Other than the door not wanting to open and seeming a bit flimsy the room was one of the best I’ve stayed in for the price. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds.

It was a decent room for the price. Our TV was slightly broken, but that was fine. The bed was comfortable, but the AC didn't work all that well. We had to put the thermostat on 66 just for it to be an acceptable temperature in the room. But overall, it was good. It's a good place to stay if you're on a budget.

this place was 5+ stars on everything. Manicured property was beautiful and relaxing. Area by river to sit which was a pleasant surprise. Staff very helpful. Continental breakfast does not include anything hot but it was sufficient; especially considering the cost of the stay. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Riverside/Pell City.

Remodeled interior was nice, but exterior of rooms was old and not very nice. Towels were poor quality.

For the money and location this place was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were in working order. The AC was nice and cold and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is small but enjoyable none the less. Good water pressure in the shower. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It had a decent breakfast bar in the lobby. Coffee, milk, muffins, cereal, toast, microwave sausage biscuits, fruit, yogurt and juices. This place isn't the lap of luxury, but if you want save your money for activities this is the place. Clean and quiet at a fair price with ample parking. I would definitely stay here again and would reccomend a stay. A little expressway noise when the semis used the engine breaks. Pool was a bit small but still enjoyable.

Room is very well remodeled n clean but the bathroom exhaust fan clearly needs to be changed It was so loud I tried to avoid turning on the light that also turns on the fan! The breakfast was miserable with no choice of bread nor muffins n not a single condiment to add to oatmeal:(

This is a decent place to stay it's right off the highway which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable The only thing I didn't like was there was no freezer so I could recharge my ice packs. We will stay there again because it's in our budget and right off the highway on the way down to Florida.

The hotel was clean, that’s all I can say good about it. First of all the pictures are very misleading. The outside of the hotel looks run down. The rooms were very small and the indoor pool was laughable. Me and my wife were going to get in but there were 6 kids in there which isn’t much but made the pool very crowded. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I was wanting to take my wife on an overnight date to Chattanooga because we can’t get away much and our jaws dropped when we pulled up to the hotel. I don’t appreciate being tricked by misleading pictures

Room was clean mattress had a zip up completely protector on it and another mattress protector so that made me feel at ease. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.breakfast was pancakes yogurt boiled eggs and maybe cereal I believe so it was sufficient, room was affordable. We stayed twice in 2 weeks. Didn't see any bugs thank God!

I don't know why this hotel has such a low rating. It was clean, quiet, yet close to restaurants and sites. Well decorated, updated and lowest pet fee around. Nicest budget friendly hotel I've stayed at.

Room was very clean, bath towels thick and absorbent, updated decor, frig great size with freezer that will fit 2 regular sized coolers ice blocks. Hot water in our room (105) wasn't hot enough. If you are sensitive to noise, request quiet side of building. Room 105 is on the tollway side, so can be noisy. Front desk said that they renovated the building 2 years ago. Breakfast OK. Nothing special. Coffee decent. Great place for the price. If you bring a pet, there is just a very small area for them behind the building. This building is on a steep hill so no where to really walk a dog.

At first I was reluctant to stay at this hotel, because it is older (I believe we stayed there with our kids 25 years ago) and the room doors are on the outside. I generally choose hotels where you go through the lobby to enter your room. However, my husband and I were pleasently surprised at how clean it was, and the beds and sheets were first class. Why chose a more expensive hotel to get the same quality and service. I would definitely stay there again.

I had booked a Non Smoking King room and was very surprised when we ended up in a handicapped room with no closet. When I asked the reservation desk why I was in a handicapped room he proceeded to tell me that as I had booked through a 3rd party that is what I was given and IF I had requested a room change I would NOT have been accommodated because I had booked through a 3rd party. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS EXCUSE BEFORE EVER

Parking was fine. AC made a loud noise when running. Smoke detector battery was pulled out. However, when pushed in beeped the entire time. The light in the entire room was very poor. Especially near the vanity, where light is needed. Room had a smell and a dead bug in the room chair. Fridge was broke so you couldnt turn the temp down, everything froze.

