Very clean, and the staff was helpful!

Air conditioners are terrible. They have covers over them so the rooms never get cool. The hotel tried to auto charge us for valet even though we didn't use it. They did refund it but only because we caught it before we checked out. Rooms are not well lit.

The room was super clean and accomodating.

The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants. It was very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The staff were polite and professional. We had to pay for parking daily.

The front desk lady was so nice and helpful the facility and the room are very clean since it was build only two years ago. You can tell they put some thoughts into the design of the room you rarely see that in same tier hotels here in the U.S.

We had a very nice room with good views of the mountains. We liked the bath products. The Kuerig coffee service in the room was very nice, as was the complimentary bottles of water. Great value. We rate this hotel 5 out of 5 stars.

Staff is friendly and the location is great. I have stayed multiple times within the past year. This time my AC wasn't working in my room nor did the TV work. It was too late at night to call maintenance. The morning manager was kind, but offered nothing than to have it fixed before my next visit. Not sure if I'll return.

Hotel Indigo never disappoints! My check in was seamless, the room was incredibly clean, and the atmosphere was great!

Enjoyed the location; it was very walkable. Everything was very comfortable. One piece of feedback is that it would have been helpful to have an outlet next to the mirror in the room to do my hair since the countertop and bathroom were too small for multiple people to get ready at the same time. I had to use my reflection in the TV because of the outlet locations.

Staff and hotel amenities were good. Food at restaurant was good. Only minor complaint was shower doors wouldn’t stay completely closed.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, cozy bed and had everything that one might need! We did not have breakfast but we visited the bar which had a nice selection and ambience. The only drawback was that the bar top seemed like it needed a good cleaning. The bartenders were also talking amongst each other loudly discussing personal matters and on their phones which seemed a bit unprofessional. Everything else was top notch!

Beautiful hotel inside and out, nice bar with live music, easy walking distance to some local attractions, the staff was excellent. Our room was on the highway side, so there was road noise, but that's to be expected. Would give 5 stars, but the sheets were a little too slippery. Ifykyk

We loved our stay here...I am a person who pays attention to detail. I always find something wrong, but not here. Spotless...even the elevators and hallways. I didn't even know it was pet friendly until after arrival...you would never know. Not one bad smell! Not one. The room was perfect. The bed, super comfy and clean. Easy walk to the river. We highly recommend it and we hope to visit again.

Everything met or went beyond our expectations. The staff was very accommodating. Spent quite a bit of time at the bar. Very friendly and quick with the drinks.

We got breakfast vouchers every morning and breakfast stopped serving at 11 AM. When we wanted an extra cup of coffee after 11 every single time the waitress said she had poured it out. This was at about 1105 each time we had asked her. We didn’t have silverware or napkins on the table, we didn’t have sugar on the table, and our order was never written down and we had to make the order right whenever the food was brought out since it wasn’t written down, every single time.She never offered an extra cup or asked us if we wanted another drink. One night we got a charcuterie board. I couldn’t believe how little was put on it. It was a waste. We got an alcoholic drink every night for three nights, it was a small glass full of ice. We paid for pretty much for a half a glass of an alcoholic drinkat full price. The room was fine. The hotel was clean and in a good area.

One of my best stays yet! Hotel Indigo did not disappoint. The staff was very, very welcoming (Kudos to Marissa and Mark)!!!! The hotel and room was extremely clean. Food and events were in close proximity. A variety of drinks offered at bar on site, with live entertainment (The guy that performed last night 3/28 was EXCELLENT! His voice, itself, was a love song😉) I will definitely be back!!!!

I selected the room option that included the valet parking in the total cost. I confirmed at check in that the valet was included. I reviewed my account today to see that I was charged any additional cost for the parking. I do not understand how I can prepay for parking and then be charge again at check out. I will not be staying at a hoy that double dips.

Employees at desk were friendly and helpful. The valet employees were excellent, friendly and prompt. This is an unusual negative but the toilet made an extremely loud noise when flushed. If someone was asleep it woke them up. You could hear toilets that were flushed in nearby rooms.

Room was nice. Valet was odd. They wouldn’t let me park on my own and when i asked if i could be compensated for using the parking garage since the valet wasn’t available(it’s all the same). Coffee machine wasn’t working in room.

