The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The handicapped room had a spacious bathroom with an excellent shower and bench. The breakfast was tasty enough. The television in one room didn’t work and neither alarm clock worked. They just sat on the bedside table. The control pad on the microwave in the handicap room was worn out, so thankfully we didn’t need to use it.

The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good also. As a travel softball coach/parent we play ball in this area often. We have stayed here several times and most definitely will be back. I believe this is the best place to stay for the price range in the area.

The bed was a full, not a queen size. It was comfortable enough though. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. I asked for a recite but the printer was down so the front desk person took a photo of his computer screen for me. Problem solved. Front desk person was pleasant .

What stood out is the gentleman manager. He was pleasant and most helpful. The room...especially the bathroom is really dated and in need of upgrade. The shower "looks" dingy and dirty. The curtains at the window are not fully hung on one end. Overall, we had had a nice stay and was comfortable. Does not compare to other Sleep Inn location specifically Erie, PA.

It was okay for the price I can’t complain. However the rooms are not being cleaned before your stay so I would take my own blankets and sheet set, also I would bring cleaning supplies for the bathroom. Ours was really dirty but I mean the bed was comfortable we sleep great and it is affordable.

We notice the bed shit is not properly clean as well but this is the major one.When we arrived,the girl that was checking us in was gonna charge additional “Lock key” 12 dollars without asking.Thank God we screenshotted the original price.The bathroom door is annoyingly weird could have been built better.A good 6/10 overall.

Our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and the mattresses didn’t fit on the boxsprings. We got it super late and left early so for that purpose it was okay, would not stay there again.

Nobody told us that the breakfast ended at 9am. We walked down for breakfast at 9:15am with our children, but we were only able to get one cup of yogurt and some milk while it was being picked up. The breakfast time frame was too short.

The staff was good, but the WIFI was horrible. Just no good. If you want to pay extra for WIFI, they offer it over the basic. I thought my wife and were connected, but we were not. I was contacted by att later after we checked out and was notified that in three days we were there we hah used up sixty per cent of our month's GB.

It kind of made me made It wasn’t as nice beneath the surface and then the smell slapped u in the face there was an odor like old bay seasoning being used on slightly rotted meat but but when the Night Shift front desk person got there the smell in the lobby change completely there in the lobby. It absolutely reeked of marijuana. I’m a smoker not not of marijuana but of cigarettes and I have to go outside to smoke which I did and I stopped going through the lobby and started going through the back because I couldn’t take the smell of the marijuana anymore anyway the next morning as as I was preparing myself to leave someone I guess manager or something came to me and told mehe had reports of people coming in and out of my room all night. The only people that came in and out of my room was myself and my roommate, and the only reason we went in and out was to go smoke or to run to the convenience store.the whole staff was rude not friendly at All employees were of the same heritage and probably the same family cause they all acted like u are beneath them. I’ve traveled a lot for business and for pleasure this had to be the the worst or tie for the worst with another hotel in Chattanooga I really don’t know which one was worse yes I do know which one this one the other one was at least clean, and the staff was semi friendly. These people were just hateful. about the rain the mattresses did not fit it box springs there were much smaller than the box springs one of the beds had a metal piece sticking out from below the bed ruffle that if I hadn’t seen it, could’ve easily cause the bed cut or bruise on your leg. The shower knob was broken. A big hunk of the vanity in the bathroom was missing.

For the price it was fine. The workers were very friendly. Hotel is a little run down but the AC worked great and the beds were comfy. Bathroom is very small but we didnt care.

The breakfast menu was just ok. The only thing really edible are the waffles because you make them yourself. The room was just what you’d expect for this rate: stale air, carpets that haven’t seen a carpet cleaner in some time and a bathroom that smelled faintly of cheese. The toilet was not entirely secured to the floor so everyone on the same floor should be able to hear it when you sit down to use it.

The room was very small and older. Really annoying noise in the hallway all night. Hard to sleep. Although beds were comfortable. Men had to use women’s bathroom in the lobby. I had to book two rooms at a different hotel for the last night of our stay so we could rest.

I chose this hotel because it had supposedly had an EV charging station. It did not have a charging station, so that was disappointing. I hotel is in need of upgrading. The room I had smelled old and musty. Everything appeared clean and the front desk staff was pleasant.

Room had musty smell. TV remote not associated with TV. Had to turn on and off manually. Very loud heat pump and bed to close to heat pump. Blowing on bed all night long. Light on one end table not plugged in. Cord would not reach. Black mold in bathroom next to shower. Grout needed to be cleaned. Very small room. Would not recommend to others.

The area around the smoking section was littered with cigarette butts and other trash. The inside was clean and the staff was amazing. The beds and pillows were both a little to firm for our liking. We checked out two days early and was told they'd try to get a refund but I never heard anything from them. Overall Good

The fridge wasn't working they didnt even come and get the trash we had to sit the trash on the outside ofthe door.....they never did bring us towels we had to gongwt the towels.....this is my fault i should had stayed at the Hilton where i booked the room the first time....PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!

