Elevator was broken, towels had hair on them, floor didn't look vacuumed.
- 4/5
It was clean, but a little run down. The people are very nice. The elevator didn’t work but I don’t mind the stairs. The continental breakfast was coffee and some wrapped granola bars, donuts, and pastries you’d get from a vending machine. No juice or fruit. It was reasonably priced and walking distance to my destination.
- 0.5/5
The room smelled of urine so bad and my family was unconfortable cuz everywhere was durty of hair, dust but especially the bad smells the room had.

It was cheap It smelled like beans and there was stains everywhere

At least a roof over your head, water and electricity but it is what it is for the price. Mold in the hallway, elevator is broken for quite sometime, mold starting to come up around the fire sprinklers in 113. Have more pics to show...

Staff was nice. We got the room with the jetted tub. The building itself was decently clean but very run down. The bedding and tub was clean but other than that the whole room was dirty and looked as if it is never cleaned. Some of the walls were covered in sticky dust. Floors desperately needed to be swept and vacuumed and surfaces weren’t wiped off, there were old drink rings still on the bedside table and it was brown when I wiped it down. I honestly felt a little gross staying here, but ultimately we were only in the room for about 12 hrs, and it took care of our basic needs. There was also a large group of loud folks hanging out behind the hotel at a really late hour and I felt nervous keeping my car parked in the area. I guess you get what you pay for.
- 1/5
Trap house!!! Mold on interior and exterior walls of entire first floor clearly visible, hair in bed, moldy foul smell, peeling floor tiles curled up off of floor, parking and exterior of building littered with glass beer bottles and trash, sleeping vagrants in parking areas. Rear “secure access” door is non functional appears to have been busted in with a bat for years which allows entry to the all guest floors through the stair entry. Interior rooms with no functional elevator. Secretion fluids from the male sex organ shot onto night stand running down side and dried to the surface for some time with no attempt to clean. All walls and ceilings are scratched, missing paint, have chipping paint and missing areas of plaster. Dripping and splatter sauces etc. on furniture and walls just an overall feeling of no attempted cleaning of rooms in quite some time.
- 1/5
Tried to cancel my reservation because I became ill. No offer to either change or cancel. Hope you feel good about getting the $80 for no stay. I’ll never use hotels.com again.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Rooms were not...You get what you pay for, but time for the hotel to invest in the interior of the hotel.
- 1/5
I didn’t feel safe there, I went to get food and when I got back there was an issue and 6-8 police cars were at the hotel. Then when I left because I wasn’t going to stay there anymore they didn’t offer any solutions

The room was in bad disrepair and was not clean at all. Smoke alarm was missing from the ceiling there was dirt and mold behind the ac unit, mirror was dirty. Thankfully we were only there one night but would not stay again.

Place was in a good location close to downtown, clean, well priced, and staff was friendly and helpful. The Jamaican lady at check-in was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
- 2/5
A hotel that doesn’t have water is just dumb. Elevators still don’t work, the ceiling was all peeling. The only reason to stay here is the location is good
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room. Quiet, friendly staff. Building needs some TLC and elevator out of service but overall it was a good stay.

This property was disgusting!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY REVIEWS ON EXPEDIA!! LOOK AT OTHER SITES TO GET A MUCH BETTER SENSE OF HOW BAD This was a terrible experince The proprety was dirty Walked down the hall arrival we began to get an immediate sense of what we in for At check in told elevator was not working and we were on an upper floor (we had weeks worth of baggage) it was noted later elevator had not been working for a long time. The hallway carpets were dirty grimey dirty, looked like they had not been vacummed in months. There were buckets with water dripping into them. The walls were many different colors and textures of "same" colored paints. Upon entry to room I immeditaely wanted to leave, but we had booked nonrefundable (MY MISTAKE!! for not reading other sites before booking!!!!!!) I stood in place and looked around and the look on my face my husband immediately offered to pay for diff hotel, but we stayed the one paid night. The floor was delaminating, and warped as you got closer to a window with a major "bubble" of numerous planks that did not allow them to lay flat The bed itself (springs no cushion)sat on a squared off area that was carpeted, which was disgusting!!!!! I did not take my shoes off while there even at night The phone swiped a finger through dirt that left finger mark visible, NOT CLEAN! I did not unpack anything we left to eat and I did not want to go back until we were actually ready to sleep only as I did not want to sit in room want write more