The hotel has been renovated in 2024 per the reception person. The property is good shape. Breakfast was good, automatic pancake maker really easy to use. A small issue was that the wall thermostat was not operating at optimum. Mentioned it to reception in the morning and the person said that it might need reprogramming. Though we were not uncomfortable at night. Room was well insulated. The only suggestion that I might have for the property is that they have the coffee/tea maker in the bathroom, which is a weird place to put

Parking close enough to lobby to get breakfast was impossible. Parking by our room was great. Had to leave without getting breakfast as no close parking to lobby. Tried to get a coffee to go after 10:00 and none was available. Otherwise I would have given all excellent ratings. We arrived late and front desk person walked to show us where to park and where our room was. Very helpful and friendly.

DIRTY

To start off my stay, the TV didn’t work and someone had to come in and fix it. By the time I pulled down the blankets to get some sleep, it was after midnight. There were two beds in my room, and both of them had sheets that look like they had been used. And one bed, there was a bunch of hair and lint jammed up by where your feet would be, and the sheets were wrinkled like somebody had laid on them. The second bed, when I turned back, the blankets had two imprint of bodies on them. I always travel with essentially a sheet sleeping bag, which I used instead of sleeping and used sheets. I don’t know the last time the floor was mopped, because within two minutes my feet were black. So I wore shoes for the remainder of the night until I slept in my sleep sack. Overall, I was pretty disgusted and I could absolutely not recommend this place.

Dunno the last time the floor was cleaned. It was sweep and free of debris but walk across and your feet looked like you been running out side barefoot. The toilet seat was extreme loose. Lighting was terrible at the vanity.

This Days Inn looks clean and renovated recently. Everything is clean and in good condition, the AC is cold and quiet. I gave it a four star because there were very limited choices for the free breakfast. It’s still worth the money.

It was ok. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Although if you don’t put up a do not disturb sign they will come in your room. Pool is smaller than it looks in the photos which makes a family pretty much be able to take over the whole area. Worst continental breakfast iv ever had. Not really close to anything either. It’s not bad but for the price I’d stay somewhere else.

Parking was difficult, due to the location on top of a hill. Our truck barely fit.

Our door looked like it had been attempted to be kicked in. The bottom and top wouldn’t close properly. The towels were a little dirty and the indoor pool was very chilly.

The breakfast was alittle dissapointing with frozen sausage biscuits to heat in the microwave, cold cereal, boiled eggs, bread for toast,and waffles. The muffins were dry and tasteless. The room was clean but the front door and bathroom door were very difficult to open and close. The people above us were running around all night long and blasting music till 3:00am. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again for $180.00 per night.

Was a decent one night stay for sleep while traveling

I saw some of the other reviews saying it was dirty and other stuff. Idk what the heck theyre talking about. Our room and the facility was spotless. Everything worked very well - from water pressure to paint to furniture to toilet flush and fan to thermostat, etc etc. The two young men at the front were great...competent and nice. I cant say enough nice thing about this place. We didnt eat breakfast there.

the commode would not flush as long as the shower was running. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, coffee, a pancake maker that made pancakes so flat that you have to have two to make one. Only apples for the fruit, unknown brand of yogurt (watery), cereal and instant oatmeal packets. NO MEATS! But, overall, the family enjoyed our short stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel…it is in close proximity to a Waffle House and Crackerbarrel as well as other restaurants and businesses!

We needed a place to crash. And it served that purpose very well. However it was MOTEL and I was expecting a hotel. It wasn't a bad place by any means but I was expecting a hotel based on the pictures. The place was very well maintained and clean. The other negative was double bed versus queens.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Motel style exterior doors that face a noisy interstate. Very limited options on breakfast buffet. We will never return. A major disappointment!

Clean room, great staff…my only complaint is road noise, but that’s not the hotels fault. We hope to stop back in on our return home and maybe get a room on the back side of the building, then it will be a perfect stay.

Had a one night stay on our run back to our home state. Pleasantly surprised. A little old school with doors opening directly to the outside, but had first floor room where we backed right up to our door. Automatic pancake maker in the breakfast nook was a real treat and shower was one of the best we've had.

Got to hotel later than originally expected and pool had just closed. The pool is closed from 10pm-9am. We had to leave early, and didn’t get to enjoy pool, the main reason that we booked this hotel in the first place! However, the room was ok, and clean. Breakfast is basically, sausage biscuits, and the mini fridge does not have a freezer in it, for those of you that travel with ice packs in your cooler, you not be able to freeze them. I mentioned things that impacted my stay, but I give 5 stars, because they did their job, for the price.

Short drive to all.

