On a road trip and needed a place to stay for the night. Property and room was clean and well-maintained. Would stay here again.

The bad: at check-in, the attendant finished her conversation on her phone by saying I have to check someone in, as she stood in front of me at the computer. The rooms have “creepy carpet”, lots of stains. The pullout couch mattress had a stain down the side, the sheets were not clean, there was no extra TP in the room(we saw an employee carrying in a large pack of TP from her car purchased at a local store) the bedside USB charger didn’t work. The staff, is generally unfit for service, when not on their phones- they are outside smoking and “hooting and hollering”. The pantry has few drinks and snacks for sale(sprite, tea in a can, and Powerade, zero vending machines) the manager suggested I go to the Garden Inn next door as they would have more. The breakfast on the first morning was dry, the second morning was typical fair. The pool was dirty and slide not working on the first night, it was fixed the second. No excrement bags for dogs- spreading disease and filth- we had our own. I run into some of these issues while traveling but rarely all at once. It needs new ownership or mgmt.

Was a very clean and nice hotel for the price. The pool area was very nice even though we didn’t get to use it due to rain. Had a good dog area. They ran out of poop bags so people just didn’t clean up the large amounts of poop. Location was great for us. Would recommend and stay again.

Our room was fine to sleep in overnight. When we arrived at 11:45 pm tired from a long days travel, I was unable to enter because I didn't have a key, but no one was at the front desk to let me in. After 10 minutes of waiting, the front desk worked drive up, parked his car, and let me in. He had completely left the facility and then was on his cell phone while checking me in. He then charged me a full room charge while explaining it was just an incidental hold. I explained that I had already paid for the room and he told me it was a "$25 hold" but the screen said $133. My credit card was charged $133 today. So I was double charged for my room even after questioning it.

Breakfast was good Nothing wrong with the hotel, but the Booking was one month later and I didn't notice it. The hotel accommodated us for the stay.

One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was just a short drive to our whitewater rafting destination, making it the perfect home base for our trip. We also found several excellent restaurants nearby, giving us plenty of great dining options after spending the day outdoors. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. Whether you're looking for an outdoor adventure, a family getaway, or simply a relaxing place to stay while exploring the Chattanooga area, Home2 Suites is an excellent choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Home2 Suites again for our next family trip!

The breakfast was limited to what you could have and they were out of a lot of things, and it wasn’t being refilled in a timely manner. The phones in the rooms to call the front desk doesn’t work. I had to walk down to request for some more towels they were very nice in providing, but yet not letting people know. The phone system doesn’t work.

Ftont desk was awesome at check in. Host was efficient and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. However....breakfast runs from 6 until 9bir 10 a.m. with that said, breakfast items were gone and never replenished for at least a half hour. This is completely unacceptable. We travel several times a year and often Home 2 Suites is our first choice we look for. However,, we may have to look elsewhere after our last 2 visits.

The fitted sheet on the bed was too big and just kept pulling off the mattress so we ended up sleeping on a mattress pad. The breakfast offered did not compare to breakfasts we’ve had at other hotels of similar quality.

This was just a quick pit stop for our travels. We arrived late and the staff was great getting us settled. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only small issue was when checking in, nobody was at the counter for a long time.

First issue when my room was scheduled for cleaning , the cleaning lady didn't leave any handsoap, hand towels or toilet tissues ! I've requested them from front disk, never came! I had to go downstairs to get them . 2nd issue was during breakfast time ,looks like the hotel only have maybe 8-14 plates for the whole hotel! They provided disposable plates 1st day I was there ,which is fine ,but starting from next day we had to wait for them to clean the used plates so we got some. The day after we waited for quit a while there was nobody on duty to put plates,or refill some food that were out of containers! After waiting for probably 5 minutes the 2 ladies walked in from outside the hotel,maybe they were smoking or god knows what were they doing outside. Other than those 2 issues I got nothing to complain about . The bed mattress was good ,clean

The price in Bookings was lower than charged by the facility and they blamed Bookings for listing inaccurate prices. We asked for a handicapped unit but did not get one and were told it was handicapped hearing impaired. There were no grab bars for the toilet etc. The pet fee is also outrageous at $75 plus tax. Not quite pet friendly

I appreciated the warm welcome presented by Taigan when we first arrived. The whole staff was pleasant the entire stay! I’m used to booking an airbnb, so when night fell I didn’t think about the kids noise and it was kind of irritating attempting to keep a three and four year old quiet.