Room isn’t that clean as they advertised. They did changed the bedsheets, but the room condition far from good. Walls are cracked everywhere even in bathroom. Dirt on floor. they should change the towels! Luckily I had my own towels. I suggest to look out for reviews before booking this place, unless you don’t care about those.
- 2/5
They place was dirty. Floor was sticky, had to keep shoes on and get dressed on a towel so clothes didn't touch. Chair had dog hair and stains in it. I didn't expect much for the rate but this was nasty

- 3/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. There was also good water pressure in the shower and the beds were clean. However, the wall paint in the room was peeling, and the kitchenette was dirty. The bath towel got lint all over me as I dried off. It smelled like marijuana in the halls and one person was even smoking a cigarette as he came out of his room while the whole hotel was clearly marked “no smoking”. The elevator and one of the lobby doors didn’t work.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly , but the state of the hotel was absolutely abysmal, said no smoking at all but our room smelled like marijuana smoke and the other smelled like cat pee, so over priced.
- 3/5
Tv didnt work, had to change room. New room wasnt cleaned
- 3/5
Pros: location, pet friendly, fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Spacious parking lot for trucks. Comfortable pillows. Friendly staff.

I was not allowed to check in. I made the reservation with a virtual credit card because the card had not arrived yet. The hotel manager said he had to have the physical card for expenses. While I was trying to find the phone number for booking.com, the hotel manager said for me to leave. I had no other place to stay so I had to drive 3 hours back home after the event I came to attend. There were only 2 cars in the parking lot.
- 1/5
The room had no TV no phone. It had a phone, but it didn't go through no heat in the middle of downtown Chattanooga.\n Was up you to traffic beside the window? The floor was coming apart. The outlet in the wall had a hole in it where I could see through to the other room, right?Where the hot tub was

The office manager did not give me my driver's license back after I handed it to him. I didn't catch the mistake until I reached the next hotel stop in Florida. When I called the Red Roof office and explained what happened, I was told, "well I guess that's your problem, isn't it". I'll never stay at a Red Roof again.

The TV didn't work so I had to change rooms. My original room had a kitchenette. The room they moved me to did not. One of lights in the bathroom was missing from the ceiling. There was a hole there. The room smelled musty.
- 3.5/5
The snack machine wouldn't take my dollar and I had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice.
- 0.5/5
Nothing. Clothing not belonging to us stored on shelf in room, crumps & stains on couch in room, stains on wall, fire detector hanging by wires, people smoking by front door, possible illegal activities and yelling in parking lot. Hotel smells, man spraying Zep in hallway at night.

I recently left a 1 star review for Red Roof but did not include my reason for doing so. When I made the reservation, I made it for a friend who needed a place to stay. I booked it on Hotels dot com and then called the hotel to let them know who would be checking in. The guy who spoke with me told me I could not do that. I then asked him if he could refund my money and he said, since it was made through a third party, it could not be. I then reached out to Hotels dot com and they then reached out to the hotel and asked for a refund also. Again, denied. Your employee had the opportunity to do the right thing, but chose not to.

We had to wait over an hour just to get an attendant. The elevator was broken the room was nasty, very dirty found old peanuts down behind the bed. The floor was nasty as well!! There was mold in the shower bathroom was gross! This place needs to be shut down and we couldn’t even get a refund!!
- 1/5
Hotel was not clean, we did not even stay. When we tried to contact them for a refund, they refused our phone call.