The front desk appeared to be run by a single individual, and the lack of professionalism was immediately apparent. Upon arrival, I was not greeted—only stared at. When checking in, I explained that we were traveling with a baby and requested a ground-floor room. I was abruptly told “no” and assigned a third-floor room, with the comment that it was “only ten steps,” which was completely inaccurate. Carrying a baby and baby essentials up multiple flights of stairs was extremely difficult, especially after we later observed that there were many rooms available on the first floor. This refusal to accommodate us was unnecessary and frustrating. The front desk staff member was rude and dismissive during check-in. Notably, his demeanor changed entirely when another guest of a different ethnicity arrived behind me, becoming polite and welcoming. This contrast was uncomfortable and concerning. Additionally, the front desk refused to provide a check-in receipt or confirmation, stating that because the reservation was booked through third, he could not provide one. This is inaccurate. Hotels are able to provide confirmation regardless of booking source. The same refusal occurred at checkout, leaving us uneasy about documentation tied to our stay. When my fiancé asked to speak with a manager the following day, he was told to relay the message through the same staff member, which was unprofessional. The room its

Grossly stained chair in the room, dirty bedspread, super loud, dirty floors. Bedding smelled unwashed. Fridge completely full of dripping ice chunk. Room was freezing cold upon arrival. No clock. Breakfast was a disappointment. Bottom half of door didn’t close all the way, light, air and sound coming through. Will never stay there again. It was also advertised as a hotel but is in fact a motel.

When we arrived at our room the thermostat read 55 degrees. They heat was shut off in the room. We turned on the heat and waited about 15 minutes. It only blew cold air. When I went to the front desk I was told we had to wait 30 minutes for the room to heat up. After explaining the heat was not working they put us in another room that was 55 degrees. It took over an hour to get to 65 degrees. When it's that cold in a room the tile floor and bedding etc. stays cold for a long time. This hotel is way overrated.

Room was very clean and nice, only complaint I would say is the front desk isn’t really welcoming.

We had to switch rooms because of a water leak. Breakfast was lousy. The rating should be much lower. The staff was one person. He did what he could.

The only thing is that they didn't turn any heat on in the room. It was 55* when we opened the door and took several hours for it to get up to 68*. Not a good look when we had reservations and they could have easily turned the heat on.

We really liked the room, warm, with comfy beds. Sorry we were later arriving than planned. We did receive three check-in emails; presumably we were only charged once. Oh, and my daughter had seconds on the pancakes!

Clean room, good location, close to downtown sight seeing and Ruby Falls. 2nd year visiting and enjoyed our stay.

This place was bare bones. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was a trickle in the faucet. Bathroom needed updating the place was very loud. Heater ran all night. Breakfast was very little to choose from. It was good for a place to sleep but not much else.

We have stayed in several hotels in the Chattanooga area. This one is our favorite. Most of the time there are no issues. Only issue this time was the hose on the shower head sprayed water every where. Other than that awesome visit.

Nice staff at check in. Someone’s long hairs in beds and clumps of it on floor. Only good thing about breakfast was pancake maker, mold on bread and milk may have been going bad, tasted strange so dumped it out.

We stay for just one night, but we can hear highway traffic and railroad crossing even from the 3rd level room. If you have heavy luggage there are going to be a big workout to go to the third floor's room. New Year celebraters were up 3AM in the morning. The mattress is not very supportive. There was not protein for breakfast while don't expect good coffee.

The only area we could see was way in the back of the parking lot and there were men drinking and burning in a metal drum. I went inside to ask if they were homeless and was told just some workers staying at the hotel. I also asked where the pet relief area was and was told not sure, I dont think there is one. As a female did not feel comfortable walking my dog around looking for a potty area. If you advertise as pet friendly, at least have a place for them to potty. Especially when you are charging an extra pet fee. Breakfast area small and minimal. Left and went to McDonalds.

Was all good til first I paid for a room in coming in from Texas and they tell me I have to be there by 1am excuse me my room is paid for. Then I get the approval for an 11:30 checkout and starting at 11 every 5 mi there is a knock for a worker. Like come on. I was out by 11:26am

Old dirty furniture in lobby. Gave me third floor room with no elevator. I did get it changed to a second floor. Lots of patchwork in the walls. The “queen” beds are like a twin xl, very long and narrow.

Clean, safe, modest and convenient. Stayed two nights and was comfortable. Looked recently renovated. Liked that it has vinyl flooring instead of carpet and also a bathroom exhaust fan. Interstate right outside, so there is some noise from that, but nothing you won't find at most other places like this. Less than 15 minute drive to the downtown Chattanooga riverfront. I'd stay here again.

