The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The building smelled awful. The hallway smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Once we got to our room, we opened the door and were overcome by a musty smell and humid air. I immediately lowered the temperature in the room hoping that the air from the a/c would bring relief. It took me hours to become nose blind to it. Honestly, it smelled so bad that it kept me from being able to sleep. Lastly, the front desk staff were rude. I suppose they were annoyed that we were checking in so late (midnight)? But I’m sure that happens all the time for ppl who are traveling long distances?

It was kept very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The sausage and eggs were good. The beds were nice and comfortable. The breakfast could have used either bread for toast and a toaster or biscuits.

It was clean. The mattress was terrible, really uncomfortable. It wasn't firm; it stank.

Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.

Eh Me and my partner could barely get any sleep because of the loud cleaning staff, and also you could hear each and every person walking by your room in the middle of the night it was disturbing

It was enjoyable the only thing is if you invite guest they have to put a deposit down which is crazy to me and the top latch to my room was hanging on by a screw but other then that staff was nice especially checking out

It was fine. Pretty nice area with a lot of options for shopping and food.

We left the hotel after 1 night due to roaches in the room, ear plugs and old cigarettes found under the bed when we looked to see where the bugs were going. Weve stayed in the past with no issue. We talked to the front desk who told us we would be refunded the rest of our stay as we chose to leave their property. Still haven't received a refund. Travelocity chat also said we would receive a refund after they contacted the hotel. They have since said that their hands are tied and it is up to the hotel. Poor customer service from travelocity.com.. been a client for years and never had an issue. The hotel was nasty. The staff less than helpful. Will not use again... and still waiting on word about the refund from the hotel. Do better travelocity.com and quality inn.. what a shame..

It’s a great value and it’s exceptionally clean and I was extremely comfortable there and the staff are very friendly. honestly, probably the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever found. And it’s such a great deal and the breakfast is good better than I expected for what I paid to be honest. Honestly, nothing I mean, I would’ve loved an indoor pool but otherwise it’s all good.

The place is outdated and rooms like there were from the 80's. The staff was not professional and had to switch my room 3 times because there damage to the room or a nasty smoking odor and Air Conditioner not working. 4th try i just said the hell with it and my wife and I were tired getting in town for a wedding. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY here.

The shower water could have been a little hotter. other than that it was good for the price

Pool wasn’t open

No pool, staff was not available. My key card wouldn’t work so I came to the front desk to have it fixed and waited at least 20 minutes after hollering, calling the office phone until one guy came out, said he works the 3rd shift but was helping with something in the other room. This was roughly 7pm guy seemed high on something. Not very satisfied

I would suggest 1 or 2 bottles of water in the room. Everything else was vet good.

I slept in the car in this very unsafe neighborhood. The desk attendant was hardly at the desk. They have evidence of bedbugs.

The room had been recently renovated. We had a little problem with hot water to the shower (thanks to factory settings on the shower head that hadn't been adjusted yet) but Hank from staff was helpful and got that quickly fixed for us. Overall great value. Beds and pillows were comfy, breakfast as expected with some hot options, and it was quiet.

This place was very poorly ran. It was extremely noisy with dogs barking and guests running around the hall way and slamming doors all day and night. It felt like a crack house. The lady next to our room had a pit bull, and we could hear her and her lover at night. We checked out early and got another place. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service when you got there was awesome. Room was clean. Didn't have unfresh smell when you open it the door from it being shut off for a while. Room was spotless nice soft towels for the bathroom. No complaints

It was a last minute trip to Chattanooga, I got this room cause of the reviews but not what I was expecting we got to the room left our stuff when to shop around n get something to eat when we come back we opened the bed and found bout 7 hairs like they didn’t change the sheets we got our stuff and left.

I will say Hank and his staff truly made the experience that much better. We were traveling for our son’s graduation from lineman school- Hank recommended good places to eat, always made sure we had what we needed and never failed to make us laugh daily! Thank you Hank and staff for an unforgettable experience!

Hank and his staff were friendly, helpful, and always had smiles on their faces! Their friendly demeanor made the trip that much better. Breakfast was great, small but perfect!

What they advertise as a hot healthy breakfast was far from it. Apples, waffle maker & yogurt. Nothing more.

It was terrible. It was under construction, pool closed, no breakfast, questionable clientele. Before I even walked in, I was asked by a person with no teeth if they could buy a cigarette. The only positive was the guy at the front desk gave me a refund with no questions asked.

Guy at desk was like I don’t wanna be here ; went to room, smelled like weed entire time, main light switch didn’t work, nothing but a sheet on bed, no blankets, tv didn’t work! Didn’t stay 5 minutes! Literally just want a refund!! Pool was closed; nothing like the pictures!!

Ghetto and had very nasty rude costumer service, dogs barking all night, the room was nasty the furniture had dust everywhere carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming. TV only had a few channels available. Crackheads in and out of the hotel standing around in the parking lot did not feel that me or my car was safe and the staff didn't give a damn her attitude was funky! I would not send my worst enemy there to stay

The maintenance going on was awful...the noise, the things everywhere, shut it down and remodel. Like it was def not my typical stay.. Do better!!!!

Room wasn’t what the picture showed and people outside the front door conducting drug sales when I pulled up so I didn’t feel safe there so I went to another motel and just lost the money I paid for this hotel

Horrid. I went in and the room was not even clean bed wasn’t made and door didn’t lock. There were clearly bed bugs so I immediately left upon entering. Slept in my car waste of $65

SUPER nasty. Staff were decently nice but didn’t do anything. Also the pool and breakfast advertised are a LIE. For my stay it wasn’t a huge deal because I’m flexible but if you have ANY expectations of anything other than somewhere to sleep and a to go shower the nastiness off once you are done with your stay you will be sorely disappointed.

Fine for a couple days then there was tons of noise ALL DAY. After it getting really bad late afternoon, it started at about 8 am, the front desk said twice there was nothing they could do. They are working in the roof. I was in the first floor. Next morning at 7:40 am the room is shaking from drilling. Totally unacceptable. I contacted front desk and hotels.com. neither did anything. Horrible horrible service all around.

Place was infested with roches, toilet with broken seat, dirty mirros, dirty carpet.

Said there was a breakfast no breakfast bathroom foor didnt shut if you did you were lovked in there honestly best thing for that place would be to tear down to the ground

The new owner was very attentive and earger to help with anything i needed. This hotel has the cheapest price in chattanooga and about the same quality as the more expensive ones. Clean bathroom and bed. Nice ambient lighting in the hallways, ac and heat worked great, water pressure, water temperature, refrigerator and tv all work as they should no bugs at all.

We have found left over food in the refrigerator. We asked the staff to provide us different room since we were not sure if the room was cleaned at all. They told us that they didn't any other room available, which was a lie.
