Hotel was quiet during the night. Wanted to get an early start so went to breakfast right at 6 a.m. Wasn't completely set up. Food was not out and coffee was not hot. Have had better!

The room listing did not state that this was a conjoined room. It was hidden in the listing by a large piece of furniture, which felt a little deceiving. A young group of girls ended up next to us in that conjoined room for one night, so it was very loud.

The staff was very friendly! The space was very clean and the room nice and very spacious for two people. Loved the included breakfast and large TV. Very clean property. It is well maintained and staffed. Friendly, professional staff all the way from the front desk to housekeeping. Nice calm atmosphere in the lobby. Feels like your living room. I enjoyed just sitting out there reading. The front desk staff always greeted me coming and going to see if everything was good. Breakfast was great. Coffee was always replenished all day long.

Our second stay in 9 months. We stay here to catch a plane early the next morning. Both if our stays our tooms were not ready. We paid the bill, was charged $20.00 for incidentals, which we never buy anything there. First trip, was given a room that supposed to be ready. Nope, opened the door and 2 people were in bed! Not good, man got a little huffy. 2nd trip, got room key and opened the door and the had not been cleaned at all! Not good again for what u charge. Ur staff were excellent in correcting the issues and very professional! Will try again! Hotel is centrally located and close to airport

The staff were excellent at check in and at breakfast! The room was very clean which is always a huge plus! The mattress wasn't so good as it rolled to the middle so woke up with a backache. The breakfast wa minimal and not overly tasty. Other than the mattress and the breakfast it was great!

Reliable. I know I’ll have a safe, quiet, comfortable room. The bed will have a good mattress, good pillows, a good comforter. The water pressure will be good, the HVAC will be quiet, the carpet will be clean, and nothing will smell fragranced of cleaning products. The breakfast will be decent if not fabulous.

The property is very conveniently located. The staff was friendly enough, but had a very hard time getting us checked in quickly. When we arrived in the room, it had been prepared and was clean, but there was a dirty pillowcase on one pillow. We were disappointed that the pool was already closed for use especially since temps were still in the 90s. The breakfast buffet was very good and had a nice assortment of options. I will definitely stay again as it is a strong 4-star property.

This was a solo trip back to my hometown for the first time in many years. I chose this hotel because of the ratings. Upon arrival, I did not feel safe. The people in the room next to me or loud and outrageous with a dog until almost 1 o’clock in the morning. They also tried to get into my room several times through the joining portion. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone did not work. They tried to get into my room again at 3:45 in the morning—as soon as they calmed down, I grabbed my belongings and left cutting my four night stay to only one.

Property needs a revamp I think. Had to change rooms due to faulty air. The second room was cool but air was noisy. Room not as clean as some of the Fairfield’s we have stayed in.

We spent five night at this property and were more than pleased with the location, staff and cleanliness of the hotel. It is close to shopping and the interstate but very quiet.

King bed was excellent and the bathtub was great. The breakfast was really nice, with bacon, sausage, biscuits, cereals, a Belgian waffle maker, etc. The Breakfast Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Well maintained property, nice free breakfast, near to free way and good customer service. Great reward for dollar spent.

It was a good stay overall! The shower had pretty weak pressure and that was disappointing after a long day of traveling. But the staff was super friendly!

I was bummed as there was no magnifying mirror, the shampoo and body wash seemed watered down, AND the pool wasn’t open. We brought suites to relax by the outdoor pool to only find out it doesn’t open until Memorial weekend. No where on the website or in the elevator did it say that. Breakfast was great and the staff was nice. We’d stay again.

I didn’t like that the rooms do not have a microwave in the room. Each hallway had a microwave, but I did not like that at all!

I tried to cancel or transfer to different location at another Fairfield but they said it couldnt be done. The reservation was in the wrong city but they said there was no way to cancel and transfer it to another Fairfield which seemed ridiculous. In the age of computers it should be seemless

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room had been renovated so was very nice however the bathroom door is a barn door style which does not provide much privacy when sharing with someone else. The hot breakfast was the best I have had at any other hotel ever. Well worth the stay! Only other issue was the small double beds. Should be queens.

Stayed overnight for next day airport (CHA) connection. VERY DISAPPOINTED there was no airport shuttle service. UBER added an extra $30 (to and from airport) to our overnight stay. Convenient CRACKER BARREL across the street.

the lovely lady at the front desk was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! i hate i can’t remember her name! my son left his switch in the lobby and she got it and put it in the safe for safe keeping. there was a mix up of where if was when we went to leave but her and her manager went above and beyond to find it and ship it OVERNIGHT back to us!! the hotel itself was super clean. the breakfast was always wonderful and everyone was super friendly! will most definitely be back!

Run!!! Bed Bugs… Property has gone drastically downhill… infested with bed bugs. Clear evidence on the mattress. Front desk staff didn’t seem alarmed or concerned and offered no apology when I told them I was leaving.

We have stayed in 5 hotels this 2 week trip from LA to MA. We travel with 2 small dogs / each under 10 lbs. All other hotels charged 25 per pet. This hotel charged 75.00 and with taxes it was 87.00 for our two pets to stay one night. Ridiculous!!

Very comfortable for our 1-nite stay. Only reason that I gave it a 4 was that there were no hooks in the bathroom for towels and no mirror in the bedroom which is helpful when there is a small bathroom and two people are trying to get ready to leave at the same time. Otherwise, staff were very pleasant and the bed was comfy!

We have stayed at this location several times traveling to and from our home in Florida. Usually clean. The room was filthy in need of a deep clean. Carpet and upholstery were black. Charge a $75 pet cleaning fee which is fine but the room was filthy. Still charged the fee.

Overall nice but they need to clean out the mold in the bathroom.

The only reason I feel this property is average and not poor is because their staff are so sweet. The walls are paper thin, you will hear EVERYTHING going on in your neighbors room, and I mean EVERYTHING. The breakfast is not the best, I will say their eggs are decent for a hotel. Our bathroom had black mold sports on the ceiling. And there are no hooks for towels to hang on, you would think for a hotel that wants you to reuse your towels they would have someplace for them to hang. The bed is not horrible, but it’s not great either. The pillows were not bad, there were a mixture of firm and soft on the bed which was great for us.

The staff was very friendly. Cookie upon arrival. Good breakfast and host in the morning.

However, the wall tv was not in front of the bed and it did not swivel so viewing was difficult. The wall directly across from the bed was bare.
