The staff and property was very nice, my only issue was breakfast was lacking a bit, there was nothing hot offered unless you wanted to pay for it, we travel alot and I've never seen this, just a little disappointing.

Staff was awesome! The hotel is much older and less updated than the pictures looked. One elevator kept going out of service, but the staff called for repairs quickly. Halls smelled musty and the rooms were a little musty too. Bathroom was very small and only a small mini fridge in the room. My only real complaint is the hotel was not nearly as nice as the pictures made it look and in kind of a shady area. Staff made up for these issues though!

The hallway carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years, which made the hotel feel poorly maintained. On the positive side, the pool was clean, and I appreciated that. The area itself seemed relatively safe, but there were quite a few homeless individuals nearby. If you are planning to walk to the surrounding restaurants, that is something you may want to keep in mind.

“My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not a good experience. The sheets on my bed were visibly stained, which immediately made the room feel unclean. On top of that, a family spent most of the night screaming and running up and down the hallway. Between the lack of cleanliness and the lack of control over noise, I did not get the rest or comfort I expected. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.”

This property was just “ok”. The location brings down the star rating because even though it’s conveniently right off the interstate, it didn’t feel like a safe or “nice” area judging by the surroundings. The layout of the hotel was also very odd. The front desk wasn’t obvious when we walked in. You see a sitting area and the elevators first. (We thought we had walked in the back door) Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom, although very tiny seemed clean. The carpet however eas sticky at the end of the bed which caused me to keep my shoes on at all times after i discovered! Breakfast had decent coffee but not much else to write about. Stale bagels, nothing hot unless you count the hot water for the instant oatmeal. They had hard boiled eggs? some fruit, cereal and milk, and yogurt. I was fine with the offerings but my husband wasn’t.

Price and the hotel looked new. I was able to check in ahead of time and got the digital key. Breakfast was weak. No coffee maker in the room.

The hotel is perfectly situated between downtown and the Rock City and Ruby Falls attractions. Hotel also has extremely easy interstate access. I was concerned about potential highway noise but the rooms were quiet.

The rooms were clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the staff friendly and helpful. Wish the TV was easier to use and had more options besides having to use your own streaming account.

Staff was wonderful!! Very amenable! The breakfast area is lovely but it is a true continental breakfast. Only hot thing was packets of oatmeal. They did have hard boiled eggs, all sorts of breads and cereal. Nice coffee bar! All was extremely clean. Room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the pool. Fantastic to take a short 10 min walk to a local brewery. Hotel was right off the highway so very convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Breakfast options were limited--coffee, cereal, toast, bagel, muffin, juice. Subpar when compared with other hotels who offer accommodations. No microwave in the room or in the breakfast area. Coffee not available 24/7 in the breakfast area. Panhandlers at the corner from afternoon into the evening.

Convenient location and staff were pleasant. Room and bath were small and dated. The hotel allows dogs and dogs were no issue but the hotel lobby area had such a strong deodorizer smell that was overpowering. Breakfast was minimal. It worked for our short stay but I wouldn’t book again.

Everything was fine bed was comfortable clean quiet. Only problem I had was there was a giant spotlight outside my room and the curtains did not help. Definitely could’ve gotten better sleep if that wasn’t happening

Breakfast was good it was nice to have bagels, coffee, tea, cranberry or orange juice. The little muffins were good. The yogurt and oatmeal with sides was nice. Only thing I wish they had was some sausage or ham because only boiled eggs for protein.

The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast.

The staff was great. The hotel itself was NOT worth the money. It was over $200 total for one night and it's a run down hotel in a seedy neighborhood. NOT worth $200 a night. More like $100 a night. I was misled by the photos to think this was a $200 a night hotel. They've put lipstick on a pig with this one.

I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. If you can't have it in the room then at lease make it available on a request basis. It was very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to heat something up to after you have came in and got relaxed. The staff that greeted us was very welcoming and upon leaving they thanked you for coming. Again your staff made the difference

Hotel was clean and very pet friendly. As soon as you enter, you'll see water bowls for your pup and out back there is a fenced in dog park area. It is a large.space for your dog to run and play. That was awesome to see!! We only stayed one night on our way through Chatanooga. Hotel bed was comfortable, which was great after our last hotel that had extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows (a different hotel chain, not this hotel or brand) We didnt go down for breakfast, the hotel was clean. As far as location, it is very close to the highway and didnt seem to have anything close by other than a gas station. It wasn't far from downtown by car. Very happy with our stay here

Great place to stay. Centrally located just a few minutes from downtown. Staff was very attentive. We were celebrating our Anniversary and they brought some goodies and a card to the room. They check on you often. Definitely recommended.

We just stayed overnight on our way to florida, hotel was nice, we didnt shop or go anywhere. Getting there off interstate was a little confusing but otherwise a good stop.

Shower had a downward slope to the rest of the bathroom, couldn't shower or I'd flood the whole room (the shower drain was the highest elevated spot in the bathroom). Also stink bugs. Staff was very friendly though

Possibly the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Not going to lie - we thought it looked kind of sketchy from the outside when we arrived. So glad we went in. Everyone was polite and helpful and it was CLEAN.

