My only complaint was that the elevators were super slow and that it was hot, otherwise, everything was great!

Love the location, shuttle service, and overall design of the hotel. Definitely could be a little more clean. We walked in and our room smelled like cigarette smoke and we found a discarded cigarette right by the window. Because we were traveling with two young children this definitely wasn’t ideal. So brought the rating down for us on account of uncleanliness

This hotel is close to the airport, and the free shuttle to the hotel was handy. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes. The atrium is beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. This is the perfect place to stay, and I'd stay here again!

The location is perfect from the airport. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant across the street at the Doubletree is delicious! This Embassy Suites definitely needs a facelift. The carpets were very dirty. The elevators are dirty. The room toilet had rust rolling down and the chairs in the dining area were very stained.

Is was very close to the Rosemont Theater where I went to a concert. The guests next door were loud until 2:00 am non stop and children were still up they were loud and obnoxious.

In total we don’t need more than that. The only thing that I would like to see is a coffee stand available 24/7 (with a fee or not). The hotel has critical hrs (9-11am) that no where to get coffee. Most of guests leave the or leave to work . And at night after 11pm to 6:30am . No coffee for the road. Too bad!!!

The Embassy Suites Rosemont is lovely hotel. The rooms are huge! I was only there for an overnight stay but will visit again. A a formoer Chicagoian this location was great to get around without a vehicle. Theres airport shuttle to and from the airport. I also walked across the street and hoped on the Conference shuttle to the Blue line to get around. Breakfast was great I had a veggie omelete and potatoes. There was fruit and pasteries I didnt have and waffel station. Offerings of only pork sausage made me sad but they did have a chicken fajita omelete that I didnt try. Coffee was great and juice offerings was available.

Nothing. Breakfast was horrible. Pretty sure they used cheese wiz in the cheese omlettes. The selection was minimal. The room walls were paper thin. They did a horrible job cleaning the rooms and the water in the pool was gross dirty. I wish I was kidding. Theres was a ton of hair and dirt floating around. The rooms need renovation. Finally FINALLY the wait for the elevators was insane. I don't have one positive thing to say.

The pool was a good size but had some really rough spots that scratched my kids up like crazy, some to the point of a good amount of blood.

The hotel was in a good location. It seems pretty run down and needs some updating or maintenance. However, it was clean and the staff was very helpful. I wish I had known about the price for parking before booking.

The breakfast was good, though vegetarian options were somewhat limited. The room size with the 2 Queen Suites setup was comfortable for family travel. However, the interior ambience was not particularly impressive compared to other Embassy Suites locations we have visited. We also noticed some inconveniences such as missing utensils/paper items in the room, and at times the intercom/phone system did not work properly. Not sure if we happened to get a room with maintenance issues. Overall, it was a reasonable stay for a family trip mainly because of the location convenience, parking, and breakfast benefits.

As we were leaving the building, the staff was still behind the desk checking people in. Sofa bed in my room was garbage - springs poking out everywhere.

I like the location. I like the welcome reception. It was a nice, comfortable, clean room. We checked in about 7 pm and checked out at 530 am so it was a quick stay. The airport shuttle was perfect. Nothing.

Amazing clean squeaky room. The hotel is really beautiful and reminded me of hotels in Dubai. The layout is amazing. Breakfast is okay like most hotels in the area, nothing extraordinary.

The bartenders were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. The showers could be upgraded to a walk in to make it easier and roomier to use but overall a wonderful stay.

This was a beautiful hotel with the nicest staff and wonderful amenities. I hope to stay here again.

Just there for the night but staff was great, friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle service took a while to pick up at international terminal 5, but probably just unfortunate timing. Shuttle leaving was exactly on time.

Sunday night 5/4. I walk in the store with my cell & a bag of candy. I approached the cashier, he snatched it out on my hand said i had to pay 1st he scan, the scanner didn't read it, I explained to him that I walked in with the bag he didn't apologize

Manager didn’t keep his word in refunding money to me for items taken from my room by cleaning staff. Front desk Staff was not helpful or knowledgeable and a housekeeping work went through my suitcase and removed items that didn’t belong to them. I felt my privacy was totally violated. I advise future guest to lock your suitcase when you leave your room.

Room was a little dated. Windows were terrible...dirty, leaks around window frame. Our room was across from staff elevator and ice machine so lots of noise especially in the early morning. They didn't have bacon for breakfast...the only reason I went down for breakfast.

