Good price point for an overnight stop. Room was big and freshly updated. Counter is super small in the bathroom if that matters to you. Breakfast was pretty much non existent but it’s what I expected for a super 8 breakfast. We would stay again for a stop though hotel location.

Traveling north from Louisiana, this hotel's location east of Chattanooga allowed me to start out the next morning's travels with the city already behind me. The location, therefore, was a draw for me. Once I arrived I found a small but well-laid out hotel, with a quiet, spotless room to which I was directed by a courteous clerk in no way flustered by my post-midnight arrival. The breakfast next morning was generous, with ample choices.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a good price.

Many homeless and addicts people in the area and hotel area. It drives customers away. We even saw police arresting a homeless guy close to the hotel. Scary

I reserved for the night based on this rating. I would not rate it any higher than 6 or 7 out of 10. At check the lady barely acknowledged we were there. I don't think she said 10 words. I feel we were interrupting her movie. As we walked through the breakfast area I noticed creamer packets (2 or 3) on the floor Second, there was no working ice maker. Third, one of the lights on the wall did not have a light bulb. When I asked for one at the desk she said, " Are you really going to need that light?". Next there was a vent in the bathroom that was held together with duct tape. Very poor. Lastly, we put some things in the refrigerator and this morning they were warm. The refrigerator was not working. This is most definitely a 9/10 establishment. We travel through this area 2-4 times a year and will not stay here again.

Everything was great except the breakfast. No protein, basically all carbohydrates. Being a carnivore there was nothing to eat for me.

Our check in staff was unfriendly and didn’t seem very interested in helping us. We arrived 25 minutes early and she thought the world was ending. We offered to take a walk and come back. She decided to check if a room was available and yes there one ready. Wow that was hard…..Annoying and rude!

Small hotel and for the price, definitely worth it! You can tell they just updated and remodeled. Staff was friendly and all in all, have really no complaints except no pool! Otherwise I was happy!

We were in town overnight on our way to FL and very pleased with our stay here to rest. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great! I was also happy we were able to check in a bit early because we arrived sooner than expected. The check in and out process was easy and friendly. Close to many awesome restaurants too.

For the price, this was an excellent option for us. The only complaint I have is that there was some outdoor traffic noise and the AC kicks on, but it didn't bother us - just something to be aware of if that bothers you.

Overnight stay passing through Chattanooga. Property and room was so clean and new. Staff was nice and check in was quick. Breakfast had waffle, cereal and fruit which was perfect for me. Rooms was nicely renovated, comfortable mattresses and cool air conditioning made it amazing for me. I will return soon

It was supposed to be recently renovated but it was a joke. Handles in shower and sink just spun around, bed & pillows very uncomfortable, no towel bars in bathroom and no place to put soap, shampoo, etc in shower. No little shelf, nothing. Buyer beware. There was nothing Super about this 8.

Perfect stay!

Room was clean. Basic Continental breakfast (we didn't eat it). Staff, at check in, made us verbally agree to no smoking or vaping in building (we aren't users anyways), but we smelled weed in hallways, and a young woman was smoking weed at the back door. We had gone to our car one evening to figure out where to get dinner, and a woman who looked EXACTLY like the front desk clerk stared at me for 15 minutes from a chair in the lounge area. When we returned, and I called her on it, she denied it. Very, very odd.

Also, we went to have the continental breakfast at 8:58 Friday morning and when we arrived we were told that we could not have anything seeing they stop theirs at 9 am. I wish I had known about the time because I would have came earlier. Other hotels I’ve stayed at are until 10.

The property was clean and nicely updated. Breakfast was very limited with very few options. What was offered had very little available. We did find something and it was nice to eat before hitting the road. Staff at check in did not greet as I walked in. She was clipping her nails and even answered her personal phone during the process. Morning staff at checkout was much friendlier and engaging. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel was in a convenient location and had comfortable beds. There were no hangers or drawers so if you are staying more than one night, you will have a problem unpacking. The room was adequate, but not special. The breakfast was very sparce unless you like waffles. For the price, it was acceptable, but I wish we had spent more to stay someplace nicer.