Right off Interstate, close to restaurants, park right by door of room if on ground floor. Stayed there going and coming back.

Staff was great but there were a couple of dead roaches in room. It connected to outside so I get it but still

Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. We got there late and check in was smooth. When we got to our room 317 it smelled like cigarettes and had stains everywhere around the room. Went back and got a new room 319 which smelled slightly better but still had a lingering cigarette smell but it was clean and better than the last room. Would I stay here again, probably not but if you don’t mind the room smelling like cigarettes then it should be good. Breakfast was mediocre, pancakes, toast, frozen bags of sausage and biscuits, cereals, muffins and some fruit. My main feedback is the cigarette smell on the rooms.

Good for a night stay.

Quiet, clean convenient

Everything was great. Water was hot. Ac was cold. Great people and location. 3rd time staying there and even got to stay in the same room from a year ago lol. Only thing is the art on the wall is of the walking bridge in Louisville, KY and that's where i live. I leave to get away from Louisville to end up seeing it on the wall. Haha. It's just funny, not really mad about it. Thank you!

At the price I was shocked by how well maintain and clean the place was. Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised just a few flaws. The room was very clean and stocked with towels and sheets. The outside of the building is a little misleading, but the rooms are quite nice. My only issue was that the cleaning staff did not pay attention to our privacy sign on the door. We were still woken up to banging on the door to give us towels (which is fine just not needed hence the privacy sign). For reference, my stay was only 2 nights so after only 1 night we clearly didn’t need more towels. Also, the entire staff hung out around our side of the building talking very loud on the phone at all hours of the day. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear people talking and other rooms TVs playing but not bad enough to be a huge issue. Overall, this was nicer than we expected but just a few things could use some work!

Parking was safe and easy, riom was very clean and comfortable. No issues

Over all the property and it’s staff I’d say is amazing, besides a few small things personally that I had a bad feeling towards overall a good nights stay

Nice modern room. Large vanity was out in the bedroom. The air conditioner was too noisy to leave on overnight, and there were bugs coming through the ac unit into the room. Breakfast was lovely, especially the waffles. Staff were minimally helpful. A little more enthusiasm in their role would have been good. They were unable to store our luggage, despite the room I could see behind the counter.

I did have one issue that isn’t the fault of hotel…I could not sleep due to the tv playing next door and the walls so thin I heard the guests next door snoring. Otherwise, the property was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable. The rate was a deal breaker for a nice clean comfortable room. Staff was very professional.

Pool was not crowded, had it to ourselves. The room was nice and clean and has everything we needed. And the breakfast was really good compared to most free breakfasts I've had in the past.

I think the place was very clean and the rooms smelt good. Slept good only thing I would recommend them changing is the full size beds are to small. Need to have two queen beds instead. I almost fell out the bed in my sleep.

The road noise was unbelievable, even after moving to a room in the back. There were very loud guests next to us. We called the front desk to complain,but they really didn't do anything

My second stay, the accommodations are fine for my purpose... an overnight rest. Car parked in front of room, not much of a breakfast but something to get one started.

Very bland breakfast , pool was indoors but freezing cold. Stingy about giving shower towels , had 4 people in the room and only were given two towels even after asking for more. House keeping was rude. The room was nice and clean but the beds were not true to size.

Not enough bathroom lighting. The ice machine in the back was empty. The floor had animal hair all over it.

Clean quiet and affordable

Pool was small but efficient. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. Towels were rough. Traffic from road was a little noisy but not too bad. If I had to stay again, I would if it was the last resort but by choice I wouldn't stay.

Got our room and it seems to be clean and comfy. Had only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, but it was enough. Go to shower after the pool time, the water was only coming out the shower head alittle bit,,, the flapper on the bottom won't close it off to go up. Tryed several times,, so that sucked. The main door had a big gap below it, yu could see daylight and ppls walking by and talking. Breakfast time was a joke.

Room was decent. The bed was comfortable. The pillows had no form seemed old. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice enough but underwhelming. Double beds (not queens) which was cramped for a family. Pool tiny. Breakfast extremely limited.

Very clean room

The person that checked us in was not very friendly or communicative. The door to the room was very finicky and difficult to open sometimes. The room was clean and updated. The tv volume was won key commercials would be loud and then the show you could not hear.

Great overnight stay!

Wasn't the breakfast we thought it could have been. I didn't see anything for a diabetic to eat room was fine no problems. Clean and cool.

