    Upon arrival, we met an individual at the lobby door (it was past 10 PM, and the front office was closed) with a distressed look on her face. We asked what was wrong, and she said, "I'm just trying to get my money back, but nobody is answering the phone" (Referring to the hand written note taped to the inside of the door, stating to call a specific number if the doors are locked) Someone finally came to the office, so her call must have been answered eventually. A family member checked in, then I checked in. As I was finalizing my reservation, my family member came back to the office, distraught. "There is a MAN in our room! He had the chain on the door, so I was not able to open it up, but I saw him on the bed!" After that, and seeing the despicable condition of the room, we both left and found a different hotel. HORRIBLE conditions. Read the reviews on Google. Other things we noticed: One room literally had a red light in the window. We saw a man leaving the room. Make your own assumption there. Other reviews, and the neighboring hotel staffs, confirm that the Police are called almost on a daily basis to this hotel. Patrons of the Extended Stay America walk to other hotels and cause problems, and police are called. DO NOT BOOK THIS!

    Straight crack shack, we walked in and walked back right out. Door was busted in, couch cushions didn’t even fit on the couch it was horrible. Not worth it paid $150 more for the weekend at the Wyndham up the road. Meth hears live here and some guy was bbqing out of a box in front of his room. It was a mess.

    Bedding was not clean, hand towels were not clean, property felt run down and poorly maintained, including room interior. Toilet seat was falling apart. There was vandalism inside the room. Room felt dirty. Bed was not comfortable at all. Staff at front desk was friendly enough complete check in transaction but not much more than that. Front desk was not staffed for check out. Overall would not recommend or return to stay again.

    The location of the hotel is easy access to the interstate. The rooms are sketchy and not very well maintained. There's gaps in the doors that rodents could get through, the floors were not clean and the room smells musty/smokey/like pets. Would not recommend staying here. Very disappointed in our whole experience. We also asked for the wifi and was never given the password. They said breakfast was from 6-9:30 but the office was closed until 11am daily. There were several broken items in our room and the shower curraom fell on my husband while he was showering. Overall felt very unsafe and uneasy.

    The shower curtain should be longer or lower because the floor gets covered in water... There is no information about the property, wifi access etc. I had to ask for the password and the staff acted like it was top secret...I would not stay there again. Expedia also charged me $40.00 more than the listed rate on the website. I won't be staying at this place again and I will not look at expedia again...

    I paid for a room on Expedia for my birthday, and when I got to the hotel the doors were locked and there was a note to call a #, so I did and the lady sounded like she was sleeping. She told me she had no rooms, and couldn't help me. I want a refund for that room I never stayed in it. Im still being to get it refunded, this is a mess.

    Start with the cockroaches and other bugs. No breakfast as advertised. Coffee and maybe a granola bar - maybe. Staff didn't speak very good English. Had to exchange key that quit working. (Staff key cards failed sometimes too.) What good is a kitchen with no dishes? Everything normally used in a kitchen had to be retrieved from the front desk. I had to wait two out of four mornings for coffee to be brewed. The kitchen cabinet doors were peeling. I had to ask for more toilet paper. I witnessed the staff belittling a man who asked for a discount because he was a long term resident and was in a tough spot. Just say no. Don't play word games that remove your customers self-esteem. I will not return to this place.

    Arrived to the property shortly after check in times. Was informed that the reservation I booked, they did not have the room I requested. Was offered a smaller room with no decrease in rate. The room provided had no power cord to the TV and A/C-Heater would not work. Informed the staff of these issues. I had the power cord to the TV while I went out for lunch; however, the air was not fixed during my stay. Was informed on check out that someone would reach out to me once the management arrived, but no one has yet to call me.