The room was great. The biggest plus about this hotel is the complimentary breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, coffees and drinks and build your own omelet bar. The hashbrowns and some omelets could be done without some spices. But this is no rinky-dinky complimentary breakfast! Beware, daily parking is $39!!!

The room was huge, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It even had three sinks, which was great for our girl's trip-- we were able to spread all of our makeup and skincare without getting in eachother's way! The beds were super comfy, the breakfast buffet was big and had so many options, and evening snacks with 2 complimentary drinks was incredible.

There were no instructions on the airport shuttle. I had to call the main desk. Even then, I was in the wrong terminal and I had no idea how to find the correct terminal. Honestly, I was so hungry and tired I just wanted to cry. We were going to St. Thomas the next morning. Out of the entire trip this was the most stressful.

The location was the sole redeeming quality. The room's cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The bed provided an uncomfortable experience, and the sofa bed exhibited noticeable stains and wear. The pull-out bed's mattress was inadequate, and the floor also presented cleanliness concerns.

I like it’s attached to the convention center makes it easy for the dance competition we were there for and the happy hour and breakfast is great! It is very clean but it is starting to become outdated. I wish they would start updating a little bit.

Embassy suites is usually one of my go to hotels. However this one needs some refresh especially for the beds which were lumpy, had a sink hyarea and overall none supportive. Additionally the phone didn't work to call front desk or room service etc...we were just there for 1 night and this was discovered late . Lastly would prefer in room dining options that had more than pasta or salad options. A basic burger or chicken strips were lacking.... traveling with dairy allergy really limits pizza options.

Unfortunately this is an older property that has not been updated so almost inappropriate to review as the age of the property becomes the main criticism!

The hotel overall was quiet clean and well-appointed My problem came at the start of the trip when the shuttle bus drivers looked at my reservation and told me they did not go to this particular hotel I waited an additional 45 minutes until I was able to convince a driver that he was to take me to my hotel. Also I found out too late that the hotel could have provided me a brown bag breakfast since I was leaving so early in the morning to catch a flight and they did not offer it to me.

The breakfast area and quality was excellent. The hotel is showing wear and tear. Needs updating. We enjoyed our stay and will return. Easy parking and efficient shuttle to the airport.

Be aware that the parking is a little expensive 40$ a day. The bottle waters sold there are crazy as well. Those two changes or adjustments and it would get my 5 starts

The rooms were very spacious and the amenities are excellent. We were evacuated without notice in the middle of the day, had to run down 5 flights of stairs in a panic. I'm still not aware if there was an actual fire, no communication was given before or after the event. It was truly scary.

Large Cockroach in bathroom which I killed with my shoe. There was no water pressure in shower just a trickle of water, not enough to take a shower. The handle seemed to be broken to turn on the shower, it just went around in a circle. We have reservations to stay there after our trip and I am not happy that it is a non refundable stay and am not looking forward to staying there again.

On site restaurant was absolutely delicious, staff at check in were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast on site had a great variety of options. Room was spacious. Was quite warm even with adjusting thermostat down, and did not have a freezer option but otherwise we had a great stay and would stay here again.

My stay was lovely the only thing i can complain about is, at check i wasn't give waters or told about the pool or fitness center or about happy hour or about breakfast, like the other customers that were checking in at the same time were told that was very disappointing but other then that my stay was great.

I feel for the staff, they are doing the best with what management has given them, unfortunately management hasn't given them much. It's hard when the employees seem to care more then the owner(s).

I booked a room on Friday afternoon and went to check in on Friday night. When I arrived the man at the front desk said that they didn’t have any reservations so I gave him the confirmation number. He preceded to tell me that I needed to give him a credit card and that I needed to contact Expedia because he couldn’t do anything. I was charged from both Expedia and my credit card. I now have to waste my time and do a charge back because they didn’t help and I was charged twice.

Felt like a hotel used for paid hook ups. I checked out after I felt unsafe with the clientele. Nothing with the hotel staff. I could see the people passing my room and was offered services on the elevator. I checked out right after. I gave it 3 stars because the staff was friendly, room was clean and the shuttle was a bonus.

We could hear dance music in bed till after 1:00 AM from a business across the street. Had a sound machine and couldn’t drown it out. Parking garage was full without notice; we found out when we got to the top parking deck and had to turn around. Staff were friendly and the breakfast wasn’t terrible. Surprisingly what bothered me the most was trying to call the front desk to request early check in and reaching an AI agent and not being able to reach an actual person. Total shocker: don’t recommend and not staying again.