The toilet was stopped up the whole time, they pretty much gave me the plunger to plunge my own toilet. I tried to at least get a discount and he told me I could leave a day early if I wanted to and he could knock off a day. Could you imagine. Never ever again. The little cleaning lady was really sweet she tried to unplug the toilet bless her heart and the front desk guy also, both were really young and kind but was unable. The young guy got it unplugged once but it just got plugged up the next time I used it that's why I told them just to leave the plunger. The manager wasn't going to budge in giving me a discount and I caught him in a lie as well. I even called hotels.com and they tried to get him to give me a discount as well. Not the place you want to stay if they're not going to be fair. Like it was my fault the toilet was plugged up the whole time. Ridiculous.

Clean and comfortable room. Did not eat breakfast there. Looks like recently updated. Nothing fancy here but solid hotel for a good price.

Front desk clerk was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Fast and easy check-in with very reasonable prices. Beautiful place to stay. Very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet with no traffic noise. Dining and kitchen area were clean and had several different fast breakfast options. Check-out was fast and easy and the desk clerk was very pleasant. I give this place an A+ and highly recommend this motel.

We like to stay here as it is easy to get to off the highway and it's easy to avoid the morning traffic when we are headed south.

The room was clean and the staff were nice, but the beds were uncomfortable, the breakfast selection was horrible and there wasn’t laundry services. Were close to stores and restaurants and was in a quiet area.

Convenient location near Lookout Mountain. Front desk staff were very friendly. Arrived later in the evening after traveling all day and all we needed was a place to sleep, shower and grab a light breakfast - this place checked all of those boxes for a reasonable price. Room was nicely updated, clean and we were surprised that it was fairly quiet despite being located right by the highway. The AC worked well, bed was comfortable and the shower was decent. Breakfast had limited options but was ok, although husband said the coffee was undrinkable. Definitely not a luxury resort but it's an overall good value for an overnight travel stop.

I added in my message on hotels.com that I wanted early check-in around 1:00 or so. Never heard a response from the hotel. Traveling with my 92-year-old mom. They would not let me get into the hotel until 3:30. Not very happy with that. Otherwise it was okay. Rooms were clean. Door to the bathroom needs planing room 117. Door very loud when opening and closing. I mean it's an older hotel that has been refurbished to some point. Very convenient to Rock City, cracker barrel and other attractions.

Bare bones hotel. It was clean and check in was easy, although I had a question about check in time the day before we arrived and no one answered the phone for many rings. The tile floor on a ground floor room was chilly and the bedding was minimal. We asked for extra pillows but they said they didn’t have any so we didnt bother asking for more blankets. The temps were too cool for A/C and too warm for heat (it was upper 60s) so I spent the 1st hour after getting in bed shivering. The wall unit was open to the outside so the air was either freezing or very humid & tepid at higher temps. The room was clean. Toilet paper fixture came out of the wall when you used it. Flies coming out of the sink drain. It felt safe. Clean parking lot. Their signage says "eco-friendly" but I really think they're just being cheap. It was a safe place to sleep for one night but don't expect any additional comforts.

Wi Fi was awful. Tried watching a football game and it kept pausing over and over. Bad wi Fi.

Staff was very nice/ the room smells musty/ one of the bed, sheet was so wrinkled like it has been used/ bathroom’s exhaust fan was very loud/ exterior light by the door was full of spiderwebs/ breakfast was very poor. Probably will not return.

A/c was good. Set warm when we entered, cooled down quickly once we reset. Wall thermostat used, much more efficient than older style machine adjustment in other places. Bed mattresses firm, nice linen. My partner said shower was excellent: good temp changes, strong water pressure, no moldy smell. Checked in late, night clerk was courteous, efficient. Quiet at night, no excess freeway sounds. Overall nice place to sleep, get ready for next day's drive. Only problem: parkingl lot a bit narrow, w/ abrupt drop off, most everyone chose to back in.If not, must be very careful.

This has been the BEST hotel I have stayed at while traveling for 2 years! CLEAN, SAFE AND VERY COMFORTABLE.

The rooms are clean and more than adequate. I was in town for business and getting into downtown Chattanooga only ever took 10-15 minutes.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, bedding was clean. I loved that, there wasn't carpet on the floors. Small pancakes at breakfast were good, but breakfast could be better. I would defiantly recommend this place, it was excellent for the price.