- 2/5
The hotel needs renovations. The furniture is broken and/or stained. The mattress is hard. You can feel the coils. The paint is peeling in several places. It has been patched several times. The elevator was down.
- 2/5
Elevator broken. Ice machine broken. Near highway so noise during night. No fan option to block sound. Room nice though some maintenance needed. Tv, internet worked.
- 4/5
Room was kind of old, cracked AC/heater but it worked.
- 3/5
The room was decent. I got such a great deal that my expectations were lower.
- 1/5
The font desk staffed seemed to be shocked when I told him the state of the room. There's no way they didn't know .
- 1/5
The hotel smelled unclean. My room had not been vacuumed and the tub and sink were dirty. The door did not light up for the card key (it did unlock) and the door did not close all the way without effort. The room smelled as bad as the rest of the building. The bathroom looked like nothing had been cleaned. I have video and pictures of the filth. There was black mold on the floor. The faucets were covered with grimy film. There were brown dribbles going down the bathroom door. You can see the stains on the wall and the sofa. There were water stains on the ceilings all over the hotel and there was a nasty film of dirt on the elevator walls and dirt in corners all around. I ended up leaving and going to the Comfort Inn. I went back to Red Roof and asked for my money back. The desk clerk refused to refund my money. They refunded half of it later, but said that I owed them the first night due to a 24-hour cancellation policy. I countered by telling them that the reason I left was that the room did not feel safe or clean--it was not what I paid for. I submitted a claim to corporate Red Roof. They told me that because I had spent two hours in the room, which is a bald-faced lie. I went back long enough to check out, ask for my money back, and move to the Comfort Inn across the street. Even with my pictures and the credit card statement showing that I checked in to the Comfort Inn shortly the same day, corporate refused to refund the other half of my money. DO NOT deal with Red Roof.

