The property is in a okay location to avoid the busy of downtown and paying parking daily at a downtown hotel. Dried blood stains were on the sheets upon checking in the room. Shower was not cleaned well. Consulted with manager and between them and booking couldn’t get get anything done about staying in a nasty room. My family stayed here all the time visiting Chattanooga but this will be the last time unfortunately.

Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. Red stains on the couch arms. Hope it wasnt blood. Clean rooms other than that. Overall just a normal hotel stay. Not sure how it's a Hilton.

Clean room!

Our stay was nice. I wish we could have stayed longer. We were on the road by 230am so missed the breakfast. There was areas for the dogs use and pretty clean too were we could walk without stepping in messes!

Was pretty small room, couple. We had a king standard. The room was set up pretty interesting, but I'm sure it helps with noise. We were there on a Friday to Saturday check out. It was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable, I am someone who looks at reviews. Bed being comfortable and quiet hotel is the most important to me. We did not eat for breakfast as it is fairly expensive in my opinion. we went to a beignet coffee shop a block over. The room or hallway smelt of weed when i arrived, I let the front desk know. Didn't want to get charged for something that wasn't me. I didn't mind and told them we didn't need to move rooms but to be made aware. That same staff member was the one to check me in, was a little stand off-ish or awkward, was strange. Almost came of as not welcoming, another older couple arrived Infront of me. They thought the same thing. Witnessed another staff member for the bar ignore the couple in front of me; when she asked where the restroom was. First impressions weren't the greatest, but overall just there to sleep so it was okay.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in process was good. Seasons restaurant has mediocre food. Meaning it was cooked correctly its just frozen food like most things. Prices was decent. The bar and Ashley was nice and drinks were good. I enjoyed it on the outside patio. very nice atmosphere.

At the last minute I needed an extra room and they needed to be connecting. When speaking with the staff they quickly accommodated us with out an issue. Every staff member we spoke with was fantastic. We will definitely be visiting in the summer again . Top notch !

Booked a roll in shower accessible room and did not receive that room. Also, the black out curtains were broke, and we had light in our room all night along with very thin walls hearing all kinds of knocks from other rooms and floors. It was a restless night.

Staff was not friendly, didn’t even tell me where to go or what room I was staying in. Also asked the desk for pizza options and all he said was Dominos, there were plenty around that we found on our own with no help of his.

Giant HVAC fan outside our room made if feel like we were experiencing interstate road noise all night. Also, the bathroom door would not shut which would be problem if you needed privacy. Sheets were a little ruff compared to Drury where we stayed night before.

It was Christmas Day and I was disappointed that the TV offered had just a few channels and you had to pay extra for Netflix - I had planned to watch NFL all day and relax but I wasn’t going to pay extra to watch TV. Also, because it was Christmas, the restaurant was closed and the offered continental breakfast was Ok but nothing special. The one thing that I found truly odd was that the staff were not very friendly. They were not rude but there was ZERO effort to smile and make me feel welcome. It was VERY NOTICABLE and I was really amazed at the lack of effort. I visited the hotel 2x before staying just to ask questions about amenities and the gentleman that I spoke with both times was VERY BLAND and unfriendly….. for some reason I assumed him to be the manager…. If so that would explain why the other front desk employees were the same way. Overall I had a relaxing time and just stayed to myself. The lady who handled the breakfast was pleasant. So….. it was not terrible at all but I’d pick another place next time because of the lack of friendliness.

Customer service was horrible. Had a 2 night stay. Asked for our bed to be made and new towels and they never did it. Asked for our iron board to be switched out because it was horribly dirty and nothing. Kindly complained and they said again they would take care of it and they did not. Black mold on window seal.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was kind, and the pool was nice. They made us feel welcome with our pet. The night bartender, and daytime server both were kind and gave great service. Front desk was very welcoming.

The breakfast was not free and know one manning the area to even ask about the food choices. Some dude said help your self to a buffet which was poor! Was like typical quality inn mediocre breakfast. I did tell the front desk. She didn’t offer to take the 13.50 per person off my bill. Only said there was a lady over there somewhere and we could have had some different options. Ok when?

We were disappointed on our arrival to learn the pool was out of service as, with a little one, the availability of a pool for entertainment drives where we choose to stay. The room was clean but the toilet seat was broken. Never got fixed even after notifying management. Had to hold seat in place while using it. The breakfast bar was ok although they charged when the property we usually stay at has it for free.

