One; it’s called ‘Hilton Gardens’ and almost all the pictures show the beautiful roof top garden. But when i got there (on a holiday weekend) we where told that the roof top garden is actually part of a restaurant that operates on the property but is not owned by the Hilton. the restaurant was closed therefore there is no access to the garden. so the namesake and most attractive feature is not available to hotel guests whenever the restaurant is close, WHAT? Two; the fitted sheets didn’t fit the bed. As soon as we got in it they popped off the mattress and despite several attempts to put them on as soon as we got in the bed they came back off. we told housekeeping but nothing was done. sleeping on a bare mattress in a hotel pretty gross! it was an okay stay but it could have been a lot better!

What I appreciated about the hotel was its location; it wasn't too busy in the mornings or at night. The cleanliness and the quality of the room were excellent for both my wife and me. Additionally, I enjoyed the rooftop patio, which offered a variety of food and drinks. The bed sheets and mattress were of low quality, making them somewhat uncomfortable, but still sleepable.

It is a lovely hotel and we were going to join the rewards program for benefits of frequent visits until our luggage was stolen from an unattended front desk. Very disappointed!!!
- 4/5
Overall a great hotel, just some minor issues. There were Starbucks drinks and food containers left in the fridge, the toilet seat lid/cover was fully detached, and the hook for the towels fell off the wall because there was no screw to hold it in place. Other than that, had a great stay in an unbeatable location!
- 5/5
Great place to start really enjoyed my staycation!!
- 5/5
Didn’t eat breakfast
- 4/5
Other than DPr sleeping. All as expected. Comfy beds, clean room.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Large spacious rooms comfortable bed and linens. Modern bathrooms. Quiet. We don’t do breakfast so we don’t know about that. The rooftop Spanish restaurant was surprisingly good, albeit, downtown prices. Very convenient location since we on the train.
- 4/5
The Seville restaurant and servers there were fantastic/ and the food was delicious- we tried to get a drink at the bar at 10:30pm - but when we got to the bar Saturday night - the bartender told us….. as you can see I have already put all the liquor away & we r closing early/ the lobby bar was supposed to be open until 11pm Saturday night / it was disappointing - otherwise / the hotel was great !
- 3/5
The room was fine. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've had in years.
- 0.5/5
Give me a connecting room; room is cold; breakfast is option limiting and not tasty; the clothe-set is very very narrow; do not have slippery; actually I think it only worth 120 dollars but it cost me 320 per night

Nope. Agent agreed to take my bag but wouldn't go a single step farther, telling me to return after 3. When I called around 2 to see if there was a room for me, the person who answered asked if I'd done any preliminary check in or left me name. I had tried hard to do so but was bizarrely refused. The room was fine and I only used it to sleep (obvs), but the check in colored my impression of this hotel.

I give them a three out of 10 there's no ice machines on the floors the refrigerator was not working and they knew as soon as I checked in I was never moved to another room with a working refrigerator when they knew immediately after I checked in that the refrigerator was not working and no one never came to repair the refrigerator or put another refrigerator in when I had insulin and food that had to be left and stored in the car because of that this is one location that I will never visit again and I do not highly recommend
- 5/5
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago, especially if you want a central location and a comfortable place to come back to after exploring the city.
- 4/5
Great stay for a little weekend getaway.!
- 5/5
It was the perfect place to stay! I was close to everything. From the L trains, to the bus stops, and even the water taxi. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was my first time in Chicago and I couldn’t have asked a better experience.
- 4/5
everything was great, but breakfast was not included.
- 5/5
Yes food was fresh, had breakfast and in the afternoon had a fresh salad with chicken…delish. Also had an espresso martini very good then walked to the Union Station.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the Bar is a wonderful place to relax for a drink after walking around Chicago. Paul and Manny are excellent bartenders. We love coming to this hotel!!!
- 5/5
The property is conveniently located. The parking situation was very easy to handle. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was exactly as expected.
- 5/5
Great room shape and amenities - Could hear the train every 15 minutes also the view was the back of another building and felt like someone could easily see inside our room so we kept the drapes shut the whole time… which made the room even darker!
- 5/5

Front desk and housekeeping were excellent , very kind and going out of their way to help.
- 5/5
Stayed here for a race, I usually sleep like garbage the first night at a hotel. This time I was surprised how well I slept, the only unwelcome noise was an occasional loud car which there isn’t much they can do about that but couldn’t hear the hall noise couldn’t hear the rooms next to us and the air conditioner was a normal white noise sound. The bathroom was nice, everything was clean and it was all well laid out, places to set everything out I wanted to set out good outlet placements bed and pillows were comfortable and great black out curtain situation
- 5/5
Very pleasant, clean room with the fridge and microwave. Very friendly staff. The only downside is check-out time at 11 am, i'd prefer 12pm. Otherwise all good.

