We stayed here previously and had great things to say. Thus time however, there were several issues. We stayed in room 210. The bed was horrific to sleep on. We barely slept and had such terrible back pain we even opted to sleep on the small couch instead of the bed. The couch was very worn and felt dirty. The red chair smelled like fish every time we sat down. Our mini fridge leaked water the entire time and fridge wouldn't stay cold. The housekeeping kept barging in our room 3 times while we asked them to stop and respect our do not disturb sign. It was so uncomfortable that we set up our camera to make sure they weren't coming in when we were gone. Talked to front desk about it and the lady said "oh I'm night shift so I never see housekeeping to tell them". She was rude and offered no help. Didn't even apologize on their behalf. So we stacked things behind our door as well as keeping both locks, locked. Out of 5 stars I'll give it a generous 3 and a half
- 2/5
Rooms dirty, micro fridge did not work, mold, mildew on shower curtain and all over tub enclosure, floors dirty, fridge did not work and smelled like rotten food. Complained about housekeeping as was told they are relatives of the owners and they had many complaints but nothing ever gets addressed
- 5/5
Great BIG breakfast. Beds could have been more comfortable though.
- 5/5
Big room. Clean. Friendly front desk. Only stayed 6 hours traveling.
- 1/5
Room smelled like a wet dog. Bathroom had black mold on ceiling and walls. Shower had mold in crevices and shower wall had holes which were filled with mold and scum. Waffle machine was broken. Completely unacceptable especially for the high room rate. Pictures on website are not representative of actual conditions.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 3/5
The back door did not lock. Did not see much as far as security cameras especially at back door. I moved my vehicle around to the front overnight because I did not feel safe leaving it in the back lot. Trashcan by back door overstuffed and smelled like dead fish with a spent syringe laying on the ground next to it. The inside was nice and clean but looked like the outside needed some major attention.

The room was dirty. No ac in the living room of site so it was 10 degrees hotter than bedroom. I paid in full on Expedia but they still said they were going to charge me an additional environmental fee. When I asked why they said because of Trump?!? The guy making breakfast told me he broke the waffle machine because he was mad, so I started to try their eggs but it turned out to be egg soup. Sausage didn't look like it was cooked. I decided to go to cracker barrel next door instead. Water was only like warm. Room smelled of mold. I had to walk through cigarette smoke to get in the front door. Then at the counter the lady had her pack of cigarettes on the counter. I guess this is mostly a smoking hotel, but it didn't smell like smoke in the room, just mildew. No towel rack. One remote for two tvs. I think that's it.
- 2/5
The woman that checked us in was extremely rude more than once. The sheets had brown stuff on them and we got bug bites. Breakfast was ok the second day but the waffle maker was broken the entire time. The first day the eggs were some weird pancake looking things. Could not eat them. The man that checked us out was nice though.

Carpets need to be cleaned.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was friendly, we didn’t eat breakfast there because the Cracker Barrel in front of it but it was packed every morning so I’m sure it’s good. Parking was not an issue. Had a front spot the whole time despite Chattanooga being busy due to the first week of summer break. We will be back!
- 3/5
Trash under the bed
- 4/5
The location was great for our activities, pet friendly on 1st floor and near the door . They charged $25.00 per night pet fee but only cleaned room q 3 days per consent.
- 4/5
This hotel was clean and comfortable.
- 3.5/5
The overall stay was okay. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly, and the breakfast crew was incredibly kind and chatty, which really made the experience a lot better. The hotel could definitely use a deep cleaning, especially considering the price. The hair dryer in the room was pretty dirty, which was disappointing. While the coffee machine was clean, it had some issues and probably needs to be repaired or replaced.
- 2/5
The breakfast was ok. The room? Well…. Don’t bother…. Stay somewhere else! Mold on shower walls and tub. Yuk! Toilet did not flush every time. Bathroom sink out of order. Totally clogged. Had to shave, brush teeth, etc., and wash hands using bathtub faucet. Very back breaking. Water on floor at foot of bed when checking in. Office gave me 2 towels to clean up mess. They did not even offer to clean up. Next time I will stay elsewhere. Once is enough.
- 4/5
Great location My waffles kept sticking
- 3.5/5
The location! It’s outdated and need renovation and a good cleaning
- 1/5
To talk to Owner or manager, but they denied because I had booked hotel stay through third party. I always use hotel.com and never had any issue. They did not give me -0- receipt because again same answer that I used third party to book. Give me some compensation if possible. Thanks!
- 3/5
Location beautiful on a hill with large trees out your windows the pool was great comfy bed and sitting room to enjoy The cabinet near the bathroom needs repair
- 3.5/5
Genrally an all round good accommodation. The couch in our room had holes in the covering and needed replacing.
- 4/5
Nice clean place. Would recommend for a sta
- 5/5
Suite was great for a family stay!
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. We walked to crackers barrel which was next door. Will stay again if in that direction.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 2/5
The facility is not worth the $95/night cost. Breakfast was very poor to say the least as the eggs were made like pancakes and were hard. This hotel can use some renovation as it is outdated and the carpet in the common areas is very dirty. We don't recommend it for this price!

