Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Its location is also highly appreciated, being close to the airport, shopping, and dining options. However, some guests have complained about the noise, parking issues, and lack of free breakfast.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Noise from airplanes and hallways
- Parking issues and extra charges

Long term parking available.

Excellent stay. Pets do stay free, but they limit you to the first floor. Walking distance to restaurants and a venue that sometimes has live music (pets are NOT allowed there). Only inconvenience was the parking situation - you park in a garage (attached to the hotel via skywalk) for the shopping area and the hotel validates your parking tickets for a daily fee.

There’s no free breakfast everything in the make shift kitchen was over priced the shower has no shelves in it and I had to keep opening the shower door to access my toiletries!! The refrigerator was in the bathroom area under a table and the door jammed to the freezer I was offered another one with no freezer and that fridge wasn’t cold! The mattress on the bed was sliding around the wooden pallet it sits on! The pillows were worn out and flat! My stay was decent, probably won’t rebook this hotel!
- 4/5
Toilet sat way too low. Bedside lights didn’t work. Long way to park car need valet for that.

Great staff. Clean room. Great service handling packages.

* Spacious room * Comfortable bed * Good location relative to the conference center * Breakfast options were minimal. * The lobby had an unpleasant smell due to the excessive use of “house perfume” — think toilet spray on steroids. * The bathroom could use a deep clean. * Housekeeping was only available upon request. * The air conditioning was very old and about as loud as a plane taking off.

Stayed for a quick sleep between a concert and an early flight. Room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was a bit confusing and the parking price was steep.
- 4/5
Nice hotel near O'hare walking distance to many restaurants and the Outlet Mall. Comfortable bed with pick-up breakfast in the lobby. My only complaint is the heating system is very loud and distracting while sleeping.

- 3/5
Everything was great except the parking. Parking is between $20-$40. Parking was supposed to be validated by the hotel but was still charged $20 to exit the parking garage and once your in your in. No in and out privileges. Also got a mysterious accidental $50 hotel charge after I was checked out that the employees couldn’t explain. I’m still waiting for all the extra charges to fall off!
- 4/5
There was no free breakfast. $2.50 for an overripe banana was steep. The rooms were clean and comfy.
- 5/5
Great room and clean property. Good location near bus and train station. Great staff as well
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and helpful with questions. Room was nice size for a short stay. WiFi was a bit hard to connect to. Breakfast options for purchase was a good selection.
- 4/5
Wish there was a bathtub. Loved the room though. Great location to the square in downtown rosemont.
- 5/5
Great lobby bar. The whole lobby area felt like an upscale lounge. It was raa was ally nice!

I truly enjoyed my stay @ the Chicago o”hare Aloft. Truly a great local close the the convention center. The staff was pleasant and the room modern and clean. I would recommend them and definitely stay again. Plus they have a pool!
- 3/5
At first, everything went wrong, the room hadn't been cleaned, and there were bugs on the shower curtain, which also looked dirty. We spoke with the front desk, and they moved us to another room; it was clean, but the air conditioner made a lot of noise.
- 5/5
It was a little noisy being near an airport but, thats kinda given all things considered. If you can sleep past that, this was one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at. I loved my time here.

Great location, value The staff is not reasonable, refused to give a receipt citing that I booked the reservation from third party. I don’t understand why would a staff try to this to punish a customer. It is probably between the companies contract but don’t act like you are running the business. If you guys don’t want us to book from third party, then don’t list us on the third party website.

Right by the airport so, loud. A/C was noisy. Pretty clean. $20 extra for parking.

Not sure if they have plumbing issues or what but there’s a weird scent coming from the sink and shower that seems to be masked with air freshener. Some of the other guests have the same issue. Also, room service never came to our room to exchange the towels in the 3 days we were there. Other than that, it’s a good enough hotel. They have a shuttle and around the corner there’s a comedy club, bowling alley, and AMC Theater.
- 5/5
Everything perfect
- 5/5
The only haha downside, housekeeping walked in at 9 am (husband said she knocked but he wasn't sure if it was me in the shower knocking or the door next store) so she walked in with a clipboard and got the scare of her life with a half naked, 50's over weight man! Now I'm not asking for anything for me but come on Aloft its 2026 why are your cleaning crews still using paper!?! Get those workers on a App!