We were disappointed that no microwave was in the room and we had to run down to the lobby to heat our dinner. The room was extremely noisy with road traffic until nearly 11pm.. The breakfast was poor due to not having much more than toast, muffins, and cereal. Don't believe we will use your hotel in future visit to the area.

NASTY. Stains crumbs and fresh spilled stuff all over blankets. Staff said we could come get more bedding if we wanted and make it ourselves. They gave us a queen bedding set and we had a king bed. Extremely rude staff tried to blame us and question us. Also, insect leg on bathroom counter. FYI, CLEANLINESS IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THIS HOTEL.

When we got there we were giving a room that had not been cleaned. He was very apotigelic and quickly gave us another room. Bed was extremely comfortable but the bathroom door handle did not work outside the bathroom so when we shut the door it locked us out of the bathroom. Had to go to desk and was given a tool to try and use, went back to room and still could not get in. Had to go back to desk where the same man that helped us get another room the night before sign in to his shift early and came to help. He was able to break in bathroom with my husband's driver's license and was told to simply not close the bathroom door again. Was a hectic little getaway but the man that helped us both nights was so polite and apologetic and because of how he responded to all the things that happened we would go back to this hotel again. Very convenient to everything.

My trip lasted a week, visiting different places in Tennessee and Georgia, and this hotel was one of the worst we stayed in. When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby. They gave us a room where someone had stayed with pets; the floor and beds were covered in hair, and it smelled of dogs. The stay in the room was uncomfortable, and the breakfast was terrible, just bread and juice or coffee. The service in the lobby and cafeteria needs a lot of improvement. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff were very courteous, and the room was clean and just fine. The breakfast was average and the coffee was especially bad.

Clean, easy stay!

Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Toilet paper was in weird spot and shower was slick. Bagel bar for breakfast with cereal options, breakfast area needed restocked sooner. No milk / oatmilk, low bagels, and coffee was low. Parking was well lit. Staff was friendly. Well decorated. Enjoyed our stay!

The room was fine, but the location is not great. It was stuffy in the room, so I tried to cool it down by running the AC for a bit, but it just blasted cold air for a few seconds once an hour or so.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The young man who was handling breakfast was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. The only negative was the coffee. Far too weak. I will stay here again.

Room was very small, and to be honest nasty. Shower glass door wouldn’t stay shut, next to ac unit could see outside it was open.

I am disabled and was placed in a room that was on the 3rd floor and was the last room , other than that the stay was very nice.

The room was decent, but the walls sounded a bit thin. The continental breakfast was okay, but scrambled eggs and some form of protein are my standards.

This is a very nicely remodeled hotel! Quick breakfast to grab on the go. Easy for a 1 night stay with a moving truck.

One elevator was out and the other scared me a couple of times, but it could have been a placebo of the other not in service. Our room was nice and cold. The bed was comfy. The towels and toiletries were great. We had a cart to help with our luggage which was awesome. Breakfast was also great and opened early. 10/10, would recommend

Don’t stay here. I witnessed solicitation and drug use in the parking lot of the property. Power went out during my stay. Rooms were dirty and my socks were covered in dog hair and I don’t have a dog.

Service was friendly and attentive. Lobby was clean and bright. Pool needed cleaning. Room was comfortable but smelled of mildew. The hotel is located very close to the highway but noise couldn’t be heard indoors.

Rooms are sparsely furnished but nice and ckean. No microwave in room. They need floor numbers marked by elevator. You can not tell which floor you are on.

The room itself was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the blankets — soft and cozy, not the stiff, papery kind you sometimes find in hotels. While there were some homeless individuals in the area, I never felt unsafe walking around. All in all, a good experience with attentive service and a great stay.

The elevator was broken, and they put us on the top floor. Refused to discount the trip. Breakfast closed a half hour earlier than they claimed. Stairs were never cleaned, and the outside smelled like garbage, barely a 2-star hotel.

The elevator was down and our room was on the 3rd floor. Not a big deal. Room was clean. It would have been excellent if it had a bigger fridge and a microwave in the room. The ice machine was also not working at the time.

We always stay here when we come for a concert at the Signal. Rooms are clean, nice open parking lot. Close to the Signal Venue. However, this time the elevators were down, and we had a room on the 5th floor. The breakfast has declined, No waffle maker, all carbs except for cold boiled eggs. No hot options except for bagels/toast unless you buy them to heat in the microwave. However due to location and cleanliness we will continue to stay here when we come for a concert.

Every staff members was warm and gracious. A shout-out to the lady tending to the dining area the morning of checkout. She was so sweet and helpful, and kept the dining area very clean! The hotel was fine for the price but the beds were too hard for my liking, and the room needed some tpuching up. Old board seams were exposed in the bathroom, at the floor. Needed touchup paint on the walls. The craziest thing was the lock on the bathrrom door was on the OUTSIDE! Our 3 year old keep locking us in the bathroom. There was a huge gap between the floor and room door. Does that really meet fire code? Overall, if we have business in Chattanooga again, I would probably stay there again, now that I know where it is. The area around the hotel is rundown, but that's not the responsibility of the hotel. Chattanooga needs to fix it!

This was a very good budget hotel to stay at the amenities were quite well, considering the star level of this hotel. The most important thing to me is cleanliness and it smelt and appeared clean from the moment I walked in.