    Two words: DON'T STAY! The property is run down, the room was dingy, dirty, and the walls were so thin we could hear children running around in the room behind us. The air conditioner made the room smell like pet dander and stinky pets. There were so many places missing paint, holes that needed to be patched, it was just in poor condition in every way possible. There was stubble in the sink. No one at the front desk speaks any English, so there was a communication barrier, especially with the woman trying to check in before us. This is the kind of place you'd go to if you got evicted and had no money left. The 'free breakfast' was literally one packet of instant oatmeal, three Nature Valley bars, and 2 caraffes of coffee. My guess is that long-term guests are greedy and swipe up everything immediately. We picked this place to save some money, but we were so grossed out, and it felt so unsafe, we didn't stay and just ate the cost of 3 nights. We went to another hotel, and handed in the key card to the older woman the next morning, who had us write down the room number we were in. She seemed annoyed that we were there. We couldn't even express our concerns because she didn't speak English fluently, but she asked if we were checking out and we said yes. Three days later we get a call from the hotel asking if we're going to check out or extend our stay, so obviously there's a lack of communication between the workers there. Seriously, go anywhere else. Not worth the lower cost.

    Dead bugs in first room. Second room clean but not in good condition. My opinion is, it's a basic place for poor people. Bed was uncomfortable. I dont really care because all I want is a cheap clean place to sleep and shower. The coffee advertised free in the morning was gone by 6:45 am. No refill. First morning, no snacks like granola bars, as advertised, because the shipment hadn't come yet. Don't care. They need to have what they advertise, until the time of morning advertised. It's a low end place but cheap if thats all you care about.

    My keycard didnt work at 6am, so i was locked out for an hour until i was able to get ahold of an employee. The free breakfast was some muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee. It was cleared out by 645 am, and by 730 still wasn't restocked. So i left.

    The rooms are absolutely nasty every time I have the misfortune of having to stay here. This last time they gave me a room that wasn't even cleaned. Trash, dirty towels, bed was made up but with the dingy, foul sheets used by somebody else. After coming down to ask for a different room, I definitely wasn't happy, but the rainbow bracelet wearing goofy goober, that's probably running the front desk for his daddy, responded as if I was the crazy one for having an issue with the situation. Instead of giving me a clean room, dude(?) said I was causing a disturbance and that I needed to leave. If this slum was 20 bucks a night, fine, but they're charging 70-80+ just looking to skin as much as possible for as little as possible work. Please, pay the extra 5 or 10 bucks and get a place to stay that is clean and sanitary and you won't run the risk of contacting some crazy disease.     Our lock on our door didn't work, we had to put a towel in the door jam so we could get back in our room, We stayed there approximately 12 days off and on in February. We joined the perks or reward club and we didn't get and perks. The day we left is when they fixed the lock. Front desk were not clear with us on time frame for getting best price.

    Showed up to “we see your reservation but we don’t have a room.” At 7pm no call no message prior to arriving. Refused to refund wouldn’t answer the phone for Expedia to give me a refund so I can book another room last minute. Took 2 days to answer the phone and finally was able to receive a refund. Staff at desk were so rude and showed no remorse or respect to someone who was stressed and calm about needing a refund to get a room and a refund.

    cancelled my reservation when i was flying in from texas and called me 1 hour before the front desk closed. i got so many different versions as to why it was cancelled, one person said it was because i missed check in time, another person said it was because they extended other people’s stays and in turn had no room for us anymore. The front desk lady told me she would try to help me set up at different hotel but never called me back. when i called back she put me on hold until they closed and i had to hang up bc i was boarding my flight over there.

    Was turned away at the desk at about 7:30pm. Was told even though I reserved online they were overbooked and there wasn't any rooms. She said they have people extend and that puts them over. She said she called but she had the wrong number and they did not try to use hotel.com's messenger. Shocking to me she noted this HAPPENS REGULARLY. She had turned several away just this week. Also because I paid ahead I had to call and get a refund because they couldn't accommodate me. Which means I was out that money for a few days. I luckily had enough to cover another hotel but imagine your a family who has a long stay planned you get there 8 or later everyone is is tired and this happens and they DON'T have the money to just find a new hotel. Extended Stay. THIS MUST GET FIXED. I will not be booking an extended stay anytime soon as I know they can't be trusted.