They tried to charge me $500 more than my Expedia price. Thankfully I had a copy of my Expedia reservation so they adjusted the price. Not a great way to end a trip that was last minute for the funeral of my father-in-law and my kids grandfather. Tub/showers were old and didn’t work well. Some of the pillows were so lumpy we couldn’t use them.

The rooms are very dated. The bathroom had mold. The beds were very tired and collapsed to the middle. My son preferred sleeping on the ground over the pull out couch. The door to the refrigerator was broken and smelled of freezer burn. The hallways always had left behind items including a bucket stained by feces with a plunger in it. The breakfast was disappointing to say the least. The pool was too cold, the water appeared to have a film on it too, and the towels that were provided were basically rags. We all felt the need to shower after swimming. We won’t be back.

I do enjoy my stays at the Embassy. The room sizes and amenities work well for our family. When we travel in the U.S, we make it a point to look for an Embassy first. We did enjoy our stay. The parking location was perfect. The indoor pool and gym, very nice! Front desk receptionists super friendly!! CONS: The buldingseems to need a bit of maintenance. The bathrooms seems to consistently have leaking issues. Water leaked out of the bathroom on the hallway carpet. No matter how careful or the amount of towels we used for a barrier, water would not drain properly. The shower fixtures operate properly. The hand shower holder is not the proper one for the hand shower. When showering , it would out of the holder and hit you or spray water everywhere. Elevators were so overally utilized, it would take ages to get a lift. ( Are there stairs to use instead?) Pull out couch was the worst we have ever slept on. Second level area by the elevators, smells like sewer at certain times. Noticed in the morning and raining times. Anyway, we will be back in a few months. We plan to stay again. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The outer room where our granddaughter slept on the sofabed was very loud from the open area and very bright at night. Because of the unexpected $78.00 fee for parking for a day and half, we will not be returning.

Everything was perfect except for when we got back to our room we had no heat and it was below zero outside. We called the front desk they sent somebody up to check the thermostat it couldn't be fixed at that time because it was late. They offered us two more rooms we declined but then they ccomped us for the parking. Other than that it was a great stay, a nice hotel in the staff was very friendly

Staff did not even help us with our luggage. My mom is disabled and we have to open the door by ourselves while pushing the luggage cart all by ourselves. I asked the receptionist and told us no one is available and looked away.

It was just ok, nothing special

First when we called to confirm our reservation it could not be found. When going direct online with the hotel it was found right away. Arrived to check in and told $39 extra for parking for our no extra charges Expedia price. Walked into our room to find a crumb covered couch. The couch was saggy and very worn also. The chair was stained in multiple spots. One of the beds had large spots on the top and down the side. The tile in front of the microwave had black spots. The bathtub had drips of something down the side. Called down to the desk who gave us the choice of sending up house cleaning or change rooms. They brought us up a key for a new room and checked the room that was dirty. Comment was that "they sure missed cleaning this one" and gave us a couple of extra punch cards for drinks. Too bad we don't drink and were not going to be there during that time anyway as we had to be at the airport. Second room was better or so we thought at first. When closing the curtains later that night found spatters of something all over the inner curtain. In the bathroom the tub faucet was turned facing out towards the floor, if the water had been turned on it would have gone all over the floor. Also it was filthy dirty on the underside that was showing. The soap holder near the shower head had been broken and was attempted to be covered with caulking to cover the broken edge. The breakfast was very good the next morning with good choices and helpful staff. I did take photos.

I chose this hotel because I’ve stayed at several Embassy Suites locations before (including Downers Grove/Lombard and Puerto Rico), and they’ve always been clean and top-tier. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite and extremely disappointing. I checked in on November 23, 2025 after a long day of moving, since I had just moved out of my apartment and wanted a comfortable place to rest for my birthday on November 24th. At first, because I was exhausted and it was dark, I didn’t notice everything right away. But when I returned to the room the next day and turned on the heat, I heard a strange noise. When I looked above the built-in cabinet where extra blankets and linens were stored, I saw visible black mold and heavy water damage along the wall and ceiling area. On top of that, the surface of the cabinet looked like something had leaked or rotted onto it — dark, stained, and unsanitary. This alone made the room unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when I pulled back the sheets on the bed, there was a sticky jelly-like substance on the bedding. I immediately called the front desk and spoke to a staff member named Martin, who refused to come up himself and said he would send housekeeping. No one ever came. I waited. No call back. The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The sofa sleeper mattress was very poor quality and uncomfortable. The housekeeper was very quick to bring blankets and pads to make it more comfortable. She even offered to make the bed for us to make it more comfortable to skepticism on.

