There was a bedbug in the bed, and it bit me. I got rid of it and managed to sleep through the night; I think it was the only one. The room's carpet smelled like wet dog—they really should get rid of the carpet. But it wasn't a huge deal; it's a good place to crash when you're tired. The breakfast was excellent.

Overall nice hotel, but… it looked like someone had shaved sitting on the toilet and didn’t clean up.

Breakfast area and lobby were clean & neat. Booked a 3 night stay but true to unforseen circumstances as well as condition of room needed to check out 1 day early. Gave over 24 hour notice but still charged for 3rd night. Would not recommend

The pool was ok. This property seems to be under cosmetic construction. The rooms were not updated, the carpet was NASTY and stained. I reserved 2 rooms and the carpet was the same in both rooms, gross and stained. The beds were not comfortable at all, the pillows were not comfortable either. The cable channels in one room didn’t work and the other room was fine. The AC unit in the wall left the room humid and moist. Both rooms did not smell clean and there was patching over holes in several places in the room. There was even a nasty pimple patch left stuck to the shower wall! That’s not clean, that’s gross and unsanitary. The breakfast was sub-par and the black non-stick teflon came off on my son’s waffles! I will not ever be back to this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Place is outdated, old and noisy. Lots of do it yourself repairs and a strange shower system visible. But what can you expect. This place is super cheap

Check in staff was helpful & friendly - check out morning staff was on a handheld phone during check out & in breakfast area and had no intentions in helping anyone with breakfast needs. Supplies for waffle maker was not available (non stick spray) one of two waffle makers had a burned mess stuck to it causing it to be unusable and no urgency for anyone to tend to it.

Surprise 100$ pet fee which hasn't been refunded. Paid the 20$ a night. Check out time employee checked room (guess make sure dog didn't destroy anything). Why I got to wait 3dys get my 100$ back after paying the 40$.

The location is gorgeous with a huge mountain to the left side of the hotel. The property is very clean and maintained. All of the staff is friendly. The price is very affordable. Beautiful views and clean rooms

Liked the fact it was right off the interstate and there were food places and gas close by. Not a lot of wild partying going on. We had a peaceful evening.

The first room was dirty not cleaned yet then my room next 221 the shower heads broken and the wall in the shower is falling apart and you can hear everything above and around you there

TV did not work right? Gentlemen came up fixed the channels, but volume did not work.Speakers were vested.He said it was fine.But the speakers were bested, I asked him, could he switch the t v with another one?And he said he could not that it was fine.I stayed in room 312 don't housekeeping, as I was leaving. Hair was everywhere towels, bedding, bathroom. Remote control was sticky. The lobby and elevator stunk like ramen noodles. Staff members were rude and stared at you when they weren’t at the desk helping you. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

The location was very convenient. I liked that the room had a microwave and a fridge. The staff was very friendly. For me, the only drawback was the breakfast area, which was very small, with few tables and very little food variety. There were a lot of people waiting to get waffles and also to get a seat.

The room was okay. We stayed for one night. The room was alright the pillows on the bed were not comfortable. There was not a alarm clock in the room either. The breakfast was ok also. Overall it was fine for a one night stay.

Front desk called to complain about our boys making too much noise but our kids was in bed already.

Constantly loud! Unnecessary banging, and stomping constantly the entire time I was there from 4 PM to until 4 AM. Complained to the desk twice. The desk attendant did nothing. Claimed to call the room. What would that do?. Asked for a different room and he gave me a hard time. Asked for a refund he refused. The entire place smelled like curry. I think half of the desk staff is family living there in the guest room's. Had hot water in the bathroom sink, but nothing in the shower. So no shower either. Total waste of money. Wouldn’t stop here to poop. Save your money stay in your car. You’ll have a better experience. If I could rate this negative stars I would. The only thing super about this super eight is It’s a super big piece of crap.

The first room I was put in was very dark and creepy and I was not comfortable at all. Even with how dark the room was, I could see the bedspread was very thin and old and full of stains. The 2nd room seemed cleaner but only 1 lightbulb worked so it was very hard to tell. The TV remote was sticky. As a single woman, I didn't feel very safe here and would never stay here again.

