    Very dirty and room smelled of cigarettes! Roaches seen outside of the room. People hanging outside at 2am. Lobby staff hard to get a hold of when arriving late due to delayed flight. Staff took her time coming from her room the locked lobby that I had to wait outside of with the sketchy people out walking around. Not safe!!

    The property is a disgrace! I wouldn’t sleep in the hotel rooms if they paid me! SO NASTY! The carpet is CORRODED IN FILTH AND ANIMAL FECES! I left! I wanted a refund but probably won’t get it! If I was BOOKING I wouldn’t be promoting such a place. EVERYTHING!!! The stank just stuck on you when you opened the door!

    , were greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. There were also small roaches in the kitchenette area and the toilet did not work properly. The beds were super thin and you could feel the springs in the mattress but the sheets were clean so that was a plus. I mean for what we paid I expected it but was hoping it would exceed our expectations but unfortunately it was not somewhere I’d want to stay again. It was very much a you get what you pay for type of stay.

    It was a huge disappointment. There was no hairdryer, coffee, water, no shower curtain. Did not look like the photograph in the ad at all. To my surprise, there was no air dryer, shampoo, conditioner, the TV did not work, and there was no shower curtain on the shower. I called the office about the TV and they said unplug the cable box, but there was no cable box. It also was very noisy with street traffic and not a very good experience.

    We was not offered Wi-Fi the AC did work okay there was no hand towels there was no soap or shampoo we had to go ask for it and there was only two small pillows and they did not have any extras and she would not get them out of another room for me even though they were not busy I would not recommend staying here just because for attitude and the way it was treated she's like no we don't do that we don't have that everything was a no

    The staff was kind and accommodating. The fridge, working heat, working stovetop & amenities were awesome. I didn’t find any vending machines, there were holes drilled into the walls, the room made my belongings reek of cigarettes, and I didn’t find any on site laundry detergent for purchase.

    It's dirty, it smells, the furniture is dirty and rotten Even the refrigerator was rusty and rotten. There was no shower curtain, so washing was impossible. The kitchen cabinet doors were broken. The carpets were completely stained. Even the range hood was rusty and rotten. By the way, when I say rotten, I mean rotten.

    Noise all night long. Don't visit if you intend to sleep or get rest. Also, nobody is in the office until 10:00am. There's a phone on the side that dials a call center, but the connection hung up on me twice. Good luck if you need to check out early.

    This place is not convenient if you land during night time. I got to the hotel at 12 midnight and finally got inside my room at 2 am. The reason for this is because the lobby is closed during night time. There is no sign to guide a customer on where to go after hours. I finally got to see where to go after circulating for about 30 mns around the building when I saw a door that is different than the others. When i took a peep, I realized it was the lobby with no one inside. I manage to call expedia, the person who answered was from extended stay in colorado and told me that someone is coming. No one never came. After about 40 mns of waiting, I decided to look around to see if I can find someone to check inn. Looking upon the glass door that is when I saw in a small post-it on that that says call 500 after hours. I had to find a phone that is near by that looks like a payphone to dial 500. When I dialed, i finally found someone to check in. This is a terrible experience, I was really tired after long hours of flight and not able to get into my room that was already prepaid.

    I opened the room door and there was a heavy smell of marijuana inside. (I went to the office to ask for a new room). The property is ugly. The building does NOT get any obvious maintenance. It's sketchy. Carpets are stained. One of the card keys did not work. To reach someone in the hotel to ask for a new key you have to call customer service call center, then they track down the on-site office worker who retreats to their room at 10 pm. This is not good customer service.

    The staff was courteous (once I contacted them) and the place was clean and quiet, even if a little old. There was a problem checking in, though, in that I arrived after midnight and the office closed at 11pm. There was a phone around the corner of the building for calling the office, but this was not obvious--no sign telling what to do for late arrivals. The office hours were not announced on the website--it said the office was open 24/7, which is not correct. I had to call the main reservation number of the hotel chain to even learn that there was a phone. Once I found the phone and dialed the office, it was very hard to hear the person who answered it. So, there were a lot of inconveniences in getting checked in. Once the person arrived, she was courteous and thorough, and eventually got me checked in, but it took a while to get in touch with her.

