Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in.

Had one issue with checking in; as it was not communicated to the hotel BY Hotels.com that we had made changes to our reservation about a month before. The Front Desk staff were able to fix the issue and get us the room changes, however the lack of Hotels.com communication was frustrating. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely as we've stayed here twice before.

Clean and great staff!

Great location, convenient to the airport. Room was nice and comfortable. It was noisy because of the constant airplane take-offs and some other loud patrons next door/in the hallways. The in-house restaurant was good and there were two other restaurants within walking distance. Parking the car in a large deck was not ideal for dragging multiple pieces of luggage from the room upon leaving-bell hop was available, but there was a 20+ minute wait. Nice hotel for the money!

Great overnight stay. The hotel is clean and quiet and is staffed by helpful and friendly folks. The airport service is terrific. Two great restaurants adjoin, while the inside establishment is quite good as well.

the fact that it was mentioned that the rooms are soundproof was not at all true. even after booking a 4 star hotel, my overallexperience was bad. I specifically booked a luxury hotel to give my family the best experience as it was their first time in chicago, but everyone of us could literally hear vulgar moaning sounds all the time which was really embarrassing for all of us. It went on for hours. I’d not recommend the hotel to anybody especially if they are going with family.

The hotel was quiet, and the shuttle to Ohare worked out well. The gym is nice. There also are tons of restaurants and the outlet mall within walking distance.

Coming back to Chicago this will be the place I’ll come back to book for my stay Had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth. The room was nice, relaxing, and well kept. Definitely enjoyed the overall vibe and would stay here again when visiting Chicago. Highly recommend!

I thought I knew what to expect, as I've stayed at other nearby hotels for conventions, but this hotel is so much more luxurious than I was expecting for the price! I initially thought it might've been too far to walk to the convention center as a person who uses an assisted walking device, but the walk was comfortable and even enjoyable! I didn't get to go to the attached restaurant, but the food looked amazing and smelled great on the way in & out and I appreciate that it stayed open late.

The property is beautiful yet unpretentious. It is so close to O’Hare and the free shuttle is a huge benefit these days. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. I stayed here to go to a concert at the Rosemont Theater and it was right across the street. Very convenient. Far from downtown Chicago.

The beds and pillows are so comfortable!!! Parking was average pricing and the staff were really nice!!! There is a stain on the lamp shade next to my bed. Don’t really care just thought it could be replaced atleast!

I decided to stay at this hotel based solely on the pictures and location provided online. The hotel was spotless, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. For dinner, I opted for the hotel’s restaurant, “The Ashburn.” The food was decent, but be prepared to pay a premium since it’s a more upscale establishment. Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with my short stay.

hotel itself is very clean, room clean fridge did have a bit of a scent of left over food something but not terrible, very busy miss loews when it wasnt as busy less people and less waiting time also when parking was included not only is it extremely hard to find parking spots but we are send to the very top and they have the first of the parking used for valet parking which makes no sense if its valet it should be at top not for costumers also should be a faster way to get to the hotel that connects the ramp or should have multiple doors to get to the hotel coming from the

The Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff even better. It was nice having a Starbucks in the hotel. Parking was really easy and convenient, and priced fair considering the location and lack of parking in the area. I purchased 6 rooms for employees and myself. They all agreed they would prefer to stay again when in the area. I stay 30 plus nights in hotels a year. This was by far one of the nicer ones. My only complaint was the restaurant. We had a party of 9 and our bill was 600.00 with a 22% mandatory gratuity. I am ok with the gratuity if the service matches the expense. Dinner started with us having to ask the host after 20 plus min of being seated if we were assigned a waiter, because we hadn't been greeted or taken drink orders. 7 of the 9 of us were missing one or more of the dinner items we ordered. They asked towards the end of dinner how everything was, we told them we were still waiting on food, he apologized and only fixed one or two orders and acted confused apologized for the confusion, but the bill never reflected. In addition, other than to take our order drop food off and pick up plates/ asked how everything was we didn't see him. No refills. So, a 22% was theft.

Entire Staff has exceptional customer service. Entire property is impeccably clean. Parking was simple. I like simple. Always like Starbucks, but perhaps LaVazza in the rooms. Enjoyed the night meditation channel. I have trouble sleeping. Great selection of restaurants, shopping, theatre, and conventions. Wish the pool was open. I would have extended my stay for sure. In the big picture, there was nothing I didn't like. Is it in poor taste to suggest a Reisling on the menu. Again, not unhappy.