    I'm harassed every single time about my service animal and they refuse to look up the law they made it my fault that they harassed me multiple times about my service animal The manager even pointed a finger at another lady and said that oh see she's complaining about your dog it doesn't matter He's the service animal she can complain all she wants You've got to leave it alone once I tell you that they refuse to look up the law that he does not have to be on a leash He's under full control he literally listens he carries his own leash he stays by my side and separates me from other potential triggers for my PTSD and anxiety which is his job it was required to be off leash or he is unable to do it. Then let's talk about the fact that this place is in deplorable condition every time which is only twice thank God I was put in terribly un sanitary rooms the first room that I was in I shampooed the carpet myself and it came out black I have videos and happy to show you now every single time I show up there I even waited to to show up when the night person was there because the daytime now black-haired was blonde hair little Spanish boy which I have on video yelling at me over my service dog clarifying hey wait so you're telling me that you're harassing me over your service dog again and he's been literally confirms it in the video I be love love to provide it to you then when I was checking in last night I called to ensure that he was not there any longer

    There was not one thing that I liked about the property. I didn’t like the staff. They were not helpful at all. There was no communication whatsoever and they caused my car to get towed. There was no warning or sign that said they could potentially tow my car. The police also showed up multiple times and there were noise disturbances. Many red flags from this property.

    Mold all over the bathroom ceiling, I took pictures, check-in person was rude didn’t tell us where anything was nor about the continental breakfast, nor where our room was located. Tried to open the door and it had been painted shut. Had to have maintenance pry it open. Maintenance asked us if we could come back to our room in 2 hours because they were painting the outside hallway. We told them no and they said that we wouldn’t be able to come out of our room until the paint dried. We checked in around 5:30pm. The kitchen cabinet the paint was peeling off also.

    I was prompted to ask how breakfast was here… that was really bad!!!! Breakfast opens at 6 AM. I went down at 6:45 AM…. There is nobody at the desk, so if you want instant oatmeal in a paper cup with a fork, you’re in luck. Later, I asked what is normally on the breakfast cart, and told there’s normally muffins and granola bars, etc. But because they don’t have anybody in the lobby watching this craziness, someone can come in and take everything off of that bar and it’s not replenished. I’ll never come back here.

    This place is absolutely horrible. The hall monitor waddling around the doorways til 5am is a completely uncalled for. They had their customers cars towed a day before Xmas. Roaches crawling everywhere. I'm so glad it's over I'll never go back there again.

    This hotel is very Very run down. It is in a decent neighborhood. There was a stripped Camaro in the parking lot and the room heater barely worked it was falling off the wall. The bathroom door had a poorly patched up fist hole and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. I was travelling solo and this was barely adequate. The free breakfast is a joke just coffee and a granola bar. I would not stay again.

    This hotel has a policy that states you cannot back your vehicle in you need to leave your vehicle parked in the normal manner so that tow truck drivers can drive through the parking lot and scan your license plate. Don't know why they do that but just an fyi.

    Normally I don't give a bad rating but this place was absolutely the most rude and treated me very very poorly. I was disrespected and told that I would get a free stay the next day for not having a room for 7 hours for me.     They sent me to a bed bug infested motel with disgusting rooms. The minute the door open it smells like a mixture of hot dog water and chemical fire. I also found a drug pipe under my pillow on the bed and it was the extended stay America in centennial Colorado on geddes Ave. The staff there was extremely rude and the fighting that took place in the parking lot at night was horrifying.

    Staff was extremely rude and quick to try to kick us out even though I talked to head boss about my paycheck running late. I had my 2 little daughters with me, and he said and I quote "looks like you and your daddy are going to be sleeping outside tonight." Making my daughter's cry and scared. Extremely unprofessional and rude and just downright mean. Never got towels exchanged, payed for higher Internet just for them to say it's down. Had to go through hoops to get toilet paper. Id like to speak to a manager and get this resolved and my hard earned money back for the treatment me and my family had to deal with.

