The staff was very friendly and the lobby was very nice. The rooms were very nice. There were just a few spots in our room that wasn’t cleaned from previously. A bathroom door had a small smear on a mirror as well as the mirror in the bathroom.

We were disappointed that the pool was not heated. We were told that it was a heated pool., but it was not heated so we were unable to enjoy that. We even asked at the front desk and they said it was heated. We did inform them that it was not. See above

The room was quite nice. Very nice staff. Lots of sand in the pool. Rooms are supposed to be sound proof but they aren’t. Trash cans did not have trash bags

I was very disappointed. No liners in the trash cans and we brought four children. Part of the carpet had been ripped up and carpet tacking was exposed, almost immediately upon getting into the room my toe was cut open by it. I have a very active 2 year old with autism that can’t comprehend danger, who was very fussy she had to be restrained for the majority of our stay after sitting in a car for 8 hours on the drive here. We had 2 rooms as we brought a total of 6 people, our rooms were on the 4th floor. Our keys kept needing to be reassigned to the room as they would just randomly stop working, which brought frustration and anxiety on the adults and children if we were to be separated in a new place. The bathtub didn’t hold water and the bottom of it was worn and scratchy- overall uncomfortable for the children. We had no towels in one of the rooms, nor did we have blankets ready for us. For $300, 4 kids in tow it just seemed really thrown together in a very unprofessional fashion.

Staff was great, 2 bed 2 bath room needs some changes, room 112 has a cracked across the back of one bathroom sink. The drapes in main living room has tears, chews, or cut out positions should be changed. Keep up the good work.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms are huge. The property is a little dated, but not bad. Breakfast was very good, and they always keep a list of local events in the lobby.

Overall, the room felt outdated and could have been maintained much better. Cleanliness was a noticeable concern. Several appliances appeared worn and not well cared for, including visible dents on both the toaster and refrigerator. The coffee maker also looked like it had been used by a previous guest and hadn’t been properly cleaned, which led me to avoid using it altogether. In the suite, one of the tubs had a pink stain near the drain, which added to the overall impression that housekeeping standards may need improvement. Additionally, upon check-in, it was difficult to get assistance locating a missing iron. While the front desk was notified, the process wasn’t as smooth as expected. Breakfast was decent and fairly consistent throughout the morning, which was a positive aspect of the stay. Another item to note is that the front doors are locked after 11 PM, requiring guests to be buzzed in by the front desk. While this initially felt unusual, I understand it is likely in place for safety and security reasons. In summary, while the location and some aspects like breakfast were acceptable, the overall condition and cleanliness of the room, along with some service gaps, made the stay less comfortable than expected. With better upkeep and attention to detail, this property has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

Please provide trash can in sitting room or bedroom. It would be nice to offer customers as they come in bottled water.

Great, reasonably priced hotel in Chattanooga. Nice bed, strong wifi, kitchenette with solid coffee ready-to-be-made, good breakfast buffet. A+++, especially for the price.

The front desk gentleman was fantastic though. Very welcoming and easy to talk to. The room was spacious but also could use a deep clean especially the curtains. The tub and toilet seat was run down.

The parking was okay. I learned that parking in the back was not so bad for my walking. I liked the bed. Did not like the breakfast and did not eat. Another issue for me was no liquid creamer. I do not use powder creamer. Finally, did not like that when breakfast was not being served, there was no access to anything. When I asked for creamer was told by the individual on the desk there was creamer in the room. I never used the coffee machine or the packets in the room. Found this odd. I have stayed at other places and coffee was available all day. I went to Walmart and purchased creamer. Simple, but inconvenient. Also, I am an individual with a disability and will not use a tub without a mat. Fear of falling. So I just placed a towel in the tub for shower purposes.

Hotel surface clean but grimey underneath. Hot Tub cold. Men’s restroom filthy for 24hrs. Room smelled really musty and like wet dog. You could see water leaks and mold under new paint.

Clean room; comfy bed; and decent breakfast

This was my husband's and I first time staying at a residence inn and unfortunately we probably won't be staying at another one. This is due to the automatic fragrance that was pumped in the hallways and at the front desk that both of my husband and I are allergic to and reacted to our entire stay. Unfortunately even though we loved our suite it still affected our sleep and other health factors.