For the price we paid, it was a great hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, bedding was fresh, beds were comfy & the rooms were big enough for 4.

Horribly noisy doors at the back of the hotel, slamming every time someone came in or out.

The grounds are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Trash absolutely everywhere. I was scared to walk my service dog in the grassy areas because of the amount of trash covering everything. The grout in the showers had mold, the hallway carpet smells like urine in the hallway by the back door, it’s not hard to steam clean carpets.

Nowhere to hang my clothes, some of the furniture was missing, the microwave didn’t work, the AC/heat didn’t work well, no regular size bath towels, old stains on the comforter, rust in the refrigerator, and some of the channels that were listed, we’re not available.

Same with the stair case. Air conditioning is okay. And breakfast is not full service breakfast that they claim it to be. And had very limited healthy options. No fresh breakfast, fruit or coffee ( coffee machine was under repair )

The room smelled horrible. We opened window immediately. Front desk tried to help... He let me check out two other available rooms. They smelled worse! He came to our room offering fabreeze, again trying to be helpful. We had to keep our window wide open all night. Lots of road noise and lights from shopping center, but at least it made the room somewhat tolerable. Won't ever stay again. Breakfast was only waffles and yogurt.

Passing thru; stayed one night. Staff was friendly, price was fair except the room smelled of smoke (heavily) even though it was supposed to be non smoking. That made for a bit of an uncomfortable night.

We booked 2 queen beds and got a room with 2 double beds. But even more than that the smell of the entire place was pretty bad. Had we not checked in so late I would have booked another place

Not Wyndham quality. The extreme chemical smell overlaying mold was so intense everyone's sinuses and throats burned 2 days after our 11 hour stay. My pneumonia-prone kid coughed for 2 days after. Other things were "you get what you pay for" things: 3 towels for 2 rooms, damp carpet etc. Good people on staff.

Tub faucet leaking dripping all night. Carpeting was aweful. Stained and dirty. Toilet lid broke. Lamp shades stained and dirty.found used q tips and bottle tops on floor upon entry. Hallway carpets never vaccumed. Staff. Just plain unfriendly.

This place was disgusting. The sheets were dirty and when I say dirty, they were stained and did not smell as if they were cleaned. It looked like an animal had left footprints on the tops sheets. There were stains on the carpet of all different colors. There was mold on the ceiling, the smell for damp humid air was so thick I was worried I was going to catch something uncurable. The fan in the bathroom did not work which may have been the reason for all the mold. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been at. The person working the night shift when we checked in didn't seem to want to take the time to remove his ipods to even help me. I will NEVER return here.

I was not clear about logging in to the internet so I called the phone number listed for the front desk. Twice! and received no answer. So I called the phone number for new reservations to get a love person. He, too, tried to call the front desk and got no answer. This is complete crap customer service! What if I had been having an emergency??????

This was a quick stay overnight on our family trip. The pool was nice. Our room was needing some repairs/maintenance things done to it to make seem more clean. Other than that it was a great price and nice staff.

We checked in late night and already informed them of our arrival time. Front desk lady was very supportive and took care of our check in process as smooth as possible and quickly. Rooms were maintained clean and good. Special thanks to room service lady for making fresh tea for us in the morning.

The check in was ok. They did offer remote check in. The attendant was very sully. Not friendly at all. Breakfast bar got disassembled 5 min. before closing hour. Several factors make this an underwhelming experience. Though the location is convenient, the pervaisive (if thinnly veiled) scent of mold and old cigarette smoke; the bored, blunt staff; and the general absence of any sound proofing all contribute to an unpleasant stay.

Tiny breakfast room only hot item were make your own waffles, watered down juice. Rude front desk - greeted with give me your ID & credit card. Beds were comfortable. Seemed to have sketchy people living there, group of men with a grill in the side parking lot drinking outside a broken down trailer. Won’t be back.

It was rather dingey (curtains were dirty, burn marks in chair and carpet, very musty smelling and the room was humid the whole time even using the AC). The floor was damp and uneven, the exterior was lacking upkeep, and there was outlet DANGLING near the fire exit. We avoided the continental breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this property, pay a little more and get something worth it.

Door key had to be reset several times. Elevator smelled like urine.