I didn’t get to use the gym, the front desk didn’t mention anything about the gym. And my stay was supposed to have breakfast included, but it wasn’t.
- 5/5
Room was bigger than I expected, very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
It was convenient , well decorated , and very customer service oriented. The location is great for Willis Tower. We stayed for one night and would stay again.

Great location - friendly, helpful staff - clean modern room.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 1.5/5
Clean, nice staff, secure, excellent lication, the room was spaceous and nice. The main issue was that I got charged around 33% more than the price that was shown on Booking, paid with a credit card on site. It was difficult to notice it at first since it was my first time in the US, and the hotel reserved a deposit for each night of the stay, which was ultimately returned to me. This deposit initially clouded the total price for me, which I only realised after getting back home to Europe. Booking tried to contact Hilton, received no response, thus promised that the difference would be deposited back to me from Booking's side, after which they would stay to deal with Hilton to cover themselves for the difference. Its been 1.5 months and the issue is still not resolved. Other issues with the property - the room was cold, with no option to raise the temperature (the weather outside was cold as well). This led to the heater starting and stopping quite frequently, and the noise of it shutting down was pretty loud - heard as a bang somewhere above the bed, as if there was a sort of a valve that had a really loud and unsmooth closing sound. I logged onto the TV with my Youtube channel, but no matter if I shut the TV off - next time I turned it on it was always playing these random Hilton videos on Youtube, cluttering my view history with these random videos and messing up my algorithm. I guess that's one way of collecting views huh.

- 5/5
Perfection.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Having to buy coffee in the lobby as a guest seemed a bit cheap on the part of the hotel. Perhaps guests should be given a couple of vouchers per day for a coffee better than the tiny one cup brewer in the room.
- 5/5
Bed was so comfortable, location was convenient.
- 5/5
The best location. Convenient to Amtrack and the best pizza.
- 5/5
The view was beautiful

I was attracted to this hotel based on the location, conveniently directly next to the Willis Tower and a short walk to Union Station. Service was great, thankfully we were able to check-in around 10:30am which was much appreciated. Facility was clean and inviting, I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Staff was courteous. Hotel was clean. Great location. Only downfall was our room was cold. 72 is the highest it went to and it was cold!!
- 5/5
I loved everything about this hotel
- 4/5
Boooo, Parking was $75 a day
- 4.5/5
Proximity to the marathon location Couldn't find regular coffee in room. There were tea and decaffeinated
- 4/5
It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room.

This was my first time at this hotel everything was fine but the thing is they ask for a “security deposit” of $225 that when I booked it didn’t say anything about a security deposit sooo for that part it wasn’t a good experience.
- 2/5
there was no hot water to shower, when i told front desk they weren’t helpful. shower was awful
- 5/5
We had a great stay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The grounds and room was clean and the Bed was comfy. I would stay here again. Had a good stay
- 3/5
cleanliness of room was an issue. dried stuck-on soap on the shower floor. none of the table surfaces had been cleaned, as there were sticky spots like someone had been eating near the TV and also at the nightstand. shiny, dried uo stain detected on the fitted sheet and tge actual sheet. i washed the sheets myself in the laundry room. long black hairs stuck into the comforter

- 5/5
Loved my stay! I will definitely book again!!
- 5/5
A very nice property. Room was well appointed with accessible plugs, USB ports, desk, coffee maker, safe, microwave, fridge. There is a restaurant / bar that serves except food.
- 3.5/5
The check in person was friendly and explained everything to the couple before us but when we stepped up to counter she only asked my name and for my credit card. She the charged my card after j told her that I already paid through booking. She just ignored me. I had to call my card to dispute the charges which took several weeks.
- 5/5
Very above average, excellent
- 3/5
The mattress is awful, too hard. The pillows are just as bad. Our room was cold, the inside of the windows had a lot of condensation and you could feel the cold breeze coming through. The staff seemed to be nice and polite. Wish there was some type of free breakfast included instead of paying $20 for an omelet. The hotel was quiet which was nice.
- 5/5
We stay here whenever we visit family in Chicago. Close to train and CTA, clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
The rooms were wonderful! I loved the aesthetic. The lobby was great! Wished we stayed the entire weekend to experience it. But we literally was there for 6 hours to sleep.