Stayed with my family of five in a suite on the 5th floor. Room was spacious, with an upgraded kitchen.The Breakfast had a nice selection of hot & cold food with a veggie twist also. Nice indoor pool & hot tub area for relaxing. A decent location by mall and restaurants, not too far from downtown.

My friend group who all moved to Cookeville, Atlanta, and Knoxville are all now to meet up on weekends and stay in your 2 bedroom suites and have the best time. I just wish there was a 3 bedroom option or a better quality sofa bed!

Breakfast manager was so friendly and made sure everything was available. The hotel was clean, we enjoyed the fire pit at night and the putting green.

The breakfast menu was fresh during the weekend we stayed. But on Monday morning, it was a little disappointing.

Great hotel. Very clean and smelled nice. Complementary breakfast had a nice variety. The TV in the living area of the one bedroom King suite was very small, but the TV in the bedroom was large. Tiny pillows! If you like big fluffy pillows or king sized pillows, bring your own! Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful there was some patch work on the ceiling that was rough but there where no leaks just kinda of an eye sore also our tv in the bedroom had a cracked screen

The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and the dishes in the cabinets were also still dirty. We did alert the front desk staff and did use the dishwasher tab provided but it still did not get them clean. The breakfast was very disappointing. The oatmeal was very watery and bland and had the consistency of soup. There was no option to adjust the fan setting to keep it running more in the room.

The room was very clean and accommodating. Came with plates, bowls, glasses, silverware. I was able to get a frying pan from the front desk. The Continental breakfast was delicious.

Seems like more of a party hotel. Loud groups of people in room next to us, across from us and in the room above people wereconstantly pounding/ jumping and moving furniture.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Staff was the best I’ve ever dealt with, even brought overnight guy Thanksgiving Dinner and Dessert!! Very clean, very convenient. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!

We stayed in a corner room with a fireplace and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Sam, who checked us in, was great. Very friendly and answered our few questions before we even asked. Location was very convenient to multiple restaurants and shopping with a short drive. Would definitely stay here again when in Chattanooga.

Loved the fireplace and the fact that the bedroom was in a separate room than the living area. The only issue we had was that the room smelled like cigarette smoke.

It’s nice and clean. We stayed over Thanksgiving. After that Thursday we had to beg for someone to clean our room. Breakfast was crowded. Otherwise, it was cool, I’d probably stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable. All staff was very friendly and helpful. We was here for the dart tournament. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit after a long day of throwing darts.

Everything was wonderful. The indoor hot tub and pool were wonderful after a long car trip. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The fully stocked kitchen was great. The hot breakfast ws delicious.

We loved our stay at Residence Inn Hamilton Place. All of the staff were courteous and friendly. The property was in a quiet safe area and very clean. The room was spotless and had everything we could need and more. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options.We did not use the pool so cannot say anything about that. Overall this hotel was very nice it was clean, quiet for the most part my room was closer to the elevators than i would prefer but twas ok my only vomplaint was the mattress was too soft, and softer in certain spots, so to keep it simple its time for some new ones. the breakfast and the pool was great.

It was a very nice hotel and very clean

I inquired about local places to eat and was given some choices. Unlike the downtown Residence this was very close to the mall, shopping, dining etc. even close enough to drive to Georgia to get gas at Costco. I will definitely stay again. Room was not cleaned on the one day we needed it to be. Not enough towels and had to get more.

It exceeded my expectations

The room was spacious with a full size refrigerator with ice maker, a 2 burner cooktop, microwave and a dishwasher. There were some dishes, a pot, skillet and some cookware. The bed was very soft and needs to be replaced. One of the closet doors was missing. The air conditioner was excellent.

My cover on my bed had blue spots it, I did make the manager aware and she stated it should not have been placed on my bed in one of my rooms, other than that all was excellent.

Room was clean, everything worked and good water pressure. Staff and breakfast was excellent. Poland hot tub were nice.

Clean rooms and pretty huge! Great staff and couldn’t complain about anything. Stayed for 4 days and the breakfast was amazing!

Our stay was great. We would stay again. The only problem we had was the room service. They didn't come in our 3 day night stay. We had to request towels daily but they staff was very kind and gladly helped. I just think they were just short staffed for the holiday weekend. Room, breakfast, pool and hot tub where great, like I said we'd stay again.