After a long drive, the last thing anyone wants is to feel dismissed when bringing up a legitimate concern. I expected better professionalism and a cleaner environment, especially for the price paid. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would not choose to stay here again.
- 4/5
The room was decently clean, staff was friendly, and we were able to have our dog with us!
- 0.5/5
There was a seemingly homeless person in the hallway when we arrived at 1am. An item was stolen from my trailer between 1 AM and 630 AM. Unfortunately, there are no security cameras on the left side of the building where I parked
- 2.5/5
Where the room was ... LOVED that There was long hairs in the towels.. GROSS!! I could use them.... thats horribly nasty

My hotel room had mouse droppings and mold on floor near tub. The hotel bath tub was dirty and it was just nasty. The staff was busy outside smoking. The kitchen staff were dressed unprofessionally and it was to busy smoking. My husband complained to the staff about our room and they offered us another room but it was just as bad as the first. We couldn't decide which room was worse. I would recommend that Hotels.com remove this property for Health reason from their offers. This is not a place that I would recommend. Parking was fine. Breakfast looked okay but after seeing the people fixing it I decided it was best to take my family somewhere else for breakfast. The hotel is outdated, not kept to Radisson standards and has made my family to not stay at an Radisson properties again.
- 2/5
It's cheap for a reason. Definitely not a three star establishment per my standards.
- 4/5
Nice and clean hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
- 2/5
No room service for three days although we mentioned that we need room service. Room was not cleaned properly and dirty towels were left in washrooms when we checked in
- 1/5
Lady at check in was super sweet. Got to room and the smell of urine was overwhelming. Dirt and dust everywhere. No cover on exhaust fan between rooms. White stuff all over pull out couch and mattress was yellow and stained up. Opened coat closet and it smelled like someone had been using it as the bathroom and the ironing board cover was hanging over the pole and it was covered in what appeared to be something nasty and it smelled like urine. Shower was cover in hair and when I opened the drain to shower garbage came out of it. Dirty wash cloth bunched up over shower curtain and bathroom door wouldn’t close it had to be forced. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work at all and was covered in dust. Took pics of everything and did make a report with front desk and there were no other rooms available to switch. Assistant manager made report on our file and told me to contact Expedia and his boss Monday as his hands were tied because we used a third party to book.
- 5/5
Coffee maker not working properly
- 2/5
Unfortunately, the hotel room was not clean upon arrival. The walls and other surfaces were visibly dirty and did not appear to have been properly wiped down. Overall, the cleanliness standards were disappointing and did not meet expectations.
- 2/5
Septic issue on the 2nd floor made the stay quite terrible. I addressed the issue with staff and they told me to talk to manager in morning. The entire floor and those staying were complaining. We had to leave the hotel to recover from being nauseas. When we returned the smell at least escaped our room for the most part, but hotel guests staying with me fell ill (vomitting from the noxious smell). I asked staff to ventilate hallway but not helpful. A manager was responsive the following morning to offer a small credit, but hotels were booked and I was just asking for some courtesy and ventilation. Would not stay again.
- 3/5
We had to leave early and when we went down for breakfast found that it started at 7. It was 6:50. Two others were also waiting for breakfast. The gentleman that serviced tge dining room saw us and opened it early for us. There was plenty of food ( eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, etc.)
- 2/5
Poor housekeeping and cleanliness; room, corridors, elevators. Didn’t chance going into dinning area. Not a good experience for us.
- 4/5
Decent hotel. They didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies which country Inn and suites is famous for. The water pressure was bad. The room was clean but it had that every third day cleaning instead of coming every day to clean and change the towels.
- 3/5
Stayed here for one night. My first impression was a tired interior and carpet in the hall had seen better days. Got in the elevator and it looked like dust bunnies above the clear glass - kind of creeped me out. The room itself was clean. The staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little outdated but great location
- 3/5
The rooms were clean when we arrived but was not cleaned during our stay. The furnishing are old and need to be updated. The bed slept good but the coverings were not what they should be.
- 3/5
The location of the property was nice. The room was under repairs
- 5/5
The beds was hard, but the hotel was clean
- 3/5
We arrived at 9:00 the evening we checked in the desk clerk seem to be quite annoyed and irritated no welcome no greeting the next day clerk was very friendly and pleasant
- 5/5
Good stay
- 2/5
the property was generally dirty & rundown. My room was acceptably clean.
- 1/5
The hotel was in terrible shape. The door to our room was all knicked up and dirty. No handle on closet door. Tips on couch and stains on couch pillow. I would not stay there again.
- 2/5
Bathroom was not clean, mold in the shower, shower doors off the track. Hair on the floor. Efficient checkin. Larger rooms, fridge, good tv. Room 216 was hard to find and instructions off elevator pointed the wrong direction? Bed was decent. Not what I expected from Country Inn. Normally a clean room. Breakfast was decent