    Any 10/10 star reviews you see here are fake. This is a HORRIBLE location. I would not recommend it to anyone. Upon checking in, the front desk lady did know how to check us in and had to call someone off the property. Once we entered our room we were hit with the obvious smell of drugs. Not just cigarettes and marijuana, but something more intense. We refused to stay here because we are immunocompromised and weeks away from surgery and was told we would get a refund. It’s been 4 days and i have yet to here from this hotel about my refund. I rather stay in my car than stay here. MAJOR health hazard. And “breakfast” consisted of 3 muffins and 3 granola bars. Pay a little more to stay somewhere safer and cleaner!

    We had a California king bed in the room, and it was very spacious. There was a small problem with a TV and they took care of it right away. In my opinion, there’s more people looking at every situation as a way to get something for nothing and people need to realize everyone has a job to do.     There was holes on the bathroom door and walls from being punched, stains on the carpet, the bathroom door was off the hinges, no iron or blow drier, stains on the mattress. Coming up the stairs there was dirty towels FROM the hotel thrown outside that were stained from poop. I’m never staying there again

    Clerk forgot to give the guest before me, and myself our drivers licenses back. Cops were there twice in the night. Fire Dept 2nd time like 2am. Refrigerator had a loud mechanical noise every so often that would come on in the night. Bad experience, but a cheap stay too. Get what you pay for.

    Upon check in I found out that they had overbooked and I did not have a room. It happens, I just said OK and walked away because the attendant was screaming back and forth with another couple that was also not getting a room. He yelled at them “I will not call my manager, sleep on the floor if you want” he was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The grounds had a lot of litter and a glimpse I got inside a room looked very dingy. I am glad that hotels.com rebooked me elsewhere. I think I got lucky that I didn’t have to stay there.

    The pictures online do not represent the place well. The grounds are poorly kept and the rooms are disgusting. The shower particularly looked absolutely disgusting. The mattress was dirty and the couch in the room looked like it had been picked up at the dump.

    I got 2 separate reservations here. The first room I got was was good. It was clean, check in was easy. Had no problems. The second room i got was discusting, it smelled like cat pee as if there were 20 cats locked in there for a month, and someone let them out right before they have me the key. As soon as the door opened I felt like I was punched in the face with the smell of cat piss... You could see the stains on the carpet, I was scared to put any of my belongings down. I'm not sure why anyone would rent that room or thinking someone would be ok with it. I went down and spoke with the person at the front desk, he was amazing- very nice, no argument- great customer service, he got us another room right away. Three 3rd room was immaculate. No smell of pets, bathroom was clean, floors were clean- no complaints.

    Cons: No stove, place got a few holes and repairs needed. Not much just a few things that needs fixing. Ask for filter to be cleaned above the stove which got dust. Breakfast ain’t eggs, sausage and pancakes with coffee. It’s just coffee only. If you lucky, you get coffee, granola bar and muffin. Got also option instead of coffee for hot cocoa.

    called a thousand times that we are ariving late and that we are still going to check in but when we arrived no room was available even though we had booked at the counter was a lady that couldnt speak english a bulk of people was gathering in the lobby to complain that there was no water at all and the guy who finally spoke english was extremely unfriendly and we still got charged even though no room was available for us. good luck with that business model

    Absolutely the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. Basic amenities could not be offered. The rooms are falsely advertised for having said amenities when they don't. I stayed for 3 nights.     I booked this stay over four months in advance, to arrive there and be told my room wasn't available. The room they "so graciously" offered us was disgusting. Paint peeling off the shower walls, dirt all over the floors, and the bottom half of the bathroom door was missing!! Water pressure was a joke, and the city shut up water as a whole during our stay. No refunds were offered for that. And they had the nerve to take a $50 deposit in case WE damaged something. I couldn't believe it. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

    We checked into the room and were immediately hit with the smell of smoke and other unidentifiable smells, and ash on the bed! One bed had been partially unkempt. Hotel grounds are disgusting and have a creepy vibe to the people staying here. On the property- out on the back side of the hotel there was a homeless population, people fixing their cars and people pleasuring themselves. When I brought this up to the front desk worker- they insisted there were no other rooms, and they couldn't refund without a "managers approval". Couldnt even check me out early. I repeat. Do not stay here! They will just steal your money.