The hotel had just went through a remodel and it was amazing! The breakfast was hot and delicious. We were very impressed with the location and the staff. We are stopping back when we go through in August.

The hotel room was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioner worked great. The breakfast was good, however, no hot food. There are plenty of places to eat at in the area. The area itself was okay.

Great place for an overnight stay while driving cross country. Nothing fancy but newly renovated and clean. You could even smell the new carpet. $87/night for two queen beds. Small bathroom but the room has everything you need for a simple stay. No closets or dresser. Breakfast is a simple continental but they do have a waffle maker.

Our bathroom floor was dirty, so we did not shower. The breakfast was lack luster at best. This place was good enough for a quick over night stay, but I would not stay more than one night….Especially, when nicer hotels were less than 1/2 mile further down.

This hotel has been remodeled and it's better than ever! The beds sleep awesome and the inside is very clean and the people that work their are the best. I recommend you need to stay at least one night there and I promise you you will be back!

"This place is not ready for guests. It is currently under heavy renovation and doesn't feel safe, especially the parking lot. Online it says breakfast is included, but the front desk told me there is no breakfast due to the construction. My advice: find a better place and don't try to save $10. This is just a place to sleep, nothing more."

The accommodated our late check in which was nice and the bed was very comfortable. But the location is terrible. It was so loud the entire night. All the cars, trucks, garbage trucks. The air conditioning is all extremely loud. While it’s a cheap price. We likely won’t be staying here again.

This place is currently under renovation as I post this review. It looked disappointing at first but turned out to be an amazing stay. I stayed in a two-bed room on the first floor. The initial room was disappointing because the window couldn’t be opened. However, after contacting Expedia (through whom we booked) and speaking with the front desk, they did an excellent job switching us to a room where the window could be opened. Middle of remodeling which was ok. Old mattresses are extremely hard hopefully the new mattresses are better. Check in person was great but the desk clerk from 8pm was not.

We spent two nights here. The property is reasonably clean, though quite old. Breakfast is simple with limited options, and the dining area is small. The location, however, is convenient.

Clean room, friendly staff, affordable pricing. Being turned into a Super 8 by Windham so there's lots of renovations. The beds were NOT comfortable and the post said 2 Queens, they were definitely fulls and smaller. But for the price and short notice booking, it was worth it!

I love this hotel! It's comfortable and it's clean and it's also close to alit of businesses!

The hotel outside and in the halls smelt nothing but marijuana. The room its self smelt clean luckily. It’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel but that was a lie. We would have gotten a second night but due to the STRONG marijuana smell we opted on getting a room somewhere else. There’s no way the property managers couldn’t smell it.

First room given to us was still dirty. Second room was clean but definitely not equal to the picture online. Breakfast was subpar to the point we just opted to go somewhere else for breakfast. Wall are thin; you can hear hall traffic and other rooms all night long. There is also a lot of outside noise pollution. Will not be staying again.

There was a deposit that wasnt listed on hotels.com and when i asked about it, the woman at the check in counter was rude and told me it wasnt her problem that it wasnt listed. To clarify, i didnt argue about paying it, just told that it wasnt listed when i made the reservation. Halls were loud in the middle of the night and another guest was smoking in the hallway when i walked in. Room wasnt anything spectactilar, but its what i expected for what i paid. I thinknill try another place next time i stay in chattanooga.

Property was ok. I feel it was a bit overpriced for what was there. 1st floor smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke, but 3rd was much better. Road was very noisy from inside the room but room itself did the job.

the blonde lady that works reception at night was extremely rude to my girlfriend when she went to ask for more toilet tissue. the lady asked us if housekeeping had come by, and they did. however my girlfriend and i were still sleeping at that time. when my girlfriend explains that to the receptionist, this lady proceeded to lecture mysellf and my girlfriend about how “we need to make sure we’re letting housekeeping in to clean because “the desk isn’t allowed to give out extra towels and tissue”. which makes absolutely no sense to me but alright. no need to start an unnecessary argument about toilet tissue. everything was nice and quiet for majority of our stay, until the last couple nights. i was woken up at 5am to the couple in the room directly above getting busy. SO. EXTREMELY. LOUD. which granted wasent the hotels fault. it was just quite annoying to be woken from my sleep to the sound of tht. and then they were back at it an hour later.