- 5/5
This is a great hotel with a lot of space. It’s very clean, has a friendly staff, and has a great breakfast! It’s convenient from the highway and close to many places in Chattanooga. We were only there overnight, but we really enjoyed going into Chattanooga.
- 1/5
The room was uninhabitable, there was a stench of urine or puke. The lady at the front desk said the hotel was sold out, that she would inform management and that she was not authorized to provide the credit. We have not heard back from the hotel. I called today for the manager and left a message to call back with the same lady, and haven't heard back. I have never experienced a more disgusting room.
- 2/5
Garbages overflowing in the lobby, no staff at the front desk, room location was awful.
- 3/5
Room was good property seemed dirty
- 5/5
Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, close to Ruby falls wouod stay again
- 4/5
Very good and clean, good breakfast and big rooms
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good, room lots of space, only real issue could use more towel racks in bathroom
- 3/5
Room wasn’t real clean mainly because of old finishes.
- 2/5
My first we had to be moved because the door crd reader was not working. the second room in bad shape front door rattled, air filter in Ptec unit smelled like something was really hot or burning. Filter was completely clogged on both sides. We left a day early because of poor condition.
- 2/5
Our room was not clean had black mold in shower and sheets did not look clean, this place offers a no refund
- 3/5
Bathroom needs work and was dirty I reported this to a staff member who promised it would be taken care of. It never was.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and hotel was convenient to everything but out of the downtown crowd so we liked that. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, the only complaint I have is there was some mildew in the shower, along the walls but other than that I have no complaints.
- 5/5
We were only there for a short stay on the way to Atlanta. It was a late-night check in and an early morning departure. But the desk clerk was helpful, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the location was easy to find.
- 5/5
Awesome stay. Our room was top notch. We will be back next time we are in the area.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean room
- 3/5
Hotel is good for the purpose of a short stay
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable and the front desk person was super helpful! I somehow had booked our 2 rooms for the previous night and they worked some magic and got us in to the rooms for the day we arrived without making us pay for the previous night. Very helpful front desk people!
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable. Staff was excellent. Room and common areas were dated and worn.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly . Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Speedy checking in and out.
- 4/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Customer Service was mediocre. Rooms were outdated and not very clean.
- 5/5
One of the waffle maker was not working, didn’t have some stuff (was told that the delivery was not till the next day). Had to find someone to fill the empty supplies, other than that it was a good stay for us.
- 5/5
Clean and staff were amazing
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. Room needed updating and a more thorough cleaning. It had mildew in the bathroom and I have pics.
- 5/5
Everything was great except the place needs new carpet. The building would look great except that the dismal carpet condition ruins the ambience.
- 2/5
We had 4 adults and 5 children traveling for our Christmas vacation. Upon arriving, i was met by probably the rudest and most negative person I've encountered at any hotel. During check in, she informed me that a $200 hold would be added for damages and would not be lifted for several days. This started my uneasy feeling but since we were on vacation and traveled so far, i tried to make the best of it and remain positive. We had 2 "suites". When entering one of the rooms, i noticed some damages so I took photos in case they tried to blame us due to the $200 + hold which impacted our vacation spending. I returned to the front desk trying to still remain positive. I asked the lady how her night was going to which she again rudely replied, "it's probably about to get worse." I then realized she was just a very unpleasant person. I informed her that I took pictures of some damages so I wouldn't be charged for them and wanted to make her aware in advance. She then started, "the cleaning staff wouldn't notice the damage anyway." So after returning to the room, we were ready for bed. I noticed the ceiling which I feel really needs addressed but did not want to discuss with the front desk because of my concern that we would be asked to leave since she already had the worst attitude and didn't want to risk having to find another hotel and ruining our Christmas vacation. I am submitting the photos and do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I would rather sleep in my truck.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location.
- 4/5
who-ever finished the interior during construction could have done a better job
- 1/5
Walked into the room and there are bugs in there.
- 5/5
We did not stay for breakfast so I can’t comment on that. But everything else was great. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Ms. Tina was WONDERFUL! Upgraded me for free, clean and spacious room, wonderful customer service, great view of the mountains!
- 5/5
Big room and very good breakfast
- 2/5
Nice staff. Hallway carpet/Hallways are filthy. Bed Skirt was filthy. Didn't want to even look behind bed. Room didn't have a shower curtain. Area is not that great, best to stay in town. Ample parking. Restaurant next-door was convenient. Did have new microwave and Fridge. Bed seemed comfortable and decent pillows.