    Booked a non smoking room and they gave us a smoking & didn’t say anything, when we went back to change rooms they locked the doors & refused to answer.     There is one thing in this life obide by and it’s respect, honesty and interest. I am writing this letter to whom it may concern because I’ve been treated unfairly at this time. I don’t believe in disrespect to a customer. It’s not customer service for one. It’s not respectable for #2 and it’s not reliable as far as relying on customers and keeping a business going that’s not the way a business should run. The business should always honor, respect and value and clean rooms when I got to this room it was not clean for #2 I don’t appreciate the disrespect but I could let that go in tune. I don’t appreciate not getting a refund because now I’ve had been forced to stay at this location and I probably rest this time to not get my refund back so they tricked me thank you. I will never stay here again. It’s up to you guys. If you wanna review this information thank you for reading it, but I’m not holding onto it and trusting the fact that I’m getting my refund back if it doesn’t happen, thank you for your time anyway no disrespect needed.     There was never anyone at the front desk I had a meeting I had to get to and got locked out of my room, and couldn’t find anyone to help. Called about 50 times no one would answer the phone ever. Tried to do an early check out (was okay with not getting a refund) and they wouldn’t even except my key as they said i wasn’t allowed an early check out. Very horrible costumer service, horrible room smells like fresh cigarettes everywhere. Overall a horrible place to stay save your money.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in years of traveling for work. Rooms are in shambles, staff is completely incompetent. Immediately when I got there I was put in a room that someone was already in, 20 minutes later after I was moved they tried to put somebody into my room. That happened again a few hours later, and then again in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t know except that I woke up to the door being unlocked and opened up to the end of the slide latch lock. Complained first thing in the morning and checked out to cancel the rest of my stay, never heard back from the manager I was told would contact me and get my refund. Absolutely do not stay at this hotel it’s not even remotely worth it, can’t believe this place is in business.

    We had a very early flight and just needed sleep.. the room was falling apart floors and cupboards sticky. No blankets in the room ant all and shower curtain torn. And to top it off Someone knocked on our door at midnight.. this was by far the most disgusting room I have ever been in and was charged $100 for a night!!! Run!!!! Do NOT put your safety at risk. We left in the middle of the night and went straight to the airport. Awful experience!!!

    There was a surprise deposit. Once I got settled into my room they came knocking and said they accidentally checked me in to the wrong room and I had to move. The room they put me in was smaller, dirtier and had a really lumpy mattress and pillows. Go to the extended stay further down the street, this one is a dump.

    --returning from an outing, i accidently went to the WRONG ROOM, and my key card WORKED! --desk staff either spoke little english, or virtually none. Several times, i and others were handed a phone to talk to a remote manager, who translated. --but in general it was a good stay.

    The location was good - close to my office for a special event. The carpet was stained, cigarette burns on kitchen counter and floor in a non-smoking room. Strange pick and blue stains in shower and bathroom counter. My clothes smelled like the room when I was at my office. No dishes. I did not realize I had to buy dishes when I reserved room.