Was very very pleased with my stay here. Room was beyond spacious and comfortable. Hot water in shower always stayed hot, a necessity for me. Staff was super friendly and helped in any way that we asked. I was in town for the marathon and was nervous about staying so "far" from the city but getting to the blue line train was so easy and there were several other runners staying here too. The hotel even went above and beyond by providing an extra EARLY continental breakfast spread specifically for marathoners. It was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay. You made me feel supported and like you played a part in my crossing the finish line comfortably that day and for that, I am grateful to the hotel and staff for.

Very close proximity to the airport with a free courtesy shuttle. Close to the Rosemont station where the blue line takes you all the way down to downtown without having to switch lines! Also close to the outlet mall!

Overall enjoyed my stay - staff were a bit hostile though. My phone died when I arrived so I asked for a physical key card (as I had checked in through the app, but couldn’t access my digital key card). Staff member seemed disgruntled and checked me in, to which my keys were not working. I went up/down stairs twice as I had tried them twice, and I felt as though I was inconveniencing him by doing this - when all I wanted was to access my room. He told me he would alert maintenance and that I could head to my room, where I waited around 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. Apart from this unfortunate encounter, the breakfast was beautiful, my room was lovely and clean, and I loved that they set up a continental breakfast on Sunday for the marathon runners too - saved me a lot of time!

Very much in need of renovation. Frayed and stained carpeting in room, atrium, stairs. One stair tread even had black tape on it to presumably cover a damaged area. Great location across the street from the convention center and handy shuttle from/to the airport. But the property itself was a huge disappointment for something carrying the Hilton name.

The hotel needs a renovation. The vents were filled with dust in both rooms. There was a patch on the door as if a whole in the door instead of replacing the door. Tape left on the walls from previous guest. And there was a splash of something on the ceiling. I took pictures so I wouldn’t be charged for it.

I needed a place to stay near the airport for one night. This place was great. It was quiet and had a great breakfast.

While my stay was wonderful, my companions staying in 341 had issues with parking and in the restaurant. The server added 4 shots to their bill, which they did not order or drink and was very nonchalant when it was requested that it be removed from the bill. The parking garage was very difficult to get out of and I had to call for help twice.

We arrived around noon and staff was extremely accommodating by allowing us to check in a few hours early. Our room was clean and convenient. Only drawback to the stay was there literally was no place to eat or even buy a snack or soft drink in the place. (The morning breakfast was over and the pizza restaurant didn’t open until 4 pm.) We were directed to the DoubleTree across the street where they had the tiny hotel market and an expensive steak house.

Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel

I’ve stayed at numerous Embassy Suites and this location could use some updating. The suites are outdated and furniture is dirty and broken. We had a couch with noticeable staining and towels that had stains. The bedding was fine. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. Bar and restaurant are very nice. Close to everything. Just know that the mall and restaurant close early in this area.

My stay was super comfortable and I was very happy with the overall stay. The rooms are very accommodating and the staff are friendly. The cleaning service is also well kept, well maintained, well organized and well attended. It was my first travel, as I was attending my son’s Navy bootcamp graduation. And to be so far from home, (Miami), and me being a very clean, neat, and tidy person, it meant a great deal to me to have a satisfying experience.

Our room was super nice and the staff was very friendly. The only reason I didnt rate 5 stars on some areas was because there was trash and food and plates left in the dining area from happy hour around 10 pm when we were walking around.

Super convenient to the airport and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were awful and the size of chicklets. Breakfasts are always a bonus. There is a convention center across the street and a fashion outlet right down the road.

Our room was large and clean. Evening reception and breakfast were awesome, and the staff working at these were amazing. Our only issue was that the shuttle from the airport took over 45 minutes to pick up, but the shuttle return to the airport was very quick and on time.

I've stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience. This time was also great, the only issue was the first night the air conditioner seemed to be struggling with keeping the room cool, but otherwise everything else was great.

The elevators were not working and had to walk up and down the stairs to get water and tried to use the service elevator and it was in the back had to walk back to front to exit. They had someone working the elevator but it was crowded and had to wait until the elevator went down or up to access. Did not offer free parking or money off the hotel room for inconvenience.