Very friendly staff. Place was clean and quiet. The bed sheets are super thick and get too hot so even cranking the air down doesn’t work. It’s an oven no matter what.

Got there at 8:30 at night after he canceled flight at O’Hare had nothing but carry-on baggage with us. The front desk was carrying enough to offer us disposable toothbrushes toothpaste, even shampoo and hair gel. They offered deodorant, but we had some this is a first class management organization.

Beautiful modern hotel at a surprisingly low rate - welcoming staff, wonderful on-site restaurant, right next to a very nice mall and only 5 min shuttle to the airport that runs every 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

The location was great. The room was clean. The housekeeper was very persistent on cleaning our room on that Friday morning. The first time she came to the room, we explained to her that we were not ready for the room to be cleaned yet and politely asked her to come back. I’m not sure if she understood us. She came back shortly after that and was saying she needed to clean the room and we told her again that we were still in the room and we would be out shortly. We felt slightly rushed.

Not similar to the downtown location—more of a nice Holiday Inn feel. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom configuration a little odd with a very small sink. Robes were provided in the Luxury King. Starbucks on site charged $8 for a Venti Latte. The bottled water in the room had an $8 price tag. Best to bring your own drinks and snacks. Did not try the restaurant but it is attached, and right outside the door is a Capital Grille and McCormick & Schmicks. Airport shuttle was on time and a very short ride. Hotel is conveniently located and very quiet.

I was really happy with my stay especially the fact that they had the bar downstairs. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious absolutely loved it will be returning.

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint is that the wifi on the tv would not work so I could not get any of the apps to load.

Location and was given connecting rooms for our two rooms. Arrived at 5pm local time. Left for dinner at 615pm and one of our two rooms were still not cleaned. I was asked for my phone number but never received a text the room was ever completed.

Great hotel near O’Hare Airport. The location is very convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

it does not look or feel like a 4.5 star hotel, property and rooms are outdated. The staff, at least the person who checked us in was not the most courteous and nice person. Seemed like she had a lot of attitude. Rooms were not consistent, I had 2 rooms, one had a tub and the other was a walk-in shower. Not impressed at all with the whole experience.

Understaffed on bell hops. Had to bring our own bags in with snow and ice all around the entrance. Disappoint!

Staff were very friendly and efficient upon check in, and subsequently at check out. Very helpful and ready to answer questions. The hotel itself is very very nice and quiet. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean, and modern. Food at the restaurant downstairs was excellent. I was very impressed by the whole experience of staying at this hotel, especially as it was a last minute find after flight cancelation during Winter Storm Fern.

I’m not sure what the charge for $7.49 was. I never received an invoice for it.

More clarity on the breakfast included booking. “Free breakfast” on my booking was not free. At the hotel the gave me a dollar credit amount of $65 total which was not specified in my booking.

Maggie was great and very accommodating. After what seemed like an eternity of failed attempts of getting home today. United ended up not loading our luggage! However, Maggie to the rescue with toothbrushes, deodorant and makeup remover!

This was our 3rd Lowes location we have stayed at, and it will continue to be our hotel of choice. We are never disappointed. Staff is helpful and courteous on another level compared to any other luxurious hotel in it’s class. Clean room, loaded with amenities, close to tons of attractions and restaurants! Amazing!

Comfy beds. I love the ability to control the TV from your phone. Only slight beef is the lack of a shower door. This is becoming really common and I’m personally not a fan. I get that it prevents mold and makes it easy to clean but wowza! is it cold in the morning! Also as a woman with long hair, I don’t want to wash it every day and the rainfall shower makes it more difficult to avoid getting hair drenches, necessitating leaning away and, leaning away when there is no shower door? Brrrrr… All that said I would book this hotel again. I’ve stayed here several times. I love this hotel and its convenient location (boom! right to the airport!). I love a luxurious hotel experience and this is solid for the Rosemont area.