It's unfortunate that the hot tub's jet is not functional during our stay, otherwise the room is spacious, clean with comfortable bed. A/C is a little noisy when it kicked in. Sam at the front desk is very accomodating and respectful. Would stay again if we're on the neighborhood once again. Highly recommended.Good breakfast with assortment of hot and cold selections.

We loved our king suite with a kitchen, the shower had great water pressure and had hot water for all of our showers. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. The elevators were fast and the hotel was clean. My husband enjoyed the complimentary breakfast both mornings!

Checkin was fantastic, Sam was super. Went to the room after a hard day in the heat. Got showered and realized the temp in the room was going up not down. Call the front desk, Sam was very sorry we were so uncomfortable. He found us another room and got us swapped. The AC in room 2 was great. Breakfast the next morning was good. The room was a 2 room suite. Lots amenities on tue property. Its way more than a basic bed and shower. For the price its a great place and the location works well.

Bathroom was nice and clean. Bedrooms were also good to go! Swimming pool and exercise room was top notch. Plenty to choose from at breakfast time. Hotel is close to every restaurant you could imagine and a gazillion stores to shop at. The hotel is about a fifteen minute drive to downtown Chattanooga.

Overall experience was good until check out. Their system didnt show that we paid in full at check in but my bank app did. They wanted another card but i refused. The general manager is supposed to look into it on Monday. More will be revealed...

Staff was very friendly, but seemed short of help, as they could not deliver us more towels to the room. We had four guests but only two towels in the room. Room seemed poorly cleaned and someone’s dirty socks were left on the bedroom floor. Toilet made a screeching sound when filling that woke people up at night. Breakfast was mediocre. Elevators broke so we had to carry heavy bags down to stairs.

Room was dirty and smelled horrible. Front desk moved us to another room which was better. Both Tv's screens were damaged and had dark spots in them. Carpet and flooring seemed dirty also. We did not spend much time in the hotel, but if we were going to I would not recommend staying here.

It is such a great stay I am extending for the second time. Im still here ans having fun.

I was not pleased the room we had reserved, a corner suite with fireplace, was not available. How does a hotel give away a room that has been reserved to someone else? I've never had that happen before. Unexceptable! We were placed in a one bedroom suite instead. The front desk clerk, Sam, was extremely appologetic and polite which helped with the situation. Overall, the hotel was nice but needs a bit of renovation. There needs to be ice machines on the floors as the ice maker in our room did not work. Also, the diswasher had not been emptied from the guests before.

Not impressed, I stayed for 1 night. The room was dusty, had to kill some spiders, the fireplace hearthstone had a chunk missing. The pullout sofa couch did not have any blankets or sheets or covers on the bed or in the room. The A/C did not cool the room down it was 78 I had the unit set to 68. Left for several hours and it was still 78. I mentioned it to the front desk they said we will try to see what's going on with it. Went to pool when came back the room was at 70.

Sam at the front desk was very friendly. The room was laid out nice and very spacious but the beds wobbled and were not very comfortable. The toilet after flushing would make this very loud sqeeking noise and lasted for atleast 45 seconds after every flush. 45 seconds doesnt sound that long until your family is asleep and the ear piercing noise would make them up.

I loved the patio and the kitchen in the rooms

A room akin to a small apartment for the same price that other hotels would charge for just the bedroom. The location is perfect for a tourist stay with incredibly dense dining and shopping in the area, easily accessible on main roads. The hotel acts as much as a home base for travel as it does as a home away from home to cancel plans and stay in. The included kitchenette really sells the "home-like" quality, and all of it came together in a clean and affordable package so you can forget you're traveling and focus on making memories.

This is a Bonvoy Hotel and it alsways does the trick. Last time in Chattanooga I stayed at the Drury. There is no comparison. For the same money you get a sitting room plus a refrigerator and small but functional kitchen.

Staff is great. Condition of the room is not. The floor felt disgusting and you could tell it was dirty by the bottom of your feet. The bathroom has parts of wallpaper coming off and behind it you could see black spots I don’t know if that is mold or not. I do not think I will book here again.

The customer service was great, the room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the pool, workout room and complimentary breakfast.