We left and got another hotel, it was that bad. It was in horrible shape. 1st room smelt like smoke and the 2nd one they offered us smelt like mildew and very musky. Very dirty and damaged furniture. It was a nightmare and located in rough part of town. Do not stay here....NASTY!!!!
- 1/5
DON’T DO IT!! This hotel should be shut down. Health department and BBB have been notified. Staff is unfriendly and defends the stained sheets, mattresses, and rodents in the room. We paid $130/night and were completely misrepresented as to the quality of this place. We weren’t looking for fancy, but this place is just filthy through and through. We had a total of 6 rooms and they were all gross.blood stains on the pillow cases, bedding in multiple rooms had burn holes in them, mattresses had mold and bodily fluid stains on them, ceiling was crumbling. Tipping point was the rodents. Expedia should remove this property from their offerings and the Chattanooga health department should shut it down.
- 2/5
Poor ambience, rooms not maintained well, AC unit wasnt working with heat, very limited breakfast options, cumbersome checkin process
- 1/5
This is literally a roach motel. After I saw a roach crawling on the bed, I immediately grabbed my bag and left.
- 2/5
Room was not clean and burners were not in working condition
- 1/5
We checked in, but when we went to the room, it was not good. Smelly. Sheets seemed to be 40 years old. Somewhat dirty floor. We decided not to stay. Two other people who were checking in also left. I told them I did not expect to be charged. I was told by Expedia that the manager was contacted and I would not be.
- 5/5
Great stay, good price!
- 1/5
Also I booked through Expedia, but it's less registering at the hotel.
- 2/5
The hot tub jets did not work and the tv would not cut on. All the sockets looked like they had been ripped out of wall and the bed sheet had orange stains near the foot of the bed. There is a lot of homeless people around the corner. I survived but would not do it again.
- 2/5
Would not recommend to anyone.
- 1/5
Horrible customer service. The counter guy told me I could cancel one night on the phone, but on check-in, he said no and charged me for both nights. The building, elevator, hallways, room, everything was dirty and in terrible condition. It smelled of mildew and urine, there were cockroaches in the room, the air conditioning and TV didn't work, and they had no choice but to refund our money. It was a terrible experience, being my first time visiting Tennessee.
- 1/5
Your room was disgusting. Disgusting what else do I need to say?
- 5/5
It is not the fanciest hotel but it’s definitely the most affordable and very comfortable for the price you pay. They keep it very clean and I have never had an issue. What I love the most is their security system. You may only have a card to enter through the doors and they also have free parking! I have stayed with numerous times and I also leave satisfied.
- 2/5
There were scratches on the floor from another person, a c did not work properly, people hanging outside of the hotel, room smelt of mold and mildew, no freezer in the refrigerator, poop stains on the door in the bathroom, poop stains on the shower curtain, toilet paper holder coming out of the wall, lots of problems.
- 1/5
Bad furniture and the rooms with snake and we have to ask to get it
- 2/5
The first day I was there the AC didn't cool and at 12:50 am the woman from the front desk just let her self in my room without us knowing
- 2/5
Good price. Friendly staff. Dirty linens. I had the sheets changed because of spots and the changed sheets had more spots. The staff mentioned that the washer might be the problem. I think that would be a major problem that needs fixing right away in an inn... This is the first time I felt dirtier after a shower because of the dirty towels...
- 1/5
Terrible room
- 1/5
Fireworks being shot from lobby entrance by guests which came close to hitting cars. Bathroom tub grout was brown and disgusting. Mold around tub caulking. Sink paint chipped on wall. Behind door never cleaned. Things appeared to never be wiped down including walls. Bed covers stained. Hallways didn't appear vacuumed. On side note the beds were comfortable and we stayed but never bathed in bathroom.
- 2/5
Used bar of soap was left in the shower, walls were dirty, headboard was dirty, floor was not swept. Remote control did not work very well even after putting in new batteries and the back of the remote was missing. Also garbage can was empty but you could clearly tell the bag was reused and was not a new bag. Beds were comfortable but a/c had a hard time keeping the room cool due to it being very hot outside. Front desk was friendly.
- 1/5
Husband complained about the room not being what we reserved and the owners had the audacity tonm say our room was an "UPGRADE" from what was originally reserved! They moved us to a room right beside the previous room. A/c barely functional. By that time we were just so tired of traveling, we needed to rest. We had no luck finding anything else available in our budget for the 4th of July. Second room was Just as dirty as the first room. No broken furniture, but broken glass in the framed picture on the wall. Bathroom still has mildew and possible feces smeared on the wall but did not see it until the next morning. Hallways are nasty and need to be vacuumed. Trash and sticky floor in elevator. Lobby set up like there should be a light breakfast but nothing was available at 8 a.m. on a Friday morning. External areas did not feel safe or inviting. There is no decent view of Lookout Mountaint or downtown Chattanooga. Red Roof Plus?? There is no "plus" to this establishment. Only negative. Spend your money elsewhere.
- 2/5
It was unsafe we had too out a chair behind our room door. Because the look on our door wouldn’t lock
- 1/5
This is a disgusting hotel. My daughter and I were travelling together and thought because it was offered on hotels.com, a reputable company, it would be ok. The room was dirty. Stained sheets. Filthy bathroom. We had to find somewhere else to stay. As well as this there were gangs of very undesirable looking people hanging around which made us feel very unsafe. I am in contact with Hotels.com to get a refund and I would suggest this hotel is not one of your offerings or you will get a bad reputation

Room wasn't clean. Smelled and was covered withdog hair. Did not stay there and working on a refund. Should be removed from Hotels.com
- 5/5
It was a very quiet comfortable trip

The location appeared to be in an unsafe area and the facility was unsatisfactory. I did not stay.
- 2/5
Hotel smelled had strange people walking around.
- 1/5
Stay away! It just didn’t feel safe.
- 1/5
My family stayed at this hotel for one night. I'm glad it was only for one night. When we arrived, the outside looked a bit dated. We then checked in and got to the room, and was given a room with a kitchen when I booked a room with a couch. Also, the bed linen was stained. The remote did not work. The towels were also dirty in the bathroom. Breakfast was also not served as advertised on the site.
- 3/5
But for just a cheap place to sleep and shower each night, it worked f8ne.
- 1/5
Unprofessional staff, dirty hotel. Got there early to check in, was told i couldn't until 3pm. So I waited until 3pm...315pm...330pm...nobody ever showed up to the desk. The bell to call them doesnt work. The number they have written down to call for help....didnt work. Went across the street to comfort in and got a better room in 10 min. Avoid this redroof inn at all cost
- 3/5
It seems we spent some money updating the outside of the property and none on the inside. Paint peeling off the walls and the bed seems to be 20 plus years old based on how broke down the mattress was. I understand the value side of it as well. Would be nice to update the mattresses.
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 4/5
The outlet in the bathroom didn't work and there was a blood stain on the bed. Plus, it's way too expensive for my budget.
- 5/5
Location, staff, convenience.
- 5/5
Good place, be careful with the areas outside.
- 5/5