    Property not well cleaned.from staircases to rooms all stained and dirty,Pillows smell so bad.Doors don’t lock properly causing fear at night.Carpets smell and look old,smoke detectors removed by past residents so they could smoke freely,the entire room smells like they have been smoking here for a decade yet their website says no smoking rooms.No carts to help with transportation of luggage’s and no assistance at all.Microwave buttons all freeze up creating fear and danger.Nothing works here.They have quite a serene location and looks from the outside but the inside is nothing to write home about.I am not impressed

    Our check in was after hours since our flight was delayed. The agent was super accomodative. When I got there the check in took a little longer as she struggled with the scanning of the id. Once I got to my room, just the look of the door, the seal was hanging out, broken as tho. I open the door and the door does not stay shut. I had to hold it closed and put the dead bolt to keep it closed. It smelled musty & like pet Pee. It was already 2am and we were drained from traveling all day. When going into the bathroom, my daughter could not locate any towels, wash cloths, bath rags. The toilet paper was on the last quarter of it and no new rolls was NOT in there. I went to jump on the bed. And just before i did, i noticed it looked to be dirty. I tried to call the front desk, the phone was out so I walked down. They gave me a sheet to cover bed and said the room cleaners be there in the morning. I went back upstairs to heat up my food, the microwave did not work. The next morning we had to leave early so I let them know about the microwave and the smell. We come back late in the evening. The microwave works, still no towels etc., the bed is still dirty and the pee smell is bad. I go down to talk to them. He ensures they will come. He gives one towel set. I didnt realie until I got back to the room. I'm overit and we just make due with what we have. Next day i go let them know, they send the cleaners as I am standing in the office while my daughter is asleep in the room.

    This property looks okay from the outside but there are shady and suspect people milling around everywhere and the room was not just untidy, it was downright filthy. The lock on the door was broken so I didn’t feel safe and I was afraid my car was going to get broken into or carjacked. Every single area of this room was disgusting. Stains on the sheets, broken kitchen cabinets, filth in the tub, sticky spots on the floor, an unmade bed with grey sheets, torn and stained fabric on every seating surface. I would NEVER stay here again.

    A little preamble – 1) my standards are low 2) to the owners of this hell hole, please don’t respond your generic fluffy response that demonstrates you want all cash out of this property and no investment for Guest comfort. You’ve done nothing to respond to repeated complaints about the same things. The room reeked of smoke so bad that I couldn’t wear my sleep shirt after I left because it was drenched in smoke. At 12:30 in the morning after check in, the front desk people were banging on our door and we were too afraid to answer. When I called the front desk, they said it was them due to a credit card issue (at that hour, why not try to call First?). They admitted our credit card was fine and when I told them it was very distressing to have strangers banging on the door at night, and told them they shouldn’t do it, they told us to be quiet or they would call the police and to leave if we didn’t like the hotel. Other offenses well documented in most honest reviews: disgusting stains on the mattress, cigarette burns on the vanity, tub faucet broken, no water pressure, AC doesn’t work (and it was HOT), only one towel (had to share 1 with husband to dry off), supposed to be extended-stay but there’s no utensils whatsoever except two small plastic cups, no garbage cans, shady characters (the house illegal aliens, and homeless

    When I booked, there was a question about "special considerations" or accommodations that i might need. I was very explicit when I indicated that I had recently had surgery on my knee and needed a lower level room because climbing stairs was difficult at best. Checking in, the girl at the desk was extremely rude and informed me that the second floor was all that was left, take it or leave it. I entered the room and there was a big hole in the bathroom door that looked like it came from someone kicking in the door. The floors were filthy and I had 1. 5 rolls of toilet paper to make it through 4 days. The room smelled like stale cigarettes.

    First, I felt the hotel was sketch and as a woman traveling alone, I started to feel like I wasn't safe. When I entered the room, the carpet was old and then the smell of cigarette smoke hit me so bad, my eyes started to become irritated. It smelt like someone smoked in there for three weeks nonstop. The blankets even smelled like cigarette smoke! When I called the front desk about it, the only thing they did was spray the room with febreeze. It didn't work! I was up anxious all night and by 4:30am, I was booking me an Airbnb, packed up and left. I was only in the room for 7 hours and already my clothes STANK like smoke! The picture you see are NOT what you get. Next, when I complained to the front desk the next morning to drop off my key, the woman behind the desk acted like she didn't care. No "sorry" just "ok" as if they could care less on how my experience was. I hope I never experience this again.