The king-size bed was very comfortable, & we fell right asleep.
- 4/5
This place is nice and clean! It’s perfect for a night stay with 24 hour free shuttle.
- 3/5
The beds and pullows however were not very comfortable. I found the bed to be very hard and hurt my back and hips. I could not get comfortable. The pillows are puffy but flatten when you put your head on them and because of the lack ok support my neck was very sore. Our room faced the highway and the noise from the traffic was so loud you could hear people racing and reving their cars. You could hear the planes flying and you could feel the shaking from the plane above. The staff was very friendly and took care of our needs. Ooh another thing. The food is extremely expensive. I bought a Gatorade water and an icecream bar and spent $21.00! That was all I purchased. They also do not have a complementary breakfast.
- 4/5
Good experience

The location is nice for doing a night at the entertainment district. The hotel was clean, however the beds are awful! Like sleeping on a board! My back is killing me. I thought is was just me, but my 21 year old daughter woke up and said the same thing, her hip hurts! Also the woman at the front desk was a bit snippy.
- 5/5
It was wonderful. Staff is great

Good place to stay

Ice is downstairs and not on the floor your at I was never told this when I checked into my room when I went with the bucket up and down the hallway saw house keeper and she said the ice is downstairs other then that bed was very comfortable
- 5/5
Great visit 😊
- 4/5
The vibe & parking spaces! Right there!!!!
- 3/5
When we arrived we were told there was no valet. Also, parking is validated when you were a guest at zanies or sugar factory, so why were we charged for parking? The room door (257) was not opening or shutting properly. We let them know it had issues. They said they would contact maintenance. Only plus was walking to zanies and sugar factory. Lastly, it was very noisy-our room heard street honks and all the business noise. I don’t know if there are quieter rooms throughout but this one was loud.

Nice feel and vibe. Location was good and shuttle to airport was great. Parking a plus Food at the bar was just ok. Burger fine but the ceaser salad was terrible

Clean room, the lobby smelled nice, liked the bar (though seemed a little pricey)

Staff were great. However, our water was milky white the entire time. We were almost afraid to brush our teeth with it. It was strange and unappealing. Otherwise, stay was great!

The set up of the room was great. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a sufficient amount of table space and walking room around the bed. The only thing I would have changed is the location of the couch. The couch was under the television, which made the bed the only sitting area.
- 5/5
Close to ORD, great shuttle service

Always a great stay and convenient to Ohare

The property was featured but I will never book through booking.com again! They offer a price match and do t honor it. This same place was available on other websites cheaper including Marriott. I will never book through them again! Go through somebody else!!

Amenities no on-site restaurant is killing the business. In my opinion people do not wanna have to travel or order food. You can have it all in one would be the best move brightening the place up might help a bit.

The shower to me looked like the YMCA circa 1980 or at least what I imagine it would’ve looked like. The place is looking really rundown, but you can’t argue with its proximity a lot of fun places that are walking distance. That is literally the only reason to stay there
- 5/5
Excellent service

Room was clean and loved the layout. Staff was friendly. Definitely coming back. Bar was chill
- 5/5
Very clean
- 4/5
Rooms were small. Good location. Easy to walk to things. Good price for the room.
- 3/5
The room was in good condition, the only thing was the toilet had a smell maybe had to do with the plumbing or from not being used in awhile not sure but after it got flushed a couple times the smell went away. I got great sleep and it was quiet. Also wish it had better breakfast options that were worth the prices.

The carpet was a bit worn looking at the entrance and leading to the sleeping area. Pillows could be better (more supportive). Overall, a beautiful hotel and a comfortable stay. I would book again.

Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, great location.
- 5/5
Great staff especially shuttle
- 3/5
For $200 a night should not have to overpay for a terrible breakfast.
- 5/5
It was a fun hotel and the flight was smooth
- 5/5
The matriz slip from the base, is all my concern
- 4/5
Talked to front desk about shuttle to airport on Sat. They started a list, we were the first on list. Said be there 5 mins prior. Should up and was told shuttle is full and no room. On top of that the shuttle driving said he couldn't leave until set time ??? Make sense to leave when shuttle is full and get back to hotel for the next group.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Very clean. Close to airport. Easy transportation to and from airport.