Homeless gather around the hotel and the inside of the rooms are atrocious. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay a peaceful getaway . The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful. It was very quiet outside and there wasn't much traffic !&
- 1/5
Our shower had mold. Furniture was chewed. Ice machine didn’t work. Ac unit didn't work. Motel 6 across the street had a fight where they were threatening to shoot each other outside and one came over to red roof to argue. A drug deal went on in the main hall way. A woman mistook our family as one of her dealers and followed us to our cars. We were supposed to get upgraded bedding and snacks for our booking. We didnt.
- 1/5
The room provided looked nothing like the pictures on your website. The condition of the room was horrible! Looked as if not only the cleaning people but the owners could care less. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Mildew on the ceiling, carpet dirty, things were broken, stains on the wall that literally looked like old blood, stains on the wall and door in bathroom that looked liked poop, door look broken, lights didn’t work, and sheets on both beds were still dirty. I was so appalled because I got that room to go to the fluffy comic show and hang out afterwards. I ended up just leaving after the show. Money wasted and time wasted. So disappointed.
- 5/5
In town to go to dyalisis appointments and new doctors. It was close to everywhere and very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely send friends and family there to stay.
- 5/5
The place was very conveniently located without being right in the middle of downtown. As usual they allowed our dogs and we enjoyed our stay . I would tell anyone to stay here for a while you can't beat it.
- 1/5
Full of dirty its not cleaned properly, said non smoking rooms but the room they gave are not the same ,once enter full of smoke smell, rest rooms are dirty, water in the tub was not going ,ac was not working properlyand mainly room door lock was not working

The property could use updating. The whole bedding was dirty and stained. Changed it out to more stained bedding. Mattress was dirty. Walls are peeling. Had to work tv by hand. Floors were dirty. Air conditioner was running without setting. Property smells bad. Room had a bad smell.

Decent little spot. Parking lot was well lit. Most of the bathrooms and vending machines were out of order and although there was a breakfast bar, there was no breakfast. The bed was similar to sleeping on a wooden plank but it was clean.

Horrible springing beds, dirty rooms, drug dealers in and out all hours of night! No sleep. Smoke detector going off cause it needed a new battery! Horrible
- 1/5
NO WORDS!!!!!