Unfortunately, the room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It was not a comfortable feeling in the room because you didn’t want to touch anything. It’s not in a good area which added to the discomfort. It was very loud even in the middle of the night.

Update a/c units.. room didn’t cool very well

Pros: The woman who checked us in was friendly, easy to work with, and quick to accommodate us. Cons: Our rooms left a lot to be desired. They didn't feel clean. One room smelt like the previous guest had smoked but the smell hadn't fully cleared/been cleaned. (The hotel does have no smoking signs everywhere). Both rooms were also damp. Everything felt slightly moist, including the carpet and bed sheets. Not sure if it was just our rooms though.

Check in and out was smooth. Rooms need renovating, badly. We had a burned electrical outlet near the bathroom. The carpet had multiple stains and the walls did not appear to be clean. We will not be back.

The hotel and rooms are outdated, but clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was alright. I think for the price and distance from downtown Chattanooga, it was pretty reasonable.

The bathroom door was hard to close my comforter was dirty but they corrected the problem no paper towels the area was very convenient for my stay.

Very outdated bathroom with small shower stall and squeaky picket door. Mold on ceiling, around shower. Beds broken. Not worth the money.

Thankfully I won’t have to worry about staying here again. The room smelled horrible, we had to go buy air fresheners and that didn’t help. Everything felt sticky and gross. The beds were comfortable, but didn’t sleep well due to the smell and worrying about bugs.

The property is clean, room was clean. It’s close by to several restaurant options. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom pocket door in our room was broken. It was difficult to open/close & would not close all the way. The showers could use an update, it was clean, just aged.

Small mildew smell tv didn't work

We had a Great time visiting Chattanooga, the staff at the hotel was really friendly. The only problem was with the t.v. in our room. Which really wasn't a big deal cause we were out of the room more than in.

The bed was real firm, not very comfortable. The air conditioner was very noisy and did not work very well and the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

The room was perfect for our travel needs.

Their system had the booking info incorrect. They did fix it after giving me the wrong type of room. The phone and tv did not work and the outlet for the hairdryer was broken. Everytime the A/C went on there was a loud clicking noise. Customer service was polite but not helpful at all. Breakfast was average. Room was sufficient but with old carpet so I question cleanliness. Needs maintenance done.

The mattress did not support the body. It was so soft that it bottomed out and it was like sleeping on the floor.

Too dirty, the bathroom was disgusting

The staff are friendly but the first room we were given had a strong odor of urine as soon as we hit the door! They gave us another room but we had 2 rooms booked, the 1st one smelling like urine and the second one had a musty smell. They were side by side rooms until one of us were moved to the room across the hall because of the urine smell.

Didn’t expect the fantastic quality for the low price. •Location - very close to shopping, food, and only 15 mins to downtown. Clean, safe, quiet area. •Front desk was so helpful and check in was fast and friendly. •Room was very clean and the ac was ice cold. Tv, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Large walk in shower with no tub - good water pressure. Bed was 10/10. Linens felt brand new and the bed slept like a dream!! • Included breakfast - hot options were sausage, eggs, and a waffle machine. They also had cereal, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice, milk and delicious coffee. We really enjoyed it!

I loved the fact that my room had a safe. And that there were so many tv channels to choose from. And i love the shower. It had shampoo and conditioner inside the shower. And it was quiet. The gentlemen that checked me in was very helpful with guiding me to stores in the area. Just an overall great experience.

I sat on the foot of the bed and it caved in my husband sat in the chair at the same time and 2 wheels came off..mind you we are not big people.. carpet was nasty and the toilet was not mounted properly to the floor..

Staff was nice, parking was good, WiFi decent. We stayed in room 111. The carpet was absolutely filthy. Sticky with a lot of stains. Too gross to walk on without shoes. The bathroom door was filthy as well. Guests in the adjoining room was very noisy and we could hear the cars aling the street. There was a car who kept revving his engine for awhile making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was cold. Not a lot of choices. The only positive was the bed was super comfy. Room was clean, but bathroom needed help. Low shower pressure, shower floor uneven and slippery with just water and door wouldnt shut. Toilet took all night to fill. Bed was comfortable and room quiet from outside noise.

Nothing choice about this "Choice" Hotel! It's clean enough, but the hotel itself is run down and has my least favorite of all room typologies: sink outside the bathroom and no proper door. Other Sleep Inns are far, far more "choice," but this one has some work to do.

Horrible property! Front desk was very rude at check in. The interior at back of building going to rooms is very nasty. There is always guests smoking marijuana at entrance going in the back of building. Never again stay at this place, it needs a total renovation. The toilet was broke and front desk said no one was there to fix it.

loved the inside and the room , but the outside property was very unkept and dirty , the parking lot all around the hotel also people outside at night that looked like homeless people walking around the hotel looking in cars. you need a night watch man.