- 3/5
Linens and the room were overall clean but things are very weathered. Hallway carpets, elevator, bathroom all needs updating.
- 1/5
I've literally never left a review for a hotel before, but my god, this place was gross. I was moving and stopped here so I could rest for the night, but I was too afraid to sleep under the already nasty looking bed spread, I didn't take a shower because of the mold everywhere, and really took a nap and left as soon as I could. The staff themselves were quite nice though, but I wouldn't recommend this place at all until they update the rooms or at least properly clean them.
- 5/5
Nice property, at an affordable prices. The suites are nice and relaxing. Would stay again.
- 3/5
The staff was good but was surprised the hallways looked like they had not been cleaned for awhile... very dirty
- 4/5
Indoor pool
- 5/5
Kitchen / dining area was exceptionally clean. Your employee Lloyd made an impressionable impact because he was constantly keeping food available and especially, keeping the area literally spotless. Thank you very much!
- 4/5
My only complaint would be that we could hear the people in the next room because of the connecting door. That’s really annoying feeling like you have no privacy and have to whisper. Would love it if hotel would space out guests more when they aren’t that full.
- 4/5
Clean room. Laminated flooring so felt cleaner than carpet but not as cozy. Room quite large with two double beds and separate room with sofa, desk, refrigerator and 2nd tv, pocket door for privacy. Very nice staff. Priced right for the quality. Good breakfast options. Good scrambled eggs, good coffee.
- 1/5
Air condition wasn’t working
- 3/5
Shower had mold
- 5/5
Yes Breakfast was good and a very nice Hotel! Clean and Quiet
- 4/5
Very clean, liked that theres no carpet in room
- 5/5
PERFECTION! Friendly and professional check in. The room was impeccable. The bed was comfortable and i was able to rest well.
- 5/5
Clean room. Easy check in great breakfast
- 5/5
Great service
- 3/5
The bathroom was very unclean and overall the room could have been cleaner. Linens are old and could be replaced. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.
- 4/5
The room was cool..there was a little mildew in the shower but overall everything was cool. The breakfast was good too.
- 5/5
Whole experience was excellent
- 5/5
Wonderful experience for our one night here! The front desk attendant was so sweet and welcoming and gave great recommendations for the area. We will be staying there again!
- 3/5
The beds are terrible, they need good mattress pads at least - and please put the blankets on tags down. It was super scratchy when it got under my arm. Also they could stand to put a broom in the corners. Breakfast was really good though.
- 5/5
Parking was safe and easy. The space was clean, and breakfast was good. You could tell the chef enjoyed his job and took pride in creating a good meal and clean space for the patrons.
- 3/5
The elevator was sketchy. No remote control for the TV in the room. Surfaces weren’t thoroughly cleaned.
- 3/5
The walls in the bathroom had mold growing on them. There’s no carpet in the room at all and no place to sit other than the bed. The pictures online show chairs in the corner where the lamp was. The floors had not been cleaned and had marks on them that looked like a child had used a pencil and scribbled on them.
- 3/5
Right off I 75
- 3/5
Okay for a one night stay!
- 4/5
Room was incredibly noisy both from the road and the fan circulating the air. Friendly staff, especially the man overseeing the breakfast. Lounge area in the suite was very dark and only a single armchair faced the TV. Well located for visiting Ruby Falls and Rock City. Very close to Cracker Barrel and Waffle House. Plenty of parking and there were trolleys available to take your luggage to your room.
- 2/5
Mold in multiple parts of bathroom, multiple spiders, a leaf bug, a giant centipede. Key cards had to be replaced nearly every time we tried to get back into the room.
- 4/5
Carpet in hallways and elevator were dirty.
- 3/5
The room was ok. No towel holders in the bathroom which is kind of inconvenient. The sofa bed mattress was in horrible condition so I couldn't sleep on it, and I booked that room because I needed to have the extra bed. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful when I asked for an extra blanket. Breakfast was decent.
- 1/5
the only positive was the breakfast
- 5/5
Very good value. Big rooms and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend for a family.
- 4/5
The desk attendant at check-in was very nice. The lobby was clean. We had a one bedroom suite that was nice but of the two rooms in foyer, there was only one picture on the wall. It made it feel somewhat like an institution. All in all it was a nice place to stay. I would probably stay again. The breakfast area was very clean. The breakfast options were great.
- 3/5
The breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful but on the otherhand the facilities and rooms are in need of an upgrade.
- 5/5
Good.
- 4/5
Standard
- 2/5
Hotel smells in the hallways, broken shelves in the bathroom, clerk at front desk was missing and he had to wait upwards of 10 minutes for her to come let us check in
- 5/5
Pet friendly and they put us in a room away from some of others which was nice bc of dogs. Rooms very clean, nice area. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
In close proximity to shopping and restaurants
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and walkable dining options. The young Lady at reception was very accomodatong. I think her name was Elissa.
- 2/5
Good enough for a night when passing through but not close to downtown, or anything really.