Bathroom has a weird smell, getting room cleaned is a major hassle, only positive thing is it's proximity to the Big 10 conf center

Aloft was such a great experience for us. The staff are so kind and friendly. Our room was very clean and well equipped. Everything about this hotel was clean. Across the street is a tiny area filled with so many restaurants and bar options. The outlet mall is also across the street. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone
- 5/5
However, our stay at ALoft was very pleasant. It was clean, functional and quiet.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was very kind, really great stay!
- 5/5
We stayed with our two dogs & the staff were very friendly & helpful.
- 5/5
The only complaint I have is that the bathroom smelled strongly like sewage. It was very clean, no disturbing looking stains or anything. But the smell of sewage was at times overwhelming.
- 3/5
Hall ways were dirty. Only one elevator working.
- 5/5
Great communication, friendly staff, super clean and bar was awesome! Area not very walkable but great for a night on way to airport.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Would stay again even offers early morning free shuttle to airport
- 5/5
Very good service
- 4/5
Otherwise it was the best aloft we’ve stayed at! The room was set up well and the vanity was great! The toilets are very low—for someone who’s almost 6ft it’s a long way down, but everything else is great!
- 4/5
Airport Shuttle was the reason and positive reviews is why we booked and it made the trip so much better to manage. Staff were amazing and very accommodating and helpful.
- 3/5
hotel was just ok, not great. Terrible food.
- 2/5
Arrived exhausted and minutes after falling asleep fireworks started outside my window. An hour later more noise awakened me.
- 3/5
The property needs a bit of renovation.
- 4/5
Inside our room, the bathroom door glass was broken. Being with two children under 3 years, we were scared.
- 5/5
Very clean room. Quiet, comfortable beds, very nice hotel.
- 4/5
Everything was fine I just didn’t like how I had to personally request for housekeeping every day, there was no room service and pool wasn’t open. This is more for a quick stay and leave option, not for vacation

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities were very clean. The only problem was the shower has a frosted glass ceiling to floor length wall that looks out into the bedroom. The carpet was very wet by this wall in the bedroom. I assumed that water had leaked out onto the bedroom carpet and had been happening for some time. I did notify desk staff upon our departure. Otherwise the accommodations fully met our needs.
- 5/5
This was our second stay at Aloft Rosemont and you really can’t beat the convenience. Entertainment is within walking distance, they validate your parking, and there is a lot to do within a short drive. The staff was super friendly, they have delicious breakfast options, but I will say it was kind of a bummer that the pool was closed for maintenance while we were there. Also the paint was peeling on an elevator door so some upkeep might be time. On our second day we noticed a slight musty odor in our room, which we couldn’t figure out. All in all, our stay was fantastic and we will for sure be back!

- 4/5
It was a nice stay. Convent shuttle
- 5/5
Very clean and a quiet hotel.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here a number of times over the last 15 years and it’s always been consistently brilliant. Can’t fault it. Staff are kind and polite. It’s easy to access and the shuttle is great. Right opposite the fashion outlets mall which was a plus. The pool was shut on this occasion but we wouldn’t have had time to use it anyway
- 5/5
Great place to stay and you can walk to multiple places instead of driving.
- 5/5
This is one of the best hotels I've been to so far, and the only complaint I have is that it's just like other newer hotels and apartments with no bathtub. That's it, staff is nice, lobby area is amazing, room is comfortable and clean, and even the rooms Mr. Coffee pot was still slightly wet from being cleaned.
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
The trip and hotel was great, only thing is having to pay for parking
- 5/5
the hotel staff was helpful with our first stay questions how to get a round the other locations near by.
- 4/5
Good vibe. Comfortable beds. Nice outdoor space. Fitness room sufficient. Parking was a tad confusing.
- 4/5
The room, front desk, and overall property were above average, but there is no walkway to the parking garage which is weird. You have to cut through the shrubbery or go to the end of the gate and walk back. The biggest annoyance was that checkout is 12 but as we were trying to get dressed to leave for the day housekeeping knocked at 9 am, and opened our door without knocking while I was at the sink doing my hair in my bra and panties. NOT HAPPY.
- 5/5
Thanks.
- 2/5
Nothing works here. We were told they had a pool and it was empty. We wanted to go sit outaide by the fire place....it wasn't working. The amount we paid for nothing to work ia unfair.
- 5/5
Everything nice and smooth
- 1/5
Bad place
- 3/5
It was fine for a quick overnight stay but it’s worn down and appears dirty
- 2/5
I was in room 424. It was a bad experience no more aloft hotel for me. The room is not representable at all.
- 5/5
Checked in fairly late (10pm). Kitchen and bar were still open which was great!
- 5/5
Odd location - had to drive through a mall parking garage to reach it but once there - it is a nice and hip hotel.
- 3/5
I didn’t like the bathroom. It seemed to be designed for people with disabilities, but it felt more like a gym shower room. It’s hard to explain, but it just felt odd to me.
- 5/5
The Aloft is a gracious host for travelers who have dogs and don’t want to pay a fortune in fees to bring them along, or feel apologetic for having them come along in the first place! Aloft has it all worked out, and I applaud their thoughtfulness and planning to make our stay with a pet an enjoyable experience!
- 5/5
Will definitely stay here again!! Like the room design.