Our first room smelled horrible, they replaced it for us. Staff was friendly. Room & property need some upgrades, bathroom door was hard to shut & dirty fingerprints on the door.

SD: They also had bugs. I would see one each morning in the bathroom and my daughter seen one under the desk. She deathly scared of roaches so, this made it even more terrible.😫

We actually DID NOT stay, we reserved 3 seperate rooms. 1 Room stunk like smoke and we asked for another and that one had the smoke detector going off. The 2nd Room had what looked like throw up in the sink and the bathroom door lock section was cut out. The manage told us it was "back up" in the sink and cleaned it. Our 3rd room had TWO cockroachs that our boys caught in cups. We packed our things and left. We were told we would receive a refund but have yet to see that back in our bank account.

The rooms were dirty. The pocket door on the bathroom was difficult to close and hand brown, dirty hand prints all over the door. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was mold and dirt in the air conditioner.

The room was disgusting to say the least. There was hair on the toilet, and in the bed under the sheets. Clearly not cleaned. Not all the lights worked in the room. The carpet looked liked it should be pulled up and thrown away, totally stained and filthy. The TV remote was so sticky we had to use a face cloth to hold on to it. Don't think it was ever wiped down. Had to wear sandals in the shower and in the room as it didn't feel clean enough. After travelling more than 10 hours all we wanted was a decent night sleep and that didn't happen. Very poor place

Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the room. It stunk, the toilet seat as extremely loose, there was barely any water pressure in the sink and the tv didn't work.

Positives: - the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating! - there were multiple restaurants within walking distance, basically right across the street. -quick access to major roadways and a close drive to many basic shops and stores.

I selected the hotel for convenience on my return trip and it was OK. The hotel staff were wonderful but did not schedule the wakeup call I requested. Actual breakfast food was not great, but coffee was good. At least it was clean.

The toilet roll holder can’t hold if half of it is NOT attached to the wall. The shower floor has no grip. You better hold on the best you can because when it’s wet, it gets pretty slippery. The carpet has indescribable stains. Just nasty. I checked for bed bugs and it passd!

Older location and very dated. Broken amenities, holes in walls, stains on linens, breakfast had 2 tables and very minimal choices. I went out for breakfast both nights i was there. TV in room did not work and the air condition was very poor operation.

We always choose to stay at sleep inns. And we’ve stayed at this one several times. But this time it was a complete 180. The door wouldn’t open we had to get the front desk to come open it. They blamed it on the air idk. The air conditioner was loud. The walls were like paper thin someone next to us sounded like they were drilling in the walls the person above us sounded like they were body slamming someone. The fire alarm went off 4 times tried calling the front seat to see if these drills were going to continue they never answered the phone. The beds were it that comfortable the room smelled musty. It was just completely 180 from all the other times we’ve stayed.

this place is suppose to be a 3.5/plus star hotel which means it should be an ok place to stay. the room had trash behind the beds and from the looks of it, it had not been cleaned behind them in a while. The remote control to the tv was sticky. The clerk at the front lobby was sleep at night in more than one occasion. i stayed there for a week and i had to go to the front desk and reset my room key every day because it would stop to grant me access to the room this is very annoying. They have breakfast but 50 percent of the items they had were expired items. The sausage for the biscuits tasted old and looked like they been re heated more than once the waffles tasted bitter so I'm guessing the batter was expired. they had yogurt and a lot of them were open, some of them had a bulge on the lid. but the good thing is that they have nice restaurants within walking distance to enjoy some delicious breakfast , lunch and dinner. but at least for me and my family the beds were comfortable

It was nice overall, however, only for a limited stay, 1 night maybe. It was noisy between the AC and some banging that I could not place where it was coming from. Beds were uncomfortable.

Like the area because of the different restaurants and the location seems to be somewhat safe. I did not like the hotel room. The hotel room smelled like the rug had been wet in the past we had to go and purchase plugins to kill the mildew odor. We had problems with our TV and we had a hard time reaching front desk no one was around.

Had room 109. The bathroom was weird with a sliding door that wouldn’t close all the way without great strength. The shower was leaking so bad when pressure was added you feared the metal at the handle and at the shower head might actually come off

Sink stopped up, mold/mildew inside shower, toilet paper holder fell off, shower door doesn't seal at the bottom, and most pitiful excuse for "breakfast" ever experienced. Out of almost all the standard items by 8:30, and the desk clerk was also the buffet stocker. How sanitary could that be? Biggest ripoff for 150 bucks we've ever had. Go anywhere else.

The staff was polite and helpful. The facility was not adequate. Our first room’s bathroom had a toilet plunger in it which made me nervous about the toilet. It flushed very slow and not completely. The second day it overflowed. Called for maintenance and the staff moved us to another room. I wanted to use the luggage carrier and apparently the hotel has only one and the front desk couldn’t find it. The first room had some kind of dark particles laying on the bed. I called for housekeeping and they were gone, but the front desk came and changed the bed cover. The second room bed cover had the same dark particles on the bed! The room also smelled like mildew.