- 4/5
If you are visiting this area and are interested in Ruby Falls,Lookout mountain,etc.. this hotel is within 4 miles of these attractions.
- 2/5
People were running the hallways until 11:30 at night.
- 1/5
Staff is kind
- 3/5
Lloyd was great at breakfast, really mind and welcoming. The lady who work led the night shift was not very attentive. The AC leaked in our room which is kind of dangerous. And maybe can label the fan switch and other switches, it was kind of confusing. I like the no contact checkout. But the text said 11am checkout and the from but desk said noon, so that was a bit confusing. Overall the stay was okay.
- 4/5
It was comfortable stay.
- 2/5
Ewwww stay away. Visible filth was caked everywhere. The floors were sticky everywhere. There was hair on dirt everywhere. Just gross. Stay elsewhere.
- 5/5
Great staff and location to SLTC.
- 5/5
Great location to SLTC and the staff and rooms are great.
- 2/5
Upon check in the hotel had a real musky smell, dirty towels left in room, foul smell from air conditioner, outdated curtains that were hard to close, stains all over walls, fleas & spiders in room. My husband got bit my something and mold on ceilings
- 4/5
In all stay was good . Tub drain made for a sloppy shower. Outside of that stay was good.
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower not the greatest. Did not get the room that was advertised.
- 3/5
Overall good stay. Hotel seems a little outdated but pretty clean
- 4/5
Indoor pool is great. Only one lamp in bedroom
- 4/5
Pool says heated but was cold windows were dirty between pool and exercise room with several cracked glass panels
- 1/5
The room stunk of mold and mildew. The bathroom was covered in mold. The air conditioner had mold all over it that blew on us all night. No blankets or pillow cases for my son who slept on paper thin fold out love seat. Beds wete smaller than advertised. Carpet in hall and dlevater filthy and moldy. Everything was filthy and moldy. Staff was nice but DO NOT GO HERE
- 1/5
This experience was extremely disappointing and unsafe.
- 5/5
The property is conveniently located to several different tourist attractions. It was clean from the moment you pulled on the property. The room was so comfortable in spacious. The breakfast was very nice. And the staff was very friendly.
- 1/5
Room was dirty along with the hallways and the shower was dirty
- 1/5
The room was way to bright at night and the front room smelled terrible and no way to cool it
- 3/5
Our room was 2 queens with a sofa bed ... basically 2 rooms ... got there door was cracked so all the air was gone and it was hot, really hot, ended up going to Walmart to buy a fan...the exhaust fan between the rooms was broken... no pillows for sofa bed... asked for pillows they said take them off the regular bed.
- 3/5
Hallway on 2nd floor smelled like a bathroom.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay there. It was a nice affordable room. Breakfast was also very good.
- 4/5
The stay was nice. Bed was comfortable. The only negative was the bathroom was gross...there was hair stuck to the wall.
- 4/5
It could use a little help in the cleaning department however, staff were very friendly.
- 5/5
Great continental hot breakfast for our hungry group of ten. Pool was clean and fun for all the teenagers, front desk lady friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Dirty, did not feel safe. Another guest advised me not to park in a certain area due to shady activity. I asked the front desk person about this and she was rude and defensive. It was late, we were tired so we took a chance everything worked out fine, but the room was very dirty. Hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned not terribly comfortable and just unkept. You have a lot of choices in this area and not much of a price difference. Stay somewhere else.
- 2/5
The property was pretty rundown. The common areas were very dirty and in need of general maintenance for wear and tear. The room looked like it had been recently-ish renovated, but there was a pretty noticeable layer of grime around the room. For the money we paid, we expected a bit more.
- 3/5
It was fine. Pull out couch was all stained and gross, staff unable to help us get extra linens for the couch when asked.
- 4/5
room was beginning to show age, rusting picture frames, water damage on walls in bathroom, heat pump thermostat was blank so couldn't control temp. Luckily the weather outside was perfect so didn't bother requesting another room.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and helpful. Room had issues, but was clean. We will stay again even with room little issues.
- 5/5
Clean, great customer service, good location right iff highway
- 3/5
Hotel is dated and wasnt very clean. Location was good though.
- 4/5
Hotel was fine
- 5/5
Proximity to highway. The staff are great and the room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable there was an outside spot light shinning in our room all night it was lite up like a football field. We closed the curtains but the outside light was so bright it lite up the whole room
- 5/5
Great stay. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Close to highway. Stayed for one night
- 1/5
I have never left a negative review on a hotel stay. This hotel was terrible. The guy who checked me in had no idea what he was doing. He charged my two credit cards 3 times. They were approved on the credit card machine but he stated it was declined on his end. After the back and forth the card was approved. He gave me my room key and I went to my room. I opened the door and the desk chair was torn up. There was a red recliner that was stained and the windows were filthy and had a wasp nest in side the window. I went down and asked for a different room. I was given a new room. It was a little better than the first one. The bathroom had mold in the shower and on the ceiling. There was trash in the hallways and all over the outside of the building. I would never stay here again.