    Filthy inside and out. Everything in the room was damaged, smelled like kitty litter and cigarettes. Lighting was poor outside and I slipped on dog feces on the sidewalk late at night.

    My expectations were not very high before arriving, but even then they were still too high when I stepped into the room. Room 210 was absolutely filthy. It was evident someone used to use the room for temporary living. There were stains on the wall that could’ve been wiped away with a towel & spray, there were numerous screws & screw holes all throughout the walls and ceiling. The bathroom door handle had no latch and was “secured” to the door with cardboard. There were old hair trimmings stuck to the bathroom wall by the sink. There was also no smoke detector in the room. I only spent $80 for the night, but would’ve easily paid more to be somewhere else if I knew how bad this was going to be. BEWARE!!

    The room smelled like marijuana and it was a non smoking room. Bed sheets were stained, no bath towels in the restroom, and when we went to ask for towels the male receptionists was so rude and said that he didn’t have any to come back tomorrow!!!! We had just driven 4 hours and I was not about to go to bed without showering so we had to go BUY towels at Walmart!!!! So ridiculous

    The room had stains all over the floor smelled like cigarette smoke had a white substance in the counter and had holes all over the bathroom door. They also gave us the wrong room. We asked for a new room to which the manager said he would have it cleaned within the next hour. We left and came back at least 8 hours later to find it was still dirty with cabinets missing. The new room had dust and debris all over the ground not to mention the bed I was sleeping in was broken and was rocking side to side as well as had a sharp piece of the frame sticking out. I showed the manager pictures and he wouldn’t give us any discount. He also said that he would give us a full refund on the last 4 days of our stay. I called back 2 days later to make sure it was canceled and the guy that answered said that the trip hadn’t been canceled which means the manager lied to me about canceling it. I sent a message the Expedia to try and get a full refund.

    I picked this hotel to stay for four nights to attend a family funeral because of the low rate, it is in a nice area, and it has a kitchen. Total mistake! The hotel advertised that it had amenities including a coffee maker, hair dryer, and the essentials needed to do your own cooking. This place is totally run down. It had nothing. No coffee maker, one pan, two plates and one spatula, one coffee cup. No eating utensils. There was no extra toilet paper, one towel and one hand towel in each bathroom. The furniture in the room was broken. To make matters worse, the toilets wouldn’t flush after the first night. I was in the front office to ask for a coffee maker, extra toilet paper and towels the first night. The employee at the desk had to hunt for a coffee maker but did find one. No extra towels, however. The excuse was that housekeeping had not done laundry. They sent maintenance up with a plunger for the toilets because all the rooms were sold out and they couldn’t move us. I was at the front office every day to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. Never did get towels. Always an excuse. The employees at the front desk couldn’t make a decision without the manager, who didn’t come in until 10:00 am each day. I checked out early, but in order to get a refund, I must contact hotels.com because I didn’t book directly through the hotel. Customer service does not exist at this hotel. They could care less.

    We cancelled our stay after the two rooms were filthy dirty and we have sent an email in regards to this incident. We were then told to call Extended Stay and then was told to call HotelsCom I would like my money back we didn't stay at the hotel I tried repeatedly to cancel the reservation. I'm disabled and in a wheelchair I can't afford to be out 318$. I'm homeless and depend on my disability check every month. The rooms were disgusting Ive never had more problems trying to get a refund let alone be given keys to rooms that were absolutely gross and disgusting. What kind of housekeeping goes on that room keys are given out to uncleaned rooms with dirty diapers and rotting food in them.

    I payed for mine smoking room and I could smell cigarette smoked upon entry. I also found a pack of cigarettes perched on the bedside lamp. There were no trash cans or bags. There was no television remote.