All great
- 5/5
Our stay was great. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great hotel close to the airport. The shuttle runs every 1/2 hour and the staff is really nice.
- 2/5
Terrible. The shower door wouldn't close, the refrigerator was ridiculously loud and the AC wasn't working well. Also upon check in, nobody even explained any of the amenities. I received two different explanations of what parking options there were.
- 5/5
Room was great
- 5/5
We celebrated my sisters 21st birthday, A Loft is a great place to stay, so clean and comfy and close to everything we needed to get to!
- 4/5
Easy to get in and out quickly
- 5/5
Walking to distance to many restaurants
- 5/5
Nice property and great stay. The staff is really helpful.
- 3/5
Check in was great. Front desk answered all my questions. The room was adequate, yet spacious. The fan in the bathroom stopped working and was noisy when it did work. Beds on a platform is nice but it kept sliding off when I sat on the side. Upon check out, the front desk person who spoke to me did not even make eye contact. Very cold energy. Overall, the hotel is nice, but I will stay somewhere else next time. A bit overpriced.
- 5/5
Love this spot
- 5/5
The shuttle drivers were very helpful with the multiple trips back and forth to the airport to locate luggage and giving us good directions and ideas to make Chicago work while we were delayed for a few days.
- 5/5
Perfect!
- 4/5
My only feed back is that my shower soaked the bathroom floor evey time it was used. And the grout on bathroom tile needs some TLC.
- 2/5
Great location. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled like sewer and the room had a very weird smell. We notified the front desk but it appears they sprayed the room with something that only lasted a few hours. Otherwise everything was fine. But the smell was too much to overcome.
- 2/5
The hotel was fine but there was no AC in our room. We asked for maintenance, he turned the unit off, then on, and said he’d bring us a fan. We asked if we could switch rooms but we never heard from anyone again. When telling the front desk staff at check out, no one seemed to care. I would not stay at an Aloft again.
- 5/5
Rooms clean and staff was very outstanding!
- 1/5
They Charged me again for my room I had paid for before arriving. She told me that she would charge my card for a $50 deposit, charged my card for $170, when I asked about she Couldn’t make it make sense claimed they would reverse the charge and Still Nothing!!
- 4/5
Very nice, only complaint is it takes very long to get hot water - therefore you waste a lot of water before it comes out hot. That’s upsetting. They told me “maybe boilers not working”
- 4/5
Love the hotel, very modern and fun. I do wish you didn’t have to schedule house keeping though and they had set days to do it.
- 5/5
Walking distance to outlet mall and Rosemont theater. Close to expressway and CTA blue line L

Loved it
- 5/5
It was really quiet and the customer service was so helpful
- 3/5
The interior was cool. But poor amenities, no microwave, and you were price-gauged for parking. Breakfast was available for "purchase", very little given for a lot of money. The Carpet was cool ....

Clean, pretty, and comfy bed wasted due to terrible night of no sleep caused by noisy aircon, noisy guests in hallway, and marijuana smell coming through door. Had to be at airport 6AM. Booked this place to get a good night’s sleep before flying.

Walking to outlet is convenient. Parking fees overnight is not too high. Staffs are friendly. Beds are comfortable.

Aside from having to pay every single time you park, it’s a great location. I just wish they had in and out available options for the parking garage.

Clean room, friendly staff, close to airport with free shuttle, the only downside for me is that since it’s close to the airport, I could hear airplanes passing by, no free breakfast but with free coffee and tea.