Highway noise was pretty bad at night. Good breakfast.

Easy off and on interstate!

It was great for the price! Clean lobby area and room. Friendly service.

Post covid, I’ve yet to stay in a truly clean hotel. This was fine for a night while we drove to Florida.

The front desks staff were great. I realized I made an error when I booked and needed an extra night and they made sure after I booked that we could stay in our room. The breakfast was good. The rooms were big and for the first time on our trip my boys got to have their own beds because of the pullout bed. The bathroom was decent sized too. It was not far from all the attractions we wanted to see and quiet as well.

Good night sleep

Security light was shining into the room even with curtains. Not horrible. But somewhat annoying.
- 4/5
Dirty and in desperate need of updates. This property is not a savings. Many other hotels in the area to choose from.

It was a ok hotel . The breakfast was horrible. I call it fake food , everything taste like cardboard. No eggs .
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very friendly late night staff during 3 am check in. Perfect place to get some rest on a long drive.

We stayed one night, and it was a really pleasant stay…the room was clean and well stocked with towels.
- 5/5
It is a great hotel. Staff members were friendly. The property was clean all around. Our room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast had many items. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this one bedroom suite at the Country Inn. We stayed at Country Inn before and this hotel chain maintains its standard at every location. I recommend others to choose Country Inn.

The room was very spacious which was very nice but there were no bedside lamps so the room was very dark. The beds were very old and uncomfortable (springs poking) and the neighbors were super loud slamming doors from 4-5am so we couldn’t sleep. Location was nice and front desk clerk was a pleasure.

Staff super friendly. Clean environment.

Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls

Unfortunately, the mattress was uncomfortable causing my wife and I both to awaken multiple times during the night.
- 5/5
Right at the foot of Lookout Mountain with beautiful views. The hotel was clean. The staff was very professional. Breakfast was on target. I really liked the coffee bar.

Natalie at the front desk was great.

Uncomfortable beds. Noisy. Broken safety lock on the door.

Easy off the interstate, dog friendly, quiet, older property but well maintained

We stayed just overnight. All was good

Our room was clean & everything was in working order. Check in was easy. The pool was freezing cold. The front desk woman said they keep the temp at what the health department requires. I dont know what that temp is but it isnt warm at all. But even if it was warm, we wouldnt have got in. It was so cloudy, you couldnt see through the water. BUT other than the pool, everything was fine. Parking is easy. A few dining options close by. Cracker Barrel is right next door. And the free breakfast they serve was good. Lots of options from fresh fruit, making a waffle & hot items like bacon & eggs. Overall, I would stay here again & I'm super picky when it comes to where I sleep. Lol Oh & we were in the room that says it sleeps 5 people. It had 2 queen size beds & a small living room area that had a couch that pulled out to a bed.

Very nice staff, easy check in, safe location.

Overall stay was below average for the Country Inns that I’ve been to before. Room was decent, one tv was missing a remote, couldn’t figure out how to turn the lights on, two phones but one wasn’t working, asked for a hair dryer but they couldn’t find one, and ice machine was down on that floor. These were bearable issues but inconvenient nonetheless.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable and clean. The common areas are needing updating pretty badly. Carpet is dirty looking and threadbare in many areas. Gives the impression of staying in a youth hostel.

Convenient to the airport

Very clean, great breakfast

Great service

The staff was great

An older hotel but pretty nice overall.

Easy acess
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating. The elevator was down which we didn't mind but they helpful rearranging rooms. The gym that was offered was absolutely nothing to brag about with 1 working treadmill, an outdated elliptical, and 1 connector bar on cable machines. Indoor pool is kept at room temp and felt great.

Have stay before and came back again!
- 5/5
Kind of a above avg breakfast and staff. Unfortunately no smart TV's.
- 4/5
Easily accessible from the Interstate.
- 3/5
Definitely the bare bones. Seemed in need of some renovation. But if you need a clean place to sleep you should be fine. We were hoping to be closer to more restaurants and entertainment.

Good Hotel

Maid Service Staff were very loud! Talking loud non-stop and had radio or cellphone On speaker very loud early in the mornings. Knocking on every single door and announcing maid Services very loud. They were Very loud in the adjoining room next door as they were cleaning. The breakfasts were terrible in quantity and quality. They ran out of multiple food selections everyday and they could not keep the coffee containers filled. The food trays for the eggs had an inch of water on the bottom; the eggs were sitting in the water and you had to Drain the water from the eggs. The biscuits were like cardboard. Limited number and selection on pastries. Very unorganized and lack of planning for the next day. Kept running out of milk too. Room door card had to be reprogrammed several times. The Suite Room was poorly designed; bedroom area had the AC unit and was comfortable, but the main Sitting area was hot. The bed was not comfortable and the chair in the sitting area needed to be thrown into the garbage.

Nice rooms, lots of space !

Great stay
- 4/5
Pretty good place to stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Parking lot gets full as it’s a busy place near the interstate. Cracker Barrel next to it if you’re looking for a better breakfast. They do have typical hotel breakfast if you’re on the run.
- 5/5
The person at the front desk was so kind and had made homemade cookies for the lobby. They upgraded our room at no additional cost. Room was large and comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in.
- 5/5
Stay was great. Close dining quiet room!
- 2/5
The hotel was overbooked. The desk clerk did try to be accommodating and put us in a dirty room that had heating issues if we wanted it. We had no choice to take it as it was late. Sad because it could be a lot better!
- 3/5
Average stay. Place doesn’t have cribs or pack n plays as advertised which was disappointing when we showed up with 2 babies. I tried calling about 5 times prior to check in to ask for a crib to be set up but phone was never answered. Floor was dirty and there was what looked like diahrea streaked on the wall behind the toilet paper holder. The guy at check in was nice but wearing sweatpants and a t shirt which a cartoon character on it. Breakfast was under average. Would not stay again
- 2/5
The hotel overall was pretty dirty. The lobby, the elevator and the room. The beds were pretty uncomfortable also, and there were no over head lights, only lamps, so it was kind of dark in the room.