The suites are extremely cozy.
- 3/5
Decently managed but relatively clean. You get what you pay for but overall ok.
- 3/5
The outlets were loose and most plugs did not stay in place. The A/C unit leaked a ton of water & the carpet was soaked. There was black mold under the sink on the tile floor. No laundry service/fresh sheets/new towels unless asked for and went and received myself.
- 2/5
Didn’t feel safe inside and outside of property.
- 4/5
The guy who checked us in was very nice and friendly.
- 1/5
Was supposed to be a non-smoking property but you could tell previous guests smoked indoor. Property has seen best days - worn out furnitures, paint falling off the ceiling, broken A/C system, very dirty carpet, unclean bathroom, window curtain falling off, the list goes on. Some random folks came knocking on my door at least on 2 separate occasions, claiming they had the wrong door. I believe there was more to it. You get charged $20 (in cash) for early check-in which is not invoiced. This property is a NO-NO if you are looking for a place to stay in Chattanooga. NOT RECOMMENDED!
- 5/5
I was just looking for a place to sleep while on a road trip so I wasn't wanting to spend much. Red Roof Plus in Chattanooga was far better than other places I've paid the same for. If you're looking for breakfast you won't find it here and the coffee was barely drinkable, but I would stay here again if I drive through Chattanooga on another road trip.
- 1/5
This listing SHOULD NOT even be listed on hotels.com! I ASKED FOR A REFUND THE LADY SAID NO!She gave me the room 215 the room was disgusting bedbug on the bed, body print on the bed, counters dirty , door handle was dirty! Entire 1st& 2nd floor smelled like meth and weed. People hanging out in the hallways, outside when you pull up. When asked if I could be accommodated to another red roof she told me NO! Mind you I seen about 4 on the highway not far from each other. I WILL BE ER CHOOSE RED IN OR ROOF AGAIN! And I want my money back. Oh yea I was offered room 114 that room was just as nasty! I ended up paying $147 at LaQuinta downtown and LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE STAY!!
- 1/5
It was dirty, the tub wouldn’t drain, the sheets seemed dirty, nothing was wiped down. Paid for the room with premium bedding and it was arguably the worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. The area was sketchy, there were a lot of people loitering the hallways and outside the hotel. We slept with the ironing board wedged under the door handle. We did not feel safe.
- 2/5
Bathroom very dirty, clogged drain in the bathtub, dirty floors, noisy, just disgusting
- 5/5
I have stayed here previously so when i received great service it was not a surprise.I have stayed there to go to kidney treatments and they always take good care of me. It is quiet and calm they are building a new apartment complex across the street and you would never know it. The staff and managers are top notch you will not be treated better anywhere or have a more comfortable stay. I would recommend anyone to come relax at this hotel.
- 2/5
The location was very convenient. The bed was uncomfortable. We booked a smoke free room but it had an odor of cigarettes and mildew. We also found a rouch in the room.
- 4/5
I love cheap places in good locations and this served that purpose. It’s definitely a tweaker hotel with lots of shabby qualities. Also a little group of street people all congregate at a neighboring park. They didn’t seem dangerous and it’s really just the area. Still the room was clean enough, spacious and had all the basic amenities. Wi-Fi and cable and ac all worked. The place is walking distance to a mini mart, local coffee shop and a quick drive to local attractions like Ruby Falls, Downtown and the Sunday Artist Martket. I’d advise the owner to clean the walls. It’d be an easy way to help that place look and smell so much cleaner !
- 3/5
Could have been cleaner
- 5/5
We have stayed here before and we were as pleased this time as times before. The staff was very helpful and courteous they have always been very polite. This time we had a problem with the air conditioner and Danny the maintinance fixed it and cleaned up all of the water in the middle of the night so that we didn't have to change rooms. All in all just another great stay .
- 3/5
The price was okay, but one can tell that it had been around for some time. Despite the apparent improvements it still has a way to go before it is equals the Comfort Inn across the street.
- 2/5
shower faucet handle was not attached and fell off, along with the curtain rod falling out of the wall bracket. Empty Sprite can of pop left on the floor.
- 2/5
Toe nails on the floor. Mold in the shower and walls. Towels and linens were stained. Very shady people in and out all night. We were in town due to a death and needed somewhere cheap. Homeless people outside all day and night. Very dirty.

Where do I even start.. No AC, they had bugs, DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY, broken furniture (cut my 2 year old), leaking roof with holes in it with buckets everywhere, WORST experience yet. Have pictures of it all. Didn't even stay at this hotel due to it being so dirty (kids ages range from 2-15) was not letting my children sleep here. We left within an hour of checking in. Was told to contact expedia for a refund and they are working on it supposedly. This hotel was the worst experience yet.

It’s not in the best section of town. Lots of possible druggies and homeless folks. As your going to your car they are coming up to you asking for cigarettes and things. Room was clean and comfy. Water leaking from the ceiling into a bucket in the hallway. No coffee or cups in the room. Coffee maker worked. Sort of.

Had to stay a couple of weeks while house was getting ready. They helped to make a bad time in my life much more enjoyable. Would tell anyone to come and stay.