My room was way over priced for a one king bed, no breakfast (unless you pay for it) no pool for renovation, and when I asked that staff boy at check in he gave me this look like I was supposed to go read the sign a spot over from him that talked about the pool being shut down. Acted like he was to good to be behind that little desk of his. “It was giving me fatigue vibes”. Also plaster in my room was cracking, blinds had holes in them, no ventilation so after a shower the whole room felt like a mini sauna. Bathroo door was slimy like they used an old dirty rag to wash off t down. But I digress, just go next door, I would’ve if Expedia would’ve worked with me on getting out of that ish hole. I have photos but I’m not posting them, yet. That’s my round 2 game plan

Several other hotels and restaurants nearby so it felt like a safe area. I would stay here again. My only complaint was that I was checking in around 9:30 pm, tired from driving for 3 hours, and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Not sure why the front desk was not staffed.

Pool Closed. The whole reason we chose this property was the indoor pool for our granddaughter.

The walls were thin. I could hear voices very clearly from the next patron’ room while standing in the bathroom, The shower’ plumbing was noisy. Insufficient towels for two people, I visited the front dest on one occasion for more towels and on another occasion for toilet paper.

Hair on pillow, awful chemical and Marijuana smell in room. Towels stained, toliet seat messed up. Ac/heat wasnt adjustable. Bathroom toiletries not refilled. Service was nice. But I expected better.

We had some issues with breathing. Not sure how that would be related, but it was not the case before and after our time in the hotel. The refrigerator did not work in our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. A very quiet Sunday.

Paid for Two nights to sleep 2nd shift schedule, needed safe, clean room to work odd hours, get clean, sleep. Awesome Check in, fun, bubbly clerk knows hospitality business. Others, really not interested in concerns, and no manager at site makes it difficult to impossible for a Make Right stay. Basic, good. Wide awake by repairs in adjoining room and maintenance in all rooms - then maintenance still came in - no more sleep after this, made for tired presentation and bad business, wirh too much unfinished business. Thankfully, I'll try this again at close by - Hilton Embassy- see how this goes.

A little outdated. Noisy air conditioner. When I checked in the computer was down, so 3:00 a.m. when they entered my registration it prompt the TV to come on in the middle of the night with my name across the screen. Did not get much sleep between the TV coming on and the noisy air conditioner.

We only stayed one night so I just removed the tops comforter and laid on top of a blanket I brought from home. Restaurant in the lobby is really good

This was a very convenient location and also near the mall. Easy access to Hwy 75. This hotel was very clean, updated and classy. We had everything in our room, including a coffee maker. Very nice pool and sitting area. But what impressed me and surprised me was the Hugh flatscreen TV had my name on it”Welcome Cheryl”. Nice touch.

My family was in Tennessee this weekend for a family reunion. This was the suggested hotel to stay in. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and professional. It is within walking distance to restaurants. We had a good stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

The property and room were spotless. Extremely clean and comfortable. The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is fine, nothing special and nothing within walking distance but it’s a safe and quiet area. They do charge you for EVERYTHING though. Which is frustrating when you consider it’s a more expensive hotel. The Hampton Inn next door is $50/night less and doesn’t charge for everything. When I checked in here they said I got complimentary bottled water and after checking out I was charged for it. Breakfast is extra - $10 for two kinds of cereal and oranges or $15 for that plus some dry biscuits, potatoes, and yogurt.

Very disappoibtibg when you go to the front desk and ask that your room be serviced and you're told no problem. But when we came back 9 hours later and nothing was done. Other than that the stay was very good.

Super friendly staff

Breakfast is not included. $13 extra per person. It was ok that i had to wait for more biscuits and bacon to be made. But after charging $250 for a night’s rest, just throw the breakfast in too. This is East Tennessee where breakfast is included at nearly all hotels by the way. I’ll stick with Holiday Inn Express. I missed not having one of those warm cinnamon rolls.

Everything was good. Only reason it wants a 5 is because the iron was broken and I called the front desk. They said they would be up in a few minutes with a new one but the never showed up. If they did it was after we left and I did not need the iron anymore which was about 2 hours after I called for a new iron.

This was the first and only time that a Hilton property has refused to acknowledge my diamond member status because I booked the room via Hotels.com. We were treated like we were absolutely nobody. Why? Theu said it's because of the new relationship with Expedia. I can see this has become a major disadvantage. Since virtually nothing is accrued from H.com bookings and you get treated like you are unimportant, regardless of how many 10's of thousands spent, I see no reason to use Hilton or Hotels.com anymore. The room had old toenails in the bathroom corners and the heater didn't work (just blew cold air all night). But I'm m still shocked that Diamond meant absolutely nothing to them. Unbelievable.

Amazing property! Lady at check in was very friendly and got us checked in fast and efficiently. Close to a few places to eat, we walked over to Cracker Barrel for dinner. Property is very nice and clean, parking lot is very well lit. Even though it is close to a high traffic area we haven’t heard anything at all from outside the building. Will definitely stay here again!