Set my parents on a trip here and they said that the hotel was very convenient. The staff was kind they were able to check in early for no fee as well as being close to multiple restaurants movie theaters, and malls.

Overall it’s really good. The only thing is lobby and banquet hall is warm due to AC inefficiency. I attended a function everyone complained about the hot temperature felt through out the celebration.

The stay was set off on the wrong foot when we walked in late the night before after a very long flight, waited in line, and when it was our turn and we were called up by the lady behind the counter, she didn’t greet us she just stared at us. I said hello and she continued to stare at me till I gave her my name for the reservation

My only issue was that our fridge was not cooling down even though we had it on the highest setting. Overall, we have been booking accommodation with The Embassy Suites for over 3 decades.

Front desk staff on check in was great and they got our two rooms next to each other. They also signed us up for a breakfast to go bag since our flight was so early that we would miss the breakfast. One major disappointment this trip was that in the morning, the shuttle bus picked up at the DoubleTree first and when arriving at Embassy didn’t have enough room for all of my family and bags (had to split the 7 of us). The front desk could do nothing but recommend waiting at least 30 minutes for the next one, which didn’t work for our flight plans. Had to spend $40 on Uber to get the rest of the family to the airport. If I wanted to take Ubers to the airport, I would consider staying somewhere much cheaper and a bit further from airport next time.

Area next door makes this such a good location. It would be perfect if the shuttle went to at least the metra/cta transportation center would make this location perfect

Run down hotel. Went for two days to enjoy a little medical staycation after a surgery and it was just old and decrepit and run down and pool was closed. Total disappointment. Staff never made eye contact or smiled so I think it’s probably not a fun place to work.

Had us use the utility elevators which were all the way at the end of the hallway and would get really busy that it would form a line. One of the days we didn’t have hot water and our room didn’t get cleaned. Had to go get clean towels. Also the parking fee is outrageous. The staff was great in helping with our problems. I would assume many others staying here had the same issues I had. They were friendly and trying their best. The rooms were outdated and in need of updating. My room felt humid even with the ac at a cold setting. The breakfast is a redeeming quality that’s why I keep staying at Embassy Suites. This specific location didn’t meet my expectations that I’m used to with their brand.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent breakfast and evening snacks / drinks. Rooms are spacious but the sofa bed mattress was thin and could feel the springs, likely needs replaced. Had one elevator out but had staff to assist and it was fixed by the last day. Main areas were a little muggy but it was very hot and muggy outside so that didn’t help.

We had really bad experience with the shuttle service this hotel had promised for guests. The shuttle supposed to come every 30 minutes didn't show up in one hour. It made us almost missed our flight.

Hotel has a great location if you’re traveling to O’Hare. The shuttle is convenient, staff friendly, rooms spacious and clean, and breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend!

Needs remodeling

We had no hot water in the shower in the morning.

Pros: convenient location, spacious clean rooms, breakfast and happy hour included, and an airport shuttle. Cons: limited kid-friendly dining options, no hot water in our bathroom from 9-10:30am, bed rolled toward middle.

Staff were helpful at check-in, but seems like a lot of maintenance issues with the hotel. The AC seemed to be out in the lobby and atrium, with fans running trying to keep the area cool. During breakfast service maintenance was fixing a cabinet in the middle of the buffet line, making it awkward to grab food around him while he was working. It would be nice to have a curtain on shared on the room door to block the lights from the atrium from shining in the room all night, made it hard for people sleeping on the pull out couch to fall asleep.

Our stay was great. The rooms and hotel are nice. We got mixed information via email and phone that made it difficult to find the airport shuttle.

We were so disappointed. We had never stayed at a Hilton before and we had very high expectations. The staff was very kind but the pool heater was broken. The reason why we booked this hotel was FOR the pool because our kids love to swim. And no substitution was offered. Why couldn't we have gone to swim at the DoubleTree? And the breakfast was crowded and understaffed and the food and coffee was very sub-standard. And the layout of the hotel is actually really inconvenient because the lights shine into your room through the front door all night. My kids had a very hard time sleeping. This was a very disappointing property.

They left my husband waiting for the shuttle for more than an hour after saying it would be there in ten min….and we asked for adjoining rooms to connect with our daughter and furniture blocked the door…

Such a wonderful stay! 10 minute walk to the blue line station that shoots directly to downtown Chicago in just under an hour and see some amazing views on the way for a $2.50 price! Outstanding customer service, wonderful stay and beautiful interior. AWESOME ACs.
