While the receptionist was helpful, it's an old property in need of repairs. The bathroom was in terrible shape. Okay to spend night.

What was there to like. Had never experienced the type of treatment visiting somewhere from out of town before. I was there in Tennessee for the first time on Spring Break and from that horrible experience it makes me never want to visit the state of Tennessee again. We were double charged for a 1 night stay. Staff and especially the manager there was rude and unprofessional when we complained about the condition of the room being nasty with uncomfortable beds and that fact that I was overcharged. She lied and claimed we were irate and yelled at her and called the Tennessee Police Department on us and had us escorted off of the property instead taking accountability for their mistake and making right we were treated unfair and humiliated by the property manager there. She even addressed me as a girl and I am a grown 44 year old woman.

Good location...near a lot of restaurants, clean and the staff was very nice. Parking lot is small and caused a little inconvenience with finding a good parking spot but the hotel offered to reimburse the guest if they had to park in the paid parking area.

Parking is very limited due to the neighboring hotel charging for use of the shared parking lot. This should be clearly noted on Expedia, as guests may need to pay the parking fee upfront, even if our hotel later reimburses the cost. While reimbursement is appreciated, it can still be an inconvenience for travelers on a budget. Because of the limited parking situation, I would likely choose another hotel in the area that offers complimentary unlimited parking.

Our room was a furnace. The a/c didn't work, and even though we set the thermostat to 68, the room never reached below 75. The hallway was cooler than our room. I was sweating the moment I stepped out of a cold shower.

Clean, super comfortable bed. Caring staff. Delicious, varied breakfast. Full kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Free laundry. The best facilities in the area!

This girl is in a great location! Not too close to downtown to be chaotic, but close enough to have an easy drive. Lots of restaurants near and easy access to highway. The front desk staff was amazing! Only complaint is there is no dedicated check in place to pull up to. Parking lot is shared so parking was usually full. We will still book again though!

The receptionist was very kind respectful and helpful. The food was good everything clean. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the couch mattress was very discomfort but other than that was clean.

We reserved a room that was supposed to sleep two adults and two children, age 11 & 13. Turns out that the sofa bed was a twin size, obviously that didn’t work. Learn from our mistake and check the accommodations very closely. That being said, the facility was nice and staff were super helpful and professional!

The first room we were put in smelled so badly of wet dog we had to cover our noses and walk right back out. The 2nd room had several non working outlets, the room never got to temp at night, and the bathroom door wouldn't fully close OR lock. Still smelled slightly of dog but less so. Usually in a pet friendly hotel there are designated rooms for pets. Nope staff said pets are welcome in every room here. We stayed in pet friendly hotels before and never had this issue.

The first room we checked into was bad, the toilet was dirty with a black ring around it and constantly running. I called the front desk and Wendy moved us to another room she was very friendly and helpful. The pool was dirty and cloudy, the elevator was broken half the time. We were on the 6th floor and had to go up and down with our 4yr. We initially rented it from Monday to Friday but it was just too much we checked out Thursday. We didn’t get trip protection so we just lose $137. That place need a remodel.

The only complaint we had was there were several people outside drinking when we came in and they were bothering us and when we went out the next morning they were still out there drinking. For a group of ladies it was unsettling to have people doing that right outside the door to go in and out.

We traveled the World's Longest Yardsale and stayed at this hotel. The room was spotless and smelled freshly cleaned, the mattress was very thick and comfortable, full, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, assorted cereals, breads, muffins, juices, yogurts/toppings, etc. Staff was nice and such a wonderful overnight stay following long day of shopping out in the hot sun

It was okay. The room was spacious but could use some upgrades. The transition piece from the room to the bathroom was coming up. You can tell the bath area needs work. The paint was peeling and had some noticeable water damage. The mat or tub base they have in the bathtub almost caused me to slip when showering. Otherwise the room was cleanly and the beds were comfortable. Parking wasn’t an issue but the elevator was small and took a while depending on the timing( the front is the only primary entrance). Also had some loiters at night. Staff was friendly and it didn’t take long for me to check in or out.

The size of the room was very disappointing. That was a studio suite and should not have been $249 plus tax. Breakfast was great, abd the staff was great. We loved the breakfast and social hour. The staff was great. The a/cin our room didnt feel cool, but a small fan helped. It was worth the stay, especially for the kitchen and location.

We had a very nice stay. The man at the front desk working the evening shift was top notch. I didn't recieve his name but he went above and beyond for every need that we needed. The breakfast was great. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Thank you for the great time.

