would certainly come back to this hotel if we're in this area again. Thank you!

We were in town visiting our son and the location was great and the breakfast every morning was good.

Pool and hot tub closed when we stayed. Hallways and room very clean. Breakfast was yummy. Bed was comfortable, they were able to accommodate us needing an accesible room.

Has fallen in condition since last time we were there. Brekfast was not that great. Did like the 24hr coffee and drink fountain. Free dinner and popcorn.

My great experience started with the excellent customer service during check-in, followed by a great happy hour in the lobby cafe. The room with a king sized bed was warm and inviting. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and welcomed. Every staff person smiled and provided help when needed. I will definitely look for Drury Inn whenever I travel and I look forward to more top notch experiences with them.

There were a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived. I reported them and they were promptly deal with to our complete satisfaction. Everything else was up to the Drury standard that we have come to expect over the years.

The hotel was very nice. The food and drink options for the evening and breakfast are really good. If you stay on an east side room you will hear the highway and train noise but it’s not enough to keep you awake at night. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We really like the drury inn hotels when we stay there.

The beds were comfy, the water pressure wasn't the greatest, but I was able to get clean so it worked. Overall, it waa a great stay!

The stay was alright. Breakfast was good, elevators were soooooo slow….dont be in a hurry if waiting for the elevator. The pool was packed the entire time and smelled so strong of chlorine, it made my eyes burn. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel was very convenient for our college shopping at IKEA and target. The room was well maintained and met all needs.

What a nice place to stay! The staff was wonderful, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. We had a great surprise with the 3 free drinks and free food in the evenings. One night a taco bar greeted us and the next we had bbq pulled pork sliders and sides. Our group of 4 saved $$$ on dinner those nights. Also, there is a light rail station right across the street.

My fridge didn’t work but other that, it was good. The food was definitely a step ahead of other hotels.

We will definitely be reserving the Drury Hotel for all our future trips.

We have stayed here multiple times, the rooms are always so clean. The staff is extremely friendly and the area is easily accessible.

We had the King suite- amazing and spacious. Beds are very soft. Kickback dinner was delicious and so was breakfast!

Friendly staff and excellent service.

The eating area was well put together and clean. There was plenty of seating and an overall excellent environment.

Great Hotel, great experience from check in to check out. More Hotels should take lessons on how to treat their guest properly like the Drury hotel does. Thank you again for a wonderful stay

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great. Shower had good water pressure and it was hot. The staff was all very friendly.

Their very best asset is their personnel.Sharon is a wonderful manager and made us feel at home.

Air conditioning very noisy

Everything about the hotel was good, with only one minor flaw that bothered us: the alarm started ringing at 6am, and even after it was stopped, it kept ringing every 10 minutes until we woke up completely and unplugged the power cord. I hope the hotel will turn off the alarm when they clean the room every morning, as being woken up so early in the morning is really unpleasant.

The housekeeping could have been much better. They didn’t refresh the room very well or come back when asked. In the past, the food options were much better and the food tasted better. The concierge team was awesome, however.

This hotels is a good choice for the person that just wants a decent place to stay for a night or two. I was happy that there were no extra fees like parking and other nonsense good location as far as choices of restaurants and stores.

Area was more suited for professionals on a work trip. Hotel didn’t have anything appealing to it, staff was friendly, but lobby and restaurant area was cramped and crowded for the size of this hotel. Wrong pick for a family with small kids.

The staff made this stay very nice for us any questions we had were promptly answered. The hot meals, snacks and beverage station were an added plus which made the stay very nice as well.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Staff was very friendly, I had called the day before to request an early check in and they were able to accommodate me (which was great!) Breakfast was very yummy and beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again!

It was amazing, staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. I love the services they offer in the morning and in the afternoon. Definitely a good stay.

The only thing I noticed was the windows by the pool especially outside needed to be cleaned.

Well maintained and clean. Staff courteous and helpful. Manager’s reception is ok. Quality of food is average and seating area cramped. Overall a good hotel.

The air conditioner could not cool the room. Even though the air conditioner was running, the temperature would not go below 74°. We pretty much slept just with the sheets and got a good nights rest.

Property was beautiful and easy to move around.

I came here to have a quiet and comfortable stay

Everyone at the facility was smiling and helpful. Our 5 day stay was perfect. Excellent staff a this location.

Front desk was kind enough to offer to bring a shower bench to the room later. Upon checking in we noticed immediately the sink was completely backed up we notified housekeeping in the hallwsy as well as front desk. Upon arriving back to the hotel late we just needed to shower & clean up & get a good nights sleep for more appts the following day. We arrived to a disgusting sink that maintenance attempt to unclog but never followed up. We were forced to move all our unpacked belongings to another room a couple doors down from our original. After getting everything transferred the room never cooled off. We turned it down IMMEDIATELY when we changed rooms. What an exhausting stay that we also paid for in more ways than one. Sadly, we need to return to Denver again this week & I had already booked us at this same hotel for convenience being close to our appts but its NON- REFUNDABLE!! We will check in early again but this time make sure everything is clear with management as to what occured on this last stay.

Maid service did very little. Very noisy all night. Maybe a mechanic issue? Room wasn’t cleaned well prior to arrival. Friendly staff. Evening meals and drinks a great perk.

Drury Inn is always fantastic. Very consistent from one location to another. Denver was no exception.

Perfect stay not too far from airport. Shopping mall nearby! Clean and quiet!

Property always looks well taken care of, clean and organized. Staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable, kind. I wish there was more seating for breakfast / dinner as it fills up quickly when it’s busy of course. Only negative I have is the smoker areas, everytime we left or came back to the hotel , there were smokers by the side doors, and we would have to walk through their weed or cigarette smoke. Sometimes you could smell the weed from outside by the elevator in the middle of the hallway since that’s the smokers area.

Office Staff was very knowledgeable about area attractions. The breakfast and dinner foods were good. Housekeeping was friendly and did a good job also.

Staff was great. Spacious rooms. Good value. Location is great.