The valet parking is a mess. $22 a day to park and then you have to tip a valet every time you come or go. I can literally see my car and still have to wait in the cold for him to go get it. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

I wish it was more quiet. There’s some loud maintenance going on next and above the suite I stayed in. The front desk staff are super friendly.

Problems: We had a few issues, though. Our shower never got hot. It was just lukewarm. We were only there one night so by the time I took the shower, it wasn’t worth relocating rooms bc I didn’t need to use it again. Additionally in our particular room, the shower door would not remain closed. We just wedged a shampoo bottle to keep pressure so it would stay closed. Had our stay been any longer I would have requested a room change but it wasn’t necessary. I did make the staff aware and they offered to send maintenance. Our second issue came at 5am. The smoke alarm in our from woke us up from a dead sleep. The front desk called and asked if we were cooking or smoking. Neither. We were asleep. We did have to wait for the fire department to arrive to inspect our room so that wasn’t fun in the early morning hours. No communication from the hotel after that and no offer to comp our room or make an apology. We were able to doze back off around 7am but housekeeping banged on the door at 830 even though we had until 11 to check out. It was super frustrating and we didn’t sleep anyway so we just got up and left. Overall maybe a different room would have changed the experience but given the situation, I don’t think we’d stay here again.

FYI - Please consider informing your guests about the parking situation as a violation results in a $16 ticket and a $2.50 fee for paying by phone.

Whether it was answering our questions, offering great local recommendations, or just greeting us with a genuine smile every time we passed through the lobby, he truly made our stay stand out. The valet team was also fantastic — always quick, courteous, and upbeat. It really made coming and going a breeze, especially with kids in tow. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, with a stylish modern feel and plenty of cozy touches. The location can’t be beat — walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and the riverfront. We left feeling refreshed, well cared for, and already talking about when we can come back. Thank you, Donovan and the entire Hotel Indigo team, for making our visit such a great one!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The bed sheet was dirty the first night and requested for them to be replaced. The AC made a loud noise and was difficult to sleep. We moved to another room the last night. The volume on the streaming service, Netflix, was not working in the new room and prevented us from watching any of the streaming services. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It appears that some of the items need updating.

High school reunion among close friends...we met in Chattanooga and visited the sights. The Hotel Indigo was perfect. I especially enjoyed the hotel bar/lobby where we met and talked (and drank a bit...lol). A perfect time...thanks for helping us enjoy the time together.

This was my first time staying with Hotel Indigo. The hotel was really clean and every staff member that I met was exceptional.

This hotel is very clean, with nice comfortable rooms. Only 10 minutes from Ruby Falls and 20 minutes to Rock City. Both a must see. Front desk are very friendly. Also pet friendly. Nice pool and really good food at the bar.

We've stayed in many hotels across the country over recent years and this was certainly among the best in this class.

I stayed here for a quick overnight trip with my mom for the 4th of July. I was skeptical because the rate seemed low for such a nice hotel, but it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and our room was very comfortable. The valet parking was convenient and we were able to walk to the aquarium and Coolidge Park. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful property.

I stayed here. Chattanooga was a stop on my road trip. Walkable to the river. I was able to catch "pop is the park"when i arrived. The next day, during chwckout the receptionist gave me a trail to hike. It was lovely like the weather.

I definitely enjoyed my stay during my quick visit . The staff was very respectful and the hotel was very clean . My room was spotless but unfortunately my phone in my room wasn’t working so I missed out on breakfast but all in all I will definitely return if I’m in the area !

There was a small issue with prepaying for valet and then it not showing up upon check-in, but at check-out the next day the staff handled the issue very quickly with a reimbursment. We felt very taken care of. Great stay, clean room, great area with many restaurants that we could walk to and we felt safe. We would stay here again.

Great stay, comfy beds, clean. Provided toothpaste and toothbrush when requested! Only suggestion would be a key card required for elevator use for guest safety. Especially since there is a restaurant and bar on site.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and professional and made sure we were comfortable. The room was also very nice with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The walk-in shower had good water pressure and the Zenology soaps and shampoo are excellent. The only thing I would improve on is the menu at the Wanderer Cafe. The food is good just not a whole lot to chose from.