At arrival time, my first room was next door to a very angry family screaming, crying, cussing, etc. I asked to move to a different room and I was given another room 2 doors down inside of 1. Later that evening there were a few others with blaring music. At arrival time, the halls were very humid and warm. The room was the same because the A/C was kept off, and it seemed reasonably clear the room had not been used in some time. Overall, this is a quite dumpy place and very clear that the management is cutting every corner possible.

Check-in and out was easy and the staff did a great job and cleaning the rooms but the motel is old and has mold. The doors slam and you can hear them like they were in your room. Starting at 5-6am the door slamming began. We were put next to a stairwell which made it worse and you could hear everyone coming and going day and night. I definitely got my money’s worth because for the price point it’s definitely better than most. There was broken car window glass in the parking lot basically right out side of the front door so we didn’t feel very safe but we didn’t have any issues. There was trash and food remnants all over the parking lot too which was gross. Again…for the price of our stay I’m not complaining. You get what you pay for.

I will preface with I didn’t mention this while at the hotel but it was late and we were ok with the room; the first night we found a benedryl in the floor. It didn’t look like the room was properly stocked and how it should be, I.e. no thing telling you tv channels or a thing for the door(not a big deal). The view was absolutely nothing like the ones we saw on here and we were disappointed about that. Otherwise for the price it wasn’t a bad stay.

People definitely smoke in the hotel rooms and the carpets and ceilings had stains all over. Staff were fine.

It was an okay place to sleep for one night. Front desk guy was very sweet and room was clean. Not the best area, but not scary or unsafe. Really close to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Breakfast was meh but at least they had a waffle maker. Would try a different hotel in area if I am ever back in area.

In the bathroom, leaks in the ceiling had been patched with drywall tape that was peeling away. In the sleeping area, the carpet was stained and gross. Throughout the halls and room, there was a strong smell of disinfectant, but not a great sense of the place being actually clean. Externally, signs had fallen down, the driveway was crumbling, and even the parking spot lines had been fading. The price was cheap, and the hotel was, too. Breakfast was good. It was the redeeming fearure: access to waffles, OJ, and coffee. Without that, i would never consider staying there again.

Heavy leak directly in front of 3rd floor elevator door. Musty smell in hallways. Very comfortable beds and pillows in clean room.

The receptionist was out looking for the trolley, not to be found, then was short with me. The lobby had an awful odor and the hallways had a separate distinct odor that leaked into the room. If not for the air conditioner it would have been unbearable. It also happened to be raining and the hallway roof was leaking. The bed duvets had burn holes and stains on them.

Spend nearly 15 minutes waiting on anybody to check us in, had a hole in the wall of our room, and despite saying there's no smoking it could clearly be smelled in the elevator and stairs. It'll work in a pinch, but I've paid less for better.

It was a good stay when we stayed again. The 1st room was better than the 2nd. The 2nd room had shampoo, conditioner and body soap on the wall. Well the shampoo was broke off the wall and the body wash was barely hanging on the wall. In middle of the night the soap fell off the wall. Super easy to get off and on the highway

The staff was ok just not friendly. The room was clean but the bath towels smelt like bleach was not used to wash them. The propose well lit and feels safe. The breakfast was horrible: limited options, watered down oj, Frosted Flakes tasted old. The hotel cost was cheap and for only one night.

Was super wasy to get off i24. Beds are so soft. Friendly staff. Super clean.

My room was in good condition. Nice and quiet stay for the night. I was there. They had complementary breakfast.

Front desk was a little rude.

There was a pair of socks in the bathroom left from a previous guest. That made me question how thorough the housecleaning service is. Additionally, the window in the room was wide open. The temperature outside is in the low 20s, so the room was quite cold and took a long time to warm up.

Worn down property. No sleep due to noise. Needs a major upgrade

The front desk guy was very rude. The shower shot right down in a single stream of water. The ceiling outside of the elevator was falling apart.

Don't trust google maps to get here; it's just off exit 24, but for some reason it takes you on a 15 min tour of town before getting you there. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. If you're going to do breakfast make sure you're there before 9; they start packing it up right at 9 even if people are still in line. Still, the room was perfect and just what i needed for a good nights sleep.