I felt extremely unsafe with all the homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. I would never stay there again

Welcome to zombie central with prostitutes, criminals and homeless druggies floating around the property at all hours, day or night. Friday night, I watched five crackheads smoke up in the tree line right next to the parking lot. Saturday night, I watched a group of thugs lock check vehicles in the parking lot looking for easy targets. The property itself is a dump. The two rooms across for me had an open door policy where they cooked awful smelling food and screamed at each other until the wee hours of the morning. The door inside my room looked like wild dogs had tried to claw their way out of it. The rest of the room was minimally clean and my TV was broken. Now for my favorite part. Early Saturday morning I reported the TV broken to the staff. After I checked Sunday morning, the Indian owner calls me that afternoon screaming and arguing about the TV. This POS actually charged me for something I didn't break. Absolutely amazing. His property could be a film set for a dystopian movie and this POS actually charged me for something I didn't do. He does nothing about the filth and chaos in and around his property but will not hesitate to screw over his customers. NEVER EVER STAY HERE.

The first 2 nights of our 7 night stay were hot and humid, as the AC unit was broken. The mini fridge froze half our products, despite not even having a freezer section. Staff was polite and the handyman who fixed our AC was friendly. The various floors smelled like different types of cigarettes, but mostly Marijuana, despite being a no- smoking hotel. No maid service, just trash removal.

I didn't like that I had to check out..and all that's missing is breakfast

I had to stay with my family in the hotel for a couple of weeks due to a fire and an illness. The staff was just amazing from top to bottom day or night shift which made it much better. On top of that the room was very clean and modern and well kept . I actually ended up enjoying my time in there hotel and i would absolutely recommend anyone to stay there if they are in the area.

I thought this hotel would be fine since it was a block off Broad St. It turned out to be in a pretty scary part of town. Also the room was dirty. The bed was pretty comfortable and it was close to downtown, but we will not stay again.

It was willfully unclean.

Staff wasnt very nice but Ive seen worse. The room was really bad condition but if its raining try to move upstairs because downstairs sounds like a septic tank. Was a guy dealing drugs all day and night so not safe either. Would not stay again.

Room was spacious and clean but paint was chipping and peeling in the bathroom. They take $150 deposit for pets!

We come here once a year while traveling and it has always been the same! Nicest staff and we love that they are pet friendly!

The hotel room was very filthy. I was originally scheduled to stay two nights but checked out immediately the next morning due to the cleanliness of the room and the overall up keep up the property. There was blood And urine splatter on the door and wall in the bathroom.

The property was extremely dirty. The halls smelled like stale cleaner. The paint on the bathroom walls were peeling of. There was dog hair on the bed. Stained towels. It was a horrible experience.

Hotel staff cancelled my reservation at 9:25pm while we were driving down because we hadn’t arrived yet. That is absurd and hardly a ‘late arrival’. I had to call and have it reinstated. WHen we got there, while walking to our room, we noticed that the first floor restrooms are broken. The elevator buttons don’t work well. The hardware for part of our hotel room door was missing. In our room, the microwave was broken as was the lamp and refrigerator. Only given one trash can so restroom shared with food waste. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Two towels for a family of four. The water wouldn’t drain in the sink or shower/bathroom tub for like 15 minutes after each use. There was no liner for the ice bucket and it was wet. One of the beds bows in from overuse and was terribly uncomfortable. Those are the things the hotel could have done better. Perhaps out of their control but still germane to the traveler, the walls are paper thin. We heard every conversation, music, etc.. from our neighbors. In the morning I shared our experience with the gentleman at the front desk. He was kind and sympathetic. I told him I felt we deserved a partial refund, particularly because the food we planned to refrigerate went bad. He gave us $0 refund. I will not recommend this hotel to others.

The staff was very friendly! The comfort was ok needs some upgrades, but for my purpose of staying it was overall a good experience.

Nice stay. Road noise was a factor. Some recent updates to room but done on budget.

The room was OK. Liked the fact that you had to key into the door for room access from the lobby. Can tell the room was still going through renovations. The matress was uncomfortable and stained beneath the protector (found this during my bedbug check, but NO bedbugs thankfully). Bathroom had a spot where water was leaking and hasn't been cleaned properly. The front desk had no amenities, like extra toothbrushes or toothpaste.

A grand attempt to upgrade to compete with newer hotels. Leaves me wondering what the PLUS means.

Everything was excellent and I'll definitely be staying there again

When we first walked in the smell was wonderful and clean. It was very clean but the bathroom paint on the wall is peeling badly. It’s very unattractive. The vent in the bathroom was stained also.