Shower drain was clogged with hair. Had to dig it out so water would drain. Guest clerk kept my ID. Said she keeps “forgetting” to give them back at check in. Toiket doesn’t flush properly. Have to hold handle down.

Room was clean, simple decor. Outside of building looks drab (old). However room is good. No pool, parking could be difficult, there were 2 spots left. Breakfast very simple juice, coffee, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal bars. Plenty of warm water and water preasure in shower. BED WAS A LITTLE HARD, BUT PILLOWS WERE GOOD. BED WAS CLEAN!. Was perfect for one night. We checked in at 10pm, and on the road by 7:15 am.

Stay was as listed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious bathroom. Towels were very small. Coffee in room and the lobby. Breakfast was small but as listed.

Since this is a place whose name I didn't recognize, I was taking a chance. But the rate was good and the reviews were good, so I reserved a room. Overall it was a good experience. The biggest "dings" on the rating: the glass doors and windows as you enter the property were smudged and needed cleaning; the help at the desk was friendly but the two people I interacted with were dressed like they were going to be doing yard work instead of customer service; the door to some type of storage closet by our room was help open or unlocked by a towel wedged in the doorway. These are nit-picky things, I know, but first impressions matter. Coming into the entryway of the lobby looked a little sketchy, so if I didn't already have a reservation I might be tempted to walk out. However, the room itself was great and fairly quiet even though on a busy street. The breakfast was pretty good -- you can't go wrong with waffles. Restaurants are abundant along the street, and the motel is right off the interstate. All in all, a good experience and a great value.

What you see is what you get. The rooms are decently renovated, but the hallway gives motel vibes. The lobby and eating area are small, but it’s fine enough. We had 2 rooms. Both were relatively clean inside and furnished as pictured, but one was infested with ants. The chairs and couches need to be cleaned but beds were comfy. There’s free breakfast, but it ends at 9am. And they won’t extend checkout beyond 11:30. The staff was a bit testy and bordering on rude, but we made it through our 1 night with few issues. Book it if you need the most basic accommodations at a low price. Just call ahead and request a room without bugs.

They offered housekeeping every day and as a female solo traveler I felt safe here as they kept their doors locked after midnight. Only way to get in was through a key. The staff were very quick to take care of any issues you have so don't hestitate to let them know if you have an issue or concern with anything. I know this hotel did offer daily breakfast but I cannot comment because all 5 days I slept in and missed the times. Beds were comfortable (for me) and plenty of room space. A microwave & fridge were great to have! The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants, stores, nature parks, gas stations and a short distance to I75. The only thing I did not like was getting in and out of the parking lot. there is only 1 entrance and I had a hard time getting into the parking lot due to a back up of cars that were stopped at a nearby stoplight. People blocked the intersection many times which would cause me to sit there for minutes on end waiting for someone to let me in. All in all, I would definitely stay here again :)

This is an inexpensive property but the room was clean and there is a mini fridge and microwave in the room along with TV and WiFi. Most of the property smells like smokers have stayed there (although all the rooms are nonsmoking) but our first room smelled strongly of tobacco smoke so they gave us another one immediately and the manager even came to check that it was ok. Can’t beat this place for the price.

Extended stay - means additional perks, like full size fridge and stove area - but NO COOKING Implements, no dishes, no Kleenex, and only two towels for two guests for THREE days (additional towels $1.98@)- tv remote non-functional, as was the phone - given "new" remote, still required manual shut off - beds too hard and pillows too soft and too few - chairs only functional, not comfortable - Elevator SCREAMS like it's dying... Good thing it was Halloween ...

Great weather for the season to visit family and friends. However, the room keys kept de-magnitizing and I didn't have anything near them. Time to upgrade to the touch/tap to enter into rooms.