    They should include that they hold deposits on Internet, Then the guy in the office walked out while I was about to walk in and had me waiting, Then told me he didn't think they had any clean room but on the 3rd floor with no elevator bc I've already paid in advance he told me to lookup who I booked with and they can find me a room, I have never had such bad service when checking in and I will never stay there again

    Exterior appears nice and well-lite. Bed was clean and ok. The rest of the furnishings looked like the result of a dumpster dive. Room was In disrepair, the floor was so sticky and nasty black, I put my shoes on before walking to the bathroom during the night. The property is so close to the interstate and the road noise is nearly unbearable. If it wasn’t total necessity I would have left immediately, but I endured. My wife freaked out seeing a spider in the room, never did kill it, but it could have escaped through the large crack under the door. Clerks at the desk were friendly and the shower water hot. Many more negatives than positives, you decide, or just trust me and avoid this place.

    This is one of the worst hotels on Expedia as as soon as you pull up you will see homeless people sitting outside drinking by people's vehicles. As soon as you walk in the room and turn the light on there are bugs crawling up the wall and if you go to the front desk as I did and spoke to Cassidy she'll tell you oh well if you don't like it you can go somewhere else there's a no-refund policy and you just lost your hundred-dollar deposit although they tell you if they deposit most people don't get it back and there's nowhere on Expedia where it says there's a deposit until you get there so they'll put a hold on your card and it could take up to 15 days to even get that deposit back

    The rooms were clean and comfortable the basic room as expected everything was fine for that matter. I then found out there was not a remote control for the TV and no microwave available in the room when I went to the front desk again the lady could not help me she said there wasn’t any extra remotes I would have to do without until maintenance got there and now it’s three days later and still no remote She may need to have some reeducation on customer service but overall the property was good eight minutes from work and I’ll stay again just due to the fact of price and place surely not for her

    This place was as basic as it gets. Because of COVID, there was nothing in the room, not even a coffee pot. You had to dump your own garbage and the grounds has cigarette butts all over.     *ROACHES!* The motel had so much tiny roaches, all over the room. There were dead roaches all over the room that had been there for days possibly longer. The room had live tiny roaches by the tv, on the walls, on the night stand, on the sink, on the refrigerator, on the bed frame. We complained about the roaches and were moved to the top floor but there was just as many roaches on the top floor as there was on the first floor. We ended up getting zero sleep due to feeling like bugs were crawling on us. It was a terrible experience! This gave new meaning to the term ROACH MOTEL, avoid this location!

    There were some stains on the exterior of the refrigerator that appeared to be dried soda. The room smelled like smoke when I entered, but it didn't bother me much and dissipated quickly. The room was comfortable and relatively clean, but slightly worn looking in the kitchenette & restroom. Overall I was satisfied with my stay. I felt safe & had a good night's rest.

    So I have stayed in other extended stays before but this one was nuts. the first room, the a/c was broken, the carpet was old, stained, and smelled like smoking has been done in the room. In the second room, the carpet was also in super bad shape and also smelled like smoking was done in the room. I could not be barefoot in the hotel room as I was creeped out.

    The property was in an industrial-commercial area, tucked back in between warehouses. This should have been my first warning about this property. We arrived and the check-in clerk informed us the water faucet was backwards, hot was cold and cold was hot. We couldn’t open the door to our room and the attendant informed us that some rooms door handles are backwards, if that didn’t work, we would have to go find her around the property (3 floors, all outdoor access rooms)... We booked a non-smoking room however it wreaked of smoke. The rooms directly above, below, to the left and right of us, all had smokers in them. We had to go buy room spray just to tolerate the room. We slept on top of the covers because the overall feel of the facility felt grungy and cringe-worthy. I happened to see cockroaches running on the walls outside the door. The others who were staying at this place looked to be living out of the hotel. The quality of this Extended Stay America, was the complete opposite of other ESA’s we’ve stayed at. This was by far disappointing and we plan to never stay with ESA in the future. I would not suggest this property to families or solo-traveling women. I felt very unsafe moving around this facility by myself.

I have inquired about a refund and immediately booked a different hotel 10 minutes after arriving to this room. There were literally roaches crawling around the fridge and bathroom as well as dead roaches and some other type of bug on the carpet. The safety latch on the door was even present and it looked as if the door had been kicked in. I can only imagine what happened at this hotel for the door to be like that. When I went to let the front desk know I was leaving, they had closed the office 40 minutes early.

    I liked the staff at the front desk they went above and beyond at check in and through out my stay. The property is in need of repairs and cleaning. The lack of cleanliness was bad.

    My stay was not comfortable and the sink in bathroom was leaking water and light blow out in water room and a draw was missing from one the dresser....🤔😠😠 I stay al the the time but this time was a bad experience...😢😢 the chair was messed up in here...

    -the deadbolt would not lock in place. -the heating and ac unit was broken. It only had one functioning setting at 65 degrees at high speed. -there were no extra blankets or pillows. -the hold and cold settings were backwards on the faucets. Quite a few issues, however, it was clean and affordable.