Pool was tiny, water dirty and overflowing with kids whole time. They were bumping into each other b/c it was soo many in a small space. Too many people for my kids to enjoy it so we left. Not the hotels fault but our floor smalled strongly of marijuana in the hallway. Didn’t affect our room thankfully. Based on the clientele I’m thinking this wasn’t a great area but the hotel was nice and staff were kind.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed in. It was clean and our little room with a kitchen area and sitting area was great for our 4 night stay for our anniversary. I have trouble sleeping in hotels, but the bed was so comfortable I had no issues! My husband enjoyed breakfast. They had really good free cookies in the lobby. The only thing is the pool is pretty small, if that’s important to you!

I called the hotel and let hem know what happened, they said since you booked though Expedia that I would have to contact them. I got on my phone and my service was bad because I was in the mountains of Tennessee. I tried the chat option and spoke to a gentleman. He was nice and was doing everything he could to help. I told him all that happens and that I requested s full refund back to my original payment method. He calls the hotel and after a wait, he came back and told me "good news! The hotel front desk will cancel the stay and agreed to a full refund. I replied and said great! And the chat got disconnected. I didn't receive a follow up email, text or phon call to reach back out to me. You said you would not refund..

Smelled like vomit and weed on our floor and our room had a weird smell to it luckily we were only there for the night.

This property was great. Good location and breakfast. They staff was extremely nice, especially the gentlemen. He was very helpful with everything we needed. If we head back to Chattanooga, we will stay there again.

Hotel was great especially if travelling with kids. Laundry machines worked great. Room was clean and everything worked well.

Space was good size, but elevators not working, smelled like weed everywhere and hotel was not in the greatest shape.

We enjoyed our stay in January so rebooked for April however our bicycles ($1600) were stolen off our car overnight from the parking lot this visit even though we backed into a parking spot. We have filed a police report but it sounded like this was not uncommon. Very disappointing but we are hoping that Staybridge will do something to make this right.

Our visit was great and the staff was amazing, as well as the breakfast offered every morning. My only complaint is that the floor reeked of marijuana on our floor, and it could be easily smelled upon exiting the floor. I did bring this up to the employees and they told me they'd go spray, but we were there for days and it continuously smelled like that. Thankfully the rooms did not get the smell leaked in, as I would have asked to change floors. Apart from that, no complaints.

Check in was quick. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Something for everyone from waffles and hot oatmeal to omelettes and frittatas.

Room was nice and clean. AC was set so you couldn’t adjust the temp. That was annoying. It was set for 70 and was muggy. Other than that everything was fine.

The room was perfect. We needed a stopping/rest place on our way to Florida. The kids were disappointed in the pool(it’s not very big) but the it was great for what we needed

This was an awesome hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious for our family, and we really enjoyed having the kitchen. The breakfast offered lots of options, and their “social hour” on Mon-Wed was a great treat! The location was really easy to get to as well.

However, The location had a lot of walkers and suspicious people. Not on the property that I saw, but in the abandoned property next door and around the area.

Second stay, went well. Great value. Only complaints were our room this time smelled like cigarettes and the business center computers/scanners were difficult to use. But breakfast was good and the room suited our needs.

My wife had business in Chattanooga. I stayed with her this trip. We have stayed at this staybrindge in the past and have been very pleased with the accommodations. This time we stayed we arrived late and needed to get to bed so my wife could get up early to go to appointment. While getting ready for bed my wife experienced encounters with cockroaches. One was on the kitchenette counter and the other one was beside the bed on the end table. This affected her to where she was scared that there were more to get in bed with her throughout the night seeing multiple bugs in the room. This is very dirty and nasty feeling of the whole establishment. We finally got to sleep just to awaken to lukewarm hot water and a non appealing complimentary breakfast. Needless to say we will not return to this staybridge ever again.

The listing was also misleading in that it stated our king suite slept 4 but it didn't specify how. So the kids got to sleep on the couch. No sofa bed, the actual couch. So overall....Meh. Decent for what it was but wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was nice and close to shopping and dinning. It has been recently renovated but they skipped replacing some items such as the bathtub and pool area.

Pros: Nice Staff, room was clean, smelled nice, close to shopping and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Cons: a lot of traffic, LOUD cars all night! , lots of transients walking around, smelled marijuana every single time we walked out to the car. Would not stay here again because of the bad surrounding area, no fault to the hotel!