I like staying here when traveling. The view is wonderful. The only real letdown was the breakfast options. They were sparse and quite lacking. Basically just a couple bread and cereal choices.

It was okay, no major issues, the steps to upper level were in need of safety updates--metal on edge created a trip hazard, it stuck up and caught on shoes--overall it was a decent clean place to stay! One minor thing, the options on the television were EXTREMELY limited, but not a deal breaker

Our room #113 had issues with the shower. The adjustable rod for the shower was installed way too low. The top position was waist high. Also, the pegs to hang clothes were also installed waist high over a bench. And the breakfast was barely a continental breakfast

Rooms seem to have been renovated and had good mattresses. Very clean. Only issue is since I rented 2 rooms they had to ring them up separately which flagged a fraud alert on my card so had to use another one. Indoor pool is small maybe 14ft around but it was clean and well maintained. All that being said for the price you couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

It was an Ok stay for one night. I would not stay long term there. The room had a light smell, it was very dim. They need more lights in the room. The bathroom wall had stains of something on it. The coffee pot in the room was dirty. Breakfast was basically Bread, muffins, cereal and yogurt. Coffee came out of a machine and was full of grinds.

Great location near to Ruby Falls and Rocky City. The room was clean and comfortable to spend nights. The only thing that I recommend will be is bringing more breakfast options.

Close to attractions but very limited breakfast

The room we booked had a king size bed which is what we wanted. But the room had a crack in the wall which was covered by a chair. The phone wasn’t plugged in, and the floors were all wet. We asked for another room but we only got a room with two double beds which wasn’t preferred. But at least floors were dry. It was clean but the room had a strong musky smell. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing because they just had pancake mix, slices of bread, and apples.

I like the hard floors instead of carpet in the rooms. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Too much noise, kids playing outside until midnight.

I had a great stay at Days Inn! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. For the price, it truly exceeded my expectations. Definitely a great value and I’ll absolutely be back for another stay. Highly recommend!

One of the desk clerks was a bit grumpy when asked to refill the pancake maker during breakfast hours.

It was good. We stayed one night as we are traveling states so it worked. Breakfast area is quite small so by the time we got in there it was very crowded so we just went to Cracker Barrel!

It was an inexpensive great choice while traveling. We needed an inexpensive, clean, nice, comfortable place to get some rest and take showers. It served all these purposes. Was great.

The iron board and iron appliance needs to be separated. The two items together makes it heavy and difficult to operate. Upgrade to newer iron board separate items.

It was great. Outside was clean and inside the room was very nice. Clean, comfortable, quiet. And beautiful views. Pool area clean as well, indoor pool.

Would stay here again, although I don’t expect to visit Ruby Falls again. Look - clearly was once a motel so don’t be surprised at the room access from outside. But…I was delighted by the renovated, modern, clean, well-maintained room with fridge, dryer, coffee/tea. Definitely Wyndham quality. Breakfast was light but sufficient. Just up the road from Ruby Falls- perfect! (We didn’t have time for the pool, so I can’t speak to that).

Breakfast the next morning was very basic continental, but plentiful. Hot coffee, sausage biscuits, fruit, yogurt, cereal, milk, and waffles were all options. We were simply breaking up a longer trip but it was well worth it to stop here for some rest and a refresh on our way!

Booked due to price and only a one day stay. Forgot that Days Inn has no elevator and doors open to outside. Our room was spacious and clean. Slept well. Lighting over bathroom sink was nonexistent. Made that area dimly lit for putting on makeup. In room hair dryer was broken (on off switch and speed level) so had to plug it up to work. Will not book at Days Inn in the future.

The outside doesn't look nice but the room was nice. The breakfast was included but not worth it -- saw mold on a piece of bread. Also found a hair in the shower that wasn't mine. Overall the room did it's job.

Convenient off the highway just sufficient for a night stay

You can paint a turd white but in the end of the day it's stil just a stinky turd!!!! Far warning stay away pay a little extra for a good place!!! They except up to for people to sleep in one king bed, walls were falling apart, breakfast they served moldy food and unless you raised a stink they refilled nothing. We booked a room for three grown adults with a king bed....thought they would have accomodations for such as they advertised up to 4 adults for the room...NOPE! No pullout couch no cots and when you bring this to their attention the have 101 excuses as to why they expect 4 grown adults to sleep in one king bed together. They will NOT try and accomodate you!! They were the rudest hotel managers ever!!! NO HOSPITALITY HERE!!!!