- 5/5
My room was set up so nice and clean. Close to Union Station. Receptionist was able to check me in earlier too which helped me arrange my day.
- 5/5
Staff great
- 3/5
The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the room heater was limited to a maximum temperature of 74°F and only cycled on briefly every hour or so for a couple minutes. As a result, the room became quite cold at night, and I didn’t sleep very well because of it.
- 5/5
Desk clerk very kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Room was really nice! Staff was great. Loved our stay! Only thing was the bathroom not having a proper door. It was a sliding door that didn’t fully close. A bit more privacy for a bathroom is always nice. Maybe not all the rooms are like this.
- 2/5
It's two hotels and poorly explained as to how that works (one person at the front desk, when I was asking where a pick-up entrance was said: "you're in the wrong hotel"! When I asked why he had a shirt on the stated 'my hotel', he said 'it was the luck of the draw'. Went to the bar and, although it wasn't very busy, stood there for about 3-4 minutes before the bartender acknowledged me and asked what I wanted. Ad shows a lawn in front of the Hilton Garden, but apparently one had to go over to 'the other' hotel and go up 3 floors before you could see what was advertised (my room looked into the butt in of several buildings that came together behind it).

None of the electric outlets worked it was annoying and unprofessional
- 5/5
Perfect place to do about everything around
- 5/5
Great hotel. Parking garage is expensive but that was only flaw.
- 5/5
For the price, this property offers exceptional value. It far exceeded my expectations and was significantly better than other hotels in the same price range. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly, and I felt that the quality matched (or even exceeded) the rate I paid. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-kept place to stay. This hotel truly made a frustrating trip much better.

Excellent hotel. Convenient and easy access to major attractions. Professional staff. Clean.
- 5/5
I was very surprised about the size of the room, the cleanliness and also the from desk staff was one of THE nicest I’ve ever encounter

On the night of Saturday, Aug 9 I needed a product at midnight. I went to the front desk and the lady working was SO helpful, kind, and sweet hearted. She made sure I got what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that my needs were met. She also sent me off with a sparkling water and granola bar. Because of her, my mood improved and I would definitely stay there again because of her!

This hotel was fabulous. From the staff to the spacious, up-to-date rooms, everything was top-notch.

Nice hotel in a great location. Modern. Great view of Willis Tower next door.

Called for a water for my elderly father after walking 6 miles throughout the day and didn’t receive it till after 9:30 for him to take his pills.

When I asked to switch, the front desk girl said she could only move me if I hadn’t touched anything in the room — a completely unreasonable condition, especially since the issue was caused by them. I hadn’t touched anything, but even if I did, they still should correct the room and re-clean it as this is not guests’ fault. She was not professional, dismissive, and came across as outright rude during the conversation. I was offered another room, but it was on a very low floor with a barely visible view of the landmark — still far from what was promised and paid for. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and frustrating. Between the lack of transparency, unhelpful attitude, and failure to deliver what I booked, I would not stay here again and would caution others to be very careful when booking.

Nobody was at afront desk to take call. Just one staff. Shower head and bathroom was dirty. Iton was leaking, ruined my clothes

Safe area, and at the same time convenient location for public transportation (5 minute walk to Union Station)

Great staff. Rooms were perfect.

I thought everything was great and service was fast

The hotel was a fantastic and easy walking distance from the train station.
- 5/5
We were directly across the street from the Willis Tower and the Big Bus pick up location, which was great. There is the train station that is like one block away that can be a little loud, but overall a pretty quiet place. Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly and the rooftop bar was awesome as well. Walkable to the riverwalk but a pretty decent drive/rideshare to the convention center.

We were able to check in early and we really appreciate the chance to do so. Our room was very clean and we had no issues with water, AC, amenities, etc. Giordano’s and the Sears Tower’s food hall are just steps away from the hotel. Walgreens, 7 Eleven and Circle K are also minutes away. I highly recommend and will book this hotel again in future Chicago trips.

Great place to call home while away from home! Came in for Nike Nationals and best decision we made! My athlete was able to stay on top of her recovery routine with concierge bringing her ice to ice! They were very helpful! Lastly, parking was expensive, but it was convenient!

Very clean facility. I needed extra room accommodation but was not granted it.

Great hotel and staff, but the street noise was definitely intrusive at times. I also tend to sleep very hot, and the air conditioning had too many restrictions, and kept cutting off. Otherwise, the room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. I also think that $4 for a can of soda, and 5$ for a personal size bag of chips for a quick snack is obscene, but that isn’t unique to this hotel.

The property itself was fine but every front desk person we encountered was apathetic or rude and unhelpful, particularly Nariyah.

Great location. close to train station.

The view from our room was wonderful

Location was great

The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that their “hot new restaurant” Seville, is only open on weekdays. No weekend hours!

I liked that they hold your bags after check out

I had an outstanding stay! The room was large, spotless, and featured a cozy bed along with a beautiful view. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The location was perfect—conveniently close to major attractions and public transport. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable.

Staff was rude. I booked a month in advance for a room with images of a city view. Got a room with one of only walls of brick. I had to paid $300+ while rooms listed as available WITH a city view were running $170. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it. BS. I’ll never stay at Hilton Hotels again.