The receptionist was nice, breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet bowl had a stain which was not esthetic to look at. The desk chair had a large stain which could be easily cleaned with elbow grease!

It was all Five stars in the staff going extra mile finding an accessible room big enough for my husband‘s wheelchair to get around then housekeeping maids really nice and do a very good job cleaning going an extra mile as well. breakfast is a plus I The coffee is great.

The room was well appointed and spacious which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered enough variety that even as vegans we had choices. We were thrilled that soy milk was available for our cereal and coffee, that was a big plus. Not a criticism but it would be nice to have two chairs to use with the pull out table and there was only one spoon in the drawer of Room 318.

The fridge and diahers provided were all clean and the room was comfortable.

I highly recommend staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and we received excellent service. The breakfast is very good for a free buffet style setup. It’s about 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga or lookout Mt. The only negative is that the pool isn’t heated and it was frigid. But we still had a blast riding the water slide.

Our stay at the Home2 Suites was very good and convenient for our activities in Chattanooga. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is a little small and hard to maneuver around the door at times. The bed was comfortable. The TV channels were a little lacking and the picture quality on some wasn't great. Breakfast was ok except that over the holiday weekend, one morning was so busy that they were out of a lot of things, so that was a little frustrating. But overall I would stay here again.

Stayed for our daughter's birthday trip. She loved the pool. Room was so spacious and clean. The staff were all so friendly.

Front desk clerk was monotone and NOT welcoming at all. Definitely needs to learn how to greet people and put a "smile" in her voice. Breakfast had trouble staying stocked on a busy Sunday morning.

The suite was absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable and spacious. My kids loved the pool and spent a few hours in it after dinner and right after breakfast for another hour and a half before checking out. Only complaint is the pillows. They were very very flat.. almost to the point of not even having one, but we just said that the next time we book this awesome place we would bring our own pillows. Great place! It was a perfect weekend trip for my Husband’s 40th birthday!

So i my stay was okay because i was underwheled by the room. Yes it was clean and yes the bed was comfy but for the price its just not what it should be. I wouldn't stay again at this particular Hilton. The breakfast was really good as well. The pool area was fantastic. The slide was thrilling.

The pillows were too squishy and the shower set up in our room was not great but it was clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and overall excellent. We travelled with our pet and $75 for a pet fee is a little excessive but… it stood the expectation that I had from a home2 facility.

Great Hotel

The bedding made sleeping a challenge. Sheets were not tucked in at the bottom and the use of fitted bottom sheets (that were loose all over) made the bottom bedding wrinkly. The top sheet and blanket were draped over the bed. If I can't get a good night's sleep, why stay there?

Only suggestion would be a way to prop our door open to make it easier to bring the cart of luggage in and out of our room.

Had a great stay. The pool was the hit of the weekend, for sure. The breakfast had potential but there was a softball team at the hotel that were up and at it early, and it took a while for the kitchen staff to replenish the breakfast items. And if I’m being honest, there didn’t seem to be a big urgency to restock. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Amazing! Everything was perfect, the room has a kitchenette with a regular fridge. The beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The pool is perfect, especially if you are travelling with kids. The fitness center has everything you need for your workouts. The breakfast was delicious. The staff is very friendly and willing to ensure you have the best stay possible.

We booked this hotel for the pool with our 3 kids. The pool area is very nice and definitely the highlight of the facility. Our main complaint is that the hotel is pet friendly and it shows. Our room had SO MUCH dog hair it was unbelievable. We had house cleaning come and clean our room while we were gone from lunch and we returned later and there was still dog hair all over the floor and counters. Our baby would have dog hair on her hands and clothes any time she was sat down. The sinks also didn’t drain but that was minor in comparison to the dog hair. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and everything else was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean and the staff were fantastic especially christopher (the hardest hotel worker I've ever seen). There was a huge group there that made it a little chaotic at the beginning but i thoroughly enjoyed the facility.