First, we chose the hotel because it looked nice on Expedia and it had a reserve now/pay at hotel option. The customer service was excellent, very helpful. The hotel definitely needs some updating/upgrading. The room(s) were decently sized. We had a Suite corner room with fireplace. The initial room we were put in had an issue with the air conditioning. We put it on the lowest setting of 65, but it wouldn't go any cooler than 75 and we like it nice and cold. The front desk representative Sam was excellent. Someone tried to fix the air conditioner but unfortunately was unsuccessful. So Sam was able to move us to another room with the same set up as the initial room. It was just a hassle of packing everything back up after unpacking, this was all done around 10pm as well. Finally got settled into the new room but the new room had a few issues as well. There were no pillows on the bed. There wasn't a fitted sheet for the sofa bed. The bathtub was dingy/dirty, plus the stopper to take a bath was broken. Which was inconvenient considering my 7 year old wanted to take baths. The toilet seat broke due to a crack already there. The bed sheets wouldn't stay on the bed while we slept. There were just a lot of issues with our stay which was an inconvenience. Hopefully the hotel can look into all the issues, not with just our stay but with the whole hotel in general and fix them.

The one bedroom suite we stayed in was great. We had a small kitchenette and plenty of room to relax. The bedroom was separate ,king size bed, and a tv in both rooms. It was clean and quiet. I would recommend this place 100 percent.

The Hotel was great overall, few things didn't work during our stay. The tub had a bit of damage from a previous rug placement. The fridge had a handle bar that was cracked and the ice maker didn't work. Not enough plates or cups for a family in the kitchen provided and pot was too small for rice or larger quantity options. The Jacuzzi was awesome, so was the pool, amenities were great and breakfast was a definite highlight as the options daily kept growing. Would name a few but wouldn't give it justice. All I can say is that they provide something for even the pickiest eaters lol. Anyway, we loved our stay, very safe, no one messed with our things, the staff was great and if not for the minor negatives It would have been 5 starts for us. Thank you!

It was a nice place, I think I’ll come here on the regular, I like the area where it’s located, I was able to get to everything I needed within minutes. I would just simply request trash bags in the room and have drinks downstairs that are more in date as the ones there were a few days away from expiration and we couldn’t drink them since they taste bad.

Overall it was a good experience. Ginger was awesome!!! She was very kind and helpful. She was very patient as I struggled to find the information she requested. She answered all my questions. The family was very happy with the accommodations. The hot tub was perfect after the long road trip. The only issue was the lack of an ice machine. I know for some people it is not a big deal, for me, ice is an important thing. I love my cold drinks and keeps my nephew’s and sister’s medicine in good shape.

One of my favorites to stay in when I come to town. The breakfast options are nice. My kids love the indoor pool. I also love the fact that if I don't want to eat out I can grab some items from the store and cook them in the room while the kids hang out and play video games.. Please the value is on point.

Great place to stay for an overnight stay!

This hotel certainly was not a four star hotel. The rating was excellent and I believe it should be more like OK. There was crumbs from the previous customer on the floor. The closet door was a slider which I believe is missing one of the doors and the bed will cave in in the middle of the bed. Mattress should be replaced. The room was very outdated.

Rooms were as expected for the Residence Inn. Unfortunately there were none of the usual amenities like cups in the suite. Had to go downstairs to get a couple for us to be able to have coffee in morning. Otherwise, all was well.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Kids loved it was near Dave and Busters. Our room was very clean and smelled clean. Only complaint was that the toilet made a whistling sound everytime you flushed it.

Upon checking into our room on the 4th floor, the room had the lights off so we came in turned them on and started to bring out stuff in. As we were doing that both my daughter and I saw movement on the ground and quickly came to realize it was roach type bugs running around the floor. They were startled by the lights coming on and quickly scurried back into a crack in the wall. The carpets and bath tub also were stained. We were so grossed out we immediately went back down to the front desk and they offered us a different room. I have been driving for 7 hours to get to the hotel and was exhausted. We were there for a tournament and the rest of the team was also staying ther. Knowing a lot of the surrounding hotels were booked I took the second room they offered since it was late and I needed to try to rest. The second room didn’t have bugs but the carpets were also stained in this room as well. Needless to say we kept our shoes on the entire stay and all of our belongings up off the floors.

Room was not cleaned upon arrival trash still full no sheets on or for let out bed no shampoo or body was in bathroom no toilet paper pool was closed earlier the was a drowning in the pool and they don't have camars so they where getting on our never cause they couldn't get they story str8 we will never stay he again