    We showed up after office hours and needed a late check in. We called the number it told us to call for almost 30 minutes and no one ever answered we finally got a hold of someone through customer service booking. The room was dirty, bathroom dirty, ceiling stains, and the room smelled the cigarette smoke. The pot it had in the kitchen was full of grease spots

    I should've expected this for the price but the 1st few reviews I glanced seemed decent. But this place is disgusting! We had to be at the airport at 6am so I booked a quick hotel for the lowest price because we got to Denver late. Random people outside smoking in the parking lot. Doors missing off the kitchen cabinets. Walls are scuffed and patchy. (Fridge was clean & cold Ill give it that much) floors missing chuncks of Laminate with God knows what coming up from underneath. Im 90% sure the mystery dark splatter across the bottom of the dresser was blood but Convinced myself it was ketchup so I could sleep. Shower, bathroom. All disgusting. Ive seen cleaner jail showers seriously. The girl working was nice, quiet, young. I didn't think changing rooms would help anyways. Asked for a hair dryer, none. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk anyways to complain. No trash can, in room, nor bathroom. If u need a quick, cheap place to rest your head for a few hours, then okay. Otherwise, spend the extra bit to stay at one of the other hotels right close-by.

    Whatever you do, DO NOT stay here! When we go to check in they couldn’t even make us room keys because their machine was down. They offered to let us into the room but at that point we wouldn’t be able to leave the room if we fad to go somewhere. When the took us up to the room it absolutely wreaked of cigarette smoke and there were stains all over the bed. We immediately told the front office and her response was the manager will refund you when he gets in tomorrow because he wants everyone to enjoy their stay and those things are not okay. She said she couldn’t do anything that it would have to be the manager. The next day the manager denied the refund even though we didn’t stay there. Horrible service, horrible rooms. Stay somewhere else!

    So my wife and I checked in to the hotel around noon and within three times throughout the night somebody was able to just walk into our room because it locks did not work and totally terrified my wife and brought her PTSD back and I had to go into fighting I brought it up with the person at the desk and they told me that there's nothing they could do to accommodate me and I wanted my money back or another room that night or the following night and was met with a stubborn employee who thought it was Norm for people to walk into your room and you not feel safe... I do want to refund or a couple nights with a good room where the Lock works..

    Room was dirty, had holes in the walls and doors, the bathroom light didn't work, and make up products from the previous inhabitant was left on the floor. The tv remote had tape on the back to poorly hold the batteries in and the power button didn't work. The ac rattled loudly and the pit bull in the next room barked all night keeping me from sleeping. The landline didn't have a cord to make calls. At least the girl at the front desk was friendly and apologetic that her manager wouldn't do anything about the light.. so theres that i guess.

    Customer service was good and understanding but the room situation/conditions were not that great. First room looked a massacre just happened. Second room was ok but 2x better than the first room. Outdated, needs work/updating.

    I never write reviews for anything no matter how bad it is, but this one was a doozy. There was no hot water with a snowstorm outside. Carpet had glitter and ripped up pieces of paper on them. Hair ties and random women's makeup in every drawer. Fire alarm was disabled. Shower curtain and bathroom door had lipstick smears. No trashcan at all. Drawers missing from the kitchen. And the neighbors next door argued from 9pm (check in) to 12pm the next day. I cancelled my trip early and left for home because the experience was so horrible. I didn't get an ounce of sleep. If your looking for a cheap room to hook up in it's fine. If ur traveling from out of state and plan on living in the room for a few days, I don't recommend.

    This place had a double mattress on a queen boxspring. There was no blanket on the bed. It was filthy and there were people clearly on drugs all over the property. I walked in and immediately turned around, got in my vehicle and got as far away as I could.

    This property was in poor condition. There were lights out in the room. The carpet was unsanitary. There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door. The phone in the room did not work. The TV remote did not work and we were only given one towel for-two people..no other amenities were available when we asked for extra amenities we were told at 9:30p to return back to the lobby, in another building …which we did not !! Extremely disappointed!!