First off, my 11yo discovered the pool water slide and was in bliss, playing in the great pool area for several hours in the evening. Even had a splash pad for little kids. The rooms were large (we had 2 queen + sofa bed) and had good bath amenities on the wall in the bathroom. Comfortable beds with different types of pillows, from a feather feel to more puffy. Very pleasant staff with great breakfast options - with two teen boys, I would choose any Home2 Suites for this great amenity and value overall. Also, great location to restaurants and store. Very good stay!

We stopped on our way to Florida from Illinois. We travel with my service dog. They had an excellent pet area for her to walk, stretch her legs after being in the car for 8 hours, and to go potty. The staff were fantastic with their knowledge of ADA and traveling with service dogs.

The original room had a weird smell and a pool of water (I’m hoping) on the floor of the room when we walked in that my dog walked through. Front desk was helpful getting us another room. Kleenex box had a couple Kleenex stuffed back into it. Pillows were awful. Felt like they were filled with cotton balls. Mattress is uncomfortable. Breakfast the following morning was also terrible. Within 45 minutes much of food was gone, eggs were cold. When I asked if they were going to replenish baked goods or toast or biscuits or warm eggs - she said - nope. We are out. In 45 minutes from when it opened???

Breakfast was terrible. They were out of all food/drinks (milk, yogurt, bagels) and main items all had meat (no regular eggs).

This is the best place to stay in Chattanooga . TN. We will stay here again when in the area.

Price , location, breakfast, front desk girl were good. Let starting saying I always look for Home2 availability every where we go since the first time in 2022 because the services, cleaning rooms, wonderful breakfast, spacious rooms but this time we stayed for longer days and every day Room services was done I have to ask for another set of towels even when my reservation was for 4 people, shower gel was almost empty since we arrived because at the second day we didn't have anymore.That's why my rate is 4 and not 5 this time.

Needs better breakfast

This next piece of feedback isn’t the hotels fault, but the guests on the floor above us walked around the room all night both nights of our stay. Very difficult to sleep with the heavy footsteps.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton Chattanooga Hamilton was a great place to stay. My room was ready earlier than expected, the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good, my grand children enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast.

Great place for a family stay! Super clean and we had everything we needed in our room.

The only complaint I had was there were small ants running amok in the bathroom. Told Derrick at the main desk when I checked out and the Maintenance staff was advised immediately.

Very nice stay for our family of 6. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our lunches to go. We enjoyed the smart tv and ability to log in to our Netflix account for movies at night. The pool was closed for the season but looked amazing and we really enjoyed the fire tower and seating in the courtyard. Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Parking lot well lit and security guard on staff in evenings.

We were unfortunately not impressed. We expected a lot more from a hotel by Hilton. The main areas were clean and the rooms were big and had lots of storage which we liked. And the rooms were clean which was great. We think the pool could have been cleaned more frequently but the kids all enjoyed it anyways. It was nice to have. Our main complaint is the comfort of the beds. The beds did not sleep comfortably which was rough when we had booked multiple nights. The pillows were also awful. I’ve never had such bad pillows at a hotel. They were clumpy and flimsy. So disappointing. Hotels are always known for the comfort or their beds and amazing pillows. Not this hotel. We would not return simply because of this. Nor would I recommend this hotel because of this. We also had an issue with the laundry. If you are going to offer washer and dryers please be sure you have change for it. We asked before we started if they had change and they said yes. Unfortunately they didn’t have any after we were told they did so we had to go elsewhere to find change which was so inconvenient. Overall not impressed and wouldn’t recommend. Wish the beds and service were better because we would have so enjoyed our stay if it wasn’t for those things. We had high hopes and this hotel did not live up to what we thought. Some of the staff were rude to us as well.

Was on vacation with family and booked here bc of the other home2suites have been wonderful. This one was not as clean as the others and our fridge went out. BUT they were quick to accommodate us. They offered to let us have a second room to stay in but we declined bc we didn’t want to split us. They ended up refunding a night for inconvenience And it not being as clean as expected which was very kind.

We got to the hotel checked in… it was a pleasant room but when to use the bathroom and flush the toilet and it was not working.. we went to the front desk and they moved us to a different room and this toilet was working.. besides that and basic things needing to be restocked..our stay was very pleasant and was very happy they gave us a new room without any hassles. Great Hotel, nice friendly staff, and great rooms!