My husband and I wanted to take the 6:45 AM shuttle to the airport, however, the moment we told the driver we were flying out with Delta in terminal 5, he told us that it would take him half an hour to get there and we should take the train instead. We do not live in the Rosemont/O’Hare area. We are not familiar with train and bus schedules. It was raining. Instead of taking a shuttle with a driver who obviously did not want us on board, or trying to figure out where the train is or how to get there, I paid $20~ for an Uber driver to get us to terminal 5 in under six minutes. I picked Loews O’Hare over other hotels because of the convenience of the complimentary airport shuttle. I’m disappointed in my experience to say the least.

When we arrived the property was clean as usual. Overall I am satisfied with the stay but considering the cost of the rooms here you should receive water that is not $8 dollars each and a microwave should be standard in the rooms considering lower scale rooms have them available.

The shuttle service to the airport/hotel is a nice amenity as is the wonderful eating establishments on the property in addition to shopping with esteemed brands. Quiet, secure, committed to cleanliness standards, filled with amenities l, and a guest-focused staff make the Loews home base when in Chicago.

It was a lovely stay overall of 2 nights. I think this is the maximum I would do in this location because it’s still a ways away from Chicago and activities aside from the Rosemont Theater. Also, we struggled with the wifi the whole time but again, it was a quick trip so not the worst thing to endure.

The furniture in my suite was chipped and worn. Neither the remote nor the refrigerator worked. The gift shop did not have a good assortment of snacks. They also charged me $2 for a paper cup with hot water in it.

Property was overall nice . It has 3 close restaurants and looks nice and quiet. The bathrooms only have. Waterfall shower in the regular rooms . I’m used to the waterfall head being optional and being able to aim water on my body . You cannot with this shower . It is ONLY the rainfall head on the ceiling.There was trash between my night stand and bed like it hadn’t been swept . I was in room 457 Idk if it’s beneath the laundry room or what but we were woke up by what sounded like a washing machine spinning and tapping noises. I told the front desk and they did nothing . Just said “ I’m sorry about that .” Overall , at a discounted rate I’d stay here . I definitely wouldn’t spend more than $250 per night .

Shuttle frequent to airport

Everything and everyone really exceeded expectations except the beds. Both beds in the room were near collapsing, one actually felt like my feet were above my head.

My stay was wonderful with the exception of a late night phone call I received from front desk asking me to provide an additional credit card as the one on file wasn’t enough to cover the charges made. I stated this couldn’t have waited until the morning or called at a decent hour? as I had to be up at 5am for a conference. I stated no worries I’ll give u my card number and he states no you will have to bring the physical card down. I said absolutely not you have woken me out of my sleep to bring you a card when I’m already checking out tomorrow? I will bring it in the morning and he said no problem I’ll put a note. Like if it was no problem then why do that? And at that hour? That left a bad taste in my mouth which is why I can’t fully give it 5 starts however my stay was pleasant otherwise

My parking was comped ($40) and I received a $12 food credit at Ashburns. Nice touch. Staff was great. There is a Capital Grill and McCormick and Schmidt's on the property.

Not happy/ I attempted to book for Aug 18 and it auto booked for Aug 19th. I was arrived at hotel and was stranded. The guy at front desk said they could give me a refund and to have Expedia reach out. Only to be denied the refund - Not honest

Hotel is fabulous overall. Great large rooms that are super clean. Breakfast was great with an a la cart or buffet option. I had a $12 dollar resort credit that no one ever mentioned so i couldnt put it to use. A little annoying as it wasnt in the reservation either. But a great hotel with a mall and lots of shops a short walk away.

I was real impressed with how comfortable the bed and bedding was.

We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning and the buffet was very nice. The staff was attentive and there were plenty of options. The workout room was very well appointed and conveniently located. We were here for a convention and already have plans to stay here again next year.

Great stay. Clean room. Easy check in. Only part was the restaurant food was not the best. Our bill was close to $250 and for that price (almost the cost of the room) you would assume it was going to be an amazing meal. My salmon was good. Husband branzino was not. Kids chicken noodle soup was good. Other child has pizza. Other child had noodles. Other child had cesar salad. Was expensive for the items that we ordered

I always book Loews when ever I go to Chicago, I like both the O'hare and downtown locations. I like the hotel because it is clean, staff is great, sound proof, welcoming. Great hotel for families!!!

I enjoyed the room service . Excellent chicken soup and steak with chocolate lava cake!! The o hare shuttle bus is great . We stay here for park and fly too. Secure garage. Or get a Lou Malanatti pizza delivered to your room!! Yum!
